Liberals join Labor to let banks screw farmers even more

Liberals join with Labor at the behest of the banks to kill Robbie Katter’s Development Bank bill

LNP VOTE WITH LABOR TO KILL RURAL DEBT REFORM

State Member for Mount Isa Robbie Katter has slammed the LNP for supporting Labor to vote against a real solution to address rural debt.

In a parliamentary session that went into the early hours of Wednesday morning the KAP’s Rural and Regional Adjustment (Development Assistance) Amendment Bill was denied a vote in the House through the blocking of a motion put forward by Robbie Katter.

“The motion was put forward to enable the Parliament to adequately consider and vote on a solution that would’ve seen a new lending mechanism established to address the shortcomings in QRAA’s current activities”

“Each member of the crossbench voted to allow the motion to be heard but it was the major parties who didn’t allow it. It’s unbelievable that they would so blatantly work together to stifle a minor party Bill.”

“With so much public disappointment in partisan politics it’s ironic that the only thing the major parties can agree on is limiting consideration of minor party Bills”

Mr Katter highlighted the amount of consultation and analysis that went into the KAP’s Bill and expressed his disappointment at the behaviour of the major parties.

“The LNP not only supported Labor’s Bill over the KAP alternative, they actively worked to restrict debate and consideration of the KAP Bill”

“The LNP and Government used every excuse in the book to avoid undertaking a difficult reform. They even used banking regulations as an excuse. Do they forget where here to change laws and regulations? If I told my constituents that I wasn’t prepared to undertake legislative reform because of a regulation I wouldn’t deserve to represent them”

“For me, the genesis of this Bill was during the term of the Newman Government, which shows that this has taken years of stakeholder discussions, industry forums, community and local leader’s input,” Mr Katter said.

“Through the Rural Debt and Drought Taskforce that I chaired in this parliament it was clear that the debt problem is massive and that a significant response from the Government was required to address it”

“However what the Parliament has achieved is an ambulance at the bottom of the cliff. A farm debt mediation mechanism doesn’t solve the debt problem it just ensures that when the problem has finally caught up with a producer they can shut their business efficiently”

KAP’s legislation was designed to address not only the cattle industry, but also the viability of our rural towns.

“We need ways of stimulating the economies of the rural towns that rely on agriculture. Rather than using blunt funding programs to create short term employment, why not invest in reconstructing the core industry so longer term organic growth can be delivered”

Mr Katter expressed disappointment at the Government and Opposition’s “hands-off” approach to supporting a key Queensland industry.

“In 2015, I thought the Palaszczuk Government was serious about identifying solutions to address rural debt issues with the formation of a Rural Debt and Drought Taskforce. I was wrong. Just like the Opposition they prefer to leave it to the “market”. This approach has delivered a declining sugar industry, a decimated dairy industry and some of the most expensive gas and electricity in the world.”

“Government’s “intervene” in markets all the time. Between the Clean Energy Finance Corporation and the Australian Renewable Energy Agency there’s about $5 billion worth of low interest loans to help stimulate the industry. However when it comes to supporting agriculture, and particularly family enterprises, the Government doesn’t want to touch it”.

“The rural community right throughout the State should be angry that a significant proposal to benefit people doing it tough and earning a living in regional Queensland would be stymied and watered down by both major parties.”

Katter to boot out foreign gambling agencies

Yesterday in Federal Parliament of Australia, KAP Member for Kennedy Bob Katter moved that majority foreign owned interactive gambling agencies be barred from operating in Australia.

Mr Katter moved an amendment to the Interactive Gambling Amendment Bill 2016 that any company that is majority foreign owned is not eligible for registration as a gambling agency in Australia.

Mr Katter said “I voted by myself on the amendment. At the present moment with gambling in Australia, the money is going overseas. I lived in an era where every single dollar (except if you went to a racecourse) — every single cent went into health services for the people. Now most of it is going overseas.

“If the proposition was put to people, do you want the money to go overseas or do you want it to go into health services for Australians, or to help our struggling retirees, or our single mothers trying to make ends meet with three children? I think 80 or 90 per cent of Australians would vote with me, yet I am regarded as the minority.”

The Bill Amendment is as follows:

Interactive Gambling Amendment Bill 2016

23B At the end of section 5

Add:

(4) Despite subsection (3), a gambling service covered by subsection (1) is a prohibited interactive gambling service if the service is provided by a person who is:

(a) an individual not resident in Australia; or

(b) a corporation that is majority foreign-owned.

[majority foreign-owned providers]

Malcolm Fraser stole your lifetime pension contributions

Nick Minchin accused of lying about pensions

Nick Minchin accused of lying about pensions

Letter to the Editor

THE TRUTH ABOUT PENSIONS DEFIES THE LIES OF LIBERAL AND LABOR

Nick Minchin on the Tony Jones ABC TV Program Q & A 11/09/2008 stated quite clearly that funds were not, have not and are not collected and held in a bank account waiting for the government to pay it out in the form of the Old Age Pension, or words that meant, “exactly this.”

As an ex Australian Federal Government Finance Minister,  Minchin knows that this statement on that television program, was a blatant lie (and he said it with a look of sincerity on his face, the ability of doing so obviously a political prerequisite).

Well, it certainly was collected, but it amassed such huge amounts, this government and those preceding, couldn’t help themselves and have spent billions of it over the years in a manner they had no right to. “the money earned by the people themselves through hard work and often deprivation ( as a legislation obligation part thereof was collected by the Tax Department for this very purpose ) was in fact and still is, collected as a tax originally, specifically and intentionally so as to fund, “The Aged Pension.”

To dispel some misinformation currently being promoted by Party Politicians and their spin doctors and lying ex Ministers, listed here are some historical facts every Australian, especially the young who are under the miss-guided belief and/or assumption that they are funding the Aged Pension from their current hard work; They Are Not, they’re funding their own Pension Fund; a fund that governments have no intention of paying and to add insult to injury, legislate to force you to pay into a Super Fund to boot. 1939-1945 WORLD WAR II 1942-1943

As a Wartime measure, the Federal Government gained sole control over Australian Income Tax. Labor Prime Minister ( Ben Chifley ) introduced three bills to establish the National Welfare Fund, to be financed by a Compulsory Contribution (levy) of one and sixpence in the Pound (20/- ) on all personal income. 1946 Opposition Leader (Robert Menzies) stated that the Compulsory Contribution (levy) should be kept completely separate.

That it should be shown separately on the Taxation Assessment and paid straight into a “TRUST” account and not mixed with the General Revenue. Menzies said “The stigma of charity should be removed from the Age Pension.” ”It should be an entitlement earned by the person’s personal contribution to the fund.” Prime Minister Chifley agreed and established

Western Australian correspondent says Liberals stole the pension fund

Western Australian correspondent Wayne Glew says Liberals stole the pension fund

The National Welfare fund as at 1/1/1946. A “Trust” Fund with the Parliament as “Trustee.” The Compulsory Contributions (levy) commenced as at 1st January 1946. It was shown separately on the personal Tax Assessments for 1946, 1947, 1948, 1949 and 1950 And the compulsory levy was properly paid straight into the Special “Trust” fund And Welfare claims were paid out of the fund. The balance in the fund in 1950 was almost 100 Million Pounds. 1949 Robert Menzies became Prime Minister and he introduced Bills to amend the acts governing the National Welfare Funds. The Compulsory Contributions (levy) was then grouped with the Taxation Assessment and appeared as one amount on the Taxation Assessments and was paid as one straight into the Consolidated Revenue Account. 1951-1985

The Compulsory levy of 7.5% now included in the tax continued to be collected and placed in the Consolidated Revenue Account treated as General Revenue and spent, until 1985. 1974-1975 Labor Prime Minister (Gough Whitlam) abolished income test for all persons 70 years of age and over and paid pensions to all people over that age.

1975 Liberal Prime Minister (Malcolm Fraser) cancelled the Witham achievement of abolishing the test for all 70 years of age and over.

1977 Liberal Prime Minister (Malcolm Fraser) with Treasurer Philip Lynch) transferred the balance in the Welfare Fund Account (approximately $ 470.000.000) to Consolidated Revenue Account.

1985 The Hawke Labor Government repealed acts No. 39, 40, and 41 of 1945 (The National Welfare Fund Acts). Thus the funds finally ceased to exist yet the 7.5% levy continued to be collected as a proportion of the Income Tax revenue. It also introduced the (much maligned) Income and Asset Tests, thereby excluding millions of levy and tax paying Australians from receiving Social Services Pensions.

This money these self-funded contributions paid as a percentage of the total income tax collections are today worth far more than the amount of means tested pensions paid out. Actuaries have calculated the non-means tested entitlement due to each retiree, today is in excess of $ 500 per week. This surely debunks the politician’s claim that the generation are paying a proportion of their current taxes to cover the payments made to pensioners.

The obvious short fall has been swallowed by the government’s Taxation Black Hole. The historical summary above highlights the fact that politicians of opposing political parties each contributed to the agenda to destroy the entitlement as it was intended why? When it clearly would not have been the will of the people. While Party Politicians are controlled by a few people who are hidden from public view yet are open to Manipulation and Outright

Corruption, there can be no certainty of the payment of pensions. Only a majority of truly Independent representatives can bring about a change from Government under corporate control, to Government for the People, of the People, by the People. Just because a cabal of political miscreants become so GREEDY and they change the way a tax looks in the Ledgers.

THIS IN NO WAY REMOVES THE FACT THAT THIS TAX IS TILL COLLECTED AND IS SO COLLECTED STILL TO THIS DAY TO PROVIDE FOR THE SUPPLY AND CONTINUATION OF THE OLD AGE PENSION. A STIPEND TO THE ELDERLY CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY WHO HAVE WORKED FOR DECADES OF THEIR LIVES TO BUILD A NATION AND HAVE FROM WORKING DAY ONE OF THEIR LIVES, BEEN PAYING 7% PLUS OF THEIR TAXES DIRECTLY TOWARDS THIS PENSION.

The old age pension is not a privilege; Is not a right; Is not a gift; Is not even welfare; The Old Age Pension is an asset; Owned and accrued by each Australian Citizen who has funded this asset from their very own purse. The governments of the day were employed to amass, secure, invest and manage a fund that in its first 5 years bulged to almost 100.000.000 Pounds (am amount in that day that equated in that day in this day’s dollars and cents, to approximately AU $240 million give or take a million or two).

They did amass, secure, invest and manage and the figures were colossal and frightening to them and hence they conspired to hide them back into the Consolidated Revenue Bucket and to this day, the bucket has been brimming with a 7.5% tax collected specifically and only, for the Old Age Pension. No young Australians!

You are not paying for the welfare of Baby boomers, you are paying for yourselves, new immigrants, the needy in society requiring social services and welfare, dole recipients and the bludgers, BUT YOU ARE NOT PAYING FOR THE OLD PENSION OF ELDERLY AUSTRALIANS WHO HAVE WORKED ALL THEIR LIVES IN THIS COUNTRY AND PAID THEIR DUE FAIR SHARE OF TAXES.

Lying campaign in Kennedy by Liberals spectacularly backfires

by Jim O’Toole in Cairns for the election

Political chicanery and deception by the Liberal National Party handed the nation’s most colourful politician an 11 per cent surge in popularity at Saturday’s poll.

Bob Katter romped it in leaving young Liberal opponent Johnathon Pavetto choking in his dust with 62 per cent of the two party preferred vote against Pavetto’s 38 per cent, representing an 11.4 per cent swing.

A concerted campaign by the Liberals erecting signage at most Atherton Tableland booths claiming a ‘vote for Katter is a vote for Labor and Greens’ spectacularly backfired.

According to LNP sources, two of the Liberals responsible for the false signs, former Eacham Shire Mayor Ray Byrnes and Atherton LJ Hooker franchisee Kevin ‘Rambo’ Ramke will endure a “reaming out” by Johnathan Pavetto and his team members for the failed campaign.

Katter’s booth workers reported hostile comments from voters after viewing the discredited signs then checking the order of preferences on KAP how-to-vote cards.

Heading off the unlawful Liberal signage were advertisements in local newspapers the preceding week featuring the KAP card that clearly showed the party had preferenced the ALP and Greens second last and last.

The thought bubble originating this misleading message began at the 2013 federal election, when the LNP placed large roadside signs in the Atherton district. It nearly cost Katter his seat. This time shrewd voters no longer believed the LNP.

Proforma letters-to-the-editor writers such as Ray Byrnes, Helen Kanak(Dickinson) of Mareeba and Beverly Prescott of Atherton made fools of themselves with their hateful spiel demonising Bob Katter.

Not to be outdone the narrowly re-elected Member for Leichardt, Warren Entsch lambasted Bob Katter on ABC Radio Monday morning for not bringing home the bacon to the Kennedy electorate.

It seems Mr Entsch, like Mr Katter, does not read newspapers. Two page advertisements placed in regional newspapers by KAP detailed the vast amount of funds for infrastructure and roads that have poured into Kennedy over the past two terms of Parliament, a direct result of Mr Katter’s administration.

For incredulous Leichardt voters, Mr Entsch’s attempt at the pot calling the kettle black must be a slap in their face.

The only significant infrastructure building in Mr Entsch’s electorate over his past two terms has been a $220 million road construction project on Cape York Peninsula.

Mr Entsch omits to mention this funding was put in place by the previous Labor Government Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, Anthony Albanese.

Election results in the north

Political party pundits and smart university commentators are at a loss to understand the re-election of Katter and the huge resurgence of Pauline Hanson and One Nation in the senate.

Posturing all sorts of theories on radio and television the commentators jump from one lame excuse to another, because these people, just like party pollies, News Ltd and Fairfax reporters, are far removed from reality.

Letters to the editor and comments received by Cairns News and most other notable independent news services for the past several years describe readers’ anguish at being left out of the policy loop, where the embedded bureaucracy make the decisions that the parties simply endorse thus denying any say to electors.

One example is the sovereignty-destroying Trans Pacific Partnership treaty agreed to by the Liberal Government, others are the China free trade agreement, foreign ownership and unbridled immigration.

Islam, publicly embraced by Malcolm Turnbull and his wife Lucy, gave Pauline Hanson a tremendous platform prior to the election. While Islam dominates 15 per cent of the vote in Turnbull’s electorate and 14 others across NSW and Victoria, Turnbull was unapologetic to the nation for kowtowing to Islam, Sharia law and halal.

For Hanson it was manna from heaven.

The two Liberal held seats of Capricornia and Herbert look like going to Labor, but in this case the reasons seem obscure, although both cities of Rockhampton and Townsville have high levels of unemployment thanks to the party duopoly’s destruction of manufacturing and primary industries.

Mr Katter says he has been humbled by the result.

“I thank the hundreds of great Australians who stood outside in the wind, hot sun and in some places cold handing out our How to Vote Cards passionately for Kennedy and the future of their country; and everyone who voted. And I thank my brilliant strategy team who got our key messages out there,” Mr Katter said.

Ketter holds Kennedy with an 11 per cent swing.

LNP candidate Johnathan Pavetto(left).  Katter holds Kennedy with an 11 per cent swing in defiance of a spiteful campaign being waged by the LNP

“But upon this base, if the Australian people have delivered a small modicum of power, that power will be used to create a happy and a prosperous North Qld.

“The financial oppression of the elderly, the struggling abandoned young families will be addressed

“It looks like we’ll be in a very powerful position.

“We will be saying our prayers to the good Lord and we hope we can get enlightenment through to the people who have to date exercised power in Canberra.”

Militant Murris start a big fire on Cape York Peninsula

by

Robert J Lee in Cairns

bulldustThree Community Cabinet meetings, hundreds of thousands of dollars in hand-outs to sporting clubs, millions for council beautification works and Main Roads projects done on the cheap will not change the hostile community attitude towards the Member for Cook  David Kempton and will not help him hold his seat.

Multi-million dollar grazing property purchases handed over to indigenous corporations, construction of useless walking and pushbike tracks and the demolition of valuable rail assets will drive the final nail into the box of the former Cooktown land rights solicitor.

Liberal Party sources say they know the writing is on the wall for their short-lived domination of the Far Northern electorate which stretches from just north of Atherton to the Papua New Guinea border.

Traditional Owners from communities across Cape York Peninsula say they are infuriated with the performance of Mr Kempton.

Likewise community leaders from southern parts of the electorate which will be the subject of a future article.

“Where are our jobs?” demanded an angry Traditional Owner from Injinoo.

Two outspoken indigenous community leaders have targeted the Liberal Party and Mr Kempton for “under the table deals” with foreign mining companies and inaction over the removal of Alcohol Management Plans that he promised before the last election.

Others are speaking out about the ‘freehold’ housing deal offered to some communities with conditions that are impossible to meet.

David Kempton

Self-appointed national indigenous spokesman Noel Pearson is believed to be “totally pissed off” with Kempton because of his “back door deals” between various community groups, which undercut the influence and domination by the Cape York Land Council and its business arm, Balkanu over varous community groups.

Cairns News is being careful not to specifically identify the issues that have alienated the Liberals from the CYLC and its “jobs for the boys” program, suffice to say the latest land grab over the entire Peninsula by the CYLC and its nominees has inflamed a turf war among competing groups that will be impossible to extinguish.

Another cop-out at Bamaga by the LNP and Mr Kempton will bring down the roof when it hits the national news bulletin.

Predictions by pastoralists of the 80’s and 90’s have begun to take shape as the State and Federal Governments further dispossess white pastoralists of their generational holdings and hand them over to Aborigines.

It goes without saying that abandoned indigenous cattle grazing enterprises have been the bane of the northern cattle industry and the shame of governments pandering to indigenous pressure groups who simply want to live “on country”.

Gone forever is an integral part of the Far Northern breeding herd and gone forever is proven white stewardship of the fragile Peninsula grazing environment.

Former Peninsula leaders predicted the invisible and sticky fingers of the CYLC would eventually control the entire area north of Lakeland.

The late Harvey Schwenke of ‘Strathmay Station’ and former Peninsula Cattlemans Union chairman created controversy 15 years ago when he said the Land Council would one day control the entire Peninsula.

“They will fence across the lower boundary between Lakeland and Laura, place a gate on the Peninsula Development Road and charge entry to any white people wanting to enter,” Mr Schwenke told a Cairns reporter of the time.

It is notable that ‘Strathmay Station’ was one of five large cattle properties recently handed over to an indigenous group.

Just who will replace the Liberal Party on the Peninsula is anyone’s guess but a tip from Cairns News: “Keep an eye on Katters Australian Party candidate Lee Marriott,” a Cape York Peninsula native from Lakeland.

Whistleblower who leaked a secret scholarship for Tony Abbott’s daughter to be sentenced this week

From News Forage

A young university student at the centre of the Whitehouse Institute secret scholarship story is facing up to two years jail. Max Chalmers reports.

A 21-year-old journalism student at the University of Technology, Sydney will face a Sydney Court this week to be sentenced for accessing student records that showed the Prime Minister’s daughter received a secret scholarship from the Whitehouse Institute of Design.

In September, Freya Newman pleaded guilty to breaching Section 308(H) of the NSW Crimes Act,which forbids accessing restricted data held in a computer.

The charge carries a jail sentence of up to two years.

Newman worked as a part-time librarian at the Whitehouse Institute, quitting shortly after it was revealed Tony Abbott’s daughter Frances had been approached by the college to accept a rare scholarship.

Ms Abbott paid just $7,546 for her $68,182 degree.

At the time Tony Abbott was the Leader of the Opposition.

Documents obtained by New Matilda showed Frances Abbott had a single meeting with the college’s owner Leanne Whitehouse, and after graduting from the three year course was also awarded given a job at the Institute.

Internal registers revealed that unlike the college’s 73 other employees, Frances Abbott had no assigned role.

Since charges have been brought against Newman, support has grown from sources as diverse as human rights lawyer Julian Burnside and former ‘Neighbours’ star Caitlin Stasey.

Liberal wants to ban imported hunting trophies

Liberal backbencher Jason Wood wants to ban hunters from bringing back their overseas trophies. Wood by his comments is obviously another of the numerous ‘closet Greens’ found infesting the Liberal Party of Australia.

He wants Customs to prevent the entry of any animal trophies.

Cairns News has published many articles about the Greens, Liberals and most Nationals’ hatred of guns, hunting and shooting sports. These parties believe all Australians should be disarmed, holding the same belief as all police forces and the Australian Medical Association.

There are reportedly 600,000 gun owners in Queensland who could determine the election results simply by voting in a block to get rid of the Liberals and the ALP. It also seems Cilve Palmer’s two state members also don’t like guns. Refer to Cairns News May 23.

Katters Australian Party has by far the best policy on firearms.

NEWMAN’S NAZI PARTY ON DANGEROUS GROUND

Dear Premier Newman,
and State Premiers
If you were hoping for a long career in politics, you have just destroyed it by introducing mandatory sentencing and the draconian  “VICIOUS LAWLESS ASSOCIATION DISESTABLISHMENT ACT 2013” .
Whoever advised you to introduce these outrageous Laws should be sacked immediately, because he/they obviously have no idea of the ideology and the laws of a Constitutional Monarchy, or rather despise them.  These bureaucrats and advisers enjoy the thought of being at the top of a totalitarian government coming our way, should this continue.
Sad to say, all dictators dispose of their cronies once they have complete power and if anyone has ever studied Stalin, they should know that.  As you know “Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely”.   The fools who support mandatory sentencing have no knowledge of history, something which was intentionally removed from the education system in Australia.  It was mandatory sentencing which caused hundreds of able-bodied young men to be shipped across the world for stealing a loaf of bread.
Your actions will be responsible for destroying the Coalition and the Socialists will be elected next time (as planned in the NEW WORLD ORDER)both Federal and State, unless you repeal these obnoxious laws and make amends for your foolhardiness.
The Coalition have a hard enough time fixing up the financial mess that Labor left us in, without introducing unnecessary draconian laws, which threaten the very freedom we hold so dear.  Australian are a very tolerant people, but you have gone too far this time.
The upper house needs to be reinstated back into Queensland’s government.  We must have been all asleep when that happened.
As Professor Suri Ratnapala, from Queensland University said:
“ When a government loses respect for its Constitution, and the people lose respect for their Government, you are treading on dangerous ground”.
That is what happened in my country (Sri Lanka) and 100,000 people died and it took30 years before it was over”.     Those words sunk deep down into my soul and I hope you have ears to hear and eyes to see.
Ms. Bev L. Pattenden

Senators Macdonald and Boswell kill farming industries

Letters to the media by LNP Senator Ian Macdonald and his hopeful colleague Matthew Canavan reveal their serious concern that Bob Katter’s senate candidate might take the spot left by the intended departure of Senator Ron Boswell at the September election.

Of course Boswell’s effortless legacy of his last three terms in which he did nothing except take home his pay wont be hard to fill by a genuine representative of the struggling citizens of Queensland.

Bob Katter has chosen country singer James Blundell to head his senate ticket and take up years of slack left by Senators Macdonald and Boswell, whose contributions, in absentia, to the cattle industry and farming in general have left a generation of producers in financial tatters.

The 25 year free trade dogma of the Liberal Party has decimated our once-proud farming industry where producers have become the price takers of the foreign-owned food cartels.

The so-called independent arbiter of former government-owned, now privatized water and power utilities, the Competition Commission, is a product of three insidious international treaties binding and driving the policies of the two-party system of government we are forced to endure.

Stemming from Liberal Party support of the Lima Declaration 1975, the Nationals 1995 General Agreement on Trades and Tariffs(WTO) and the ALPs 1992 Agenda 21, the economy, businessmen and farmers have been driven into the ground.

The freehold titles of our land have been ripped up.

The sacred cow of the two-party system, the powerful and rapacious ‘big four’ banks have taken out of the national economy more than nine billion dollars in interest in the last year, mostly shelled out by suffering families, unchecked and unabated.

Katter wants to restore our previous system of sovereign development banking to create our own infrastructure to be built by Australian companies.

According to retired Liberal Senator Michael Baume, the Commonwealth Development Bank was shut down by the ALP government in 1995, soon after accusations of irregularities involving then Prime Minister Paul Keating.

On the present course we cannot survive as a nation.

Only 310 unregistered firearms handed in: 999,690 to go

The Queensland Liberal National party has threatened law abiding gun owners with jail if they do not hand in unregistered firearms during the present amnesty. In December, Cairns News ran a story about the Liberals and their hate of guns. This blind stupidity follows the Port Arthur massacre, now conclusively proven to be a government sponsored psy-ops.

Firearms industry sources estimated post Port Arthur there were at least one million firearms in Queensland not handed in during the national mass confiscation and crushing of tens of millions of dollars worth of valuable guns ordered by then Liberal Prime Minister John Howard.

Police Minister Jack Dempsey, a former cop, told ABC radio only 310 firearms had been handed in. He insisted he will jail honest people or criminals if they do not cough up more of their valuable heirlooms, in many cases inoperable. The question need asking: which Queen or Crown does Jack represent? His corporate laws are only effective in the United States where his police department and the state government are registered as a corporation

The Liberal Party holds gun owners in such disdain that all legitimate registered gun owners are placed on the national criminal data base along with murderers and rapists.

As usual the Sporting Shooters Association and most other shooting bodies have been as handy as a hip pocket in a singlet ever since the Port Arthur operation.

Any gun owner who supports the ALP, Liberal or National Party deserves his fate. When hardened criminals such as bank robbers and outlaw bikies hand in their guns, others may follow. from Robert J Lee in Brisbane
