First Bligh now Palaszczuk selling off your assets

Tim Nicholls Opposition Leader

Tim Nicholls Opposition Leader

The Opposition has compared the Palaszczuk Government to former premier Anna Bligh’s “failed” administration during a heated debate over asset sales.

Question time was dominated by asset sales, after Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk last week announced the State Government would sell off publicly owned land to encourage urban renewal in cities across Queensland.

But Opposition Leader Tim Nicholls claimed the policy was a broken promise from Labor and he tried to draw the link between Ms Palaszczuk and Ms Bligh – who led the state between 2007 and 2012.

“Before 2009 election campaign Anna Bligh and Andrew Fraser deceived Queenslanders and promised not to sell state assets and then did so,” he said.
“Before the 2015 campaign, the Premier and Treasurer promised not to sell assets and are now planning on doing so.” “How is the Premier’s Government any different from the failed Bligh-Fraser Government?” Ms Bligh ruled out considering privatisations before the 2009 election and after Labor was re-elected the Government moved to sell Queensland Rail’s freight business – now called Aurizon after listing on the stock exchange – along with the state’s forestry assets, putting Queensland Motorways out on a long-term lease and offloading the Brisbane and Abbot Point ports.

Queenslanders registered their displeasure about selling state assets at the ballot box, with the Bligh Government decimated at the 2012 election – reduced to just seven MPs out of the 89-seat parliament.

But Ms Palaszczuk rejected the claim and pointed out that the former LNP Government took a $37 billion privatisation package to the last election.

“The person who is now the leader of the Opposition was the architect of the plan to sell off $37 billion worth of assets,” she said.

“We have heard rumours that they are talking about either a 50-year lease on our energy companies or our ports, or perhaps selling a 50 per cent stake in them.” Ms Palaszczuk defended the land sales policy because it would create jobs for Queenslanders by partnering with the private sector and local councils to deliver urban renewal projects.

But Mr Nicholls said Ms Palaszczuk had changed the rules about what constitutes a privatisation in a move to justify the land sales policy.

“The Premier has repeatedly tried to claim her Government would not sell assets, even attempting to change the definition to income-producing assets after the election,” he said.

A Government spokesman said Labor’s pre-election policy was to not sell “income-producing assets”.

The World Economic Forum in 2015 had a prophetic vision that unless the world mends its wicked ways “global warming will become catastrophic and irreversible”.
https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2015/11/15-quotes-on-climate-change-by-world-leaders/

In July 2016 the US Secretary of State, John Kerry, claimed that global warming was as dangerous to the world as Islamic terrorism.

At the recent G20 summit in China, the world leader of the Global Warming Religion, Ban Ki-moon, canonised two new cardinals – Cardinal Obama (who seeks political sainthood in his after-life), and Cardinal Xi Jinping (who seeks to crucify western industry on the climate cross). Both signed the Paris Pledge.

Then at the ASEAN Economic Forum, ordained Minister Turnbull of Australia joined worshippers to pray for a Saviour from Global Warming.

Global warming to hit Asia hardest – “Hundreds of millions of people are likely to lose their homes as flooding, famine and rising sea levels sweep the region.”

Finally, at the Pacific Island Forum in Vanuatu last week, the Global Warming service commenced with a rousing rendition of the hymn “Repent and Pay, or the Seas will Devour Us”.

As a sign of his devotion, Australia’s Global Warming Minister Turnbull dropped a cool $80M into the Global Warming Collection Plate. Islanders who truly believe will now receive total donations of A$300M from the pious Australian government.

A quick view into the Turnbull Chronicles

From the plethora of information we have in our TURNBULL CHRONICLES, this

smidgen will enlighten you to his credibility or lack of

from Harry Palmer

Politicians since time began have planned agenda to methodical personal nest feathering from this acquired position of power, along with perks that come with job.

Occasionally one will trip, dropping thirty pieces of silver triggering a point scoring reaction from opposition, then followed by colleague denial amidst a truly unaccountable network of bureaucratic disguised red tape as accountable control.

One instrument, still baffling modern science, the process used to convert smart, sometimes well educated persons, dedicated to represent the people in our suggested democratic parliament. Crossing the threshold to “party pals”, within a week dismisses constituent concern for the “party room pals”. Should ever this cloned puppet decide to represent constituents against party, castigated ensues under hailing abuse, personal attack and threats of dismissal to no future preselection to represent the constituents next polling day.

Understanding multi millionaire Opposition Leader, Malcolm Turnbull’s allegiance to Labor Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd’s push to introduce ETS (Environment Trading Scheme), is a license to print money for trading in hot air while costing ALL Australians $BILLIONS of dollars in taxes to support third world nations and finance projected World Government.

Presented is a smidgen of information about Malcolm Turnbull may explain his credibility to Australia, his dedication to the almighty dollar and corporate friendship alive and very well.

Malcolm Turnbull born 1954, raised in Sydney’s eastern suburbs of Vaucluse and Double Bay, attended prestigious Sydney Grammar School as a boarder then completing a double degree in law and arts, Mr Turnbull during his university years worked as a journalist for the Bulletin, Channel Nine. Winning a Rhodes scholarship to study at Oxford University in 1978, he continued as a journalist with the Sunday Times London.

POLITICS

The Turnbull aspiration for politics started in 1981 when presented for Liberal party candidate in Wentworth and beaten by eight votes by standing member Peter Coleman. Just two votes halted his preselection in 1983 by Phillip Smiles for the seat of Mosman.

If at first you don’t succeed, try again, this time deciding to aim for “PRESIDENT” of the new “Republic of Australia”.

Appointed by the Keating Labor government to head the Republican Advisory Committee, led the subsequent republic campaign into the unsuccessful 1999 referendum.

The ill-fated referendum in 1999: Chairman of the Australian Republican Movement, describing monarchist Prime Minister John Howard as the man “who broke a nation’s heart”, Malcolm again retired hurt.

Makes you wonder this deckchair changer aspired to be the Liberal member for the Sydney seat of Wentworth in a government headed by Australia’s leading monarchist, John Howard.

2000: Turnbull explores preselection for Wentworth but bows out after being convinced that sitting Liberal member Peter King has the numbers.

2004: Narrowly defeats Peter King for Liberal preselection and then wins the seat after a tight election campaign.

2006: Appointed as parliamentary secretary for water.

2007: Appointed as Environment minister.

KERRY PACKER

kerry-packerAs a lawyer saw Mr Turnbull in 1984 acts as legal counsel for Kerry Packer, outed as the prominent businessman codenamed “Goanna” in the Costigan Royal Commission alleging involvement in criminal activities on Australia’s docks.

Again in 1989 working for Kerry Packer’s move to shut down Aboriginal Television Station in the Northern Territory in 1989 collapsed when the Aborigines established a radio station 8KIN broadcasting in their native tongue to the people applied to the Australian Broadcasting Tribunal for a Television station license, which was granted to “Imparja”. Just weeks before Imparja was due to go to air, the NT Government appealed against the decision in Federal Courts and LOST. With only 3 day to go before opening the TV Channel, the howling of ravaging wolves from the opposing packer owned Northern Territory Television Station in Darwin, asked the Broadcasting Tribunal to review Imparja’s license and to enquire into it’s resources. Despite this power hungry corporate magnate’s backdoor attempt to close down Imparja, Turnbull’s legal attack did not survive, “Imparja” is alive and very well today.

Kerry Packer planned to takeover Fairfax with a suggested motivation of dealing out retribution on journalist and editors was not impressed with Malcolm Turnbull, threatening to “KILL HIM” when Mr Turnbull secretly handed over vital information that forced Kerry Packer to pull out of his bid for the Fairfax media group in 1991.

Malcolm Turnbull is quoted in The Sydney Morning Herald LINK HERE newspaper – “He did threaten to kill me. And I said to him:

‘Well, you’d better make sure that your assassin gets me first because if he misses, you better know I won’t miss you’.

“I regarded what Kerry was doing as absolutely … it was not only stupid but it was contrary to everyone’s interests,” Mr Turnbull told Ms Crabb.

“And he was taking the view that because he was bigger and richer than me, he could run me into the ground.

“So I rang Kerry Packer and I had a major row with him. I said: `If you want to do this, this is it. This is the end. There is no stepping back from this.

“This is war … I told him I’d get him thrown out of the deal. I never make threats I don’t carry out’.”

Is this an insight to current Liberal Party Room under Malcolm Turnbull, Investment Banker looking to at any cost legislating ETS that will open a whole new trading area for investment companies, one being Turnbull & Partners Pty Ltd.

THE INVESTMENT BANKER

PoliticianLeaving the law profession in 1987, creating an investment banking firm Whitlam Turnbull & Co Ltd with Neville Wran, once Labor government premier of NSW and Nicholas Whitlam, son of Gough Whitlam once Labor Government Prime Minister.

Malcolm Turnbull, former Australian Chairman of merchant bank Goldman Sachs, the global commodity trading company who just coincidentally happen to trade billions of dollars worth of carbon permits, was also brought to the Royal Commission in the HIH collapse to account Goldman Sach involvement – “ring any bells”?
With the challenge by Joe Hockey to Mr Turnbull for leadership, back in 1998 the Managed Investments Act 1998 (MIA) commenced (formerly known as the Corporations Law) governing the regulation of managed investment schemes. The MIA required that a review be undertaken as soon as possible after the third anniversary of its commencement. The Minister for Financial Services and Regulation, the Hon Joe Hockey MP, appointed Mr Malcolm Turnbull to undertake this review. How much was Turnbull paid for this job?

ENVIRONMENT
forest-harvestjpgAppointed as Environment minister in 2007, amazed those who knew of Malcolm’s involvement in the Solomon Islands.

Mr. Turnbull’s connection to the logging industry in Solomon Islands began in 1991 and 1992.

Chairman and share holder of the then Hong Kong listed Axiom Forest Resources that own logging operations and forest concessions in the Solomon’s was operating under the trading name, Silvania Forest Products in Western Province and other parts of the country.

Mr. Turnbull claimed in a media interview with ABC last year that “his attitude towards forestry today was informed by his involvement in the (Solomon Islands) logging industry”.

He rejected accusations that he had once played a huge role in bad logging practices
in Solomon Islands, claiming “he was trying to encourage local landowners to change logging practices and ways”.

Mr. Turnbull then further claimed “…. the company (Silvania) brought in some of the best foresters in the world. There was a lot of work done on reforestation, on plantations”.

A report by the Australian International Development Aid Bureau – now Ausaid – in 1994 described the logging practices of Axiom subsidiary Silvania Forest Products as:”…more like a clear-felling operation and bearing little relation to an attempt at even retaining a token sample of future commercial crop on the site.”

A separate report also described Silvania’s forest practices as “amongst the worst in the world”.

Following the reports, the Solomon Islands government then, which was led by a Prime Minister with logging interests and ownership, the former and late Solomon Mamaloni, threaten to close down Silvania’s operations due to constant breaches of logging practices.

Targeting the liberal party we are not, targeting those who would be king we are, targeting democracy decay we expose, so if the shoe fits – change it on the only day of democracy in Australia – POLLING DAY.

Senator’s report reveals prior knowledge of Port Arthur incident

A Cairns News special presentation

Parry must break silence on post-massacre report

A senator has refused to comment about allegations he had prior knowledge of the Port Arthur massacre in 1996 when 35 innocent people were killed in a precision shooting operation.

Another 23 men, women and children were wounded by a trained and methodical gunman with long blond hair.

Revelations by Austrian-based author and researcher, Keith Noble, that Senator Stephen Parry had prior knowledge of the shootings, have not been refuted.

Parry at the time was a qualified embalmer and a former member of Tasmania Police who led a team of embalmers which handled the bodies in 1996.

An Australian, Mr Noble is leading a campaign to free accused shooter Martin Bryant from Risdon Gaol in Tasmania.

A paper written and presented in 1997 by Stephen Parry entitled ‘Port Arthur Massacre – AFDA National Embalming Team – Detailed Report’, that appears in a little-known book entitled ‘PORT ARTHUR SEMINAR PAPERS: A record of the Port Arthur Seminar’, 11-12 March, 1997, Melbourne, Victoria (ISBN 0642271364) clearly shows the incident that rocked a nation was planned.

In his 16 page, disturbing 1997 paper, Senator Parry stated in the following passage :

“I was particularly impressed by the quick response and initiatives by some of the team members in packaging and collecting equipment.

The response time and the amount of equipment quickly relocated was fantastic. One firm in particular, Nelson Brothers, had organised for an embalming machine box and a special large equipment case to be manufactured ready for the incident. These two containers were the envy of all embalmers and worked extremely well.

I would suggest that design specifications may be available from this firm for any future considerations by other firms.” (highlighted by CN)

Parry reveals the funeral services company of Nelson Brothers in Melbourne, Victoria, had undertaken preparations prior to the shooting.

President of the senate, Liberal Party Senator Stephen Parry

According to Wikipedia:

“Parry was born on 31 October 1960 in Burnie, Tasmania, to William Stephen Parry and Patricia Dawn Evans. He was educated at Burnie’s Marist Regional College after which he enrolled at the Tasmanian Police Academy in Hobart.

Parry was employed as an officer with the Tasmanian Police from 1977 to 1986, and was promoted to Detective in 1983. After leaving the police force, he completed a certificate in Mortuary Science at the Australian College of Funeral Service, and was a funeral director from 1986 to 2004, becoming president of the Australian Funeral Directors Association. Parry was also president of the Burnie Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2000 to 2004, and a director of the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2000 to 2005.”

In 2004, Parry was elected to the Australian Senate for the State of Tasmania as a member of the Liberal Party.

Senator Parry was eminently qualified to lead the embalming team and as such his published comments would have to be accurate.

On February 26 he was emailed a ‘Show Cause’ notice by Keith Noble who accused the Senate Leader of having prior knowledge of the tragedy.

As of going to print Mr Noble says he has had no acknowledgement or reply from senator Parry.

Cairns News emailed senator Parry’s office with a copy of the notice but he had not responded at the time of going to print.

In furthering his moves to get Bryant out of gaol, Mr Noble told Cairns News there is an abundance of available evidence that the Tasmania Police refuse to acknowledge, clearly indicating Bryant is innocent.

“There was no trial, no coronial inquest, no public enquiry, no royal commission,” Mr Noble said.

“The story pushed by authorities that a trial would have been upsetting is the way the State has kept its crimes concealed from the public.

“John Howard was the worst Prime Minister Australia has ever had, and he encouraged the Liberal Party in Tasmania not to give innocent Martin a trial.

john-howard-001

Howard’s agenda disarmed Australia utilising patsy Martin Bryant as the scapegoat

“Howard, who is also a qualified lawyer, spoke out to have Martin denied his legal rights and he never had proper legal representation and was kept in isolation for over six months.

“His lawyer at the time John Avery, who was convicted in 2008 for misappropriating and stealing $512,000, forced Martin to change his not guilty plea.

“He is another person who played the game after the official incident at Port Arthur. This is the depth to which the legal system in Tasmania has been taken over by corrupt lawyers, which includes that other pair of mongrels who wrongly prosecuted and convicted innocent Martin, Damian Bugg and William Cox.”

Mr Noble said the incident at Port Arthur was a premeditated, planned, and professionally perpetrated act of psycho-terror undertaken by the State to coerce the public into accepting firearm legislation.

“Martin Bryant is the patsy,” he said.

Firearms industry and gun owners claim NSW Firearms Registry has been compromised leading to gun theft

More than 2300 registered firearms have been stolen from private residences across NSW since 2009, prompting calls from the industry that the thefts were more than coincidence.

Fifty firearms and thousands of rounds of ammunition were stolen from registered NSW gun owners in one period of 16 days, with claims the firearms registry has been compromised.

guns-2One robbery victim had eight guns stolen within months of being audited by police and his new address added to the registry.

“I was audited by police in May last year and robbed in October. I had eight weapons stolen from a secure safe,” the victim said.

“I live in an estate of 70 homes and was the only place robbed. To me it was obvious I was targeted with information from somewhere.

“Call me cynical but it is too much of a coincidence.

“I have been in the same shooters club for years and never had a problem.”

In a number of cases since May 14, when the robberies began, entire gun safes have been removed from properties with weapons inside.

Officers said criminals could access the information through a variety of sources – not just the registry.

However dealers are not buying the explanation from police saying the registry would be a gold mine to criminals as it contained details of the types of weapons, where they were stored and addresses of owners.

“We have no evidence to suggest the information has come from the registry,” head of the firearms and organised crime squad Detective Superintendent Ken Finch said.

He said there was no investigation into the registry at the moment – but nothing had been ruled out.

Supt Finch agreed some of the recent thefts appeared to be targeted: “Most are in rural areas where people know locals have multiple weapons.”

Supt Finch said the registry was subject to strict audit provisions and not accessible by all police officers.

“Access is only granted by a local area commander when it is needed for an investigation.”

He said only a limited number of civilians had access and usage of the list was strictly monitored: “Gun clubs are another possible source of information. Some robberies could be opportunistic.”

No reported investigation has been conducted to date into NSW Firearms Registry information leaks and co-ordinated gun theft from registered owners.

Highly trained policewoman mistakes .40 cal pistol for Taser

sgt-sheree-bissettMeanwhile a highly-trained policewoman Sergeant Sheree Bissett shot and killed a man at Lakemba who had mental issues and was harming himself, posing no threat to any other person.

Witnesses state Sergeant Bissett and three other female officers attended the incident where she tested her Taser several times then drew her Glock handgun and without any proper warning shot Salter in the back.

Deputy State Coroner Scott Mitchell said the critical incident investigation report, written by Detective Inspector Russell Oxford of the NSW Homicide Squad, was “seriously flawed” and he thought it is more likely than not that Sergeant Bissett mistakenly chose her Glock, having intended to employ her Taser.

trg-nsw-police

Tactical Response police at the Lindt Café siege in Sydney according to a military advisor were armed with the wrong firearms for the situation and botched the apprehension of Islamic terrorist Man Haron Monis, killing a hostage with a stray bullet.

The officers claimed to the NSW Police Integrity Commission Mr Salter grappled with Constable Abela before Sergeant Bissett shot him in the back,  but paramedics and Mr Salter’s father said there was no contact.

Wilson, Abela and Metcalfe have been charged with perjury and giving false evidence, while Bissett has been charged with one count of giving false evidence to the commission. All four have been ordered to stand trial in Sydney’s Downing Centre on April 26, 2016.

These officers are still out there, not suspended, with guns, and the capabilities of fabricating evidence.

The public should be terrified that Sergeant Sheree Bissett who has difficulty distinguishing between a non-lethal Taser and a Glock .40 cal pistol, is still on duty with a firearm in her holster.

Christopher Pyne’s comments to Channel Nine about Clive Palmer and Queensland Nickel angers KAP’s Rob Katter

A FEDERAL Cabinet Minister has used the financial woes of Clive Palmer’s Queensland Nickel to justify why people should not vote for minor parties.

Christopher Pyne told Channel Nine this week that Queensland Nickel’s voluntary administration was; “an example of why people shouldn’t play with independents and minor parties, because of the instability they create.”

The comment angered Katter’s Australian Party State Member for Mount Isa, Rob Katter.

Mr Katter said; “I had steam coming out of my ears when I heard that.

“It is absolute nonsense and it’s part of the game for the major parties to really remove proper debate from the parliaments and operate as it’s intended to.

“Christopher Pyne sadly confuses simple government with stable government now.”

Mr Katter said a parliament kept to only two parties was not necessarily stable or effective.

For example, the Queensland Labor Government has been spending the first 12 months of its term undoing policy decisions made by the former LNP government.

“The poor people of Queensland keep getting this whole revolving door of policy,” he said.

Mr Katter said the two major parties in the Queensland Parliament had for at least 10 years tried to bring in ethanol mandate legislate but it took the KAP as recent as last year to get it passed.

“It got the whole house support, what better example do you need of that?” he asked.

Mr Pyne also told Channel Nine: “Quite frankly, whether it’s Labor or Liberal, we have the processes in place to ensure that we don’t have the kind of outcomes that happen with PUP or One Nation or whatever political party is passing at the time.”

Federal Member for Fairfax Clive Palmer’s Townsville based Queensland Nickel went into voluntary administration and recently made 237 workers redundant.

Media states more than $20 million was donated by Queensland Nickel to the Palmer United Party.

Fairfax Media reports that Mr Palmer promised to one day write to every Townsville home to explain what happened at Queensland Nickel.

“The issue is not a political one,” he said.

Hillary Clinton, the fake Bin Laden killing, and the fake photos that accompanied it

 By Brandon Turbeville

Without a detailed study of the nature of the alleged killing of Bin Laden, suffice it to say that there is overwhelming and credible evidence suggesting that the entire affair was designed to drum up support for a faltering administration, the war on terror, and the phony narrative of the al-Qaeda bogeyman.

The most damning nail in the coffin of the killing of bin Laden official story is that there is quite a bit of evidence that Bin Laden was dead long before the alleged killing took place. Indeed, evidence suggests that bin Laden was dead shortly after the attacks on 9/11.[1] This is, of course, in addition to the fact that Bin Laden was a known CIA asset in the late 1970’s as part of the Mujhadeen forces organized by Western intelligence to draw the Soviet Union into a disastrous war in Afghanistan.
