UAP calls for abolition of state governments
The Federal Leader of the United Australia Party, Craig Kelly, and party Chairman Clive Palmer, have called for the abolition of state governments to save billions of dollars and improve efficiency.

“Australia is over-governed and over-legislated. We have far too many politicians and a duplication of roles,” Mr Kelly said.
“State politicians are out of touch. Increasing resources and expanding local governments would be a far better alternative for delivering meaningful and effective government to all Australians.
“Getting rid of unnecessary state governments would turn Australia into one efficient nation, comprising a federal government and expanded local councils.
“The duplication of departments and activities would be eliminated and the savings resulting from not paying the salaries and expenses of hundreds of needless politicians could be much better spent on improving services and the livelihoods of all Australians,” Mr Kelly said.
Clive Palmer has called for a referendum on abolishing state governments to be held at the same time as the next Federal Election.
“It is time for Australia to decide on whether they want a more unified and efficient system or to continue with wasteful, ineffective state governments,” Mr Palmer said.
“The United Australia Party wants a referendum on this issue so all Australians can have their say,” Mr Palmer said.
Freemasons, red shoes, UAP and political craziness

BY TONY MOBILIFONITIS

IT was inevitable that the push by Craig Kelly and the United Australia Party to break the two-party monopoly at the next Australian Federal Election would soon come under attack by those who claim loudly to be “Aussie patriots”.

One such loud voice was Romeo George of Sydney, who apparently buddied up with Craig Kelly “to start a new political party”. Not only that, Romeo aka Antoine George, a deputy grand-master freemason, wanted Kelly to take him on as a paid campaigner.
And when Romeo later discovered that Kelly had teamed up with Clive Palmer, Romeo got offended and went on Instagram and complained non-stop about how he had been betrayed because Kelly and Palmer never stumped up with the money he needed ($250,000 has been suggested) in order to become their big-shot political partner. He had been pushing this for some six weeks in repeated calls to Kelly.
“We sat around my own dining table to discuss how to start a new political party,” Romeo whined on the Instagram video that has now been removed.
Kelly and Palmer obviously realised that this guy was not going to be an asset. So now we see Romeo banging his own political drum on Sydney community radio station 2RSR, and now touting Ricardo Bosi as “his man”. Bosi knows better than to get tangled up with high-level masons, regardless of how patriotic they claim to be. Romeo now has his own fundraiser going, and a month or so ago was sitting at around $24,000.
Romeo has now “worked out” that Clive Palmer is running UAP in order to “sell UAP votes to the Coalition” and “get more mining land”. He also thinks Clive maliciously launched a lawsuit against the people of Western Australia. Hello? Has this man done any serious research? And then there’s Palmer’s preference deal with Campbell Newman and the Liberal Democrats, that Romeo sees as another big sellout because in his opinion they should have teamed up with One Nation.
But that could be a messy, complicated process and One Nation leader Mark Latham – a veteran political operative like Palmer – would not want to get bogged down in it. Liberal Democrats, a small outfit being used as a platform by LNP defector Campbell Newman, was an easier alliance.
For those who don’t know, the Liberal Democrats have very little in common with present-day Liberals or the old leftie Democrats. The Liberal Democrats are libertarians, a notable example being ex-Senator David Leyonhelm who has been an outstanding defender of firearm owners. Libertarians are probably the most anti-nanny state party anywhere. Palmer United are unashamedly pro-freedom, a point repeatedly made by Palmer at the freedom rallies across Australia.
If Palmer was in this political battle to line his own pockets with mining profits, he wouldn’t want to be bothered running for a Senate seat. Neither would he be upsetting the big business and the political establishment in states like Western Australia.
Romeo Georges was not the only person making crazy conspiratorial accusations against Kelly and Palmer. Kelly was spotted at a rally in Melbourne sitting down with his hands in a “secret freemason V sign” and Palmer appeared at another rally in Brisbane wearing red shoes! That’s right, red shoes. You know, the Red Shoes Cult …. spare us folks!
Strangely, some people at one of the People’s Revolution rallies in Brisbane, started heckling Palmer about his shoes. The hecklers were rebuked by an embarrassed Tristan Trickie, TPM organiser, who pointed out the stupidity of it.
But if you’re looking for masons under mattresses take a look at deputy grand-master Romeo. Are we suggesting some dark conspiracy here? No, but you have to ask the question: who are Romeo’s friends in the high places at the Lodge? ScoMo? Dan Andrews? Is “grand master” Romeo playing some clever political chess games? Probably not. It seems more like a bad case of sour grapes.
The suggestion by conspiracy theorists was that Palmer and Kelly are “controlled opposition”. Really? If you’re looking for controlled opposition, look no further than the LNP in Queensland or Labor in Canberra and any mainstream party in opposition in the other states. Palmer is a maverick with lots of moolah, but he’s at least splashing it around and fighting for his country first and foremost.
Palmer is also surprisingly frank and open about his wealth and told the freedom rally in Brisbane that most people including himself don’t need a lot of money. That’s a true statement, even coming from the mouth of a billionaire. Palmer doesn’t deny he has it, but he uses it for purposes bigger than himself. Being wealthy doesn’t automatically make one a villain, it’s how that wealth is used that tells the story.
Will UAP be the perfect party for Australia? Absolutely not. They will make their bungles like any other party. They will probably work with One Nation if they can gain a good number of Senate and House of Representative seats. If One Nation, UAP and maybe one or two others can stymie the duopoly then there’s real hope for Australia.
Craig Kelly has laid down the strategy very clearly and very simply: Use the federal preference voting system to number the alternatives like UAP, One Nation etc 1,2,3, with the major parties and the Greens last. Also avoid voting “above the line” in the Senate because the preference system has been very cleverly rigged to work for the Greens.
Ricardo Bosi and his supporters, meanwhile, will be watching and monitoring the coming federal election very closely. Bosi is under no illusion about the political stakes involved but has a brilliant strategy for the Australian people – whether he gets elected or not.
But patriotic Aussies should calm down, stop the whingeing and moaning and shooting themselves in the foot because this or that party of candidate doesn’t measure up to their ideals. Vote and make your vote count.
US site to record and track Covid conspirators
by D Weldon
As an example, this is a site that US lawyer Sidney Powell set up to track evidence for the stolen US 2020 presidential election. It also has a lot of statistical evidence and now has evidence for Covid. I believe the evidence is submitted to her defendingtherepublic.org site and her legal assistants update the database. There may possibly be evidence that has not been made public for privacy reasons or because investigations are still under way and the information could tip off the suspects.
The site is using using airtable to host the data.
The info gathered should not just about who mandated what, but also about evidence to prove that the TGA and the state goverments and CHOs had knowledge of effective treatments but ignored them. Submit FOI requests to garner as much information as possible.
Take snapshots of web sites and download videos using Video DownloadHelper in case they are taken down.
Some questions I would like answered:
Who is doing the full genomic sequencing to detect strains and please FOI the data and let’s get that independently verified/audited and/or even better, have whoever is doing it watched over the shoulder so the process can be verified.
What access does the Govt health authorities have to location data from the Covid Checkin and/or CovidSafe apps? Eg. to determine if they are able to manufacture clusters.
FOI on the protocols being used in hospitals to treat Covid.
FOI on numbers of Covid deaths having a co-morbidity vs not, broken down by hospital.
Here is some evidence from Craig Kelly’s Youtube channel for a start:

Qld Police Commissioner gives Covid vaxx exemptions to 196 officers – Clive Palmer
While rank-and-file police officers are forced out of their jobs for refusing the deadly jab Commissioner Katarina Carroll, from Herberton in FNQ, has given Covid vaxx exemptions to 196 commissioned officers, no doubt herself included.
Why would she do this.? Queensland politicians are not required by Comrade Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk to take the deadly jab either.
Why are they forcing Queenslanders including Aboriginal communities to take mRNA gene therapy when every smart doctor and epidemiologist says the mRNA experimental inoculation is dangerous and doesn’t work?
Why are reportedly nearly 1000 police officers and 5000 nurses stood down unable to work? Why is Liberal Prime Minister Scott Morrison importing 200,000 skilled workers and students to take their jobs?
Comrade Palaszczuk has always been about double standards. What is it about the inoculation they are afraid of?
Craig Kelly asks TGA head John Skerritt why he allowed dangerous Moderna vaxx for kids when the US banned it
Dear Professor Skerritt,
Further to my email of the 19th October 2021, in regards to my concerns that the TGA had approved the Moderna (Spikevax) Covid vaccine to be injected into Australian teenagers aged 12-17, despite the fact that in the country of manufacture (the USA) that the American regulators have refused to allow Moderna to be injected into American teenagers, and your reply of the 25th October 2021, advising that the TGA believes that American regulators are wrong and that;
“The TGA decided that the Moderna vaccine is effective and safe for use in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above”

I would like to draw to your most urgent attention, that your Database of Adverse Event Notifications (DAEN) lists a case where a death has been reported on the 20th October 2021, as having been suspected of being caused by the Moderna (Spikevax) covid vaccine. It also appears that this death was that of a 14 year-old girl (Case no.647663)
- Can you confirm, that this reported death, suspected as a result of the Moderna (Spikevax) covid vaccine, is in fact that of a 14 year-old Australian girl ?
- If so, following the death of this 14 year-old girl, together with the 626 other adverse events already reported (from the 1st Oct 2021 – 22nd Oct 2021) suspected to be caused by the Moderna vaccine – does the TGA continue to maintain the stance that the Moderna vaccine is “effective and safe for use in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above” ?
- I assume that the TGA is urgently investigating this death, and therefore assuming that TGA adheres to the ‘Precautionary Principle’ can you confirm if the TGA will immediately suspend any further injections of the Moderna Vaccine into Australian teenagers until the completion of the investigation in the death of this 14 year-old girl ?
- If the TGA continues to maintain the stance that the Moderna vaccine is “effective and safe for use in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above” (contrary to the views of the American regulators), how many deaths of young Australians aged 12-17 (suspected to be a result of Moderna covid vaccine – and reported to DAEN) would it take for the TGA to change its view ?
- Given the principle of ‘Informed Consent’, can you confirm if the parents of this deceased 14 year-old girl where informed that the Moderna (Spikevax) covid vaccine had not been given approval in the USA for injection into American 14 year-old girls due to safety concerns ?
- Do you have any concerns that TGA’s conduct of rejecting and acting contrary to the advice of the American medical regulators on Moderna (especially when Moderna is manufactured in the USA) and continuing to allow the injections of Moderna into Australian teenagers, following the death of this 14 year-old Australian girl, may expose Australian taxpayer’s to substantial claims for compensation and/or that private action may be commenced against the decision makers at the TGA ?
I look forward to most urgent reply.

Craig Kelly MP

Sydney cops swamped by protest and international calls after Cossack arrest

By TONY MOBILIFONITIS
SYDNEY’S Burwood police station had to take hundreds of calls from the UK, US, Poland, Canada and from across the nation as news of Simeon Boykoff aka Aussie Cossack’s arrest went worldwide. The station was also beseiged by honking cars prompting a call out of the riot squad.
SYDNEY’S Burwood police station had to take hundreds of calls from the UK, US, Poland, Canada and from across the nation as news of Simeon Boykoff’s arrest went viral. The station was also beseiged by honking cars prompting a call out of the riot squad.
News of the arrest on October 8th was spread on Telegram by United Australia Party leader Craig Kelly MP to his thousands of followers and pushed the Cossack’s YouTube channel to over 100,000 subscribers. The cowards from the media cabal ignored the story.
“I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, we are facing a Gestapo police campaign against the population,” Boykoff said on a livestream broadcast on Monday, the so-called Freedom Day for NSW people who have been illegally locked down for months.Boykoff’s dramatic arrest for not wearing a mask on October 4th made the cops from Burwood Highway Patrol division look like clowns. Did they take any hints from the resignation of the corrupt leftie Liberal Party dictator Gladys Berejiklian? Apparently not.
No, these cops still seem to think there’s a COVID dictatorship in place and are making themselves look like a bunch of KGB Stalinists in their relentless harassment of Boykoff, a good-humoured Aussie patriot who has been making videos exposing the Berejiklian-Hazzard-Chant “public health order” lunacy.
If the cops knew their job, they would know it’s not about enforcing PHOs. That is a corruption of their true role which is to uphold the common law – to “serve and protect” the people. But Aussie Cossack used the harrassment to brilliantly expose Berejiklian’s corrupt, lawless tyranny and unfortunately some NSW cops got caught in the middle.
Burwood cops like Leading Senior Constable Kingston and Sgt Tanny(?) the plainclothes cop with the red beard, whose name is unclear on the arrest video, should read the 1995 Commonwealth Criminal Code Act and learn the difference between a common criminal and someone who is staging political protests.
As reported widely across alternative media, including in the US on big channels like Infowars.com, Aussie Cossack was arrested after SC Kingston started making making threats against Boykoff during one of the many traffic stops organised against him.
Apart from that, Aussie Cossack has been the subject of a so-called Firearms Protection Order, which allowed the cops to search his home and vehicles without a warrant. Boykoff asked them if they expected to find a Kalashnikov automatic.
Kingston and others have apparently been irritated by Boykoff’s filming and Kingston in particular has been all hot under the collar about it, and called the Cossack “an absolute menace”. “I actually know who you are and will be taking action against you,” Kingston said in a sidewalk encounter. “We know this is for your YouTube channel, we’re not stupid. The thing is, you’re being too smart for your own good.”
The trouble is, Lead Senior Constable Kingston, SC Chang and your red bearded mate, you are being stupid. Cops smarter than you spoke out against the idiotic so-called public health orders months ago. The NSW law does not support them – even the so-called emergency powers. Cruising the streets and harassing people for not wearing a mask or being out of their 5km zone is La La Land stuff out of some Hollywood future dystopia.
TGA trying to silence MP Craig Kelly about TGA’s rubbery Covid death numbers
CRAIG KELLY HITS BACK AT TGA
Firstly, the media release issued by the TGA today in relation to myself and the United Australia Party is misleading and deceptive, as the letter I have received from Maddocks Lawyers in Canberra on behalf of the TGA, only has raised an issue of an alleged copyright infringement and nothing more.

The TGA’s media release is defamatory and I’m seeking urgent legal advice, as it creates a defamatory imputation that is false.
In particular, the TGA’s media release creates a false impression that the correspondence I have received from Maddox includes a reference to the text being “seriously misleading” when in fact, the correspondence from Maddock Lawyers makes no reference to this point.
To be clear, the correspondence I have received from Maddocks lawyers makes references only to an alleged copyright infringement and to state otherwise in any media report, would be to republish a false and defamatory statement.
I strongly suggest that any media outlet obtain a copy of the letter from Maddocks lawyers urgently, as to avoid republishing the false and defamatory statements in the TGA’s media release.
In relation to the TGA’s allegations of copyright breaches, they will be vigorously defended.
I condemn the TGA for;
- Issuing a false and misleading media release
- Wasting taxpayers money on a frivolous copyright allegation.
- Attempting to interfere with my ability to conduct my duties as member of Parliament in seeking promoting full and open debate.
Ultimately the frivolous copyright issue is a disgraceful diversionary tactic by the TGA.
At a time of crisis, the TGA should be fully investigating why now 516 Australians have been reported to the TGA as having died after receiving these provisionally approved covid vaccines (especially when compared to the 50 years of previous records on the DAEN database showing 60 deaths from all fully approved vaccines in the past)
Every family and friend of those who has lost a loved one need answers.
Instead of the TGA wasting taxpayers money on a frivolous alleged copyright complaint, they should be spending time fully investigating these 516 deaths.
I cannot stand by as member of Parliament and be silent as the TGA fails to adequately and quickly investigate these deaths and adverse reactions from the vaccines.
We need a full and transparent debate now, as to why the 516 people who have been reported to the TGA as having passed away after being injected with these provisionally approved vaccines, rather than the TGA complaining about me drawing peoples attention to these deaths.
The TGA needs to get its priorities right in understanding the full extent of the deaths and adverse reactions arising from the vaccines.
The TGA’s failure comes dangerously close to malfeasance and a failure to discharge their statutory obligations.
The TGA as the regulator needs to stick to regulation and not be promoting any particular medical treatments from any particular companies, otherwise they can be accused of having a conflict of interest.
ABC ramps up its hate campaign against Craig Kelly and UAP
The ABC with regular monotony attacks those they see as a threat to their Covid scam campaign
by staff writers
The Liberal and Labor Parties view the ABC as manna from Heaven while the public broadcaster’s vitriolic attacks on those who oppose the official Covid narrative continue unabated.
Latest in line for Aunty’s serve is Craig Kelly the errant member for Hughes in NSW, a Sydney electorate of 106,204 voters.

Kelly left the Liberal Party after his electorate and thousands across the country pressured him to take action about the lockdowns and an avalanche of pending small business bankruptcies.
His pleas to the compromised Prime Minister Scott Morrison and the Liberal apparatus for a halt to the Covid lockdowns fell on deaf ears.
Realising the Liberals were mid-way into a deliberate program of vaccine genocide, Kelly ditched the Big Pharma-controlled party allowing him to continue his anti-Covid campaign which he believes will save many thousands of lives.
Right on cue the slippery Liberal Communications Minister Paul Fletcher said he was looking to see if any action could be taken.
“Sending unsolicited electronic messages containing misinformation or misleading health information during a pandemic is irresponsible,” he said.
“I have asked my department to investigate this matter.”
Labor’s communications spokeswoman Michelle Rowland said the messages were irritating and possibly harmful, and were best ignored.
“Exemptions for political parties are important in protecting implied constitutional freedom of political communication, but it’s important these freedoms are not misused for nefarious purposes,” she said.
“This misinformation and spam is particularly damaging at a time when all Australians are trying to do our best to work together to get through the pandemic.
“We should give this spam the attention it deserves, by ignoring it.”
Craig Kelly and the United Australia Party have them worried after attracting more than 40,000 new members in 10 days. He is a no nonsense, plain talking politician who has shed the party mantle and has meticulously done his homework about the mRNA gene therapy which almost every responsible, recognised epidemiologist and virologist around the world, (except for Australia where few exist), have warned of the dangers of the experimental inoculation.
Kelly’s Youtube advertisement as of today had nearly 8,500,000 views. Wouldn’t Scomo love a similar score?

Note – make it your own; take or add what you like/belief, we are individuals and have our own beliefs so please express your beliefs as i said we are talking about protecting our Human Rights with this Bill, Covid is just the easy fear tactic for us (Australian’s/Humanity) to not fight for our ‘rights’ and freely give up our birth right of ‘freedom’ to move uninhibited around our big beautiful country we all love so much. Fight for Australia, fight for our freedom and fight for our future generations freedom.
To ____ the Federal member for _____
I’m writing to you as a concerned constituent, as I am deeply disturbed by the prospect of limited travel under the introduction of domestic vaccine passports.
Restricting travel as a means of coercing the population of Australia into receiving a vaccine that is still in it’s trial phases is extremely unethical, and I’m of the firm belief that to do so is a gross violation of our civil liberties and medical autonomy.
To restrict our freedom of movement in exchange for a medical procedure or otherwise goes against:
- The Universal declaration of human rights – article 13
- The Australian human rights commission – article 12
and
- The Australian Commonwealth Constitution – section 92
Covid-19 vaccines have somehow breezed through the system without TGA approval under rushed emergency legislation with no scientific transparency, and I’m disgusted that our federal government would consider restricting our freedom of movement as a means of coercing Australians into accepting a substance that has not yet been proven safe or effective.
To restrict Australian’s from interstate or intrastate travel is an outrageous violation of our human rights, and completely disproportionate to the objective of effectively managing covid-19.
It is completely unnecessary and wildly unethical to coerce Australian’s into making a medical decision without so much as a standard TGA approval.
In light of this information, I strongly urge you as one of your constituents to uphold the Australian people’s right to choose and vote in favour of Craig Kelly’s ‘No Domestic Vaccine Passports Bill 2021’.
If you choose not to protect our rights as Australians as a priority going forward, you will leave me no choice but to vote against you in the next election.
Yours faithfully,

Ivermectin, India, Craig Kelly’s evidence bomb and covidiots

Craig Kelly MP, one of the few public political figures in Australia with the courage and intelligence to push the fact that COVID-19 is easily and effectively treated with common medicines like Ivermectin.
By TONY MOBILIF0NITIS
AS Indian states deploy the cheap and effective anti-viral drug Ivermectin and wipe out COVID-19 infections and deaths, public health officers and premiers in Australia are persisting with their bogus and diabolical fear-mongering game of case counts and lockdowns.
These bureaucrats and politicians who love the dramatic COVID coverage should wake up and realize the people of Australia are not only sick of it but disgusted by their lying, duplicitous and dictatorial behaviour. The same goes for the big media channels who are part of this charade.
An example of their duplicity is that the same actors refuse to even mention Ivermectin or other inexpensive treatments for their dreaded virus. Oh no, they have billions of dollars invested in vaccines and only vaccines can save us – or so the story goes. But there’s also the big problem that most Australians don’t want these “jabs” because they offer “occasional prizes” like blood clots and even death. But that was AstraZeneca and they’ve revised the advice for that one now.
So you might like to try Pfizer-Biontech mRNA vaccine as an alternative? Sorry to inform you but there’s another big problem with that one, the horrific threat of accumulation in the ovaries and bone marrow of previously untested “novel lipid reagents” contained in those vaccines. And that’s from the inventor of that technology, Dr Robert Malone, in a series of videos. Go to the 3:06 mark on the video link with Dr Malone, Bret Weinstein and Steve Kirsch. A long version is also available on TrialSiteNews.
Meanwhile in India at least four states are employing mass dosing of Ivermectin as a prophylaxis (preventative) treatment. Indian data analyst Juan Chamie noted that in the state of Uttarakhand, cases had dropped from 9642 in May to less than 200 now. Fatalaties had fallen from 223 a day to only three now. Indonesia has also jumped on the Ivermectin bandwagon for mass treatment, while Singapore has dropped all public announcements about “cases” except those that end up in hospitals.
Also fighting for the cause of Ivermectin is the Indian Bar Association, which launched a lawsuit against WHO chief scientist Dr Soumya Swaminathan, accusing her in a 71-point brief of causing the deaths of Indian citizens by misleading them about Ivermectin. The same charge should be brought against Australian health authorities for banning hydroxychloroquine.
Contrast this to the pathetic behaviour in Parliament House last February of senior Labor Party politician Tanya Plibersek, who tried to big-note herself in front of her media fans by publicly “outing” Craig Kelly for advocating Ivermectin to treat the Wuhan Lab virus.
Plibersek told Kelly she wanted Scott Morrison to intervene to “stop you spreading crazy conspiracy theories” about Ivermectin. Kelly quickly countered and told the clueless Plibersek in earshot of her media entourage, that she should take heed of the views of Professor Robert Clancy, an emeritus professor in the School of Biomedical Sciences and Pharmacy at Newcastle University, who also advocated Ivermectin and backed Kelly’s stand.
Plibersek didn’t know how to respond, going all awkward and forcing a look of incredulity as if Kelly was telling her about the tooth fairy. She then turned to “serious” mode, saying “My mum lives in your electorate and I don’t want her exposed to people who are not going to be vaccinated because of these crazy conspiracy theories that you’re spreading.”
This MP, who has held five ministerial positions, actually believed that Craig Kelly was spreading a conspiracy theory by sharing data and medical support for a medicine that effectively treated COVID-19. Plibersek, like so many naive people who develop their worldview from TV news, had swallowed the repeated narrative that “only a vaccine can save us”. She was a real-life victim of brainwashing and psychological warfare.
But Kelly “had his day” in a recent Parliamentary sitting. The independent Member for Hughes took to the floor to give a science lesson to group-think party politicians and the Press Gallery drones who attacked him for promoting Ivermectin as a treatment for COVID-19.
Kelly cited the multiple peer reviewed trials and studies showing the dramatic effects of the common Ivermectin on COVID-19 infections – information that has been around since the second half of 2020 when doctors and researchers in a group called Frontline COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance.
Kelly’s stand for truth has cost him all the political security, perks and promotions of his previous Parliamentary Liberal Party membership. But Kelly has gained instead the respect of millions of Australians who can see through this diabolical COVID “health emergency” charade, that is being driven by malignant forces pulling strings within the health bureaucracy, the premiers and prime ministerial departments and from without by the global health mafia. This rot has to end, or Australia is in truly dire straits.
Proposed Bill to crack down on the Social Media Giants censoring political speech
Independent Member for Hughes, Craig Kelly plans to introduce a Bill in the Australian Federal Parliament to crack down on the market power of the foreign controlled social-media giants and their unilateral censorship of political speech.
Overnight the Florida Senate in the USA passed such a Bill and this gives the Australian Parliament a template to adopt here.

The Florida bill, in part, bars social-media companies from removing political candidates from the companies’ platforms. Companies that violate the prohibition could face fines of up to $100,000 a day.
Member for Hughes Craig Kelly said;
“The ever increasing market power of the foreign controlled social-media giants and their ability to censor political speech is an immediate and direct threat to our democracy.”
“We have seen in Australia Facebook acting as a bully, and self-appointed censor, that believes they are above the law and are the arbiters of truth.”
“Governor De Santis of Florida has acted to hold these social-media giants to account. Australia needs to do the same.
‘I look forward to at least one other member of the Australian House of Representatives being prepared to stand up and be a ‘seconder’ for this Bill, which will enabling me to introduce it on the floor of Parliament in the next session.
