National Coronavirus insanity and World Government

Coronavirus observations;

Those who are too smart to engage in politics are punished by being governed by those who are dumber. ~Plato

“None are so hopelessly enslaved, as those who falsely believe they are free. The truth has been kept from the depth of their minds by masters who rule them with lies. They feed them on falsehoods till wrong looks like right in their eyes.” – Johann von Goethe

Dictatorship naturally arises out of democracy, and the most aggravated form of tyranny and slavery out of the most extreme liberty. – Plato

“A history of false flag attacks used to manipulate the minds of the people! “In individuals, insanity is rare; but in groups, parties, nations, and epochs it is the rule.” – Friedrich Nietzsche

World Freemasons Gather in Tokyo to Select New Leader as Golden Age Dawns

The world’s freemasons are gathering in Tokyo this week and next to select a new world grandmaster, according to Japanese military intelligence. The meetings will start this week at the Freemason underground complex near Tokyo Tower and will conclude with a final leadership selection at the Sanno Hotel on March 25, the sources say. The meetings are taking place because a long term Freemason goal, the creation of a benevolent world government, is near completion, the sources continue.

World Government Summit

Did you know that 4,000 world leaders from 130 different countries gathered in Dubai last week for the World Government Summit?  It was held from February 12th to February 14th, and it featured more than 100 internationally-known speakers including UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, Christine Lagarde and Elon Musk.  If you would like to know more about this shadowy group, you can visit the official website right here.  The first World Government Summit was held back in 2013, and that one was actually attended by Barack Obama.  Unfortunately the mainstream media in the United States was almost entirely silent about this summit, so most of us in the western world didn’t even hear about it.

To honor the spirit of this summit, a reconstructed version of Palmyra’s Arch Of Triumph (also known as the Monumental Arch) was erected in Dubai.  Previously it had been put up in London and New York City for brief periods of time, and so this marked only the third time that it has been displayed.

LNP suspends federal parliament so Cabinet can create a police state unimpeded

from Sunshine Coast Daily

Boris Johnson’s House of Commons Leader Jacob Rees-Mogg has no time for those who believe the coronavirus pandemic is a reason for sidelining parliament.

“Parliament’s role of scrutinising government, authorising spending and making laws must be fulfilled,” he said recently.

The only question for Rees-Mogg is how parliament can sit in the current circumstances. To that end, he is now “considering every technological solution available”.

PM Scott Morrison sees the role of the Australian parliament very differently. He’s dismissed the need for regular parliamentary sittings during the current coronavirus crisis on the basis that MPs “have got a bigger job to do out

there in their communities than they would have [in Canberra]”.

Australian Attorney General Christian Porter says he “has better things to do” than sit in Federal Parliament to scutinise the police state laws being implemented under the trojan horse Coronavirus

His Attorney-General, Christian Porter, has gone further, declaring “we’ve got better things to do” than “set down a regular sitting schedule”.

But parliamentarians serve their communities by representing them in parliament; there is no bigger job. It is through the parliament that MPs can ensure that the needs and interests of their communities are being addressed by the Government.

Fundamentally, that is the job they are elected to do.

When the parliament sat on 23 March, Mr Morrison shut it down for five months. He was forced to reconvene parliament again after reversing his position on wage subsidies but if he has his way, we won’t sit again until August.

That is not how parliamentary democracies work. Parliament is more than a group of MPs who are brought together whenever the government of the day needs approval for its latest legislation, however worthy that legislation may be.

It is not the Parliament’s job to serve the interests of the Australian Government. Its job is to serve the interests of the Australian people. That vital function must not be placed into hibernation during a time of crisis.

Disturbingly, Mr Morrison does not appear to think that his decision to shutdown the parliament is particularly significant.

But it is a momentous and unprecedented decision. Our federal Parliament continued to sit during World War I, the 1919 Spanish flu, and World War II. The mother of our parliament, the British House of Commons, even found ways to sit during the Blitz.

And as research produced by the Parliamentary Library has confirmed, Mr Morrison’s decision to shut down our parliament is not a decision that is being replicated in similar democracies such as the UK, New Zealand, Canada and the USA.

Over the next five months, the Morrison Government will make decisions that will have extraordinary repercussions for millions of Australians and for the social and economic fabric of Australia for at least a generation.

The parliament passed extraordinary powers to respond to the current public health crisis. It is absurd and dangerous to suggest that the parliament now has no role in ensuring that these emergency powers are being exercised in the best interests of their constituents and of our nation.

Of course the national parliament may need to alter the way it sits to protect the health of its members and the general public. There are many ways this can be done, such as by having reduced numbers of MPs attending in person and through the use of technology.

The sheer scale the current crisis should also prompt us to consider the adoption of additional accountability mechanisms.

The New Zealand parliament, for example, has tasked a special cross-party parliamentary committee with scrutinising the actions of the Government during the current crisis. The committee is chaired by the Leader of the Opposition, sits remotely and its proceedings are live-streamed to the public.

A number of prominent Australian judges have called for a similar model to be adopted here and this is certainly worthy of debate – in the parliament.

When parliament does reconvene to consider the Government’s proposal on wage subsidies, Mr Morrison should not try to shut it down again after he gets what he needs.

Instead, the Prime Minister must allow the parliament to continue to perform its vital democratic functions during the current crisis.

WHO forgot to tell us 800,000 people die from suicide each year

Letter to the Editor

https://www.sott.net/article/431002-The-Achilles-Heel-of-viruses-They-are-generally-pH-sensitive

Mental health might be the real issue

Regardless of how many people on the planet are actively aware of it, the truth is that tens of millions of people drop like flies from illness, depression and self-destruction every single day. And that’s a trend that has been ongoing for, well, a very long time.

According to the WHO assessment of deaths by cause for the years 2000-2016, close to 800,000 people die due to suicide every year, which is one person every 40 seconds. And those who have been paying attention will know that, in the past few years, the generalized state of the public’s mental health has not improved………………..

………………..In Perspective

Dr Gabriela Segura, warns Coronavirus is mainly hysteria and that there are many more deaths worldwide each year from other causes

As you can imagine, family medicine doctors deal with so many REAL tragedies on a daily basis that we can’t really get worked up by the flu, which has been pretty bad in the last few years, collapsing hospitals with patients piled up in the hallway, and with no protective mask for us poor doctors! Many vulnerable people die during the flu season, yet it is never propagandized, except when it’s time for the flu vaccine. For the most part, we move on and people eventually forget all about it. It’s like that each season. But despite the fact that this corona virus shows all the signs of being no more contagious – and possibly even less lethal than the seasonal flu – we are being encouraged, nay REQUIRED, to freak out about it.

At the clinic where I practice, the ‘red carpet’ in terms of lab and hospital support is being rolled out for patients with this “new virus”. But what about my other patients who have a neurological condition and have to wait for 9 months to see a neurologist because the specialty is completely booked up? Maybe neurological issues should be recategorized as “new virus”, and maybe then patients will get the priority evaluation they need and deserve.

Over this past winter, while on duty at my clinic, I’ve seen upwards of 40 people each morning with either a cold or the flu. That has been a pretty standard scenario for most of this season. My afternoons have been mostly spent dealing with the usual tragedies that no one seems to pay much attention to.

We literally see people dying every day, in one way or another, and it’s not coronavirus that’s taking them out. Nevertheless, the death rate from the coronavirus is nowhere near as high as that of the average seasonal virus. In case you didn’t know, most people are not doing as well as they tell you when you greet them. Cases of heart failure, COPD, cancer and other ‘modern illnesses’ have already reached real pandemic levels, but again, no one is getting hysterical about those. So never mind the coronavirus, in fact, the odds are very good that you’ll survive it if you catch it. And don’t be surprised if you probably already had it. It just wasn’t an issue until you were told it was.

Above All, Don’t Succumb to The Pathological Hysteria

Socialism stops working when the socialists have given away everyone’s wealth and land

by Alex Bruce

Has “wokeness” ruined everything? That’s the question which spurred a podcast by Ash Sarkar, a twenty-something British academic media darling who contributes to The Guardian and The Independent and is featured in this latest post by British YouTuber, Sargon of Akkad.

First, Sarkar asks, “What is woke culture?” pretending exasperation and ignorance. Later in the interview, she opines:

“Woke is accepting that LGBT identities are valid and should be protected under the law; that woke culture is an acknowledge-ment that racialized outcomes, reproduced through institutions in society and people of color measurably are treated differently… what I want, at an interpersonal level is understanding, empathy and solidarity and at a political level, I want the pursuit of redistributive goals, whether that’s power, whether that’s wealth, whether that’s land, in order to pursue aims of social justice, along class, gender and race lines.”

Sargon of Akkad agrees. “This is actually an excellent definition of woke culture, because it shows us that we are dealing with a radical movement, that violates some of the fundamental values of modern, Liberal Britain. Primarily, that we do not think of arbitrary characteristics, like race, gender and anything else should be factors that contribute to outcomes, wherever possible and that we believe that a person’s private property should, in fact be protected by the state, using the law and not taken away from a person by the state, instead.

“Appropriating people’s wealth and land, then re-distributing it along race, gender and class lines seems like an aberrant violation of those values and would naturally be seen as unethical by someone who is not a part of woke culture and follows the traditional values of modern Britain.”

Like Saikat Chakrabarti, AOC’s race-baiting svengali and former chief-of-staff, who’s done so much to inject a new brand of hysterical, racial divisiveness into the American political process, Sarkar is also the child of Bangladeshi immigrants. Both project ancestral traumas onto the West while strategically weaponizing White Guilt to advance their goal of Global Communism.

Neither complains about Bangladesh, where Islam is the state religion and homosexuality is still punishable by life imprisonment; where the Islamization of that country was defined by overthrowing the Varna caste system, the most skin color-obsessed means of social control ever devised, lasting millennia and still going strong throughout South Asia – now replaced with its Muslim version of “Ashrafs” who claim superior status derived from Persian, Turkic and Arab ancestry or alleged descent from Muhammad.

They don’t complain about Bangladesh because it doesn’t have the capital that they want to see “redistributed” along identitarian lines.

This, while they subscribe to “Luxury Communism”. Sarkar’s boss, Aaron Bastani wrote a manifesto about it. Luxury Communism is technocratic utopianism that’s about “fully embracing automation” and how technology will reduce the value of commodities – food, healthcare and housing – towards zero and how synthetic biology will prolong life and virtually eliminate disease.

Such things may indeed come to pass – but it sure as Hell won’t be because of a Global Communism!

These people are young and so steeped in ideology that they don’t see how Big Tech, influenced by Marxist and Postmodernist thought has already created a monopolistic combine of censorship, surveillance, social engineering, resulting in our current stealth digital totalitarianism with a corporatist, “social justice” veneer.

The unprecedented collaboration between Big Tech, with the mass media and the intelligence agencies to saturate the infosphere with their chosen narrative and to ban all others is decidedly not taking us to the “world of liberty, luxury and happiness”, of which the wokesters dream.

High Court expulsion of Senator Culleton wrong at law – UK Supreme Court

Exclusive report by Jim O’Toole

Culleton advised by UK Supreme Court his senate expulsion was wrong at law leaving the way open for other expelled senators to reclaim their seats

The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom has advised Western Australia Senator-in-exile Rod Culleton the High Court of Australia has erred by removing him from the senate.

‘Bank Basher’ WA senator in exile Rod Culleton heading back to the senate

In January Culleton filed an appeal, contrary to legal advice, against his senate expulsion in the Supreme Court(Privy Council) citing s47 of the Commonwealth Constitution of Australia, which had been ignored by the High Court.

This section states: ‘Until the Parliament otherwise provides, any question respecting the qualification of a senator or of a member of the House of Representatives, or respecting a vacancy in either House of the Parliament, and any question of a disputed election to either House, shall be determined by the House in which the question arises.’

The High Court, sitting as the Court of Disputed Returns, expelled him from the senate in 2017 on a referral from then Attorney General, Senator George Brandis.

“Preliminary guidance from my case manager in the UK Supreme Court referred me to a legal maxim from a case precedent, Hilary Term [2014] UKSC 3.”

The case precedent cites “….. Blackstone (Commentaries on the Laws of England)  says that the whole of the law and custom of Parliament has its original from this one maxim: ‘that whatever matter arises concerning either House of Parliament, ought to be examined, discussed, and adjudged in that house to which it relates, and not elsewhere.

“The senate now has no choice but to remove all of those candidates who filled casual vacancies created by the High Court and reinstate me, because a legal maxim is the final say, there is no law above it,” Culleton said.

“This includes Jacquie Lambie and Bob Day who have indicated to me they will now contest their expulsions by the High Court under s44 of the Constitution.

“The senate will have to decide on my eligibility to sit as a senator.”

Tomorrow Culleton intends to inform the Clerk of the senate of this legal maxim leaving the Clerk no choice but to ask the senate to reinstate any senator expelled by the High Court.

“The Parliament is compelled and bound by this maxim. The senate cannot abuse its powers and must immediately ask the surrogate senators to remove themselves from the House as they are only filling a vacancy,” he said.

“Furthermore, I believe those unelected surrogate Senators are now impersonating a Commonwealth Public Official and putting the Senate in disrepute through their unlawful representations and I quote  Odgers Australian Senate Practice, 13th Edition, 2012  page 160:

Presumably if a conviction is quashed on appeal the vacancy which was taken to have occurred upon conviction and sentence is taken not to have occurred. If such a presumed vacancy has been filled the filling of the vacancy would then also be void.”

Brits want a ‘no deal’ Brexit departure or threaten revolution

Oliver Cromwell reincarnated

from Neon Nettle

Yellow vest activists in the UK took to the streets of London on Friday protesting for ‘a clean exit’ from the European Union, according to reports. The group expressed mistrust in politicians and British Prime minister Theresa May, who recently gained the confidence vote despite the escalating chaos around Brexit.

One activist, who spoke to Sputnik News, said they voted Brexit because they wanted to reclaim control of their own country. “We don’t want to be part of the federal European superstate that’s going to erode our rights and take away democracy.”

Brits demand a ‘no deal’ Brexit departure or there will be a revolution. “We are not Europeans”  the protesters yelled!

“This is Britain. We are not European.

“We have never been European. This is our land, and we are taking it back.”

“If the political class doesn’t like it, they will see a revolution as they’ve never seen before. It is time to take up the spirit of Oliver Cromwell, rise and reclaim what’s rightfully ours.”

The activists, inspired by the recent “gilet jaunes” uprising in France, protested outside Downing Street, Tower Bridge, Westminster Bridge, and London Bridge. The group warned about their determination to support Brexit among other causes.

“The yellow vests are just a start. This will spread out to the whole country,” an activist told Sputnik.

According to a named source in the UK’s armed forces, London has tasked troops with developing a plan to prevent an uprising if the country leaves the European Union without a deal.

“We don’t want the deal. Dump the deal: no deal Brexit but trading under World Trade Organization terms.”

The Culture of Death and Growing Totalitarianism

Newt Gingrich: Alfie Evans is condemned to die at 23 months because of Britain’s scary secular state

Stop Press: Vaccinations being blamed

Kate James and Thomas Evans parents of 23-month-old Alfie Evans, put to death at 2.30am, 28 April 2018 at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool

The British government’s decision to allow two critically ill babies to die in two years is a natural reflection of the culture of death and the steady increase in totalitarian tendencies among Western governments.

Last year, the British government ordered life support removed from Charlie Gard, ending his life when he was just 11 months old. Now, Alfie Evans – just 23 months old – has received what amounts to the same death sentence. On Monday, he was removed from life support by court order – against the wishes of his parents.

Then something remarkable happened. The child confounded his doctors and refused to die.

As of the time I am writing this, Alfie Evans is still alive and is breathing unaided. This is despite the claim made by a medical professional during a court hearing that Alfie would die quickly – possibly in “minutes” – if taken off life support.

At least twice in two years we have seen a supposedly free country’s court system impose what amounts to a death sentence on its most innocent citizens.

But even this display of the power of the human spirit to defy the expectations of the supposedly rational and objective state did nothing to sway the minds of the British courts and state-run medical apparatus.

On Wednesday, another legal appeal by Alfie’s parents to be allowed to try and save their son’s life was denied.

The secular system has asserted its right to define what lives are worth living and is determined to prevent its authority from being questioned. Alfie Evans’ life – like Charlie Gard’s before him – has been determined to be limited by the standards of the secular state, and therefore without value.

UK Chief Child Executioner – PM Theresa May

These tragic government-imposed death sentences for innocent infants should frighten all of us about increasing secularism in society and the steady shift towards a totalitarian willingness to control our lives – down to and including ending them – on the government’s terms.

This is a direct assault on the core premise of the Declaration of Independence. We Americans asserted that we “are endowed by (our) Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.” In the American Revolution, in our fight against the British crown, we asserted that rights come from God – not from government.

However, our secular, liberal culture increasingly dismisses the concept of God and asserts that our rights come from a rational contract enforced by government.

In the original American model, we asserted our God-given rights against the power of a potentially tyrannical government. In the emerging left-wing secular order, since there is no God our rights depend on a secular state controlling itself.

Britain is giving us a vivid, tragic sense of how dangerous and heartless government tyranny can be once God is rejected and there is nothing between us and the government.

Ironically, this latest decision was made the same year Stephen Hawking died – 55 years after he was diagnosed with ALS (commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease) and told he had only two years to live.

Apparently, the British government learned no lessons from Hawking’s remarkable lifetime of work and achievement, which he pursued despite having to battle an extraordinarily challenging illness.

In fact, in 1985 Hawking contracted pneumonia while he was writing “A Brief History of Time,” and his wife was asked if his life should be terminated. She refused, and Hawking went on to live another 33 years and publish one of the most acclaimed books of the 20th century, which has since sold more than 10 million copies worldwide. This was all after it was suggested he be taken off life support.

Hawking should be a permanent reminder that the human spirit is more important than the human body, and that the will to live and achieve should not be destroyed by the state.

Yet in the very country that produced and nurtured Hawking, the government still ordered the removal of life support from two babies. In both cases there has been an organized alternative to government-imposed death.

Charlie Gard’s condition was potentially treatable by an experimental process in the United States. An American hospital and other organizations were willing to treat him. Supporters gave more than 1.3 million pounds (about $1.8 million) to pay for the travel and treatment.

Charlie’s parents wanted him to have the chance to live. However, the British bureaucracy took time to consider if he could go to the U.S. for treatment. During that bureaucratic process, his condition worsened. Then it was too late.

While the bureaucratic deliberation continued, Charlie’s parents and those who wanted to try to save him were told they had no right to help their own child. The child belonged to the government, and the government would decide whether he had the right to live.

Alfie Evans pictured with his mother Kate James as she cuddles her ill son

This year, Alfie Evans had international support for an opportunity to live. The “pope’s hospital” – Bambino Gesù Pediatric Hospital in Rome – has offered to treat Alfie (as it did with Charlie). Pope Francis has publicly appealed to the British government to allow the young boy to be taken to Rome.

An air ambulance was sent to Alfie’s hospital earlier this week to bring him to the doctors who wanted to try for a miraculous cure.

What better place is there to hope for a miracle than in the pope’s pediatric hospital, which has helped many children with rare diseases?

This appeal for hope fell on the deaf ears of the state, which refused to allow Alfie’s parents to transfer their child to Rome. In fact, The Telegraph reported that despite a judge ruling that Alfie’s parents could “explore” taking the child home, doctors treating the child have been against this because they fear that “in the ‘worst case’ they would try to take the boy abroad.”

In other words, the “worst case” scenario would be for Alfie’s parents to seek medical help to save their child.

This is monstrous. It is difficult to understand the arrogance and coldness of British judges who prefer to order death rather than allow parents to fight for the lives of their children. Yet at least twice in two years we have seen a supposedly free country’s court system impose what amounts to a death sentence on its most innocent citizens.

Some of this cruelty and inhumanity is a function of the growing culture of death and the expanding sense that secular values must drive religious values out of public life.

Some of it comes from Britain’s National Health Service, which must bureaucratically define what is worth investing in and what is not. In a world of limited medical resources, little babies with rare conditions become expendable “for the greater good.” The fact that we are all diminished makes no difference to the atheist bureaucratic left.

Those who say they favor socialism must be made to confront this inhumanity, which is an integral part of socialist implementation. When the government controls everything, the government defines everything, and humanity is crushed beneath petty rules and petty rulers.

In America, we are watching the steady growth of intolerance and the totalitarian impulse. Look at the campuses that now seek to control speech. Look at the polls that show young people are being educated into support for censorship.

Look at the California Legislature, which is considering legislation that – taken to its logical conclusion – will outlaw the sale and distribution of the Bible and the Koran (the secular society sees both as intolerant, dangerous documents).

When you read about these two babies being denied life support by a supposedly free government, remember what John Donne warned when he wrote “any man’s death diminishes me, because I am involved in Mankind, and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.”

In these two years, we have seen two babies effectively sentenced to death by a government we would once have considered humane. What will the next horror be?

Editor: This reply was received from Adam who explains how the Italian Government tried to help, but the UK has to bury this poor child because he has been adversely affected by vaccinations.

Thank you for raising awareness of Alfie’s plight. The Italian Government even used its emergency powers to make Alfie an Italian citizen AND offered to cover all transport AND all medical treatment costs in order to help save his life. Yet the U.K. hospital, courts and Government are hell bent on ensuring he does not survive. WHY?. It appears that Alfie was born normal and healthy and suffered his mystery illness following his vaccinations. It appears that he may have suffered encephalopathy caused by his vaccines and the medical system is simply trying to hide, bury their mistakes. Apparently in the U.K. Compensation for vaccine injury cannot be paid out until the child reaches the age of Two.
So Governments all over the world, including Australia can now injure a child and then take the child from the parents through the courts. This is pure evil. It’s time to wake up people and take our rights and freedom back or your new child may become another Alfie or Chase.

Horses have the last say

TESCO’S HORSE

In the UK, some supermarkets have admitted that there is horse meat in their home cooked burgers.

Even places like Burger King have had to admit that there are
“small amounts” of horse meat in their burgers.

Tesco is a big supermarket chain in the UK

Within hours of the news that Tesco’s ‘all beef hamburgers’  contained
30% horse meat, these quips hit the Internet:

“I’m so hungry, I could eat a horse…. I guess Tesco just listened!

Anyone want a burger from Tesco? Yay or neigh?

Not entirely sure how Tesco are going to get over this hurdle.

Waitress in Tesco asked if I wanted anything on my Burger. So I had £5 each way!

Anyone for horsemeat?

Had some burgers from Tesco for my tea last night …
I still have a bit between my teeth.

A woman has been taken into hospital after eating horse meat burgers from Tesco.
Her condition is said to be stable.

Tesco are now testing all their vegetarian burgers for traces of unicorn

“I’ve just checked the Tesco burgers in my freezer … AND THEY’RE OFF!”

Tesco now forced to deny presence of zebra in burgers, as shoppers
confuse barcodes for serving suggestions.

Said to the missus, These Tesco burgers give me the trots….

“To beef or not to beef, that is equestrian”…..

A cow walks into a bar. Barman says, “Why the long face?”
Cow says “Illegal ingredients, coming over here stealing our jobs!”

I hear the smaller version of those Tesco burgers make great horse d’oeuvres.

These Tesco burger jokes are going on a bit….Talk about flogging a dead horse.

At first I thought, “Oh great, I’ve been saddled with another email to
forward, but something spurred me on.”

Last night the wife made meatloaf, so I had dinner with two nags.

Since they’re selling the meat wrapped in plastic, is that technically
a “Trojan Horse?”

Instead of choosing “rare, medium or well done, it’s now Win, Place or Show.

Britain’s MI6 blamed for falsifying chemical attack in Syria

The footage of Syrian children being hosed down with water in a hospital after an alleged chemical attack has run in thousands of loops all over Western Mainstream Media. On Thursday, Sergey Lavrov, Russia’s Foreign Minister and Permanent UN Ambassador claimed that these scenes were staged by British Intelligence with the White Helmets.

He referred to a video testimony of two medics from Central Hospital in Douma who say they were treating victims of smoke inhalation from a bombing when unknown people with cameras ran into the hospital, yelling about a chemical attack, which caused a panic and for people to start pouring water all over their kids. They say that no patients showed any signs of chemical exposure but they were too consumed with their tasks at hand to pay attention to those filming them.

After nearly twenty years of America’s unrelenting illegal wars in the Middle East, can we be blamed for doubting allegations of Assad’s use of chemical weapons?

The White House is rebuking non-believers of the Douma chemical attack. We are to believe that Western powers are responding in Syria to a “Red Line” that has been crossed due to Bashar al Assad’s alleged use of chemical weapons. This, after he’d already won the civil war and supporting troops were in retreat. This, after these same powers have been spending the better part of the past two decades killing over one million Iraqis, an untold amount of Afghans, destroying Libya (at that time the most prosperous country on the African Continent) and causing the humanitarian crisis in Yemen – and bombing the Hell out of Syria for the past 7 years.

Jake Morphonios asks, “If we are to believe that Bashar al Assad is gassing his people, that this was a chemical weapons attack, that is the justification to go in and bomb Syria and risk World War III with Russia, folks; if Donald Trump goes forward with this, without really putting out to the public irrefutable proof and after that, going first to the US Congress to get a Constitutional Declaration of War, if Donald Trump does not do those things, I think that Donald Trump should be impeached because he is putting the lives of every single one of us at risk…

“If he puts my life and the lives of my wife, my children, my country, the people of the Earth at risk by going head-to-head with a nuclear power like Russia…this could spiral out of control and cause incredible suffering and it is not based, at this point on what I believe to be factual evidence; I believe that this is a false flag that has been contrived to justify taking out Assad and expanding war in the Middle East and going after Iran.”

Because the CIA’s poppy fields and opium routes aren’t going to protect themselves: 1,000 more U.S. troops could be headed to Afghanistan this spring, to supplement 14,000 already in the country | 21 Jan 2018 | The U.S. Army is readying plans that could increase the total force in Afghanistan by as many as 1,000 U.S. troops this spring beyond the 14,000 already in the country, senior military officials said. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis has not signed off on the proposals for the new forces, which are part of a broader strategy to bolster Afghan forces so that they can battle the Taliban during the upcoming fighting season. [?!] The Obama administration, as part of its [phony] plan to wind down the Afghanistan war in 2015, limited advisers to higher headquarters far from the fighting. The new strategy that President Trump approved in August would push U.S. advisory teams to the battalion level, far closer to the front lines.

Pharma-terrorists strike again: Flu kills eight Santa Barbara residents in two weeks – all except one had received the flu vaccine | 08 Jan 2018 | Eight Santa Barbara County residents have died from the flu in the past two weeks alone. By contrast, only three residents died throughout last year’s entire flu season, which typically runs from October to April. All eight people were ages 65 or older. “These numbers are unprecedented for the past 10 years,” said Dr. Charity Dean, public health czar for Santa Barbara County. Dean said all but one of the eight had been vaccinated and all had been given flu-fighting medications. [Wake up, people! The flu vaccine *is* the killer.]

With Bipartisan Backing, House Gives Trump Administration Broad Latitude to Spy on Americans | 11 Jan 2018 | With bipartisan backing, the House of Representatives passed a bill Thursday that would renew one of the government’s most sweeping surveillance authorities for six years with minimal changes. The measure, which passed 256-164, reauthorized Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which was set to expire later this month. The law was first passed in 2008 to legalize President [sic] George W. Bush’s warrantless wiretapping program. It allows the National Security Agency to collect Americans’ communications with people overseas, as long as the NSA is “targeting” the foreigners involved.

Many more MP’s face dual citizenship including Labor

Dear GRANT,

Now that the High Court has shown it will almost strictly interpret OUR constitution, will we now see those who are “entitled” to the rights and privileges of citizens of foreign powers willingly or otherwise be removed from OUR parliament?

There are many who are in the proverbial cleft stick as they have parents who are citizens of Great Britain, Greece and others. If you have, for instance, renounced your British citizenship, you may still recover it by way of application and the Home Secretary will approve it unless you have a criminal record or an unstable mind. Apparently you will only have it returned once, but to reapply for it to rid yourself of it demonstrates a disloyalty to Australia.

Those born of German parents automatically gain German citizenship, as with George Henry Brandis.

How many other of those sitting in OUR federal parliament are ineligible according to Section 44?

Sincerely,

Leonard William

Draining the Australian swamp continues with Liberal Senator Parry gone and more to come

from New Daily and Cairns News
Parry was last year accused by Austrian author Keith Noble of being involved in the Port Arthur training massacre. In a speech to the Undertakers and Embalmers Association several years after the alleged shooting of 30 people, Parry admitted he knew the operation was going to take place.

Tasmania Senator Stephen Parry resigns from the senate. He is, a former police officer and undertaker and has been accused of prior knowledge of the alleged Port Arthur massacre in 1997

Only days after the High Court disqualified five parliamentarians, the Tasmanian Liberal senator on Tuesday said he believed he may hold UK citizenship. If this is confirmed by UK authorities, he will immediately resign from Parliament.

Senator Parry’s revelation comes after the High Court thrust a by-election on former deputy prime minister Barnaby Joyce, disqualifying him and four senators from Parliament under Section 44 (i) of the constitution.

As Senate President, Senator Parry, who earns $348,320 a year, oversaw the referrals of six senators to the High Court over dual citizenship.

He has contacted the British Home Office seeking confirmation of his citizenship status, he said in a statement to the Senate on Tuesday afternoon.

Senator Parry said he did so after the High Court’s unanimous decision on Friday provided “absolute clarity” over Australian’s citizenship law.

“In the event that I am found to hold British citizenship by virtue of my father’s status, then I will clearly be in breach of Section 44 (i) of the Constitution and would therefore resign as President of the Senate,” he said.

“I would further resign as Senator for the State of Tasmania and not await the outcome of any referral to the High Court, as I believe the High Court has made it abundantly clear what action is required.”

Senator Parry’s father moved from the UK to Australia in the 1950s, leaving him vulnerable to holding citizenship by descent in a similar situation to former Nationals deputy leader Fiona Nash.

The development has already reignited calls for an audit of the eligibility of all parliamentarians, as advocated by the crossbench but rejected by the major parties, and may also bolster Mr Joyce’s proposal for a omnibus referendum that would consider a change to Section 44 of the Constitution.

On Sunday, Attorney-General George Brandis said he had “no reason … to believe that there is any other Coalition member” who held dual citizenship.

“Surely the time has come for the Libs and ALP to back the Greens’ call for an audit of all MPs and end this crisis,” Greens leader Richard Di Natale tweeted on Tuesday afternoon.

Senator Parry, who turned 57 on Tuesday, would be the first Liberal parliamentarian hit by the citizenship crisis that claimed Mr Joyce and his former Nationals deputy Fiona Nash.

Constitutional cloud looms

The news of Senator Parry’s potential disqualification comes as the Liberal politician in line to replace Ms Nash is placed under a possible constitutional cloud.

Hollie Hughes, the NSW Liberal candidate who is tipped to win the recount ordered after the High Court disqualified Ms Nash over dual citizenship, could be vulnerable to a challenge under section 44 of the constitution, experts have said.

That is because Ms Hughes, a one-time aide to the former Liberal senator Bill Heffernan, was recently appointed by Attorney-General George Brandis to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Under section 44(iv) of the Constitution, members of Parliament must not hold an office of profit under the crown when they nominate for election. The law saw independent MP and former school teacher Phil Cleary booted from Parliament in the early 90s.

Constitutional law experts Anne Twomey, of the University of Sydney, and the University of New South Wales’ George Williams, have both argued Ms Hughes could face difficulties because of the precedent set by the 1992 Sykes v Cleary case.

The Greens have also found themselves facing another possible constitutional headache, with Queensland candidate Andrew Bartlett, who is in line to replace Larissa Waters, also facing questions under s44 (iv).

Mr Bartlett, a former leader of the Democrats, worked at a university while he nominated for the Senate.
