LNP/ALP free trade deals costing us dearly
01 March 2018: Federal Member for Kennedy Hon Bob Katter slammed the Prime Minister in Question Time today asking when the ALP/LNP will leave the fantasy land of the ‘Sydney Suits’ and realise the ‘Struggle Street’ caused by free market fundamentalist.
The fiery session began with Mr Katter questioning what free trade has done for – or rather done to – Australia. Tensions soared as Mr Katter announced facts to back his claim of how free trade has destroyed Australian jobs, and asked when the ALP/LNP would realise the struggle they’ve imposed on Australians.
“Could you advise what free marketing has done for – or rather to – Australia?
Are you aware that the ALP/LNP free marketing of wool is 68% and a $16b loss, gas – sold offshore for 6c and now onshore we pay $16, that’s a $23b loss, motor vehicle industry another $21b gone, petrol (instead of ethanol) $19b loss, Galilee Coal Railline $12b.
That’s just five items equalling a $91b a year loss.
“When will you and the ALP leave the fantasy land of the ‘Sydney Suits’ and realise the ‘Struggle Street’ you’ve imposed on Australians?” Mr Katter asked.
It is not the first time Mr Katter has spoken on free trade this month; he ferociously delivered a message during the first week of Parliament, a video which has now gone “viral” online.
“What are the facts about our free-trade deals? The last one was with the United States. They wanted pharmaceuticals and they wanted phytosanitary quarantine removed. That was what they wanted. According to the Australian Financial Review, the Sydney Morning Herald and The Australian newspapers, we wanted dairy, beef and sugar.
“Did they get what they wanted? Yes. They got an open-door policy virtually for pharmaceuticals and for phytosanitary requirements quarantined. We have a board now which consists of half United States and half Australia. We pleaded with them not to allow the prawns in. If you allow prawns in, you will get white spot. Well, we got white spot, citrus canker, Panama disease, black sigatoka and papaya fruit fly. Our phytosanitary requirements are an absolute joke.
“What did the free-trade deal do for us? $91b a year gone,” Mr Katter said.
Turnbull well knows Australians will not tolerate any more harsh gun laws. He is keeping out of the US situation. For once a smart move in spite of the horrible school shootings.
by Gil Hanrahan
Malcolm Turncoat says Australian gun laws work. He is such an idiot he has no idea armed crime escalated dramatically after we lost our guns in 1997 and began the arduous and often inaccurate task of individual gun registration. Industry estimated there were more than 1 million Chinese SKK and SKS semi auto 7.62x39mm assault rifles imported into Australia between the early 80’s and the 90’s. In 1997, although the figures were not officially released, industry was able to determine that approximately 19,000 military semi-auto rifles were handed in across the country, which includes SKK’s. There is much anecdotal evidence over the years to suggest the remainder of these firearms went underground. However a number reportedly went to Papua New Guinea in the guns for drugs trade, some went with Air America (CIA) from Australian airports to Ibero Americas as cargo with their drugs.
Many thousands have been buried or securely stashed away across Australia. Anecdotal evidence would suggest these SKK’s and any other secreted guns will re-appear when corporate government finally collapses(not far away) or should Indonesia get any ideas of territorial expansion to the south.
Cairns News has sent Donald Trump a brief about the Port Arthur scam, which eerily, has striking, parallels to the last week’s Florida school shootings. Student eye-witnesses reported at least two shooters and one girl interviewed by local television said there were three shooters and that she walked down a corridor when evacuating the school with the alleged shooter Nicholas Cruz, who did not have any guns with him.
Make what you like from these interviews but the student narrative is diametrically opposed to the official version. Even Trump in his first tweet was wary of crisis actors who follow these alleged massacres from site to site.
Australians were disarmed on a terrible lie, but most Yanks and the gutsy National Rifle Association will never fall for it. What a crying shame we don’t have any shooters’ representative bodies in Australia with any guts at all! Only the Shooters and Fishermens political party comes close but has backed away on gun registration.
Katters Australian Party has not wavered over the past five years in its fight to dismantle individual firearm registration, which it says is too costly, somewhat inaccurate and ineffective and ties up too many operational police officers.
Footnote: We apologise we used the Queensland figure of 4000 handed in instead of the 19,000 handed in nationally.
Rev Fred Nile says people are deserting the Liberal Party in droves; Tim Nicholls just doesn’t get it
Queensland Liberal leader Tim Nicholls in a Parliamentary address advised voters to support same sex marriage before the poll
The Queensland Christian lobby gets even with the Liberal Party, watch out Malcolm Turnbull and Bill Shorten
On Monday 27 November 2017, the federal Attorney General gave a press statement concerning the government’s plans to legislate so-called “same sex marriage” by the end of the year, and in which he asserted that:
“There is absolutely no inconsistency between giving effect to marriage equality [sic] and protecting religious freedom. The two are entirely consistent with one another […] I don’t favour and I’m sure the Australian people don’t favour using the result of the marriage survey as a platform to reopen a broader debate about discrimination law.”
Rev Fred Nile MLC makes the following comments:
- “The Turnbull government’s cynical manipulation of the results of the survey illustrates a betrayal of the Australian public.”
- “What people of conscience fear is not that their beliefs will be interfered with, they fear being prevented from living their lives according to those beliefs.”
- “Senator Brandis is a senior legal practitioner. He knows very well that the proposed legislation will change social norms and therefore the perception of acceptable conduct, for both individuals and business.”
- “Pretending to be oblivious to what we have been witnessing overseas is an insult to everyone, no matter how they voted in the survey.”
- “Senator Brandis has opened the floodgates to litigation, or the threats of litigation, that will restrict associational and expressive freedoms. That’s not what the people of Australia voted on in the marriage survey.”
- “There has been no better proof that the Coalition government has betrayed its small government and freedom oriented philosophies. It is not surprising that its voters are deserting the Liberal National parties in droves.”
Banks order the Member for Goldman Sachs, Mal Turnbull to knock up an inquiry for which they will provide the terms of reference
30 November 2017: KAP Federal Member for Kennedy Bob Katter today applauded the Turnbull Government’s endorsement of a Royal Commission into the banks, but warns that whilst this battle is won, the war will continue should the Government opt to uphold a 12 month review period and construct the review board from those within the finance industry.
Mr Katter, who was the first Member of Parliament to call for a Royal Commission into the banks in May 2015 and who introduced legislation in the Parliament earlier this year, labelled today’s announcement as ‘a great victory of the people of Australia’.
“This is a great victory for the ordinary Australians. Today my fellow Australians we have won. We have proved that we can win. The Government has been resistant almost to a point of bringing down their own Government against having a Royal Commission into the banks.
“Resistant to a point where the people had a great stroke of luck and the Liberal Party was one down in the Parliament and since they were one vote down, we could cease control of the Parliament and get through the Royal Commission into the banks.
“But the victory lies with those people that did not cop if from the banks but stood up and fought and fought and fought, and with the meagre resources they had they went into the courts and got slaughtered, constantly coming to people like myself and the crossbench – together were able to get the victory today”
“I had the very great honour of having drafted the legislation in conjunction with George Christensen; just two ordinary Australians. The leader of the Government is a banker and unfortunately for him, from Goldman Sachs whose history is checkered.
“This is where the second ball game arises. The Government only acted at the request of the banks. They ignored the majority of the Parliament, they ignored the majority (I suspect) of their own Party and they most certainly treated with contempt the view of the people of Australia. They only acted when they got their writing instructions from the banks and that is a terrible indictment of the Government.”
Mr Katter said that the substance behind the Royal Commission will come down to the composition of terms of reference of the inquiry and said that appointments to the Commission should be approved by the Parliament.
“We put in our legislation, that there will be three judges and three people from the community. We don’t want Caesar judging Caesar. We don’t want just anyone from the financial sector. On our list of names, we suggested Oliver Yates who has a banking background but has proved again and again what he thinks is the right thing and not just what the banks say is the right thing to do. These are the sort of people the people of Australia would trust to do the right thing.
“To my fellow Australians I say this; you have risen up, not given in and fought, you never gave up and you never gave in. You kept out there fighting and fighting. But I warn you, the man from Goldman Sachs is not going to be giving you the inquiry that you want.”
22 November 2017: Bob Katter MP, Federal Member for Kennedy, is furious former Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce took part in selling Adani to China after news the Adani Group is close to securing finance for its coal mine and railway track in coming weeks with Chinese state-owned enterprises, banks, and export credit agencies backing the venture.
Media reports a director of Adani Mining said just days ago they would no longer need funding from Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility (NAIF) and a formal announcement of a financial close was imminent. It was reported in The Australian on Nov 14th Former Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce and Trade Minister Steven Ciobo wrote to top Chinese officials to vouch for Indian giant Adani. The report said they sent a letter to the chairman of China’s powerful National Development and Reform Commission saying they welcomed “foreign lending to support the development of major projects in Australia”.
“If you sell your country out, then you’re a traitor,” Mr Katter said.
It was also reported Chinese enterprises and export credit agencies invariably require that materials for key infrastructure are sourced from China, effectively shifting work out of Australia and undermining Adani’s claims its project will create many thousands of additional jobs for Queensland.
“Half Australia’s coal reserves will be controlled by whoever owns that railway line. It was not good enough for the ALP and LNP to sell our coal seam gas, now worth $25b a year. This is enough money to restore our outpatients at our hospitals, and give every pensioner and young families 10 grand each and every year.
“We sold the gas for 6 cents a unit we are now buying it back for $16 a unit – our own Australian gas. And now we are going to do the same thing with coal.
“Does anyone think a spineless Government in Canberra are going to stand up to the Chinese Government when they take over all of our unexploited coal reserves? The Greenies think they will stand up to that? Do they think the spineless ALP Government will stand up against the Chinese Government? No, they won’t.
“This will go down as the biggest sell out in our country in Australian history, and will let all the world know that Former Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce and LNP PM Malcolm Turnbull will go down in the history of Australia in infamy,” Mr Katter said.

Exposing the lies of GEORGE HENRY BRANDIS, JOSHUA ANTHONY FRYDENBERG and MALCOLM BLIGH TURNBULL.
It makes me quite angry to see the shenanigans being carried out by the liars that infest OUR parliaments, namely the fe’ral parliament in Canberra.
GEORGE HENRY BRANDIS is a German citizen or at least is ENTITLED to the rights and privileges of a German citizen. The point being missed by all and sundry is that Section 44 of OUR constitution is THE paramount law of OUR land and is not there for anybody to breach and that it does not just mean being under acknowledgement of allegiance, obedience or adherence to a foreign power, but being otherwise ENTITLED to the rights or privileges of a subject or a citizen of a foreign power. Ergo, being entitled to a passport of a foreign power prohibits any person sitting in OUR fe’ral parliament.
BRANDIS IS A LIAR AND NOT ELIGIBLE TO SIT IN OUR PARLIAMENT.
The bedwetting snowflakes and job protectionists who whinge and whine saying that we should forget the problem and get on with more important things, and this includes many radio talk-back hosts do not understand there are no more important things than getting the liars, manipulators and connivers out of OUR parliament now. It is not a difficult thing to ascertain who is and who is not eligible.
It is the job of the Governor-General and the Australian Federal Police to sort out the mess, not the parliament.
Any person who:
(i) is under any acknowledgment of allegiance, obedience, or adherence to a foreign power, or is a subject or a citizen or entitled to the rights or privileges of a subject or a citizen of a foreign power; or
(ii) is attainted of treason, or has been convicted and is under sentence, or subject to be sentenced, for any offence punishable under the law of the Commonwealth or of a State by imprisonment for one year or longer; or
(iii) is an undischarged bankrupt or insolvent; or
(iv) holds any office of profit under the Crown, or any pension payable during the pleasure of the Crown out of any of the revenues of the Commonwealth; or
(v) has any direct or indirect pecuniary interest in any agreement with the Public Service of the Commonwealth otherwise than as a member and in common with the other members of an incorporated company consisting of more than twenty‑five persons;
shall be incapable of being chosen or of sitting as a senator or a member of the House of Representatives.
But subsection (iv) does not apply to the office of any of the Queen’s Ministers of State for the Commonwealth, or of any of the Queen’s Ministers for a State, or to the receipt of pay, half pay, or a pension, by any person as an officer or member of the Queen’s navy or army, or to the receipt of pay as an officer or member of the naval or military forces of the Commonwealth by any person whose services are not wholly employed by the Commonwealth. Editor: Please note the Governor General according to the Constitution is still paid in pounds, shillings and pence.
Has Martin Bryant escaped from Risdon Prison to train a 64 year old retired accountant in firearms handling?
Cairns News has been examining the internet fallout since the Las Vegas ‘shootings’ that were thrust upon us by a tightly controlled major media campaign that has amounted to nothing more than brainwashing and anti-gun propaganda.
These are some of the stand-out anomalies we have discovered in the bogus news reports and police interviews.
- There were at least two shooters
- Two nearby hotel lobbies were shot up but not reported
- The alleged shooter had no motive
- In a similar style to Australia’s Port Arthur drill, firearms were inserted into the crime scene after the event
- At least 1500 to 2000 rounds would have to be fired at the distance of 400 yards for the high kill and wounded rate
- There were approximately 20 empty shells seen in photographs or television footage. Where are the remaining 1500?
- The rate of fire was examined at length by acoustics and military experts who insist a belt fed machine gun was used. A modern belt fed machine gun is almost impossible to acquire by any means even in the US
- Automatic firearms with a large rate of fire often jam, produce large volumes of gas and nitro-cellulose powder smoke, are extremely noisy in confined spaces and take a lot of effort to fire continuously, particularly for an unfit 64 year old. Did he wear earmuffs or plugs?
- The thousands of feet of posted mobile phone footage taken at the concert before and after the shooting started, clearly show there was no acute panic, no projectiles were seen to be hitting the ground, almost no ricochets were heard in the audio recordings
- Intercepted police radio recordings reveal the shooting was an exercise
- Right on cue Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull on the day of the alleged shooting, called for harsher gun laws, the establishment of a national facial recognition data bank using drivers licence photographs and other tough citizen surveillance measures, one being to hold terrorism suspects in jail for two weeks without charges

It’s got me stuffed. Australians hardly ever pass changes in the law by ballot. They have on only 8 of 44 occasions, and although this survey is not a referendum, or even a plebiscite, the “survey” if successful, will lead to fully gazetted legislation. So why are 70 per cent of citizens going to vote yes? But is it really 70 per cent? Or is it really about the question the pollster asked?
More likely it is the question, a highly biased question designed to evoke only a “YES” answer: “Do you agree with marriage equality?”
That question will almost always get a “yes”, and the GGGGLL will ride a wave of confidence all the way to where they want it to finish… and where they want it to finish they dare not tell you.
I read the question on the survey paper and it asks if you want the Marriage Act changed to accommodate gay marriage. That is not what will happen if a “yes” vote gets up.
In fact the Marriage Act will be abolished completely and a new gender neutral Act will be drafted by the Gay Greens in the Senate, an Act that will please only the wind chime and bong manufacturers in the inner suburbs of Sydney and Melbourne, Byron Bay and South Australia all over.
Ex PM Howard is right when he says that we need to see the legislation first, http://pickeringpost.com/story/okay-mal-just-show-us-the-bloody-bill-/7542 but people are voting already and what’s to say the Gay Green Senate won’t make amendments we will never know about until they become law?
They will get no resistance from Turnbull as he wants the whole gay crap off the table and forgotten about. And so do we. We have energy prices and the Zika Kid to entertain us… we are sick and tired of listening to moaning gay people and Sky and ABC interviewers agreeing with them.
On another part of the survey sheet I read, “If you make a mistake just ask us to send you another form”. On another part is says the survey is 100 per cent anonymous, no names no addresses, no worries.
What a perfect set up for the devious and well-organised GetUp mob to easily skew the result. They will already have a dozen schemes in place.
The survey sheet is of such poor quality that any Asian printer could run off an undetectable few million. Any number of union-committed postmen could take every letter home or deliver them to GetUp’s hard-working gnomes who distance themselves from Shorten and Wong.
This postal survey seems almost designed to be scammed.
And the cherry on the top is when the Government makes temporary laws (that will of course stay in place) where opponents of this scam can be fined $12,500 with an adjudicator by the name of George Brandis at the helm. He alone will decide if you are guilty of offending the “YES” brigade.
What more do you need to vote “NO”?
Or maybe you believe GetUp is an honest political pressure group? Or Maybe North Korea is a pacifist group? Or banks don’t steal your money?
Maybe you really want these hairy arm-pitted, bare-titted sheilas and bare-arsed loony-tune, radical, pillow biters writing your marriage vows for you. If so, then vote “YES”.
But I don’t believe a “YES” vote will survive. If it does, we are not true-blue Australians. Because true-blue Aussies would never vote yes to something as full of holes and as deviously scammable as this.
A “YES” result could never be relied upon as even remotely accurate.
It’s more likely to be a “NO” result that CAN be relied upon because real Australians would never align themselves with a decadent, illegal mob like the Labor Green’s GetUp.
We are better than that,

One of the sorriest days in Queensland judicial history played out in the Cairns Magistrates Court on Monday when two Court Protective Officers threw former policeman David Walter, 67, to the floor, handcuffed him and led him off to the watch house.
In the long-running saga Walter was hit with bogus charges by the Commonwealth Director of Prosecutions for not including a bird collection in assets when he was forced into bankruptcy by an equally bogus and corrupt federal legal system.
He was attempting to defend himself against a corporate system designed to take out any opposition to its satanic objectives.
Presiding Magistrate Jane Bentley is a barrister formerly employed by the Queensland Police Service, then with the National Crime Authority.
According to witnesses in the public gallery, she was on a mission to derail Walter at any cost.
Walter subpoenaed Prime Minister Turnbull, Governor General Peter Cosgrove, Premier Palaszczuk, Governor Paul de Jersey(affectionately known within the bureaucracy as ‘Daphne’) and Police Commissioner Ian Stewart to attend and provide certain documents.
DPP Prosecutor Berens, agreed with Bentley the subpoenas required 21 days clear notice of service but he claimed they were one day short of the statutory period.
The Magistrate obviously had pre-determined the subpoenas invalid, thus the high profile witnesses did not turn up in any case.
When beginning his defence at the bar table Bentley gave Walter three minutes to outline his case. After one minute, Bentley, an obviously hostile former DPP employee, talked over the top of him whenever he mentioned the Corporation.
“You sit under the corporate symbol of and are a member of Peter Beattie’s corporate ‘my state’ and you have no authority outside of it,” the retired prosecutor told her.
“I am a private person not of your Corporation that is registered in Washington DC and you Madam have no authority over any citizen who is not member of a political party.
“You are a member of a corporation talking to me as a private person.”
Bentley was not going to allow Walter to get his synopsis into the court records, thus becoming a public disclosure of the corporatized government and courts with their own ABN numbers.
The Corporation has too much to lose should the already awakening public giant finally discover the treasonous path down which the political parties have led this once prosperous state and nation without its consent.
In an increasingly heated exchange between the Magistrate and Walter, he became angry as she kept talking over him in a louder and louder voice, warning she would charge him with contempt if he didn’t back down.
Any self-litigant would have reacted in a similar manner when facing such hostility particularly when one observer described the Magistrates Court system as a Roman Catholic tribunal, and a ‘pretend court’ operating under Admiralty rules in which one is unable to mount a defence against bogus charges.
In a highly charged address Walter explained the unlawfulness of the tribunal, how Beattie changed the Queensland Constitution in 2001, removing the Queen, and enshrining the public service within the corporation all without a referendum of the people
Bentley ordered an adjournment after Walter was trussed like a turkey by court officers, then taken to the caboose for re-education.
When Walter reappeared at 11.30 am he stood manacled in the witness box to hear new charges read out by Bentley.
Court officers refused his request to loosen the handcuffs which he said were cutting off his circulation.
Essentially she was charging him with contempt, ignoring her orders that he shut up, bringing the ‘court’ into disrepute, assaulting court officers, resisting arrest and other alleged, erroneous misdeeds.
Reminiscent of a Stasi operation in post-war Germany, Bentley ordered Walter undergo a mental health assessment, a favourite tool of fascist oppressors.
She warned the penalty for such terrible misdemeanours was 12 months jail and he “should consider his options” while she was in the driver’s seat as Walter continued to tell her she had no authority over him.
The magistrate adjourned the bird cage allegations for several weeks, saying a video trial would probably be arranged to hear the original charge of not including his hobby of keeping birds as an asset.
Having an unblemished 37 years service as a Northern Territory police officer and prosecutor, this man, after realising how far society had descended in the race to the bottom, unselfishly assisted citizens across the nation in their war against an unwavering, egregious and avaricious, corporate, partisan system of government.
Other than to record all public electronic communications, the corporation has been unable to deal with social media, lest it prematurely start a revolution. For now unblemished information is the only weapon of the masses.

This dissertation by The Australian writer Maurice Newman should be nominated for a Pulitzer Prize. It won’t be of course because he will be shouted down by his Bolshevik colleagues across the media spectrum.
The ABC will crucify him for suggesting the morally superior political class is out of step with the people.
Pauline Hanson is regarded as irrelevant by the chattering chardonnay class who have not yet realised their comfortable existence is about to be shattered by the forces as defined by Hanson et al, and in fact is the premise of her outstanding election result.

When your news and views come from a tightly controlled, left-wing media echo chamber, it may come as a bit of a shock to learn that in the July election almost 600,000 voters gave their first preference to Pauline Hanson’s One Nation party. You may also be surprised to know that still deluded conservatives remain disenchanted with the media’s favourite Liberal, Malcolm Turnbull, for his epic fail as Prime Minister, especially when compared with the increasingly respected leader he deposed.
Perhaps when media outlets saturate us with “appropriate” thoughts and “acceptable” speech, and nonconformists are banished from television, radio and print, it’s easy to miss what is happening on the uneducated side of the tracks. After all, members of the better educated and morally superior political class use a compliant media to shelter us from the dangerous, racist, homophobic, Islamophobic, sexist, welfare-reforming, climate-change denying bigots who inhabit the outer suburbs and countryside — the people whom Hillary Clinton calls “the deplorables”.
ALP, LNP and Greens to welcome 15,000 Muslim refugees
A large truck laden with guns and ammunition today careered through crowds in Nice as they lined the streets for Bastille Day festivities, killing 84 and injuring another 100, some critically.
Onlookers reported shots coming from the truck cabin before the driver was shot dead by police.
While more mass killings occur in France and the horror of Middle East carnage continues in the name of Islam, Liberal, Labor and their bedmates the Greens blunder on blithely unaware that such an incident could occur tomorrow anywhere in Australia.
Much of the Australian community was outraged at Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull’s public endorsement of Islam by supporting Muslims celebrating Ramadan.
The poor 2016 election result for the Liberal Party and the election of Pauline Hanson to the senate demonstrates the general dislike of extreme Muslims by Australian society.
The trilogy’s united support for Islam flies in the face of the majority of the Australian population.
While Europe burns, Turnbull, Shorten and Di Natale will soon welcome another 15,000 Muslim refugees into Australia after the leaders were bullied by the United Nations.
“From my family to yours, Ramadan Mubarak ” Turnbull wrote on his Facebook page.
Turnbull’s Sydney electorate of Wentworth reportedly is controlled by Muslims who command more than 15 per cent of the vote.
Pauline Hanson to attend demonstration near Cairns Saturday
Pauline Hanson along with some of her senate candidates will visit Cairns on Saturday, July 16 to take part in a rally at Gordonvale against the Labor party’s widely-hated vegetation management laws due to be debated in State Parliament in August.
A new Federal Liberal Government would not legislate over the states to negate tough vegetation management laws proposed by the Queensland Labor Government.
In answer to a question from the floor at a landowners rally at Lakeland, near Cooktown, Senator Matthew Canavan said an incoming Liberal Government would not interfere.
This response falls into line with the original vegetation laws imposed on Australia by former PM John Howard, as a signatory to the UN Agenda 21 agreement.
Opposition Leader Bill Shorten has stated a Labor Government would wipe out any soft vegetation laws enacted by Queensland, conversely prompting a call for the Liberals to remove harsh laws.
Farmer’s organisation Agforce has warned all landowners the state could be virtually shut down by the ALP causing the loss of thousands of jobs and costing primary industries tens of millions of dollars in lost revenue.
Indigenous communities would be the hardest hit, according to spokesman Noel Pearson, who maintains that generational white farmers also have ‘land rights.’
The Member for Kennedy Bob Katter said KAP in State Parliament would do whatever it could to block vegetation bill, due to be debated in August.
