University law school tries to head off milestone Covid litigation conference – Covid lawsuits the next growth industry

The Public Health Administrative State Under Fire
ATLANTA, GA – In what appears to be a direct response to the long-planned Covid Litigation Conference (CLC 2023) on March 25-26 in Atlanta – the Georgia State University (GSU) Law School, in conjunction with state agencies, has suddenly announced a rival conference to take place two days prior.
Titled “The Public Health Administrative State Under Fire,” the agency seminar appears in sharp contrast to the CLC 2023, which plans on sharing successful legal strategies for suing some of those agencies. The GSU Law School seminar was publicly launched shortly after a Rolling Stone piece covered CLC 2023.
Over the next 10 years, Covid lawsuits are expected to see tremendous growth. This unfortunate development reflects the need to bring justice in the courts for hundreds of thousands of people negatively impacted by harmful Covid-19 policies.
CLC 2023 will be an opportunity for lawyers both in the Atlanta area and nationally to gain expertise in best-practices for litigating these cases. Participants will also have a chance to network and cooperate on Covid lawsuits with experienced attorney panelists. CLE has also been requested.
More than 20 attorney panelists include Sujata Gibson (Gibson Law Firm, PLLC), a civil rights attorney and Cornell lecturer who just defeated the NYC healthcare mandate, and Ralph Lorigo (Law Offices of Ralph Lorigo), who has litigated over 200 hospital negligence cases during the pandemic. The purpose of “The Public Health Administrative State Under Fire” appears to be to defend Federal Health agencies’ failed Covid policies, discourage those harmed from seeking redress, and to mandate continued harmful policies through civil litigation.
The CLC 2023 welcomes an open dialogue within the law profession on the growing field of Covid cases and notes that no GSU seminar speaker has experience representing a single Covid-19 plaintiff, whether injured by employer mandates, education mandates, the mRNA products, hospital negligence, or other harm.
“As someone injured from taking the Covid vaccine, I welcome this conference and am grateful to groups like the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation are out there,” said Jonnetta Poythress. “Many injured have spent years ignored by the FDA and CDC, who pretend we don’t exist,” she added.

When noting big name Americans, some don’t take too kindly to the negative press.
Dr Robert Malone, as I understand, is suing Dr Jane Ruby for mentioning his little known mRNA Manufacturing Company which has done very well during covid-19.
Or maybe she called him out?
Dr Malone does get accused of ‘tagging’ along with the right side.
I’ll leave that with the Americans.
From there you look at associations between all the big names.
They do seem to go off in different directions.
All the public want is the truth.
Dr Yeadon has been consistent however. He worked for a Pharmaceutical Company is opposed to mRNA injections. That’s good enough for me. He was one of the first to warn about the risks to pregnant women. Long before the injections arrived on our shores.
Many Health professionals are quick to say they are not antivax.
In the same way one might say they are not Nazi.
The consequences are both similar.
The vaccination program of all vaccinations, particularly in children, has been challenged for years as you elude.

Notably, Dr Suzanne Humphries, a renal Specialist who wrote the book in 2015 about ‘vaccines, the hidden history’ was also banned from Australia due to her stance.

The stupidity of the Liberal National Party knows no bounds when it comes to the Covid scam and their combined ignorance of advice by highly qualified medical specialists speaking out against mRNA gene therapy leaves voters in no doubt why the city-centric party lost office.
The Liberal Party machine posthumously conducted an expensive internal examination of why they lost this year’s election yet if they had asked Joe Blow on the street he would have told them for nothing that deposed PM Scott Morrison and Health Minister Greg Hunt did the job for them with the Covid mandates, lockdowns, job losses and vaxx victims.
Both are straight out of the World Economic Forum camp and had CEO Klaus Schwab’s world domination plans scrawled all over them during their term in office.
While medicos denounce the Covid scam in a creeping crescendo the dumber than dumb Labor, Liberals and Nationals are unable to fathom why 102 already vaccinated aged care residents in the week before Christmas died of ‘Çovid’ infections.
As the inventor of mRNA technology Dr Robert Malone has stated many times for all to discover, Covid deaths are being caused by mRNA shots. One, two or three doses of the deadly Pfizer toxin which the company was forced to admit, has an efficacy of about 2 per cent.
There is no Covid virus. It has never been isolated in human tissue anywhere in the world and the PCR test was denounced as a fraud by its inventor biochemist the late Kary Mullis and manufacturer CDC and taken off the market in November.
Then along comes the unintelligent Coalition spokeswoman for Aged Care, Anne Ruston, who wants to give the poor oldies a fourth dose of deadly vaxx to kill them even more quickly it seems.

Medical experts have warned the deaths are just beginning while the mRNA shots in the next five years, combined with remedy Remdesivir as Pfizer and Moderna should know, would wipe out or seriously maim at least a predicted 90 per cent of vaxx victims.
Meanwhile Labor’s Aged Care Minister and intellectual pygmy, Anika Wells, not content with the burgeoning annual death rate which has more than doubled in Australia, said fourth doses were being prioritized for Australians over 50.

Monkeypox affects mostly gay or bisexual men, no need for WHO declaration

On Saturday, World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus declared the unprecedented global outbreak of monkeypox a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC), the highest alert before declaring the outbreak a pandemic. In doing so, he overruled the decision of the International Health Regulations (IHR) Emergency Committee (EC) which had reconvened on July 21 to address the continued “unexpected” spread of the disease in non-endemic regions across the globe.
When they first met a month ago, on June 23, the EC decided against declaring monkeypox a PHEIC by a vote of 11 to three. The cumulative case count at the time was 3,621 infections, and the seven-day rolling average was just 225 per day.
And again, after several hours of deliberations last Thursday the EC reached a vote of nine to six that there were still insufficient grounds to declare monkeypox a PHEIC. Dr. Ghebreyesus’ decision to overrule this vote is the first such overruling in the history of the WHO.
On the same day, the Pharma-controlled CDC expressed support for the fake WHO declaration.
On Friday, the Pharma-controlled European Medicines Agency approved the harmful-to-health Imvanex smallpox vaccine for monkeypox mass-jabbing.
Fact: No monkeypox “public health emergency” exists.
Fact: Ghebreyesus’ claim otherwise is a bald-faced Big Lie — in support of Pharma profiteers, wanting to cash in by pushing more health destroying jabs than already.
Compared to heart disease, cancer, stroke and other major illnesses, monkeypox is a nonissue — reinvented as a scary one in similar fashion to renaming garden variety flu, covid.
Eminent physician, Dr. Vernon Coleman, called monkeypox hype a “lot of nonsense…a hypochondriac’s disease…more popular (at the moment) than (fake) long covid,” adding: Given how Pharma profiteers are likely to cash in on the scam, the illness “should be renamed moneypox.”
Inventor of mRNA technology used in Pfizer and Moderna kill shots, Dr. Robert Malone, said the same thing.
Coleman stressed that Western MSM are “having a field day (by) spreading lorry loads of lies and misinformation” about the minor health issue. The monkeypox scam is the latest example of “fearporn…”
“Scare everyone to death so that they continue to” follow health destroying policies over the other way around.
The Pharma-controlled WHO and US/Western anti-public health agencies promote what serves diabolical state and business interests at the expense of the general welfare.
To date worldwide in around 75 countries, about 15,000 monkeypox cases were reported — less than 3,000 in the US. With a scandalous level of flu/covid misreporting in mind, over-hyping monkeypox appears to be following a similar mass deception pattern.
The vast majority of reported cases occur in homosexual males. Ghebreyesus admitted it, saying that “outbreak(s) (are) concentrated among men who have sex with men, especially those with multiple sexual partners.” And monkeypox expert, Dr. Rosamund Lewis, explained that 99% of outbreaks outside Africa were reported in males, 98% of cases among homosexuals. New England Journal of Medicine study results, reported on July 21, said “98% of persons (infected with monkeypox) were gay or bisexual men.”
In falsely declaring a monkeypox “public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC),” Ghebreyesus acted unilaterally by overruling the WHO’s review panel on this issue — to push toxic mass-jabbing. If widely administered, they’ll increase monkeypox outbreaks instead of protecting against contraction of the illness. Jabbed individuals, especially multi-jabbed ones, comprise the vast majority of flu/covid outbreaks. Unjabbed individuals are profoundly safer.
The same reality applies to mass-jabbing for all diseases.
It surely will apply to monkeypox.
Malone said the following about Ghebreyesus’ unilateral action: It “raise(s) concerns that (he acted) in response to pressure from (Pharma-connected) special interest advocacy groups.” And because monkeypox outbreaks overwhelmingly occur in homosexual males, the risk of contraction among children is virtually nil, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene saying: “If monkeypox is a sexually transmitted disease, why are kids” earmarked to be jabbed?
Malone stressed that Ghebreyesus’ unilateral action was “the first time a leader of a UN health agency” acted in this fashion, adding: “The designation of a Public Health Emergency of International Concern is the WHO’s highest alert level.”
“It is based on international health regulations established in 2005, to define countries’ rights and obligations in handling cross-border public health occurrences.”
“The WHO defines a PHEIC as ‘an extraordinary event which is determined to constitute a public health risk to other states through the international spread of disease and to potentially require a coordinated international response.’”
“The WHO further explains how this definition implies a situation that is serious, sudden, unusual or unexpected; carries implications for public health beyond an affected country’s border and may require immediate international action.”
Acting on his own, “rais(es questions of (Ghebreyesus’) objectivity, commitment to process and protocol, and whether he has been unduly influenced by” his ties to Pharma.
It’s no coincidence that monkeypox fear-mongering began at a time of waning flu/covid mass-jabbing.
So, another kill shot campaign is likely coming, MSM surely enlisted to push it.
In its latest fake news edition, the NYT’s Pharma-linked, toxic mass-jabbing pusher, Apoorva Mandavilli, was at it again, saying: “(M)onkeypox…spread in just a few weeks to dozens of countries and infected tens of thousands of people (sic).” A total of about 15,000 worldwide, less than 3,000 in the US, is worlds apart from Mandavilli’s bald-faced Big Lie — typical of her fake news misreporting. Pushing toxic mass-jabbing once again, she hyperventilated the following, saying: “The (international public emergency) designation can lead member countries to invest significant resources in controlling an outbreak, draw more funding to the response, and encourage nations to share vaccines, treatments and other key resources for containing the outbreak (sic).”
Nothing remotely justified a flu/covid PHEIC declaration in January 2020.
The same reality check applies to monkeypox.
Fear-mongering already begun, the din is likely to grow much louder ahead as MSM press agents for US Western dark forces and Pharma profiteers push mass-jabbing that’s crucial to shun.

On July 1, the Biden regime’s HHS reported the following: The Pharma-linked agency “ordered an additional 2.5 million doses of Bavarian Nordic’s JYNNEOS…smallpox…vaccine(s) for…monkeypox” mass-jabbing.
Everyone with concern about protecting and preserving their health should shun them.
They won’t protect, and if gotten, will increase the risk of contracting the disease over the other way around.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has joined a chorus of criticism against outgoing MP George Christensen, calling on parents to ignore his “dangerous messages” about deadly COVID-19 mRNA vaccines for children.
The Nationals MP posted a podcast titled “Do NOT Vax Your Children” which carried an interview with outspoken vaccine expert, Dr Robert Malone, the inventor of mRNA gene manipulation, who has previously been banned from Twitter for warning against Pfizer shots for kids.
Mr Morrison instead urged parents to listen to the “world’s best medical regulators” in a statement late on Tuesday.

Dr. Robert Malone’s assertions about “mass formation psychosis” in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic are underscored by the fact that authorities in the UK admitted to using “totalitarian” methods of “mind control” to instill fear in the population.
In Canada, the military also admitted launching a psychological operations campaign against their own people in order to manipulate them into compliance with COVID-19 restrictions and mandates.
During his viral podcast with Joe Rogan after he was banned by Twitter, Malone explained how the global population was being manipulated into remaining in a constant state of hysterical anxiety via mass formation psychosis.
“What the heck happened to Germany in the 20s and 30s? Very intelligent, highly educated population, and they went barking mad. And how did that happen?” asked Malone.
“The answer is mass formation psychosis.”
“When you have a society that has become decoupled from each other and has free-floating anxiety in a sense that things don’t make sense, we can’t understand it, and then their attention gets focused by a leader or series of events on one small point just like hypnosis, they literally become hypnotized and can be led anywhere,” he added.
“And one of the aspects of that phenomenon is that the people that they identify as their leaders, the ones typically that come in and say you have this pain and I can solve it for you. I and I alone,” Malone further explained, “Then they will follow that person. It doesn’t matter whether they lied to them or whatever. The data is irrelevant.”
“We had all those conditions. If you remember back before 2019 everyone was complaining, the world doesn’t make sense and we are all isolated from each other.”
“Then this thing happened, and everyone focused on it,” stated Malone, noting,
“That is how mass formation psychosis happens and that is what has happened here.”
Malone’s summary of how health authorities seized on the unifying threat of the COVID-19 pandemic and exaggerated its thread to create mass hysteria is backed up by leaked details of how the UK government manipulated its population during the early days of the pandemic.
As first revealed by author and journalist Laura Dodsworth, scientists in the UK working as advisors for the government admitted using what they now admit to be “unethical” and “totalitarian” methods of instilling fear in the population in order to control behaviour during the pandemic.
The London Telegraph reported the comments made by Members of the Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Behaviour (SPI-B), a sub-committee of the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (Sage) the government’s chief scientific advisory group.
The report quotes a briefing from March 2020, as the first lockdown was decreed, that stated the government should drastically increase “the perceived level of personal threat” that the virus poses because “a substantial number of people still do not feel sufficiently personally threatened”.
One scientist with the SPI-B admits that “In March [2020] the Government was very worried about compliance and they thought people wouldn’t want to be locked down. There were discussions about fear being needed to encourage compliance, and decisions were made about how to ramp up the fear.”
The unnamed scientist adds that “The way we have used fear is dystopian.”
The scientist further confessed that “The use of fear has definitely been ethically questionable. It’s been like a weird experiment. Ultimately, it backfired because people became too scared.”
Another separate scientist on the subcommittee professed “You could call psychology ‘mind control’. That’s what we do… clearly we try and go about it in a positive way, but it has been used nefariously in the past.”
Another scientist warned that “We have to be very careful about the authoritarianism that is creeping in,” adding “people use the pandemic to grab power and drive through things that wouldn’t happen otherwise.”
According to the report, another researcher with the group acknowledged that “Without a vaccine, psychology is your main weapon,” adding that “Psychology has had a really good epidemic, actually.”
Yet another scientist on the subcommittee stated that they have been “stunned by the weaponisation of behavioural psychology” over the past year, and warned that “psychologists didn’t seem to notice when it stopped being altruistic and became manipulative.”
“They have too much power and it intoxicates them”, the scientist further warned.
In addition to the UK government’s response, it was also revealed that the Canadian military launched a psychological operations program against their own citizens in the early days of the pandemic order to amplify government messaging and “head off civil disobedience.”
“Canadian military leaders saw the pandemic as a unique opportunity to test out propaganda techniques on an unsuspecting public,” reported the Ottawa Citizen.
Meanwhile, following early efforts to bury the term altogether, Google is now desperately rigging its search results to return only negative articles about “mass formation psychosis” and Dr. Malone.
Google’s current top search result link for “mass formation psychosis” is a Forbes hit piece that recycles dubious claims Dr. Malone already debunked during his Rogan appearance.

THE Andrews Labor gang of Victoria has systematically terrorized and economically raped Victorians several times over and now it’s the turn of New South Wales at the hands of their Liberal-National Gang of Three – Berejiklian, Chant and Hazzard.
Across Australia it’s the same formula: Premier, Chief Health Officer and Health Minister ramp up the fraudulent PCR testing to find “cases”, and in all states, conveniently at the time of their expiring emergency health declaration periods. They then start shouting “Cases! Hot spots! Test! Test! Lockdown! Vaccinate!” Media dutifully amplifies the panic so the uninformed TV watchers line up for their tests and shots.
During the week, the NSW health department “in error” vaccinated 163 year 12 students at St Jospeph’s School with the dangerous Pfizer vaccine. The vaccinations were only intended for the school’s indigenous students. Why? And who gave the required consent? The arrogant Minister for Health Hazzard just brushed it all off and told the media to “move on”.
Will Hazzard and chief health officer Chant take responsibility for harm to those 163 boys? Oh no, they’re indemnified. Or was it some sort of orchestrated event involving blanks so they can come back and say “they’re all fine” and push the Pfizer shots on young people everywhere?
Hazzard, Chant and Berejiklian don’t want to talk about vaccine reactions. The inventor of mRNA vaccine technology Dr Robert Malone says the Pfizer vaccine has a serious flaw which allows the lipid nanoparticles carrying the mRNA to accumulate throughout the body including in the brain, heart, bone marrow and especially ovaries. Many women are reporting serious menstrual problems.
This month, Broadcaster Alan Jones appealed to the political crowd to consider the evidence for medicinal treatment of COVID and against lockdowns and masks from the likes of Dr Michael Yeadon, Pfizer’s former chief scientific officer, who has been warning against use of that company’s vaccine for at least a year.
Jones even pointed out that some 320 people have died post vaccination this year, compared to just one death from or with COVID-19. But the politicians, bureaucrats and media are stuck on their narrative like flies on sticky paper.
Cairns News can only attribute their behaviour to insidious corruption running through Australia’s federal and state government health departments and Senior Executive Service. They are clearly running the totalitarian “Lock Step scenario” as laid out in the Rockefeller Foundation’s 2010 report Scenarios For The Future of Technology And International Development.
The Rockefeller and Gates foundations were dishing out hundreds of millions of dollars annually long before COVID to push the globalist agenda of total human vaccination, digital health, population control, Agenda 21 environmentalism, and leftist “woke” ideology at all levels. Look at the Rockefellers’ 2010 annual report which contains 20 pages of worldwide grants just for that year, worth about $140 million.
Media is one recipient of these foundations’ handouts. For instance, NewYork Public Radio got $450k from Rockefellers in 2010 for “expanding and deepening some BS narrative on “transportation and infrastructure policies and practice”. BBC nototoriously received $53 million from Gates Foundation for “media and communications efforts that strengthen governance and advise on health”.
The usual “fact checkers”, e.g. those media groups like the BBC that are all in the Gates-Rockefeller realm of influence, will tell you Rockefeller Foundation “never planned the pandemic as conspiracy theorists are claiming”. AP, Reuters, USA Today, Snopes are all part of this organised deception around the COVID narrative.
Oh sure, independent media and “online conspiracy theorists” can get facts wrong, but they also bring to light a lot of facts and interpretations of facts that are totally ignored by the mainstream media. This has never been so obvious as in the globalists’ big grab for power using “national health policy”.
Snopes tries to explain it all away with the usual “fact checking” and “snow job” technique: Throw up a few strawman claims such as “Lock Step is an operation manual” and then proceed to call the “conspiracy theory” false.
“In 2010, the Rockefeller Foundation funded a scenario-planning exercise that envisioned how hypothetical future events could impact the development of technology. This document, however, does not provide any sort of “operation manual” for how to manufacture a global pandemic. Rather, it envisions how the world would be impacted in four different scenarios (including a global pandemic).”
Good try Snopes, but no, Lock Step is a planning scenario where nations are coerced and bribed by this money-laden foundation to implement the globalist social engineering plans of these uber-rich elites. This is proven and documented in government documents referred to previously by Cairns News in the “COVID is a psyop” articles.
What the Gang of Three in NSW is running is social engineering on steroids, even if they don’t know it. But what counts for the global health cabal is the stupidity of politicians and bureaucrats like them to blindly and obediently carry it all out.
Spike protein a major health threat, warns mRNA vaccine inventor

ROBERT Malone, the doctor who invented mRNA vaccine technology, has warned the vaccines are “very dangerous” because of an unforeseen cytotoxic (toxic to cells) effect of the spike proteins encoded by the vaccines. The same doctor has also spoken out against the widespread suppression of common drugs like Ivermectin, that is a repurposed and proven treatment for COVID-19.
The vaccines are now linked to at least 5000 deaths (higher estimates are 10 times that) in the US including deaths of teenagers, who do not need the vaccine because children to teens are almost entirely non-susceptible to the infection. But vaccinated teens are reporting heart inflammation (myocarditis) from the vaccines and young pregnant mothers, abortions. Many post-vaccination deaths are reported as unrelated to the vaccines.
Dr Malone went public on a widely followed YouTube channel Dark Horse, hosted by husband and wife biologists and free speech advocates Bret Weinstein and Heather Heying of Portland, Oregon. Also appearing with Dr Malone was engineer and entrepreneur Steve Kirsch who has been researching adverse reactions to COVID vaccines and sponsored a group to promote COVID treatment with repurposed drugs such as Ivermectin.
Both Dr Malone and Kirsch, who has published articles in TrialSite News exposing the COVID vaccine dangers, warn that the spike protein cleaves off the cell and travels throughout the body including to the heart, brain, lungs and ova in females. Kirsch says medical authorities are not acknowledging the 50-times increase in myocarditis and pericarditis in teenagers.
“We are being told it is a ‘safe’ vaccine so adverse effects are attributed to another cause so it looks to everyone like nothing is wrong. There is deliberate suppression of early treatments,” he said on a BitChute page running the discussion.
Dr Malone said in a normal vaccine development situation there is rigorous animal testing that would have picked up the spike protein problem. “We absolutely should have known and understood that,” he said. “I received a (Pfizer vaccine) data package and reviewed it on behalf of TrialSiteNews and I was very alarmed by what I saw.
But Dr Malone’s alerts to the FDA were dismissed on the basis of insufficient evidence and media have been ignored as the vaccines are pushed relentlessly as “our only hope” through governments by the global pharmaceutical complex and its crooked front man Dr Tony Fauci, who is now the subject of a Bill sponsored by Republican members of Congress to sack him. Kirsch calls Fauci the worst mass-murderer in history.
Dr Malone is not anti-vaccine and in fact took the Moderna mRNA vaccine, as did Steve Kirsch, apparently before becoming aware of the dangers involved. Weinstein is taking Ivermectin as a COVID-19 prophylactic. Kirsch attempted to get National Institutes of Health support for a steroidal drug called Fluvoxamine, confirmed in a large phase 3 trial (standard of evidence) to be very effective against COVID. Kirsch said the NIH did not even respond and neither did the Gates Foundation or the WHO, when informed.
Kirsch also referred to Ivermectin and a report by Dr Tess Lawrie of South Africa, done three months ago and referred to the WHO, but again, ignored. “Tess Lawrie created this report and these guys did nothing. They sat back and said ‘Well Tess, it’s not peer-reviewed, nobody’s going to peer review it so we don’t have to do anything.” Kirsch said the study was subsequently peer reviewed, submitted to a medical journal for publication.
His frustration was compounded when he presented evidence supporting Ivermectin to the top Indian health authorities. “They said we believe in evidence-based medicine. I said here’s all the evidence. Here’s the systematic review and meta-analysis that you need. That’s the highest level of evidence, look at the evidence, and the response is ‘Well the WHO and NIH don’t say so, so sorry I’m not interested’.”
Dr Malone said the Ivermectin was “the sticker” for him. “I just got another report of a physician in Africa who had championed Ivermectin and there was a regime change and now she’s being threatened with being put in jail.”
