How the WHO has wielded previous pandemic instruments

To give us an idea of how the WHO might end up misusing this new proposed international “instrument” on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response, we can look at the International Health Regulations (IHR), (13) which the U.S. signed on to in 2005.
The IHR is what empowered the WHO to declare a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). (14) This is a special legal category that allows the WHO to initiate certain contracts and procedures, including drug and vaccine contracts.
The IHR allows the un-elected director-general of the WHO to simply declare a PHEIC and, suddenly, all member states have to dance to his tune. It basically grants the WHO dictatorial powers over health policy.
PHEICs have included the phony H1N1 swine flu pandemic in 2009, the inconsequential Zika outbreak in 2016, the over-hyped Ebola outbreak in 2019, and, of course, the massively exaggerated COVID pandemic in 2020. All of these PHEICs were poorly handled and the WHO was criticized as inept and corrupt (15) in their wake.
So, to summarize, through the IHR, the WHO has already been significantly empowered to dictate global health policy with regard to pandemics, and they used that power to bamboozle the nations of the world into spending billions of dollars on countermeasures, especially drugs and vaccines, that didn’t work very well.
In that sense, the WHO is really just another wealth-transfer instrument. The WHO’s Big Pharma collaborators make billions on the taxpayers’ dime, while the people of the world are left to suffer the consequences of fast-tracked vaccines. Its handling of the COVID pandemic in particular has been unprecedentedly bad, as they were behind the withholding of early treatment with safe medicines worldwide.
As noted by ivermectin advocate, world-class researcher and consultant to the World Health Organization, Dr. Tess Lawrie, (16) the WHO has also claimed the mRNA shots as safe as conventional vaccines, which is nowhere near the truth. Most all available data prove they are the most dangerous drugs ever created. Why would anyone expect the WHO to become less corrupt if given even more power and control?
in January 2022, the U.S. also submitted regulatory amendments (17) that will give the WHO even more power to restrict your rights and freedoms.
May 22 through 28, 2022, the World Health Assembly will gather and vote on these amendments to the IHR and, if passed, they will be enacted into international law. These submitted amendments are in addition to the WHO pandemic treaty currently under discussion.

Bill Gates Builds GERM Team for the WHO
Another clue about what the WHO intends to do with more power comes from its primary funder, Bill Gates. Gates recently announced he’s building a pandemic response team for the WHO, which he would like to be called the “Global Epidemic Response & Mobilization” or GERM Team.
This team will be made up of thousands of disease experts under WHO’s purview, and will monitor nations and “decide when they need to suspend civil liberties, force populations to wear masks and close borders”, The Counter Signal reports. (23)
Of course, Gates is also the largest funder of the WHO (when you combine the donations from both his foundation and GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance). This and other relationships speak volumes about the corruption still ruling the WHO. At the end of the day, Gates is basically paying the WHO to dictate to the world what they must do to make Gates a ton of money. As noted by The Counter Signal: (24)
“Gates’ announcement of the GERM team coincides with the World Health Organization’s drafting of a global pandemic treaty … In the future, the pandemic treaty will not only ensure that member states abide by International Health Regulations but will also put the WHO in the driver’s seat, so to speak. As Canadian Conservative MP Leslyn Lewis explains:
‘The treaty includes 190 countries and would be legally binding. The treaty defines and classifies what is considered a pandemic, and this could consist of broad classifications, including an increase in cancers, heart conditions, strokes, etc. If a pandemic is declared, the WHO takes over the global health management of the pandemic.
Of even more concern, if this treaty is enshrined, the WHO would be in full control over what gets called a pandemic. They could dictate how our doctors can respond, which drugs can and can’t be used, or which vaccines are approved. We would end up with a one-size-fits-all approach for the entire world … A one-size-fits-all response to a health crisis doesn’t even work across Canada, let alone the entire globe’ …
The next question, then, is how the WHO and Bill Gates would be able to monitor every individual in every country to determine whether enough people are sick to justify locking a region down.
Can We Stop the International Pandemic Treaty?
The World Council for Health (WCH) was among the few that acted quickly enough to submit a comment in opposition of the treaty. Lawrie delivered the WCH’s submission. (29)
Lawrie wrote: (30)
“Despite the lack of notice, many grassroots organizations did what they could to spread the word and the World Council for Health’s #stopthetreaty campaign reached an astonishing 415 million people. Many of you made written submissions expressing your concerns. So many of you in fact, that I hear the WHO’s website crashed on the last day.”
Professor Robert Clancy, a leading clinical immunologist in Canada sent his comment to Lawrie, who included it in her post: (31)

The mainstreammarxistmedia [ 3M ] does not report on geopolitics, but the state premiers were busy with WHO IHR back in 2015 – long before the UN CoVID Regime was set up in Australia. This was in 2020 with the National Cabinet [ secret proceedings – a politburo ] and its Military Arm: Operation CoVID Shield. All the state premiers sit on the National Cabinet.

This document maps out an exercise of UN International Health Regulation and it was signed off by the Australian premiers of all states 2018 when the manual was issued. The following link was also scrubbed – as both these links are now broken on my website.
WHO has an IHR ‘core capabilities monitoring process’ which assesses governmental implementation of its objectives. These are set out as achievement of eight core capacities at points of entry for IHR designated hazards – one of which is, of course, bio-hazard (like CoVID-19). But that is only one of the designated hazards.
Of course, there will be exercises in Communist organisation and restructuring for all of the designated hazards. Watch this space.

After June 30 2022:
The European Council has amended resolution 2361 and no longer objects to compulsory vaccination.
As of July 1 2022:
The EU has announced the legislation for the mandatory EU COVID 19 Certificates that deprive you of all freedoms if you do not have a QR COVID certificate.
If there is a majority of member states signing the legislation, compulsory vaccination will be introduced.
At the end of 2022/2023 there will be a digital currency.
The EU will impose a digital ID on every EU citizen. (The Dutch already have this and are already referring to the EU version on the digld.nl website).
All ATMs will be replaced by QR code ATMs in the near future, Belgium is already installing them full swing.
If these QR code machines are integrated, cash can no longer be withdrawn from banks and/or elsewhere.
The EU aims to make cash completely worthless within 18 months.
The EU resolution permanently deprives every person of their physical integrity.
Of course, this has been planned a long time ago.

Qld Extension of Expiring Provisions bill passes – 82 votes to 5 reassuring voters the Liberals and ALP want to keep killing you with vaxx mandates

The Bill extending the ongoing use of emergency powers passed earlier today.
It did so amidst the deafening roars of Queensland’s furious citizenry, outraged at the state’s ongoing slide into tyranny.
The second reading vote (the one that counts) was held at 5.22pm. The final result of the second reading was 82 votes in favour and 5 against. The five ‘NOs’ were myself, all three members of the Katter Australia Party, and the Independent Member for Noosa, Mrs Sandy Bolton.
When push came to shove, however, not a single member of the LNP found it within themselves to oppose the Bill until the 3rd reading when a division was called and the opposition changed their vote to end up 48 Ayes to 36 Noes.
Despite many admitting in their speeches, that they had been flooded by people begging them to vote against it, it wasn’t until the 11th hour.
A few even acknowledged that the vast majority in their electorates were opposed to it.
The debate had earlier been ‘guillotined’ by Labor, denying many members, including myself, from getting a chance to speak on the Bill.
I will post a copy of it later, so anyone interested can read what I planned to say.
It was a gut-wrenching end to a grueling week in Parliament.
Never was the Government’s hubris and arrogance more on display than it was today.
Studiously ignoring the stormy protests outside, one after another stood up and proceeded to gaslight the hell out of Queenslanders opposed to the Bill.
Instead of acknowledging people’s concerns, frustration and anger, or recognising what many have gone through the last 2 years, one Member said haughtily:
“I am sure all members of Parliament have been hammered by the anti-vaxxers who have gone down a rabbit hole with Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine”.
I can only imagine how all those Queenslanders who fought so long and hard to stop this Bill, must be feeling tonight.
On a positive note, I want to thank my fellow cross-bench members, Sandy Bolton, Robbie Katter, Shane Knuth and Nick Dametto. All four were absolute stand-outs this week. Their electorates are lucky to have them.
All day, today, the chamber was filled with the ‘sound and fury’ of the people of this great state.
By the time the vote was taken, MPs were struggling to be heard above the din.
I am willing to bet that nothing remotely like it has ever been seen before in Qld.
Oh I know, we have had riots and protests before, but not like this.
This phenomenon of ordinary Queensland citizens taking to the streets in ‘numbers too big to ignore’ is completely unprecedented.
Everyday Mums and Dads, small business owners, tradies, truckers, emergency workers, nurses, teachers, sole traders, defence force staff, firefighters and pilots – these are the people who have drawn a line and said enough!
People who were once regarded as the ‘backbone of this nation’.
Described as “a minority group” by the Health Minister today.
