After listening to a western businessman who has several projects in high end agriculture running in China he explained that the Chinese are clearing out the NGOs infiltrators throughout China using their ID tracking systems tied to a special ai system. And he said that the people that are being caught are predominantly the paid European, Israeli and US industrial spies plus religious and social agitators.
This fellow had been working with the Chinese government and industries for nearly 30 years and has had himself and his work compromised by these type of thieving spy agitators.

He was identified by the ai driven security systems. This western businessman didn’t say what nationality the culprit was but I suppose they hire any and all. Plus he didn’t say what happened to the culprit but I’m guessing that it would not be a soft slap in the face.
