Law enforcement in Queensland must report interactions with ‘extremists’ to counter-terror teams

Queensland Police make world headlines for their campaign of *McCarthyism yet they work for the Communist ALP
Queensland police are required to report interactions with people who “allegedly hold a range of ideological beliefs” including “conspiracy theorists,” according to an email sent to all members of the Queensland Police Service on Thursday and seen by ABC News.
Police must record interactions with such individuals in the state’s QPrime database “at the first available opportunity,” the email states, explaining that in addition to “conspiracy theorists,” “religious, social or political extremists and sovereign citizens, as well as people with ideologies relating to capitalism, communism, socialism or Marxism” also fit the bill.

Officers were also told to report “all matters that indicate concerning or escalating behavior due to ideological beliefs, including religious and single-issue ideologies” and advised of the “risks” inherent in dealing with these groups.
The guidance comes after a deadly shooting in Wieambilla in December left two officers and a civilian dead, in addition to the three shooters. Nathaniel, Gareth and Stacey Train reportedly gunned down constables Rachel McCrow and Matthew Arnold and injured two other officers on their property, also killing neighbor Alan Dare when he was drawn to the scene by the noise. The Trains were then killed by specialist police following an hours-long standoff.
Authorities are calling the incident a “religious terror attack,” citing the Trains’ Christian fundamentalist beliefs, a strain known as premillenarianism, whose adherents prepare for and anticipate the End of Days. A police investigation concluded the family had “acted as an autonomous cell” to carry out the attack, Queensland Police Deputy Commissioner Tracy Linford told reporters on Thursday.
“Christian extremist ideology has been linked to other attacks around the world but this is the first time we’ve seen it in Australia,” the deputy commissioner said, acknowledging that there was no evidence the family had identified themselves as “sovereign citizens.” Stacey Train’s diary reportedly described police as “monsters and demons.”
Police were potentially “lured” to the Trains’ farm in search of Nathaniel, a high-school principal who had been reported missing by his estranged wife in New South Wales and was wanted on firearms charges.
Much has been made of Gareth Train’s postings on online forums, where he described Covid-19 as a “neurological bio-weapon” and the 1996 Port Arthur massacre, which led to sharply restricted gun ownership for civilians, as an operation to “disarm the Australian population.”
*McCarthyism, name given to the period of time in American history that saw U.S. Sen. Joseph McCarthy of Wisconsin produce a series of investigations and hearings during the 1950s in an effort to expose supposed communist infiltration of various areas of the U.S. government. The Chinese military have been on high alert war footing for over a year, they have spent massive billions on defence, with incursions into India testing their ability to respond. They have been flying large numbers of planes into Taiwan airspace practice runs, to test their defence and to provoke US and identify where they respond from, giving them the target to take out before attacking Taiwan. The have surveyed the deep ocean trenches around Australia and other countries where they can safely hide nuclear submarines to attack as they choose.
They have had spies all over Australia for decades and the governments did nothing, they own land near ever major facility ready to take them out, they have mapped every bit of Australia posing as tourists. They have been found in many out of way areas, with sharp, staunch manner from years of military training.
Senior US and NATO Generals, top US House Foreign Affairs officials and UN Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, have all seriously warned China is about to start a major nuclear war, probably in 2025. The spy balloons are just a small part made public, they had their practice run with Covid, under that guise they vaccinated their population against the big one. They are about to release genetically targeted viruses against the west.
While total stupidity reigns supreme here in Australia, with little preparation, a run down defence ability and the ignorance of all of it and a government to stupid to build our defences as a matter of urgent top priority and bring in conscription military training.
If you want to live in a free country be prepared to fight for that right.
They are going to waste $235 million urgently needed for our national defence on a stupid unnecessary referendum that will further divide us making an easier target for the Chinese knowing we have no defence.
When The Voice people, mixed gender folk, Greens and TEALS march in protest after the Chinese take over, they will only do it once — as the Tibetans learned, most are too young to remember their brutality to the Tibetan monks and civilians, raped, tortured, body parts cut off and thousands forced over cliffs.
The ignorance and attitude of those in government are destroying our country, and with the threat of war looming a wise government would cut all grants and public wastage to consolidate funds for defence.

China sets up two Australian police stations to control dissidents

A new report claims at least two secret Chinese ‘police service stations’ have been set up within Australia.
Safeguard Defenders, an international non-governmental group that works to promote the rule of law and protect basic rights, reported earlier this year that Chinese police centres had been established across the globe.
It said while the stations are primarily set up to conduct a series of seemingly administrative tasks to aid Chinese people overseas, some of the centres collaborated with Chinese police in order “to harass, threaten, intimidate and force targets to return to China for persecution”.
A follow-up report, released on 5 December, includes Australia as one of the countries that Chinese police jurisdictions have set up in.
As uncovered by the ABC in October, one of those contact points was in Sydney.
The new report states the Wenzhou police jurisdiction in China had set up a police service station in Sydney but also that the Nantong police jurisdiction had set up somewhere within Australia, but the location had not been confirmed.
The Safeguard Defenders’ September report identified 30 countries where Chinese police service stations had been established.
The follow-up investigation in December has now identified further police service stations, listing 102 across 53 countries, including nations in Europe, Central and South America, Asia and Africa.
Chinese authorities have previously said there are centres outside China run by local volunteers, not Chinese police officers, that aim to help Chinese citizens renew documents and offer other services that were disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
SBS News contacted the office of the China Ambassador in Australia on Sunday for comment but is yet to receive a response.
SBS News also put questions to the Australian Federal Police, who did not directly refer to the Safeguard Defenders reports but said the AFP was “aware of the media reports relating to these matters” though would not comment any further.
AFP Deputy Commissioner Investigations Reece Kershaw addressed the matter in a Senate Estimates hearing in November when he said he did not believe the Sydney “contact point” was active, without going into further detail on this or any other Chinese police presence within Australia.
What are the fears?
According to Safeguard Defenders, such stations are set up by police jurisdictions in areas where there are significant overseas Chinese communities.
The December report stated that while the centres are not directly run by central authorities, “some statements and policies are starting to show a clearer guidance from the central government in encouraging their establishment and policies”.
Safeguard Defenders has said while the stations are primarily set up to conduct a series of seemingly administrative tasks to aid overseas Chinese in their community of residence abroad, “they also serve a far more sinister and wholly illegal purpose”.
When releasing the September report, the organisation said the centres were “tracking and pursuing targets indicated by the local Public Security Bureau or Procuratorate in China”.
Safeguard Defenders also said Chinese police “persuaded” 230,000 claimed fugitives to return to China “voluntarily” between April 2021 and July 2022, while admitting not all the targets had committed any crime.
A new law recently adopted in China establishes full extra-territoriality over Chinese and foreigners globally for some specific crimes.
Researcher and journalist Vicky Xu, who has conducted extensive research on China’s “re-education” of its Uyghur minority, previously told SBS News the Chinese government and its supporters had harassed, targeted and intimidated her.
She said she’d been followed since moving to Australia and speaking out on human rights.
Ms Xu said supporters of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) had attempted to silence criticism by scaring institutions from inviting journalists, researchers or analysts whose views of China did not align with its party line.

Australia’s gone from being the lucky country to the lackey country and the majority have no idea the level of involvement the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI) had in achieving this outcome, nor do they realise the control they have on our nation. When you consider the ASPI’s main sponsors* are the same US weapons industry members the author mentioned above, Northrup Grumman, Lockheed Martin and Raytheon, one doesn’t need to be a rocket scientist to see it’s in US interests that Australians believe our biggest trading partner is the enemy.
There’s no disputing China’s leaders leave a lot to be desired but in nearly every war in the past century, US involvement was based on deception. From preventing Korea reclaiming sovereignty and the false flag that started the war in Vietnam to the lies about Qaddafi’s Libya and Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction.
Knowing this history, I can’t for the life of me understand why the Australian public refuse to question the ‘China’s going to invade Australia’ narrative. Especially when you consider China’s almost surrounded by the US an Northern Australia is a giant, ever expanding US military base. While all this is happening the US is provoking China over Taiwan that wasn’t an even issue until the US made it one. We’re being lied to about Covid, climate change and the Ukraine just for starters yet Australians seem hypnotised when it comes to China.
As it’s clearly stated, China’s not a threat to US sovereignty, China’s a threat to US interests. The particular interest the US finds so threatening of cause is the US’s planned ‘Pivot to Asia’ and the spanner China’s Belt and Road Initiative throws into the works.
It’s no secret almost every nation on the planet including the US and Australia recognises the ‘one China policy’ which clearly gives Taiwan the right to do as it pleases including independence from the mainland but must not seek to separate Taiwan from China’s territory. Exactly what the US is attempting to do. The same tactic the US has used so many times times in the past, destablise.
Australia is losing China’s trade and willing to offer our nation as a nuclear target for supporting yet another US war of aggression under false pretenses and for all the wrong reasons, this time in our own region, with our biggest trading partner and not even our problem. Australia needs to decide if our involvement really is in our nation’s best interests.

Corruption in government is now endemic to Australia. If a whistleblower reports it, that person quickly disappears or is prosecuted on one pretext or another. Citizens need to update their understanding of government authority in 2022. The first element to grasp is that there is now not one shred of democracy surviving in this country. And, according to former High Court Judge, Sir Harry Talbot Gibbs, it is now some decades since Australia had a lawful government.
Personally, I would assert that the US has run Australia since the sacking of the Whitlam Government in 1975 and that America will destroy what is left of Australia economically, and also drag us into WWIII, an assertion echoed no less than seven times by former Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser, as his dying legacy to Australians.
In the NT, large portions are now inaccessible to Australians, due to occupation by the US military and the American war machine, specifically, Raytheon Technologies and Lockheed Martin and their missile pads. Meanwhile, China dominates Darwin Harbour on one side and America on the other side of the peninsula, including the entire centre portion of Darwin from Larakeyah, through the international airport and all the way through to Howard Springs. And then across Shoal Bay to Middle Point.
If that is not hostile military occupation I do not know what is. The Pentagon is assisted by our own “armed” forces. A Darwin warehouse contains Abram tanks (left) which can only have one purpose: to put down any possible local resistance.

I can be forgiven for not knowing, because this is the nature of subversion. Today, John F Kennedy’s April 27, 1961 now-hackneyed address before the American Newspaper Publisher’s Association rings truer than ever:

Kennedy was talking about the Soviet Union but the Soviet Union was the creation of the same banker elite who are waging 5th Generation Warfare on the entire planet, as we speak.
In his 1993 book, ‘Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution’, Professor Anthony Sutton wrote that, “One of the greatest myths of modern history is that the Communist Revolution in Russia was a popular uprising of the downtrodden masses against the hated ruling class of the Tsars.”

He was also a major contributor to Woodrow Wilson’s presidential campaign and an advocate for passage of the Federal Reserve Act.

This film, ‘Brazil: A Last Stand in the Americas’ sheds light on the Latin American piece of the Globalists’ world domination puzzle. Part 2 of this series deals specifically with China’s Unrestricted Warfare campaign against Brazil (there is no English language version yet).
The story starts with the founding in 1990 of the São Paulo Forum to counter the defeat of Communism in Eastern Europe with the creation of a Communist bloc in Latin America. Among the founding members were Lula da Silva and Fidel Castro.

Lula da Silva and his Workers’ Party is the model for Communist parties all around the world, because what he did was unite old-fashioned Communists and Trotskyists and Maoists and Liberation Theology Christians and Black activists all together under one umbrella.
The Workers’ Party was a coalition of the leftist groups to make them strong enough to win elections and that has been the model for political parties all through Latin America and even in Europe – even in New Zealand, my home country, we had an alliance party specifically designed on Lula’s Workers Party. The Democratic Socialists of America in the United States is modeled on the Workers’ Party of Brazil.
In the United States, Democratic Socialists of America, which has four members of Congress affiliated with the São Paulo Forum. So you’ve got a Latin American revolutionary organization that now has four members and many supporters in the US Congress but nobody in America knows that. Nobody in the United States knows that because nobody reports on it. Nobody even knows what the São Paulo Forum is.
Most of the Brazilian press is to the left, so they will not report on left hardcore Communist activities but the media is either unwilling to report on it or they’re scared to report on it, because there will be consequences for reporting on this organization.
After years of media denial, Lula thanked the São Paulo Forum for their support, as he had his legal conviction canceled and became eligible for the 2022 presidential race.
The Forum officially says it gathers 124 parties in 28 countries, including the Mir in Chile and the Venezuelan dictatorship’s party. In Brazil, there are five ,including the Democratic Labor Party, the Brazilian Communist Party, the Communist Party of Brazil and the Workers’ Party, with a total sum of 2,968 candidates proposed in the 2022 elections.
The Communist Party of Brazil and the Workers’ Party are in the coalition for the campaign of the organization’s founder, Lula.
Months before the Brazilian election, the case of Hugo “El Pollo” Carvajal came to light, a scandal that seemed to give weight to the claims and confessions about the São Paulo Forum and expose more about how it allegedly acts.
Nicknamed “El Pollo”, he was arrested in September 2021 in Spain. He was a general in the Venezuelan Army and the director of the country’s Military Intelligence. A testimony he gave to the Spanish courts reads:
“The Venezuelan government has illegally financed left-wing political movements around the world for at least 15 years. While I was the director of military intelligence and counter-intelligence for Venezuela, I received many reports showing that these international funding was happening.”
He quoted the list of people he accuses of having benefited from this, among them, the Kirschner family in Argentina, Evo Morales in Bolivia, Fernando Lugo in Paraguay, Ollanta Humala in Peru, Gustavo Petro, recently elected in Colombia and Lula Silva in Brazil. They were all linked to the São Paulo Forum. Brazil and Colombia, according to him were priorities.
The hard proof that the former General says he can provide are pending while he awaits to know details about his extradition to the US. People accused by him deny that the allegations were true but the allegations of illegal funding are less curious than the charge on which he was arrested.
“El Pollo” was indicted in the American justice system as part of the Cartel de los Soles, or Cartel of the Suns in English. Quoted as a criminal faction within the armed forces and other institutions in Venezuela. Venezuelan president, Nicolás Maduro, himself is also included in his indictment.
The former general was charged for partaking in what the court called a “narco-terrorism conspiracy” to, as the court documents stated, “Flood the United States with cocaine alongside the FARC.”
Something of note in the whole case and in the allegations that “El Pollo” made after his arrest was the presence, not only of agents linked to the São Paulo Forum but he mentioned one of its founding members, the Communist dictatorship of Cuba…
The American justices’ indictment of “El Pollo” Carvajal revealed more: This drug trafficking operation would not necessarily occur for money but to, in the words of the American courts, “Inflicts the drugs’ harmful and addictive effects” on users in the country.
The documents read: “Whereas, most drug-trafficking organizations in South and Central America have sought through recede from their roles in imparting narcotics into the United States, in an effort to avoid US prosecution, the Cartel de los Soles prioritized using cocaine as a weapon against America and importing as much cocaine as possible into the United States.” P 2/

The Communist Chinese Party will have no trouble at all governing Australia behind Aboriginal Law

As some readers of CN might be aware the Fabian Socialist Masons hijacked their political parties and then, as a single Lodge, proceeded to hijack the sovereignty of Australia (under the 1901) when The Crown abdicated Australia as a colonial possession under UN General Assembly Resolution 1514 (XV) on decolonisation. NB – only European powers were required to abdicate, the Communist Bloc was never required to abdicated any colonies.
To take one example only, the Central African Federation of the UK was dismantled at the stroke of pen when The Crown abdicated from Northern Rhodesia and created Zambia (Oct 24 1964), Malawi (1964) Botswana (1966).
This was why the Crown Colony of Southern Rhodesia seized the nettle and announced their Declaration of Independence Nov 11 1965.
In Australia this transition of power was covert and the sovereignty recognized in the 1901 did not revert to the people for referendum as in Rhodesia, it was hijacked by the Masonic Lodge and registered as a corporate entity with the US Securities Exchange as a corporate entity. It is registered to the District of Columbia and the 2nd US Constitution as acknowledged by World Banker Karen Eudes when she remarked that the US has two Constitutions.
The 1787 Constitution for the United States did not revoke the 1775 69 Articles of The Uniform Code of Military Justice and the Executive Office remains the Commander in Chief of that Code as well as the President over the federal laws.
America’s war of independence was fought under the Declaration of Independence , the 1775 UCMJ, and The Articles of Confederation of the Second Continental Congress 1776 which were repealed when the Constitution of the United States was adopted (civilian law). The President thus presides over two jurisprudences as sources of law: one civilian and one military.
A second (fake) constitution was adopted by Masonic traitors in the pay of the Corporation of the City of London and its Crown for the District of Columbia – a foreign territory to the United States of the 1776 and the 1787. This is a legal standard of abrogation to the original Constitution for the United States. This is “United States Code Title 28, 3002 (15) (A) (B) THE UNITED STATES, A FEDERAL CORPORATION” (Feb. 21, 1871, 1871. Acts 41st Congress, Section 3, Session III)
This is the Constitution under which Australia is registered as a corporation: the phoney. As it happens this is the constitution and its governance that the Americans would very much like to see finished along with its foreign territory: the District of Columbia which is virtually a ‘city of London’ and sovereign state.
There has been a Communist coup d’etat in the US. Congressman Louis T McFadden And it is hell bent on configuring all US law to the fake constitution. In terms of law, however, one of the foundations of American law remains and that is the 69 articles of The Uniform Code of Military Justice – June 30 1775.
On the basis of law, the 69 Articles are the only code on which the Americans can bring Counter Revolution against DC and its civilian authorities owned by the central bankers and governed by their Council on Foreign Relations. These authorities are cited by office in the Congressional Record by Chairman of the US House Committee on Banking and Currency, Louis T MacFadden (Chairman: 1920-31). He accused the Federal Reserve Bank (a private interest) of building another regime called the United States of America and governed by its CFR.
With all the military operations currently in across the world – most obviously from the United [Communist] Nations, I would not rule out that the Americans have commenced Counter Revolution. April 20 2020, President Trump (as Commander in Chief under the Uniform Code of Military Justice) signed Executive Order 13919 which gave the Secretary of Defense the full authority to FEDERALLY activate the Army Reserve. Now the Army Reserve belongs to the sovereign states of the original constitution (not the USC 1871). And now they are being deployed internationally. This EO has never been rescinded as these forces were activated after Biden ‘took office’ in the Jan 6 diversion – the troops arrived in DC after the inauguration. If Biden were really the Commander in Chief he would have immediately rescinded that EO.
Trump is the Commander in Chief and I think Australians will have to reckon with the American decision that the CCP will not be permitted to make the Pacific and its nations into a CCP bloc and sphere of influence. ANZUS is regarded as a serious responsibility. Regardless of whether or not there are US bases on Australian land Australia as a Chinese colonial possession is going forward in the actions of the Australian Corporate Entity. America will strike a Chinese aircraft carrier near Taiwan, and China will nuke all eight US installations in the NT, then others elsewhere in Australia. Capital cities will follow.
With communications down, electricity supply will soon cease. We will have gone from 21st century to stone-age overnight and millions will have been vaporised or be dying from radiation sickness. Three days later, starvation and disease will commence killing infants and old people, everywhere.

The spirit behind the real movers and shakers of the Russian/Ukrainian war motivated the US and several of its allies to disconnect a few Russian banks from the Belgian-based Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT), which facilitates most commercial cross-border payments between firms banking in different countries, and to exert pressure on Russia.
No fool for the West, but certainly an international world power, Russia may have anticipated the sanctions and, so, started working on its own CBDC — the “Digital Ruble”.

The Trusted Digital Identity bill 2022 and 10 million Optus identity thefts
The massive and unprecedented Optus data heist this week should put paid to any Australians placing their trust in this so-called ‘trusted’ legislation soon to be introduced by the Labor Party.
As more and more information is released by telco Optus it seems that up to 10 million former and existing customers have had their identity stolen by sophisticated hackers to be re-sold to criminal networks in Asia.
Gone are your identities through the theft of Passport numbers and all personal details including drivers licences.
In Australia, particularly with government, banks and telcos your date of birth is your official ID number.
You can’t change your date of birth therefore the loss of the millions of birth dates will now cost victims dearly as criminal networks clean out your bank and credit card accounts.
These devious Asians will open false accounts in banks, obtain credit cards, rip off power companies(not that would worry most customers), food retailers and engage in just about every online business transaction that can be done.
Your identity is gone forever thanks to fascist government policies that forced telcos to take and store this personal ID data when activating a phone.
Thank the Liberal National Party and the Labor Party as your identity just jumped out the window.

The Trusted Digital Identity bill 2022
This proposed legislation makes way for biometric data to be stored by government or private companies. It includes finger prints, hand prints, iris scans, facial scans and your DNA. (we have been reliably informed that Queenslanders who were PCR tested for Covid with intrusive nasal swabs have their DNA recorded in private data banks held in Brisbane.)
The government website states:
‘This legislation provides assurance to consumers that their privacy and security is protected.
It is also relevant for businesses and state and territory governments who wish to:
- be accredited for the digital identity services they provide under the Australian Government accreditation scheme, or
- participate in the System as an accredited onboarded participant (provides identity services) or a relying party (services that require their customer to verify their identity online).’
The Optus damage so far:
1.Nearly 10 million current and former Optus customers have been affected by the data breach
2. An expert says the data could be used by criminals to take out fraudulent loans or impersonate victims
3.Australian intelligence agencies are investigating the data breach, which could have implications for national security.
Brendan Walker-Munro of the University of Queensland said with those personal details, criminals would be able to commit “garden variety identity theft”.
“Someone posing as you can contact certain agencies and redirect physical mail, potentially even your electronic mail,” he said.
Dr Walker-Munro said the information released could allow people to impersonate others.
“Essentially, they’re able to commit a crime and almost make it look as though this this innocent person whose information they’ve obtained was actually responsible for it,” he said.
An Australian Federal Police task force will work with the Australians Signals Directorate to identify those behind the breach.
“I want to reassure Australians that the full weight of cybersecurity capabilities across government … are working round the clock to respond to this breach,” Home Affairs Minister Clare O’Neil said.
