IN this cut down interview, Bernadette Spofforth, a British businesswoman, writer and victim of the British Labor Party’s totalitarian anti-free speech regime, explains in eight minutes why “progressive” western governments have across the board adopted open-door, mass immigration.
She is speaking with Winston Marshall, the former Mumford and Sons lead guitarist, another victim of the UK censorship regime that has seen more than 60,000 people arrested for things like “hate speech” on social media.
Spofforth was arrested in 2024 after her social media post following the Southport murders. She was held for 36 hours before Cheshire Police later confirmed that no further action would be taken.
She argues that restrictions on speech and information are connected to declining living standards, political pressure, digital ID, migration policy and growing public dissatisfaction.
The discussion also covers UN population modelling, Britain’s ageing population, welfare and tax pressures, assimilation, AI, globalisation and the political consequences of long-term demographic change.
In Australia, the Albanese Labor government’s immigration and online censorship policies are simply copying their UK counterparts.
This month the Albanese government released its draft Digital Duty of Care to force tech companies to prevent “online harms” and allegedly give users control over their feeds.
It requires platforms, online games, and AI chatbots, under threat of massive multi-million-dollar fines, to shield children under 18 from “eating disorder promotions, misogyny, cyberbullying, and graphic violence” and adults from “sexual violence, harassment, and terrorist content”.

From what I can tell Labours “new tough laws” against online harm has got less to do with harming children and a whole lot more to do with harm to their election chances.

There must be declining numbers of people who want to wage today’s fights with yesterday’s unsuccessful weapons. Or do you imagine you are one of the “we” who have “won the Cold War”? Don’t bother answering.
Why is it legal for children as young as six and eight to have mobile phones? Don’t tell me it is for safety and security. When I was a teenager I didn’t even have a local phone box to use for my safety and even if I did there was no phone in our house, until well into my teens.
If youngsters today don’t have a phone, how are they going to be introduced to porn and other crimes? If they are not on the phone they may perhaps see what is going on around them. More might become involved in sport which would improve their health.

Stoopid smelly government and dead fish e-Karen should give parents a discount voucher for their kids “limited smart phone” or whatever is applicable at the particular age, they could send it out a month before the birthday, instead of expecting the impossible from the tech companies. Anyone can see this is the solution but the fact is the crooked government has allowed the kids total freedom on internet up to this point so that means they don’t actually care if the kid is games, gambling or porn addicted, the government is JUST PRETENDING and that is their main talent and job, it’s lying and pretending.
