The eSafety commissioner has been granted a two-day legal injunction to compel X to hide posts that include graphic footage relating to the Wakeley stabbing.
X (Twitter) has been ordered to hide the material from all users worldwide until Wednesday at 5pm, when the matter will be considered again in more detail. X had hidden the content from Australian users but not all users, which lawyers for eSafety argued did not comply with Australian law.

There was a riot on April 15 2024 in Wakeley outside of the Good Shepherd Church where Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel was stabbed. And from the number injured it would appear that many were stabbed outside (perhaps inside as well).
The Muslims gathered outside the church to support the attacker who had been set upon by the congregation and subdued. None of this running and cowering under the pews business. They formed a pack and took him down. When the Muslims gathered outside, parishioners also went out into the parking lot to protect those inside the church. More Muslims came and begain to riot. The police had to wade through the Muslim riot and they forced the Christians out into the riot.
That is what I saw on the videos that were being livestreamed to so many various platforms before the esafety Karen censored them.
So this was a violent confrontation within the Wakeley community between the Christians and the Muslims. The Christians had the upper hand and possession of the building and the young jihadi until the police arrived. They were the ones who quickly turned the tables on the heroic Christian community which was ATTACKED.

UN: Human Rights Council adopts resolution on disinformation

On 1 April 2022, the UN Human Rights Council consensually adopted a new resolution on disinformation, led by Ukraine and a core group consisting of Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The resolution rejects measures that rely on censorship and instead reaffirms the “essential role” that the right to freedom of expression and the freedom to seek, receive and impart information play in countering disinformation. It includes strong language on media freedom, the safety of journalists, and access to information held by public bodies. It has also mandated a high-level panel discussion on countering the negative impact of disinformation and ensuring a human rights-based response to take place at the 50th Session of the UN Human Rights Council in June 2022.
In this statement, ARTICLE 19 highlights the key aspects of the resolution and provides recommendations for further steps that States should take to ensure protection of the right to freedom of expression when addressing disinformation.
Importantly, this resolution is adopted amid other initiatives on countering disinformation across the UN. This includes a commendable report by the UN Special Rapporteur, the joint declaration on freedom of expression and “fake news”, disinformation and propaganda by UN and regional freedom of expression rapporteurs in 2017, a resolution led by Pakistan at the UN General Assembly, and an upcoming report by the UN Secretary General.
