Senator Eric Abetz Liberal senator from tasmania
Letter to the editor
The Canberra Times
Now that the High Court has shown it will almost strictly interpret OUR constitution, will we now see those who are “entitled” to the rights and privileges of citizens of foreign powers willingly or otherwise be removed from OUR parliament?
There are many who are in the proverbial cleft stick as they have parents who are citizens of Great Britain, Greece and others. If you have, for instance, renounced your British citizenship, you may still recover it by way of application and the Home Secretary will approve it unless you have a criminal record or an unstable mind. Apparently you will only have it returned once, but to reapply for it to rid yourself of it demonstrates a disloyalty to Australia.
Those born of German parents automatically gain German citizenship, as with George Henry Brandis.
How many other of those sitting in OUR federal parliament are ineligible according to Section 44?
Queensland State election to be held on November 25
by Gil Hanrahan in Brisbane
Rumblings from One Nation members have confirmed there is an unhatched master plan in place to elevate Pauline Hanson’s Chief of Staff James Ashby to the senate.
In its usual response the High Court sitting as the Court of Disputed Returns has ordered a recount for the next candidate on the party ticket to replace the ousted Malcolm Roberts, a most competent senator.
Roberts now will stand in the state seat of Ipswich as a part of the plan, to take over the state leadership should sitting One Nation member Steve Dickson(another competent Member) lose his seat of Buderim at the November 25 poll.
In the current episode of sloppy administration by One Nation, the next in line is Fraser Anning, a Gladstone business man.
Sources have revealed that Anning, believed to be close to bankruptcy, suddenly had his creditors paid off allowing him to sit in the senate.
It seems the deal is for Anning to step aside and create a casual vacancy which would allow Pauline Hanson to insert Ashby into the senate.
There is a similar precedent to this scenario going back to the famous case when a hostile Labor Party member,Albert Patrick Field(Pat) was appointed to the senate after union organiser, Senator Bertie Milliner died suddenly. This extract from Wikipedia explains how One Nation could appoint Ashby:
“On 30 June 1975, Bertie Milliner, a Queensland ALP Senator, died suddenly. It had long been a tradition that when a casual vacancy occurred in the Senate, the relevant political party would nominate the replacement to the state premier, and the state parliament would formally appoint the new senator. As was usual practice, the Labor Party nominated only one name, Mal Colston, to replace Milliner. Country Party Premier Joh Bjelke-Petersen asked for a list of three names from which he would choose the replacement; he was possibly relying on a 1962 precedent, when his predecessor, Frank Nicklin, had also required such a list of names. The Labor Party refused to provide a list and insisted on Colston being appointed.
Although Field had long Labor Party and union connections, he was certainly not an active politician and had never before sought to become one. Nevertheless, he made himself known to the Premier’s office and offered his services.
Although he would be technically a Labor Senator, he vowed never to vote for the Whitlam government. Field was conservative and religious and was openly critical of what he saw as a range of “immoral” policies being advanced by Whitlam and his government. That was exactly the sort of person wanted by Bjelke-Petersen, who responded by nominating Field in the Parliament of Queensland as the new senator.”
To the public, One Nation it appears, can do no wrong. Their savage internal politics have seen numerous candidates kicked out because they would not pay Ashby’s Sunshine Coast printing business for election material believing they could buy it cheaper elsewhere. Others have been kicked out for not adhering to Hanson’s ‘it’s my way or the highway’ policy.
This writer does not believe the platitudes coming from the mouth of Liberal leader Tim Nicholls stating he will not do a deal with Hanson to form government. He would do a deal with the devil to grab a hold of the Treasury spoils.
So would Hanson and Ashby, both traditional Liberals with close ties to both the state and federal Liberal parties.
At a Canberra function soon after last year’s federal election, according to a bystander, Hanson’s first comments to Malcolm Turnbull were,” how can I help you Malcolm?” (Cairns News has contacted a bystander and Hanson’s comments were confirmed).
Kymberley Suchomel died suddenly after giving statement exposing multiple gunmen
Kymberley Suchomel was a key witness who had identified multiple shooters during Las Vegas attack A key witness in the Las Vegas shooting attack, who identified multiple shooters, has been found dead at her home.28-year-old Kymberley
Suchomel managed to escape the massacre, at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas, uninjured but made a public statement describing the attacks and how they were carried out by multiple gunmen that were firing weapons into the crowd. Her post on Facebook quickly went viral as it confirmed what many had already suspected:
The mainstream media “official” narrative that Stephen Paddock was a “lone wolf” gunman was false.Kymberley gave a detailed account of her horrific experience a few days after the event as she said she had struggled to think of the words to describe the “nightmare” she had been through. She said multiple gunmen were not only firing weapons in the crowd but chasing people and gunning them down.
She described how she was “chased” by one of the shooters: “We were rounding some sort of corner maybe- and I looked to the right and I saw this large cowboy sitting down with his legs spread, holding a blood-soaked woman. “I thought to myself ‘we NEED to hide’, but as I looked quickly for somewhere to go, the gunfire once again got closer and closer. “We couldn’t hide because they (and I do mean THEY) were chasing us.
“”I kept looking back expecting to see the gunmen- and I say MEN because there was more than one person. “There was more than one gun firing. 100% more than one.”She also stated that what was being reported by the mainstream news networks didn’t match the events that actually took place, saying: “I have bene [been] watching the news non-stop since I arrived back home to my family.
And it just doesn’t make sense.”The story that are feeding everyone doesn’t add up to our eyewitness accounts. There is something wrong with what they are saying & the evidence seems fake if you ask me.”There are multiple people stating that there was a lady towards the beginning of the evening who had made her way up to the stage warning people that we were all gunna die- her and her boyfriend were escorted off the premises.”Why has she not been mentioned by authorities? Every single survivor I have talked to also remembers multiple shooters, and at least one from the ground- why aren’t we being taken more seriously? Tons of things don’t add up.”
According to Sea Coast Online, Suchomel, 28, who was not injured during last week’s shooting, died early Monday at her Apple Valley home, according to her grandmother, Julie Norton.Norton found Suchomel just after 8:30 a.m. when she arrived to care for her 3-year-old great-granddaughter, Scarlett. She believes Suchomel may have died in her sleep after her husband, Mike, left for work at 4:30 a.m.Norton told the Daily Press: “I believe the stress from the shooting took her life.”Days after the shooting, Suchomel explained to the Victorville Daily Press how she and her friends escaped with their lives as a gunman, perched from a hotel suite on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, opened fire on some 20,000 concertgoers on Oct. 1.With 58 people killed by the gunman and nearly 500 wounded, the Las Vegas event is the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history. That was the night that my life, and the lives of my friends, and so many others were changed forever,” Suchomel told the Daily Press the day after the shooting. “I might have escaped unharmed, but I know that I’ve been emotionally and mentally scarred for life.
“Suchomel shared her fear of trying to fall asleep at night as the “sounds of gunfire” become louder in her head and the images of “broken and bloody bodies” flashed through her mind.Major Cover-upKymberley Suchomel isn’t the first key witness to have died since the shooting attack after a man killed himself and his disabled daughter in a horrific murder-suicide shortly after the FBI raided his home. Chad Nishimura mysteriously vanished shortly after he gave a statement to a local news network saying that Paddock was just a “normal guy” and that “he didn’t have many bags.
“Also, it was revealed today that the Mandalay Bay hotel security guard who was hailed a hero by the law enforcement and the mainstream media, Jesus Campos, has gone missing. The Federal Government and Opposition continue to fall apart driven by corruption scandals, citizenship disqualification and a judiciary acting as the arm of dishonest political parties.
Former One Nation WA senator Rod Culleton has borne the brunt of a corrupt and unaccountable judiciary marching to the orders of Liberal Attorney General George Brandis.
This time justice might catch up to the errant Brandis after he was served with a summons to face the Magistrates Court on a criminal conspiracy charge.
Culleton has charged the beleaguered Attorney General with conspiracy allegedly over his part in giving the senate false information to have the High Court disqualify Culleton over his bankruptcy which he says was an intentionally incorrect finding of a Federal Court judge.
Culleton launched the private prosecution after a meeting with the Chief Magistrate in Canberra.
Meanwhile the Director of Public Prosecutions is attempting to take over the case and shut it down, no doubt on orders from the accused Attorney General.
Culleton says the DPP is a public servant, “not a duly elected public officer.”
“The Director has no right or qualifications to take over my case. They are not a judge or jury,” he claimed.
“I was tossed out of the senate because my first question to Senator Brandis pointed out the High Court and all other courts had been functioning unlawfully since 2004 when the courts removed the Crown(Queen) from all process.” (Cairns News Nov 22, 2016)
Disqualification of sitting politicians under Section 44 of the Commonwealth Constitution of Australia, should also apply to lawyers or barristers who sit in Parliament.
“The Parliament is in conflict with the Constitution by having lawyers as politicians,” Mr Culleton explained.
“These members are officers of the court and being a politician they receive a reward under the Crown and as such should be disqualified under Section 44 too.”
A constitutional analyst has pointed out to Cairns News that George Brandis’ parents were both born in Germany, entitling him to German citizenship.
“”This would bar him from sitting,” the analyst said.
Cairns News has received notice from the Walter family that David will be released on parole from Lotus Glen prison on Friday.
He still faces spurious charges of assaulting Court Protection officers and some incredulous charge by the ACCC for not declaring his pet bird collection as an asset in vexatious bankruptcy proceedings.
We will keep informed our many thousands of readers who have been watching the Walter saga.
Islam is a total system of life
Here is a perspective by Dr. Peter Hammond. Dr. Hammond’s doctorate is in Theology. He was born in Capetown in 1960, grew up in Rhodesia and converted to Christianity in 1977.
Adapted from Dr. Peter Hammond’s book: “Slavery, Terrorism and Islam: The Historical Roots and Contemporary Threat” – Islam is not a religion, nor is it a cult. In its fullest form, it is a complete, total, 100% system of life.
Islam has religious, legal, political, economic, social, and military components. The religious component is a beard for all of the other components.
Islamization begins when there are sufficient Muslims in a country to agitate for their religious privileges. When politically correct, tolerant, and culturally diverse societies agree to Muslim demands for their religious privileges, some of the other components tend to creep in as well.
Here’s how it works:
As long as the Muslim population remains around or under 3% in any given country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a peace-loving minority, and not as a threat to other citizens. This is the case in:
United States — Muslim 2%
Australia — Muslim 2.5%
Canada — Muslim 2.8%
Norway — Muslim 2.8%
China — Muslim 2.9%
Italy — Muslim 2.5%
At 3% to 8%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs.
This happening in:
Denmark — Muslim 5%
Germany — Muslim 6.7%
United Kingdom — Muslim 7.7%
Spain — Muslim 8%
Thailand — Muslim 7.6%
From 8% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves — along with threats for failure to comply.
This is occurring in:
France — Muslim 12%
Philippines — 9%
Sweden — Muslim 8%
Switzerland — Muslim 8.3%
The Netherlands — Muslim 8.5%
Trinidad& Tobago — Muslim 10.8%
At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the entire world.
When Muslims approach 15% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions.
In Paris, we are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam, and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam, with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam.
Such tensions are seen daily, particularly in Muslim sections, in:
Guyana — Muslim 15%
India — Muslim 19.4%
Israel — Muslim 16%
Kenya — Muslim 18%
Russia — Muslim 21%
After reaching 25%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues, such as in:
Ethiopia — Muslim 32.8%
At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare, such as in:
Bosnia — Muslim 40%
Chad — Muslim 53.1%
Lebanon — Muslim 59.7%
From 60%, nations experience unfettered persecution of non- believers of all other religions (including non-conforming Muslims), sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon, and Jizya, the tax placed on infidels, such as in:
Albania — Muslim 70%
Malaysia — Muslim 60.4%
Qatar — Muslim 77.5%
Sudan — Muslim 70%
After 80%, expect daily intimidation and violent jihad, some State-run ethnic cleansing, and even some genocide, as these nations drive out the infidels, and move toward 100% Muslim, such as has been experienced and in some ways is on-going in:
Bangladesh — Muslim 83%
Egypt — Muslim 90%
Gaza — Muslim 98.7%
Indonesia — Muslim 86.1%
Iran — Muslim 98%
Iraq — Muslim 97%
Jordan — Muslim 92%
Morocco — Muslim 98.7%
Pakistan — Muslim 97%
Syria — Muslim 90%
Tajikistan — Muslim 90%
Turkey — Muslim 99.8%
United Arab Emirates — Muslim 96%
100% will usher in the peace of ‘Dar-es-Salaam’ — the Islamic House of Peace.. Here there’s supposed to be peace, because everybody is a Muslim, the Madrassas are the only schools, and the Koran is the only word, such as in:
Afghanistan — Muslim 100%
Saudi Arabia — Muslim 100%
Somalia — Muslim 100%
Yemen — Muslim 100%
Unfortunately, peace is never achieved, as in these 100% states the most radical Muslims intimidate and spew hatred, and satisfy their blood lust by killing less radical Muslims, for a variety of reasons.
‘Before I was nine I had learned the basic canon of Arab life. It was me against my brother; me and my brother against our father; my family against my cousins and the clan; the clan against the tribe; the tribe against the world, and all of us against the infidel. — Leon Uris, ‘The Haj’
It is important to understand that in some countries, with well under 100% Muslim populations, such as France, the minority Muslim populations live in ghettos, within which they are 100% Muslim, and within which they live by Sharia Law. The national police do not even enter these ghettos. There are no national courts, nor schools, nor non-Muslim religious facilities. In such situations, Muslims do not integrate into the community at large. The children attend madrassas. They learn only the Koran. To even associate with an infidel is a crime punishable with death.
Therefore, in some areas of certain nations, Muslim Imams and extremists exercise more power than the national average would indicate.
Today’s 2 billion Muslims make up 28% of the world’s population. But their birth rates dwarf the birth rates of Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Jews, and all other believers. Muslims will exceed 50% of the world’s population by the end of this century.
Remember a vote for the Liberals, ALP or Greens is a vote for Islam
The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, California Rep. Devin Nunes, confirmed on Wednesday 22nd March 2017 President Donald Trump’s claims that his presidential transition team was spied on by former President Barack Obama’s administration.
The information they gathered was then widely spread throughout the Obama administration, Nunes said.
If evidence is found that Obama had it done intentionally to assist failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s campaign, which many critics suspect, this could be huge.
In fact, it could lead to Obama being arrested.
According to Nunes, the U.S. intelligence community collected information on members of the Trump transition team incidentally. The information was then “widely disseminated” in intelligence reports.
“I recently confirmed that on numerous occasions, the intelligence community collected information on U.S. individuals involved in the Trump transition,” Nunes told reporters. “Details about U.S. persons involved in the incoming administration, with little or no apparent foreign intelligence value, were widely disseminated in intelligence community reports.”
“This information was legally brought to me by sources who thought we should know it,” Nunes said. There were “dozens of reports, but no mention of Russia.”
The revelation comes just after a bombshell committee hearing Tuesday where FBI Director James Comey told Congress there was “no information” that Trump had been wiretapped.
According to Nunes, the wiretap “legally collected foreign intelligence under FISA incidental collection.”
But Nunes also said he was “alarmed” that the information “ended up in reporting channels and was widely disseminated” — and critics are calling for a full investigation into how this happened.
“I’m not gonna get into legal definitions here, but clearly I have a concern” that Obama was spying on Trump, Nunes said.
FORMER SENATOR ROD CULLETON ASKS COMMUNITY TO STAND UP TO BANK RECEIVERS AT BALLABAY STATION
Former Senator Rod Culleton, has released a plea on social media for people to get to Ballabay Station located just outside Charters Towers, at Pentland, 9am on Thursday morning.
Nolene Bradshaw and her family own Ballabay Station and Mr Culleton said that he had been working closely with Mrs Bradshaw when he was a Senator, to help keep them on the farm.
Mr Culleton said Rabobank, the lender, was one of the most aggressive banks along with the ANZ, when it came to farm foreclosures.
“Once we lose the great generational farmers of this nation, they will never be replaced and we will have lost the knowledge and expertise forever. This happened in Europe and it can happen here! Our farmers are irreplaceable,” he said.
“Rabobank have engineered the demise of Nolene Bradshaw and her farm. Nolene, her husband and their son are great pastoralists and have survived drought for years and the government induced live export debacle. Even through these tough times, the Bradshaws were able to look after their cattle, which are in prime condition now to be sold. The market is at an optimum peak and Rabobank should be allowing the Bradshaws to sell their cattle, to help service their loan. The Bradshaws had room to financially manoeuvre to meet repayment deadlines but Rabobank kicked in their heels.”
“The cattle are calving at present and the heat is extremely high, yet, the receivers have sent in a helicopter to muster the cattle. There is no court order to do this and the cattle do not belong to the bank. This is theft, not to mention that these actions will cause stress to the cattle and it is highly likely that they will die as a result.”
Mr Culleton says that he does not have a hatred for banks, but how the major four Australian banks treat their customers. “Instead of sitting down at a table and working out a commercial and viable way for the borrower to service the loan, the banks send in receivers and lawyers,” he said.
“This is why I am fighting for a Royal Commission into the banks, the receivers and other financial associates. The Senate has already agreed to one with the terms of reference I presented to them and now the House of Representatives will be voting on it again, imminently. I urge people to contact their local member and tell them you want a Royal Commission.”
Mr Culleton said that all members of the public and media are invited to attend Ballabay Station, on Gregory Springs Rd in Pentland, at 9am on Thursday 9th February.
“Mrs Bradshaw has advised me that the receivers could come at an moment during the day, so we are asking the public to be prepared to attend and stay for the day and potentially into the night. Our aim is to stop the receivers moving in so that we can prepare other avenues for the Bradshaws to save their farm. Bring drinks, food and shelter. It could turn out to be one big bush barbeque.”
