Russian troops meeting no resistance in operation to demilitarise Ukraine
MOSCOW, February 26. /TASS/. Russian forces have swept into Melitopol meeting no resistance during the operation aimed at demilitarizing Ukraine, the Russian Defense Ministry told reporters.
“In the evening of February 26, after an amphibious landing near the populated locality of Azovskoye (Ukraine), Russian units were on the march, and entered Melitopol, meeting no resistance. Melitopol residents welcomed the Russian troops who were moving around the city. Some elderly citizens took to the streets [waving] red flags,” the defense ministry said.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a televised address on Thursday morning that in response to a request by the heads of the Donbass republics he had made a decision to carry out a special military operation in order to protect people “who have been suffering from abuse and genocide by the Kiev regime for eight years.” The Russian leader stressed that Moscow had no plans of occupying Ukrainian territories.
When clarifying the unfolding developments, the Russian Defense Ministry reassured that Russian troops are not targeting Ukrainian cities, but are limited to surgically striking and incapacitating Ukrainian military infrastructure. There are no threats whatsoever to the civilian population.

Australia’s satellite operator, Foxtel, has notified RT on Saturday that it is suspending the channel’s broadcast distribution in Australia as part of its services “in view of concern about the situation in Ukraine.” The operator will then further “consider” its rights under the channel license agreement, it added, without elaborating on any potential additional measures.
Foxtel is a satellite operator covering all of Australia’s territory and has its own over-the-top (OTT) server allowing media services to be offered to the audience directly via the internet. It has around 3.8 million clients.
On Thursday, Poland removed RT, along with some other Russian broadcasters, from its cable and satellite networks as well as internet platforms.
Even before the start of the Russian military operation, London had asked the regulator Ofcom to reconsider RT’s license to operate in the UK, accusing the company of being part of a “global disinformation campaign.”
In response, RT’s deputy editor-in-chief and head of communications, Anna Belkina, pointed out that “RT’s operational and editorial independence from all governments is legally protected and always has been.” Ofcom has for a long time endorsed the channel as a license holder, she added.
RT has been facing pressure for quite some time. European satellite TV operator Eutelsat took RT’s German-language channel RT DE off the air shortly after it was launched in December last year under pressure from the German regional media regulator MABB.
In early February, Germany’s top media regulator also sided with MABB and upheld a ban on RT DE’s broadcast in the country, citing an absence of a locally-issued license. The channel previously obtained a valid pan-European permit in Serbia but the German regulators declared it void. RT DE now plans to appeal the decision in court.
In response to “unfriendly actions” against RT DE, Moscow announced it would halt operations of German state-owned broadcaster Deutsche Welle in Russia.
Russia’s Foreign Ministry has previously warned that bans on RT broadcasting in foreign nations would be met with reciprocal measures in Russia. The ministry’s spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, specifically said on February 23 that “if the UK follows on its threats against the Russian media, a response will not be long in coming.”

A stable statehood has never developed in Ukraine; its electoral and other political procedures just serve as a cover, a screen for the redistribution of power and property between various oligarchic clans.
Corruption, which is certainly a challenge and a problem for many countries, including Russia, has gone beyond the usual scope in Ukraine. It has literally permeated and corroded Ukrainian statehood, the entire system, and all branches of power.
Radical nationalists took advantage of the justified public discontent and saddled the Maidan protest, escalating it to a coup d’état in 2014. They also had direct assistance from foreign states. According to reports, the US Embassy provided $1 million a day to support the so-called protest camp on Independence Square in Kiev. In addition, large amounts were impudently transferred directly to the opposition leaders’ bank accounts, tens of millions of dollars. But the people who actually suffered, the families of those who died in the clashes provoked in the streets and squares of Kiev and other cities, how much did they get in the end? Better not ask.
The nationalists who have seized power have unleashed a persecution, a real terror campaign against those who opposed their anti-constitutional actions. Politicians, journalists, and public activists were harassed and publicly humiliated. A wave of violence swept Ukrainian cities, including a series of high-profile and unpunished murders. One shudders at the memories of the terrible tragedy in Odessa, where peaceful protesters were brutally murdered, burned alive in the House of Trade Unions. The criminals who committed that atrocity have never been punished, and no one is even looking for them. But we know their names and we will do everything to punish them, find them and bring them to justice.
Maidan did not bring Ukraine any closer to democracy and progress. Having accomplished a coup d’état, the nationalists and those political forces that supported them eventually led Ukraine into an impasse, pushed the country into the abyss of civil war. Eight years later, the country is split. Ukraine is struggling with an acute socioeconomic crisis.
According to international organisations, in 2019, almost 6 million Ukrainians – I emphasise – about 15 percent, not of the wokrforce, but of the entire population of that country, had to go abroad to find work. Most of them do odd jobs. The following fact is also revealing: since 2020, over 60,000 doctors and other health workers have left the country amid the pandemic.
Since 2014, water bills increased by almost a third, and energy bills grew several times, while the price of gas for households surged several dozen times. Many people simply do not have the money to pay for utilities. They literally struggle to survive.
What happened? Why is this all happening? The answer is obvious. They spent and embezzled the legacy inherited not only from the Soviet era, but also from the Russian Empire. They lost tens, hundreds of thousands of jobs which enabled people to earn a reliable income and generate tax revenue, among other things thanks to close cooperation with Russia. Sectors including machine building, instrument engineering, electronics, ship and aircraft building have been undermined or destroyed altogether. There was a time, however, when not only Ukraine, but the entire Soviet Union took pride in these companies.
In 2021, the Black Sea Shipyard in Nikolayev went out of business. Its first docks date back to Catherine the Great. Antonov, the famous manufacturer, has not made a single commercial aircraft since 2016, while Yuzhmash, a factory specialising in missile and space equipment, is nearly bankrupt. The Kremenchug Steel Plant is in a similar situation. This sad list goes on and on.
As for the gas transportation system, it was built in its entirety by the Soviet Union, and it has now deteriorated to an extent that using it creates major risks and comes at a high cost for the environment.
This situation begs the question: poverty, lack of opportunity, and lost industrial and technological potential – is this the pro-Western civilisational choice they have been using for many years to fool millions of people with promises of heavenly pastures?
It all came down to a Ukrainian economy in tatters and an outright pillage of the country’s citizens, while Ukraine itself was placed under external control, directed not only from the Western capitals, but also on the ground, as the saying goes, through an entire network of foreign advisors, NGOs and other institutions present in Ukraine. They have a direct bearing on all the key appointments and dismissals and on all branches of power at all levels, from the central government down to municipalities, as well as on state-owned companies and corporations, including Naftogaz, Ukrenergo, Ukrainian Railways, Ukroboronprom, Ukrposhta, and the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority.
There is no independent judiciary in Ukraine. The Kiev authorities, at the West’s demand, delegated the priority right to select members of the supreme judicial bodies, the Council of Justice and the High Qualifications Commission of Judges, to international organisations.
In addition, the United States directly controls the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office and the High Anti-Corruption Court. All this is done under the noble pretext of invigorating efforts against corruption. All right, but where are the results? Corruption is flourishing like never before.
Are the Ukrainian people aware that this is how their country is managed? Do they realise that their country has turned not even into a political or economic protectorate but has been reduced to a colony with a puppet regime? The state was privatised. As a result, the government, which designates itself as the “power of patriots” no longer acts in a national capacity and consistently pushes Ukraine towards losing its sovereignty.
The policy to root out the Russian language and culture and promote assimilation carries on. The Verkhovna Rada has generated a steady flow of discriminatory bills, and the law on the so-called indigenous people has already come into force. People who identify as Russians and want to preserve their identity, language and culture are getting the signal that they are not wanted in Ukraine.
A few words about Crimea. The people of the peninsula freely made their choice to be with Russia. The Kiev authorities cannot challenge the clearly stated choice of the people, which is why they have opted for aggressive action, for activating extremist cells, including radical Islamist organisations, for sending subversives to stage terrorist attacks at critical infrastructure facilities, and for kidnapping Russian citizens. We have factual proof that such aggressive actions are being taken with support from Western security services.
In March 2021, a new Military Strategy was adopted in Ukraine. This document is almost entirely dedicated to confrontation with Russia and sets the goal of involving foreign states in a conflict with our country. The strategy stipulates the organisation of what can be described as a terrorist underground movement in Russia’s Crimea and in Donbass. It also sets out the contours of a potential war, which should end, according to the Kiev strategists, “with the assistance of the international community on favourable terms for Ukraine,” as well as – listen carefully, please – “with foreign military support in the geopolitical confrontation with the Russian Federation.” In fact, this is nothing other than preparation for hostilities against our country, Russia.
If Ukraine acquires weapons of mass destruction, the situation in the world and in Europe will drastically change, especially for us, for Russia. We cannot but react to this real danger, all the more so since, let me repeat, Ukraine’s Western patrons may help it acquire these weapons to create yet another threat to our country. We are seeing how persistently the Kiev regime is being pumped with arms. Since 2014, the United States alone has spent billions of dollars for this purpose, including supplies of arms and equipment and training of specialists. In the last few months, there has been a constant flow of Western weapons to Ukraine, ostentatiously, with the entire world watching. Foreign advisors supervise the activities of Ukraine’s armed forces and special services and we are well aware of this.
Over the past few years, military contingents of NATO countries have been almost constantly present on Ukrainian territory under the pretext of exercises. The Ukrainian troop control system has already been integrated into NATO. This means that NATO headquarters can issue direct commands to the Ukrainian armed forces, even to their separate units and squads…………..

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced Russia would recognize the sovereignty of two separatist areas in Ukraine’s eastern Donbas region on Monday. The decision led to Russia self-justifying its invasion of Ukraine.
The two separatist states, known as the Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) and the Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), are areas controlled by pro-Russian separatists. The New York Times reported Putin announced Russia’s plans to formally recognize the DNR and LNR’s sovereignty in a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron.
“The president of Russia said that he intended to sign the relevant decree in the near future,” Russia’s Kremlin told the New York Times. “The president of France and the Federal Chancellor of Germany expressed their disappointment with this development. At the same time, they indicated their readiness to continue contacts.”
Shortly after the Kremlin statement, Sky News tweeted footage purportedly showing Putin signing a document recognizing DNR and LNR. “Vladimir Putin has declared he recognises the two separatist regions, Donetsk and Luhansk, in Ukraine as independent and has signed a decree recognising their independence.”
The Khazarian mafia has been involved in child trafficking and the drug trade both an anathema to Putin.
Much to US President Joe Biden’s horror Putin could enter these occupied territories to clean up the mafia but he is not declaring war on Ukraine by doing so.

US should stop prodding Russia over Ukraine

It’s contrived crisis, said now-former head of Germany’s navy, Vice-admiral Kay-Achim Schonbach.
Amid surging tensions over Ukraine, the head of Germany’s navy had the courage to voice Europe’s fears over this totally unnecessary, contrived crisis.
In a speech to an Indian think tank, Vice-admiral Kay-Achim Schonbach proposed the Western powers ‘respect’ Russian leader Vladimir Putin and accept that Crimea would remain in Moscow’s hands.
The German admiral’s remarks produced a major uproar in Washington and tut tuts in Europe where hatred of Russia has become a state fetish. Most aggrieved were the British and Americans who deeply fear an alliance or at least entente between Germany and Russia that might undermine US domination of the continent.
Germany, Europe’s leading military force and mainstay of NATO, has hollowed out its military power. Thanks to unqualified female defense ministers, Germany’s armed forces have degenerated into parade troops. Armor and aircraft, once hallmarks of German military power, have become feeble toys, lacking in munitions, spare parts and capable crews.
Polls show Germans have very little interest in confronting Russia. Memories of World War II are still raw. Today’s Germans live in a nation that was 50% destroyed by US and British bombing. Millions of Germans come from families driven out of eastern Europe.
There is not a lot of sympathy for Ukraine’s current government that was installed by a US-financed and stage-managed coup in 2013-2014. Germany’s US-dominated media and government support Washington’s hard line on Ukraine but many ordinary Germans and French don’t agree.
America’s media and politicians strongly support the military confrontation with Russia, a low-cost way of being loudly patriotic without actually doing anything serious.
Only Poland, the Baltic states and American neocons really hunger for war – provided it is waged by the US. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, a rising star among the pro-war neocons, is pushing the confrontation with Russia – yet another bureaucrat with no military experience.
Military men quickly understand the logistic and climactic problems of fighting in the Black Sea region, but not Washington’s desk warriors and their European satraps. The US has been unwise to provoke a confrontation with Russia in its backyard. Though Russia has lost much of its Soviet-era military power, it would be a mistake to underestimate its combat capabilities and overestimate those of NATO.
Remember, Napoleon (who was seriously defeated in Russia) prayed ‘oh Lord, if I must go to war, please make it against a coalition.’
Washington’s sofa samurais are playing with fire. The neocons’ latest effort to overthrow President Putin risks backfiring badly by drawing China into the fray and undermining US domination of the continent. Let’s say US-led NATO forces thrash the 106,000 Russian troops around Ukraine’s borders. What then? An advance on Moscow?
An assault on Crimea? Might Romania join the war to recover Moldova lost in WWII? Or tiny Finland? The Russians are unlikely to be quivering in their boots. Romanian troops, let’s recall, were defending the flank of Germany’s 6th Army at the Stalingrad disaster.
We are not going to see a rerun of the Great Northern War of the early 1700’s. What we are seeing is the re-birth of Russian power in its traditional sphere of influence. Admiral Schonbach is quite right. Russia will never relinquish Crimea any more than Germany would give over Hamburg or the US cede Baltimore to Cuban control.
Luckily for us, Russia is currently being run by hard men from the old KGB who are experienced and cautious. It is well that they are because Russia has thousands of nuclear weapons pointed at the US and its allies. No one in their right mind should contemplate a nuclear confrontation. Russia has repeatedly made clear that if backed into a corner, it may well use tactical nuclear weapons. China is coming around to the same thinking.
Beaten in Vietnam, Iraq and now Afghanistan, the US is seeking a cheap victory in Ukraine. But the northern rim of the Black Sea is not known for its low-hanging geopolitical fruit. And Russia always surprises.
Mr. Blinken, be cautious lest a hypersonic Russian missile comes flying through your office window.

President of Ukraine Reportedly Told Biden to Calm Down the Messaging to Stop Panic

Last Friday, a day after speaking with President Biden, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reportedly slammed Western powers for creating a “panic” by claiming Russia is planning to invade his country. An unidentified source reported that Zelensky told President Biden to “calm down” the messaging and warned against creating a panic. Two days earlier, presidential advisers from Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany met to discuss the Ukraine conflict and promised to uphold their cease-fire agreement.
In a recent video, Ron Paul and Daniel McAdams reminded listeners that the failed coup in Ukraine in 2014 was led by US Democrats and said the the current provocations against Russia are likely being used as a deflection from Democrats’ current domestic policy failures.
They pointed out that the CIA is training Ukrainian troops to kill Russians and the US has supplied weapons and nearly $500 million in taxpayer money to Ukrainian groups.
Ron Paul commented that politicians conveniently leave out the fact that the Russian troops we’re being told are encroaching on Ukraine as an act of “aggression” are within Russian borders. Meanwhile, America has troops in about 150 nations around the world, but we don’t want that viewed as “aggression.”

Last weekend’s rally in Washington D.C. was the turning point on all this. There were similar protests in over 170 countries around the world. The masses are awakening to the plandemic scam — and the vaccine death agenda — and time has run out for the globalists and their spike protein extermination scheme.
Hence, they are now preparing to unleash the next phase of this global war against humanity: World war.
What the demonic globalists have already figured out is that if they kill enough people with nuclear war, nobody will be able to track the vaccine deaths over the next decade. The genocide via needles will be overwhelmed by genocide via radiation (and starvation, disease, etc.).
A lot of the vaccine coercion, after all, was merely designed to kill off as many member of the U.S. military as possible, while gutting America’s health care infrastructure and economic resilience. That phase has now been largely accomplished. So now the push is focused on engineering food scarcity by shutting down trucking and transportation. The ban on non-vaccinated truckers entering the U.S. from Mexico or Canada went into effect two days ago. From here forward, food supplies are going to experience a steady decline, and even oblivious leftists won’t be able to maintain their delusions for very long once the store shelves are half empty.
But as you’ll see here, food scarcity may be the least of America’s problems if the enemies of America (Biden, Obama, etc.) get their way.
Igniting the war machine in Europe
You may recall that had Hillary Clinton won the 2016 election, efforts were in place to have the US deep state nuke an American city using weapons material sourced from Russia via the Uranium One scheme (which was run by not just Hillary, but also Sen. Harry Reid, Sen. John McCain and others). Never forget that the U.S. deep state carried out 9/11, the Oklahoma City bombing, the 1993 World Trade Center bombing (100% run by the FBI) and nearly every other mass death event that has taken place in the last 50 years. The FBI has black ops teams that possess nuclear material and are more than willing to nuke U.S. cities if it means furthering their anti-America agenda.
The FBI is a rogue terrorist organization, of course. Everybody sees it now.
There is an accelerating buildup of US and NATO military hardware and personnel taking place in Ukraine. Last week, the CIA mouthpiece Washington Post declared that Russia would carry out a false flag attack in Ukraine in order to justify its own invasion. This was the final proof we needed to know that America’s deep state forces may be planning on detonating a nuclear warhead in Ukraine, using the same Uranium One-sourced weapons grade material they’ve possessed since well before 2016.
There are actually multiple such nukes in the possession of the US deep state, and you may recall that Trump was threatened with multiple nukes being detonated in US cities if he didn’t back down and allow the 2020 election rigging to go through. The enemies of America were ready to pull the trigger on those nukes in December of 2020, but Trump actively shut down all efforts to correct the stolen election, thereby preventing a nuclear holocaust on US soil.

How a US false flag nuke attack in Ukraine ends up starting World War III
Although there are too many variables to know with absolute certainty how this is all going to play out, the signals are pointing in the direction of something as follows:
Step 1: America’s deep state forces detonate a nuke in Ukraine, using Russia-sourced nuclear material to give the radioisotopes a clear fingerprint of Russia origin.
Step 2: The media goes into coordinated mass hysteria, claiming Russia just started World War III. It will be 24/7 news coverage everywhere. When Russia denies responsibility, the western press will declare Putin to be a psychopathic liar more dangerous than Hitler. This will provide the emotional fanaticism to get the gullible US public to support the next steps.
Step 3: Government and media mouthpieces — all run by the same CIA that carried out the bombing of course — call for NATO to strike back at Russia with overwhelming military power. Russia is also cut off from the SWIFT financial system.
… but here’s where it all goes off the rails…
Step 4: NATO / US forces vastly underestimate the military readiness of Russia, the military technology (hypersonic missiles, hypercavitating torpedoes, etc.) and the moral resolve of Putin, who correctly sees the current rogue leadership of the USA as the true enemy against all humankind, not just Russia or Ukraine.
Step 5: NATO and the US launch escalating attacks against Russia in order to provoke a nuclear retaliatory strike on the USA. This is the goal of Obama / Biden and the globalists. Russia has multiple submarines with nuclear missiles parked off both the west and east coasts. They can rain down nuclear devastation on US military targets within minutes.
Step 6: Taking advantage of the situation, China moves on Taiwan, immediately thrusting America into a two-front war for which it is not prepared.
Step 7: Having accomplished the final wrecking of America, Obiden declares martial law and unleashes death squads to mass murder all conservatives, Christians, gun owners and Trump supporters, all under the emergency of world war, using the language of “covid internment camps.” (You didn’t think they activated all those concentration camps just for covid, did you?)
Step 8: America is invaded by a combination of Chinese and Russian land forces that were merely waiting for a sufficient die-off in order to launch their attack.
Remember, the goal of Obiden is the complete destruction of America and the installation of communism everywhere. Never forget that over half the US congress works for the CCP. We are being run by the communist Chinese right now, and they are vectoring us into a suicide pact with Russia, where Russia has no choice but to start dropping nukes on US military targets.
Ultimately, China doesn’t want all the food farmland across North America to be radioactive, because they need to be able to grow food and feed their (starving) masses. That’s why China would prefer that Russia nukes Hawaii, where the radiation cloud is far from mainland America. There are significant military and deep state assets on the Hawaiian islands, by the way, making them a juicy military target for multiple strategic reasons.
The US military will be nullified in a few short weeks
Under the leadership of libtard woke freaks and gay parade generals, the US military is but a shadow of its once great strength. In contrast, Russia trains men to be men, and their soldiers are among the most vigorously trained and prepared in the world.
Similarly, China has banned soy boy fairy feminization across its culture, and its own soldiers are also highly trained, capable and deeply obedient.
America’s military forces, sadly, have been deliberately shaped into weakness by the woketard generals, to the point where obesity is a common problem among the ranks of the active duty. The US military is far more interested in announcing an all-gay helicopter squad than in doing anything meaningful to protect America’s strategic interests.
As a result, the battle to take out the US military won’t take long at all.
Don’t forget to factor in China’s exotic drone weapon systems and Russia’s nuclear-powered hypersonic missile superweapons. In addition, Russia has extremely advanced electronic warfare capabilities that can instantly nullify all the flight controls of America’s most “advanced” fighter aircraft such as the F-35. (There’s a reason they keep falling out of the sky…)
Where the military fails, We the People will need to rise to the defense of America
All this means the defense of America comes down to the people defending their nation from foreign invaders. Once China launches its invasion of North America, the unprepared, pathetic, sedentary masses of pharmacy-addicted TV watchers will last about five minutes. The real defense of America will come down to the brave men and women who were smart enough to reject the vaccines and wise enough to stockpile guns and ammo.
The communist Chinese are going to have a very hard time taking North America. But they’ve got a couple hundred million soldiers, if needed, to throw at the problem. This means the American people are going to have to get very good at killing PLA soldiers on US soil, if we hope to survive this at all.
The one x-factor in all this is America’s “space force” space weapons systems which, I’m told, were developed from exotic technology that’s a quantum leap ahead of anything you and I have ever seen. Orbiting weapons platforms might be game changers, and if there are still any patriotic Americans remaining in Space Force or the Air Force, we may yet see these weapons unleashed against the CCP to devastating effect (possibly targeting the Three Gorges Dam).
Where do you want to be during all this? As far away as possible from any military base or large city.
You want to be off grid, resilient and fully stocked. Once this begins, there’s no going back to the relative normalcy of today. This entire situation can go from “calm” to “world war” literally overnight. With one explosion.
If past experience is any lesson, NATO and US forces will probably require another 1-3 months to build up their military forces in Ukraine before they pull the trigger on all this. So use the time wisely, and pray that Biden gets removed from power before this insanity is unleashed on our world.
Australians had better be prepared for this conflict. Although it is doubtful we would send troops to NATO, and the military has already alluded to that, we will have to closely watch China.
How many dumbed-down Aussies could handle such a conflict? Few, we say. Loyalists who want to protect this ailing country, had better be prepared. Our ‘roo shooters could mount a better home defence than our troops.

A Malaysian Airlines Boeing 777, the same aircraft as MH-17 and the still-missing Malaysian Airlines flight 370, which disappeared on March 8 while en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, is stored in a hangar at Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv. The Boeing 777 in Israel, with serial number 28416, Malaysia registration tail numb 9M-MRI, was sold to GA Telesis, LLC of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on October 21, 2013. The Boeing 777 was re-registered with the United States tail number N105GT and first stored at Tarbes Lourdes Pyrenees airport and on November 4, 2013, was transferred to Tel Aviv, where it was last spotted in a hangar.
GA Telesis was founded by its CEO, Abdol Moabery. GA Telesis, a global aircraft leasing firm, is now owned by Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Century Tokyo Leasing. Moabery, a former U.S. Naval officer, formerly worked for Aviation Systems International, Inc. as executive vice president and for C-S Aviation Services, Inc. as sales and marketing director. Both of Moabery’s former companies are partly-owned by George Soros, who is partly responsible for laying the groundwork for the Ukrainian coup that ousted President Viktor Yanukovych. The executive chairman of GA Telesis Composite Repair Group, LLC, which would be responsible for retrofitting the Malaysian Boeing 777 in Tel Aviv is Aviv Tzur, an Israeli national who was previously the chairman of Ultimate Aircraft Composites (UAC), an Israeli-staffed firm that merged with GA Telesis. UAC, like GA Telesis, specializes in repairing and retrofitting aircraft. UAC also had contracts with the Israeli government. . When Biden called Russian President a soulless “killer” on ABC News, Putin responded with the most deft bit of diplomacy I’ve seen in quite a while, openly challenging Fungal Joe to a publicly broadcast debate of substantive issues, which Biden, of course, declined.

Putin tried to defuse the situation with an offer that was at once an epic troll of Biden, who is clearly no match for his Russian counterpart cognitively, and a warning to Americans that this situation has gotten far more dangerous than they are being told.
And sometimes you win simply by taking the high road. Make no mistake the fact that Putin went here this early in Biden’s presidency is a bad sign. It tells us things are horrific between the world’s most prominent nuclear powers and that there’s been zero diplomatic effort put forth by the Biden administration since the election.
The problem is rapidly becoming that indiscriminate use of all weapons all the time — diplomatic, economic, military, propaganda — creates a kind of dopamine addiction. In order to keep the public interest in the threat they have to keep raising the stakes and the rhetoric to eventually absurd levels.
As I like to say all the time, it’s the first rule of screenwriting : Be forever raising the stakes lest the audience gets bored.
But there comes a point where people begin to realize that they are being asked to back a war where the existential threat to the elite’s power is transferred onto them. Remember folks, government’s fight and spend billions propagandizing you into believing their wars are for your own good.
It’s rarely the case, if ever. More often than not the war being ginned up in the media and by government officials is one that either feathers their own nest directly, supports the goals of other powerful folks indirectly, or covers up past corruption.
The brewing conflict in Ukraine is all of these and more. The project to add Ukraine to NATO and the EU is a long-held dream of neocons like Victoria Nuland and neoliberals like Biden. It’s an important cog in the World Economic Forum’s desire to expand the EU to both encircle Russia thereby disrupting any dreams of Eurasian integration which could form a bulwark against their brave new world.
What’s got Biden’s Depends in a bunch is that he’s neck-deep in the corruption in Ukraine. In Obama’s own words, Ukraine is Joe’s project. And Ukrainian President Volodomyr Zelensky is not fully subsumed into the morass of Biden’s (and the rest of the usual suspects’) problems.

By any measure, 2020 was not a very good year for human freedom. By now everyone is very familiar with the assaults on liberty stemming from measures ostensibly in the name of stopping the spread of covid and the way in which such measures have threatened the very existence of the social order. Beyond such obscene and unprecedented measures, 2020 also demonstrated that the leaders of our society are truly incompetent and bungling. The ineptitude is truly staggering, even for skeptics of the state. When surveying the wreckage of last year one can’t help but feel a sense of dread and apprehension for the long-term health of our civilization.
White lives matter too. This Democrat-ideological cultural warfare has nearly destroyed the US Republic and it is at the point of no return unless Trump steps in to stop it and to help save humanity. Creepy Joe Biden is a tool of communist China and heads the Biden crime empire. He is not a fit and proper person to run a school fete.
It is not only the state and its myriad of pathetic politicians and power-mad bureaucrats who are cause for concern. Culturally, the woke madness has been spreading like a malignant cancer throughout the body politic. Churches, universities, large companies, and cultural institutions have increasingly come under the sway of the reality-denying woke ideology. No doubt that a few hundred years in the future some enterprising author will make a fortune humorously documenting all the culturally accepted absurdities of our era, but unfortunately they are not so amusing to those of us forced to endure them.
Now, 2021 has opened with even more chaos and uncertainty as a riotous mob supporting Trump stormed the capital building. This crazed lunacy has only furthered the idea that we are on the decline, not to mention that it will serve as a convenient excuse for any number of further government crackdowns.
In short, disorder reigns.
Looking around at the wreckage and continued decay of our society, it is easy to become discouraged and even to begin to feel desperate. In such desperation, it may seem necessary to redouble our efforts to affect political change and “save the country” from its present disastrous course.
While such a position is easy to understand, I would posit that perhaps trying to roll back the state via electoral victory, which is what friends of liberty have consistently failed to do for decades, is not a viable strategy, and that it is actively contributing to the problem.
While it is popular and accurate to blame our societal elites for being pathetic and inept, the truth is that these leaders, both political and cultural, are reflections of us. Leaders who do not reflect the character of the people they lead will not be leaders for long. In the final accounting, it is not the words written down on the parchment of the Constitution that govern the United States. Rather, the true constitution of a people is the one that is written in their hearts. A badly written constitution will not be an obstacle to a virtuous and ordered people, just as the most brilliantly organized constitution will not save an unvirtuous and disordered people.
Perhaps, in the same way that the central government has sapped more and more of the strength and social power from all other institutions of social life, it has also sapped our attention and energies from where they truly belong. To what extent have efforts to stop the government merely made its job easier by leading us to neglect our families, churches, and communities? To what extent has it made us neglect our very own cultivation of virtue?
In the first chapter of The Art of War, Sun Tzu counsels that if the enemy “is in superior strength, evade him….Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where you are not expected.” Constantly attempting to seize the power of the state in order to reduce it has been attacking the enemy where he is strong and engaging on his terms. In a sense, we have let the central government determine the battlefield. Political power is not the only repository of power in society, yet we have chosen to constantly engage the state in that sphere and have consistently lost. Even supposed victories tend to merely be rearguard-holding actions to delay rather than defeat.
I would suggest that the time has come to consciously turn to an alternative strategy of cultivating social power outside of the state apparatus. Such an effort is likely to lead to much more success, although that is a low bar since the current strategy has led to no success at all. Unlike federal electoral politics, it begins with something entirely and completely under one’s control: oneself.
The key to the cultivation of alternative poles of social power begins with order, specifically the ordering of one’s own life. This is not an idea original to me. Canadian psychologist Jordan Peterson has recently popularized this idea in a secular manner with his refrain of “clean your room.” Less recently, though in a far more sophisticated manner that recognizes man’s spiritual nature, the political theorist Eric Voegelin has written voluminously about modern chaos as stemming from internal disorder that is the result of man’s loss of connection to the engendering experiences that serve to capture the truth of reality, the end result of which is the rise of totalitarian ideologies.
Instead of a more traditional concern with cultivating oneself, with looking after the beam in one’s own eye, modern man has become obsessed with everyone else on the planet. Even friends of human liberty have fallen prey to this tendency, from time to time, in our excessive investment of time and attention to political issues that are far removed from our actual lived existence. In doing so, we have neglected to build up alternative bases of social power in our families and communities.
One may respond that it is all well and good to order oneself, but that it is not enough or is even pointless in the face of the wider chaos that is engulfing the rest of society. However, it may be that such self-ordering is in fact the only thing that restores order to the rest of society. Philosopher Irving Babbitt argued that “there may be something after all in the Confucian idea that if a man only sets himself right, the rightness will extend to his family first of all, and finally in widening circles to the whole community.”
If dark and illiberal days truly are ahead, as it seems reasonable to consider at least as a possibility, then these localized bastions of ordered liberty will become more important than ever. Perhaps instead of letting strangers in state schools and who knows what kind of wackos on the internet raise one’s children, now is the time to take the plunge into homeschooling, or at the very least to invest time in their education and moral upbringing. Perhaps now is the time to develop friendly relations with one’s neighbors and to begin attending local township meetings. Perhaps now is the time to begin to invest one’s time and energy in what the sociologist Robert Nisbet called the intermediary groups and associations that serve as a buffer between the state and the solitary and weak individual.
This is not to say that federal politics should be ignored completely; the federal government is impossible to ignore thanks to the immense power it wields. But such engagement must not come at the cost of those areas of life that are truly under one’s control.
Disorder increasingly reigns across the land and with disorder inevitably comes oppression and the curtailment of our traditional rights and liberties. The restoration of order begins with oneself and one’s home. Societal order will not be restored until order is restored in the hearts of those who make up the society. Even if the pessimists are correct and our country is too far advanced down the path of decay and collapse that every other empire has trodden in history, the cultivation of personal order is still imperative for survival in the dark and chaotic days to come.
