PM Albanese makes false affirmation of office
by Alison Ryan
In this video you can hear Anthony Albanese take the Affirmation of Office which is not in accordance with the Schedule of Affirmation in the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900. The Affirmation states:
I, A.B., do solemnly and sincerely affirm and declare that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Victoria, Her heirs and successors according to law.
(NOTE – The name of the King or Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland for the time being is to be substituted from time to time.)
However, the Affirmation sworn by Mr Albanese before Governor General David Hurley on 23 May 2022 is:
“I, Anthony Norman Albanese do solemnly and sincerely affirm and declare that I will well and truly serve the Commonwealth of Australia, her land, and her people in the Office of Prime Minister.”
Video: Election Fraud = Scam = WAKE UP (rumble.com)
Editor: The video claims Accenture supplied software to the AEC and was paid $44M to set it up. In response to an inquiry from Cairns News a week ago the AEC denied Accenture provided or installed any software and was paid $44M.
Australia’s Governor-General has suggested the country could become a republic after the Queen dies. Mr Albanese’s government has promised Australians will face another republican referendum if their government wins a second term in 2025.
Australians have already rejected the constitutional change in a referendum held in 1999.
Matt Thistlethwaite was appointed new assistant minister for the republic last month after Labor won government.
Mr Thistlethwaite has said it was time to start having discussions on the country’s future.

No guarantee of accurate senate voting result
AEC Commissioner Tom Rogers in 2021 trying to assure voters their vote is secure. What he doesn’t mention is the authenticity of actual voters. There is no process available to confirm a voters identity, thanks to the Australian Labor Party which has vigorously opposed the introduction of voter ID. From hereon the entire system fails.
An AEC spokesman, Evan Ekin-Smyth has denied claims by Techdirt (article below) the Commission refused to allow an external audit in 2016 of new software developed by the AEC to ensure there was no possibility of fraud.
The AEC also denied that IT Technology company Accenture developed and installed new senate vote counting software in 2016.
AEC trying to assure voters that election results are accurate
AEC Commissioner Tom Rogers in 2021 sprouting nonsense about the integrity of elections.
He omits to mention that a voter’s identity cannot be confirmed by AEC staff when registering to vote. From hereon the entire process falls into a heap.
Nearly 4 million enrolled people did not vote or their votes have been ignored by the AEC
by Andrew Mackinnon
The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is continuing to count the votes cast in the 2022 Australian federal election that was held six days ago on Saturday, 21st May, 2022.
This means that the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is committing extensive vote fraud by creating fraudulent ballots favouring the Liberal-National Coalition, the Australian Labor Party and the Australian Greens, in order to replace the ballots cast by Australian citizens who voted for parties and candidates other than the Liberal-National Coalition, the Australian Labor Party and the Australian Greens and whose ballots have deliberately been ignored and not counted by the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) under the direction of the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) on behalf of the Rothschilds-led synagogue of Satan.
Approximately 4 million Australian citizens who are aged 18 years and over and who are enrolled with the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) as eligible voters did not vote in the 2022 Australian federal election last Saturday, 21st May, 2022 or the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) has ignored their votes and not counted them.
According to the following report on the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) website, the number of Australian citizens who were enrolled and eligible to vote in the 2022 Australian federal election is 17,228,900.
Here are the results of the 2022 Australian federal election, which I have calculated according to the following report titled, “First preferences by party”, on the website of the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) itself:
Liberal-National Coalition – 4,529,053 primary votes – 26.3%
Australian Labor Party – 4,110,011 primary votes – 23.9%
Australian Greens – 1,471,304 primary votes – 8.5%
One Nation – 608,465 primary votes – 3.5%
United Australia Party – 512,614 primary votes – 3.0%
Other parties – 621,620 primary votes – 3.6%
Independent candidates – 684,969 primary votes – 4.0%
Informal votes cast – 668,798 – 3.9%
Total votes cast – 13,206,834 – 76.7%
Eligible voters who either did not vote or whose vote has been ignored and not counted – 4,022,066 – 23.3%
Eligible voters – 17,228,900 – 100.0% #
AEC demands for jabbed and masked workers backfires badly, disenfranchises voters, intentionally
UMPIRE NOBBLES ELECTORATE – AEC Denies Right to Vote
To Adrian, [Adrian McRae, GAP candidate for WA electorate of Durack]
I’m not sure the AEC could run a chook raffle let alone an election! They ought to be able to because it’s said this one will cost taxpayers half a $billion! Aside from Western Qld and regional SA areas, in YOUR electorate, the Aust. Electoral Commission [AEC] announces, only two days out from the election, that these Durack polls may not open on Saturday:
|Grass ValleyKununurraMount Tarcoola||PannawonicaWalkawayParaburdoo||NewmanDandaragan|
I’m wondering how many people could, or would bother to travel 100k or more in order to vote? Or how many will roll up and find they can’t vote, and then miss out. It’s shockingly unacceptable!
This is NOT due to Covid – this is just sheer incompetence. The AEC WOULD be able to get casual workers if they didn’t mandate they be double-jabbed and wear masks. Talk about interference in the political process by the AEC!! Not to mention denying YOU and others your vote quota enabling you to get reimbursed for some of the expenditure you put out (a bipartisan scam) to give the electorate choices. I didn’t think I’d see the day our AEC nobbled the electorate, but here we are!
It’s not enough that we have FOREIGN INTERFERENCE by face book in our election by deleting posts they don’t like and not accepting payment to promote to electorate regions from minor parties and independents; or even that Australia Post is tardy in delivering electoral mail, irrespective of CONTRACTING at PREMIUM rates to do so (some might call it taking money under false pretences); but the AEC puts the final nail in the coffin by disenfranchising electors, which is NOT the AEC’s right. They’ve had long enough to sort it, and just haven’t!
What on earth could be behind this? In your case, do you think that this might be a thinly veiled political attack on the minor parties who the majors are afraid might just pip them to the post when people actually put the majors last? (as per MajorsLast.com campaign) Or perhaps your involvement with the Pt Hedland Council push to take on the State about mandates?
One can’t help wondering! The AEC could have organised people in time – there WAS enough interest – but just not enough to get vaxxed – yet such discrimination against willing workers is unlawful and un-Australian. The requirement is unconstitutional and an attack on our God-given free-will yet somehow we’ve been brainwashed to believe it’s OK, which is an attack on OUR RIGHT and DUTY to take part in the election process. Then, it appears, the AEC, where there are grouped candidates (not a party) with no name at the top of the Senate ticket in a few States – just a blank box above the line – upon inquiries from people, are given a variety of reasons why they shouldn’t tick that box, because doing so will mean the vote won’t be counted! Not to mention them telling people that just putting 1 above the line won’t get counted either. You probably don’t go to jail for stuffing up a chook-raffle, but you might if you nobble a horse, so what about when the AEC nobbles the nation?
I do hope people see through the way the majors think they can just herd people like sheep. Their campaigns totally disregard INFLATION and the BIG ISSUES that minor parties are drawing attention to, such as our quasi-governance by various UN decrees, and especially current, our imminent ratification of changes to the WHO pandemic rules.
I commend you (and those who have already made a difference by putting themselves forward as alternatives) for making the commitment to your electorate and Australia for all the right reasons.
Up there Cazaly, in there and fight! Out there and at ‘em, show ‘em your might!
Australian Electoral Commission deliberately giving false and misleading information to voters
ELECTION WRITS HAVE BEEN ISSUED AND PUBLISHED
Cairns News has been warning for many years the AEC and its state subsidiaries are the most corrupt bureaucracies in Australia. The electoral roll has tens of thousands of false entries and postal voting is inherently corrupt because there is no requirement to for a voter to establish genuine identity.
Another voter already on the roll can vouch for an elector making a postal vote. When there are so many unverified voters on the roll it’s open slather for anyone to make as many postal votes with false names but real addresses as they like. Just as long as another unverified voter guarantees the applicant.
The only remedy is to scrap the entire roll and for AEC staff to undertake a physical habitation check on every household in the nation and start a new roll. This used to happen door-to-door but the AEC, under political pressure from the ALP dropped physical habitation surveys years ago.
There is no point voting when the outcome, as we have seen in 2022, is known before the poll occurs.
Writs have been issued and published in each state as required by the Commonwealth Electoral Act.
This writ for the Queensland senate election was published in the Courier Mail on April 13. The instrument is of the Commonwealth with a Queen then what is the Australian Government seal above?
Which Queen does the instrument refer to?
The Australian Electoral Commission needs your help!
Looking for some extra cash this weekend? – The Australian Electoral Commission needs your help!
But you have to be fully vaxxed and do not collapse on the job.
The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is hiring people to work for the AEC this Saturday or the days after, particularly in regional Queensland. These are paid roles.
Where necessary, the AEC will cover any accommodation and travel costs – so if you’re up for a paid weekend getaway keep reading!
The AEC is looking for people to work in the following paid temporary roles in polling places this Saturday:
- Polling place Officer in Charge
- Polling place Second in Charge
- Declaration Voting Issuing Officer
- Polling Assistants.
A summary of the roles, and what’s involved, is available on the AEC website.
All AEC election roles in polling places are paid a package rate. Details on the pay, terms and conditions can be found in the Collective Determination.
Working in a polling place is an all-day effort – but rewarding! Staff will start at around 7am and finish no later than 11pm.
Note: some roles require a police check.
COVID-19 safety measures will be in place at polling places and other workplaces to protect AEC workers and voters. All temporary election workers will need to wear a face mask and be fully vaccinated.
Register your interest now. It only takes around 20 minutes.
Alternatively, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and the AEC will contact you and start the on-boarding process.
Please feel free to forward this information to your family, friends, and networks.
AEC will not investigate wide spread voter fraud until after the results are decided
Letter to the Editor
In 1992, as a bright and shiny new investigator, I was allocated a file about multiple voting in a single Federal electorate in South West Sydney – 1 of of 150 electorates nationwide. This involved the same person allegedly voting at a number of booths in the same electorate on the same day. I interviewed a large number of people who had their names crossed off at a number of booths. What I found was that everyone denied multiple voting. The criteria for voting, as now, was stating their name, address and date of birth. Not difficult information to acquire. Some of them I assessed as genuine. Most blamed their cousins etc which was able to be legally proved. All of the elector details could be readily accessed via the electoral roll. Nothing was done. In a digital age, multiply that tenfold. The electoral system here is utterly corrupted, not least by the fact that investigations are not allocated until after the results are decided.
Voter fraud will decide the outcome of the May 21 election
IS AUSTRALIA’S VOTING SYSTEM HONEST?
DO VOTE FRAUDS OCCUR?
GetUp has $30m in the bank and is the largest, organised voting manipulator in Australia
by Lex Stewart, former Chairman of Australians for Honest Elections
To the two questions above in the heading, our Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) would say “Yes and No”.
But my answers are the opposite – based on having scrutineered at every federal and state election since 1985, and having done paid work for six MPs (3 Canberra, 3 NSW) and voluntary work in various political Parties.
I worked as staffer for an MP who lost his seat in 1993 by 164 votes, and then we discovered 300 false enrolments on the Electoral Roll, plus other issues, including that Jehovah’s Witnesses did not receive their customary letter after the election because they did not vote.
A few years ago I arranged some meetings in Australia for UK Election Commissioner Richard Mawrey QC, who had jailed people from both sides of politics for Vote Frauds.
Very few people have ever been prosecuted or even challenged in Australia, and our Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) operates a faulty system with numerous loopholes, and scant attention from Ministers, other MPs and journalists.
Richard Mawrey was aghast at what he saw of Australia’s voting systems and Electoral Agencies. He said, “Due to the incentives, if vote fraud CAN occur due to loopholes, then it WILL occur. And especially Australia’s postal vote system is a recipe for fraud.”
There is substantial incentive for Vote Frauds because the rewards are so huge – power, prestige, getting control of expenditure of taxpayers’ moneys, appointing your mates to various Boards and diplomatic postings etc.
To improve elections:-
- vote in the Senate by numbering every square rather than one to six
- do scrutineering – this means getting an AEC Form signed by a candidate. Do it after 6pm on election night, and if needed during subsequent days of re-counting.
- Because over the years very few MPs have taken an interest in Vote Frauds (except Fred Nile and Pauline Hanson) then after this election heckle your MP that you want Voter ID introduced, so as to prevent Multiple Voting (AEC data show more than 36,686 in the 2016 election) and to prevent Voter Impersonation.
Bearing in mind that it is often difficult to gather enough evidence to prove Vote Frauds (granted that the AEC, Aust Federal Police are asleep), I could give numerous examples of Vote Frauds, but it would make this article too long.
A convenient one-page list of 17 cases of Vote Frauds was page two of a brief Submission by eminent Sydney lawyer James Bell to the parliamentary committee reviewing the 2019 federal election. When his Submission appeared on the parliamentary website as number 53, the list on page two had been “redacted” i.e. blacked out! In order to overcome this censorship, James’s list is presented below.
Some cases of Vote Frauds have been exposed by rare court cases or very rare government inquiries, e.g. the Shepherdson Inquiry, which led to the jailing of Karen Ehrman who said she was only a small bit player among many others involved in the ALP’s schemes.
The AEC has not operated the Electoral Roll with integrity, as shown by the five reports done by the Australian National Audit Office (ANAO).
The Howard government asked the ANAO to do an audit of the AEC, and the report of 18 April 2002 titled “The Integrity of the Electoral Roll” raised serious concerns.
The ANAO report of 6 April 2004:- “progress by the AEC on implementing the recommendations has been slow…”
Their report of 6 April 2010 wrote, “The most significant long-term problem for the AEC remains the poor state of the Electoral Roll”.
Their 8 May 2014 report stated, “… the state of the Roll was the most significant long-term issue … and the AEC’s approaches … have become less effective , as well as … more costly”
Their fifth report on 4 November 2015 had some alarming things to say in its Overall Conclusion:- “The actions taken by the AEC … have not adequately and effectively addressed the matters that led to the ANAO’s recommendations being made … The findings of this audit .. are in contrast to the advice provided by the AEC to the 2014 parliamentary committee that all recommendations … had been completed”
IN OTHER WORDS THE AEC TOLD LIES TO THE PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE!
And no Minister or MP or journalist bothered or cared to expose this AEC juggernaut, which is in practical effect unaccountable and renegade, operating a system full of loopholes.
Here is the list of cases of Vote Frauds in James Bell’s Submission to the parliamentary committee. It includes cases where Vote Frauds were PROVEN to have occurred, but James (and I) are not claiming that the frauds were necessarily of sufficient magnitude to have affected the outcome.
- Joan Chambers lost Ballarat South in 1988 by 104 votes, but many more than 104 fraudulent votes were subsequently found by the Electoral Authority
- Bribie Island 1989 -Bob Bottom found underwater enrolments along a beachside street
- Alasdair Webster MP lost Macquarie in 1993 by 164 votes
- 1993 Frank Tanti lost Mundingburra by 16 votes but won the court-ordered by-election
- MP Larry Anthony lost Richmond in 2004 by 301 votes
- Multiple voting in 2005 Werriwa by-election
- Wollondilly in the March 2007 NSW State election – several Statutory Declarations described a busload going to vote at several polling booths, but the Electoral Commissioner refused to investigate
- 200 House of Reps ballot papers vanished in Epping West booth in Bennelong in 2007
- BK photographed a suspicious man who voted three times in Coogee ~2007
- VicB found 500 false enrolments in Kingsford Smith early 2013
- Circa year 2000 BK, VB, PB found many false enrolments in Parramatta, perhaps 5,000
- S Mirabella lost Indi in 2013 by 500 (1,000 ballots appeared)
- 1,370 ballot papers vanished in the WA senate election
- MP Charles Casuscelli narrowly lost Strathfield in 2015 NSW
- MP Chris Holstein narrowly lost Gosford in 2015 NSW
- MP Louise Markus narrowly lost Macquarie in 2016, with Lex Stewart detecting a new method of Vote Fraud, plus observing an old method being used.
- Election 2016: Labor’s Cathy O’Toole wins Herbert by 37 votes …
Editor: It should be noted that this scribe has been writing about electoral fraud since 1987 when the Unions were able to get enough false names onto the roll to change the election result.. The AEC electronic roll was in its infancy and it had the original RAMNS system which was sub-standard at least, allowing many thousands of false names to stay on the roll unchecked. Indeed a staffer for former Senator Len Harris in 2004 was told by the then Electoral Commissioner that there were more than 400,000 names on the roll whose identity had not been checked.
In 1987 the incumbent Australian Labor Party, led by Prime Minister Bob Hawke, defeated the opposition Liberal Party of Australia, led by John Howard and the National Party of Australia led by Ian Sinclair. This was the first, and to date only, time the Labor Party won a third consecutive election.
Postal voting integrity is the biggest worry of the 2022 election.
