Moderna-NIH mRNA vaccine deal confirmed pre-plandemic … again

US radio host Glenn Beck has confirmed the partnership between biotech company Moderna and the US National Institutes of Allergies and Infectious Disease (NIAID) before the so-called pandemic broke out.
Beck appeared on Tucker Carlson’s show last week to discuss a 500-page document from Moderna that on pages 104-5 referred to the private agreement involving “mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates developed and jointly owned by NIAID and Moderna”.
The NIAID director and chief medical adviser to presidents is Anthony Fauci, who has repeatedly lied to the US Congress and media, that the SARS-Cov-2 virus was an accidental mutation with a bat virus and that it was not the result gain-of-function research. The myth is perpetrated to this day by the dumbstream media.
As revealed by The Gateway Pundit in February, 2021, the private and confidential agreement between the NIH (National Institutes of Health) and Moderna was signed on December 12, 2019, weeks before Covid-19 was even known to the public or acknowledged by the US, China, or the World Health Organization. NIH, of which NIAID is an offshoot, sets a fiscal policy for grant awards every year.
“Today Dr Lawrence Sellin (PhD), who contributed much to this effort to uncover the truth about COVID, reported that a December 12, 2019 agreement was signed by Dr Ralph Baric that he would receive the ‘mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates’ developed and jointly-owned by NIAID and Moderna,” the independent news outlet reported.
Sellin, a retired army reserve colonel and businessman, says a complete sample of Covid 19 was produced by early 2019 by the Peoples’ Liberation Army (PLA) and the Wuhan Institute of Virology with financial help from Dr Fauci’s NIAID. It was tested on selected participants in the Military World Games from October 18–27, 2019. A US military team participated in the Games.
The story of the NIH-Moderna collaboration was almost universally ignored until Glen Beck resurrected it on Tucker Carlson, citing documents he said had been smuggled out of China and research by Judicial Watch and others.
Gateway Pundit has continued to expose the ongoing cover-up of the NIAID-Fauci-Wuhan deception. Fauci, when questioned in the Congress by Senator Rand Paul, continued to brazenly lie that there was no funding for such research and that it was not gain-of-function research. Fauci, of course, sees himself as “science embodied” and above prosecution.
Beck said the gain-of-function virus research, which Fauci said never happened, did happen in November of 2015 under Dr Ralph Baric who published a paper on it. The funding came through NIAID to the EcoHealth Alliance (headed by the eco-fascist Peter Daszak) working at the CCP- controlled Wuhan Institute of Virology.
“What you may not know is that in November, the same month that (Dr Baric’s) published paper comes out, the United States begins a partnership with Moderna and they are searching for an mRNA corona virus vaccine – kind of a weird coincidence, but wait, it gets worse,” said Beck.
“In this time we skip to 2018 (and) DARPA (US military research agency) receives a proposal from Dr Baric … Dr Shi (Zhengli) from Wuhan and Peter Daszak from EcoHealth, and DARPA sees this and says this is far too dangerous, we’re rejecting your proposal.
“We don’t know what happened from there, but we do know just about 12 months later in Wuhan – where Peter Daszak, Dr Shi the bat lady, and Dr Baric were all doing research on corona viruses – about a year later, there’s an outbreak, and the outbreak actually begins according to documents that we have that have been smuggled out of China, that there were ten hospitals involved by October with patients that we now know, are corona-like virus symptoms. They didn’t know what was going on. Now, that was in October.
“Remember, we didn’t know anything about this in December. We were starting to get rumblings. China said there was some sort of an outbreak on December 31st, but Dr Baric signs a government deal with Moderna.”
Beck said the deal of some 158 pages was made and on page 104 they enter a “specific private, confidential agreement”. “The NIH appears to be transferring technology to Dr Baric, but what they’re making clear is quote, ‘mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates developed and jointly owned by NIAID and Moderna’,” he said.
“Now, this is weird because it’s two weeks later that we know there’s a problem. They sign that deal two weeks before, and they sign it with the doctor who happened to be a partner with the bat lady in Wuhan.
“Here’s where it gets really dark. These are the same group of people that, in the end of January, begin to have meetings, and they shut down and begin to smear anyone who’s looking into the lab leak theory. They establish ‘that’s not true, don’t even look there’.
“It appears to be collusion. You know we’ve passed this on to several people in Congress and the Senate. We know Rand Paul is on this, and Dr Fauci has some answers to give.”
Dr Francis Collins, former director of the NIH, has admitted in a media interview the NIH “has a stake” in intellectual property used in the COVID vaccine.

We now know that at least 97% of those positive results were false due the excessive cycle thresholds used in testing labs. Real-time PCR was developed as a research tool and is considered not suitable for diagnostic purposes.
New COVID mRNA and Viral Vector gene therapy technology “vaccine” injections were hastily developed, These injections were administered in a frenzy, in a mass global unlicenced experiment, without informed consent, causing many adverse reactions including symptoms similar to haemorrhagic fever i.e. bleeding and clots, The clots and bleeding have been found to be caused by the spike proteins generated by the body in response to the injections, and this is compounded by an undisclosed ingredient, Graphene Oxide, in the injections which is also known to cause clots and bleeding.
The first and second doses of the COVID injections have now weakened the overall health of the population as can be seen by the current situation in hospitals which are well above capacity during the summer months with patients suffering adverse reactions from the injections, many patients have symptoms similar to haemorrhagic fever.

Our world is overpopulated and the immediate future is grim.
Computer technology does many of the jobs on this planet and work for the masses is becoming an issue, on a daily basis, where no future work opportunities are possible. Who is going to feed, house, look after and provide security for the masses who provide nothing and take everything.
Ideally, resetting the world populations to 55 million or less, ensures the survival of the rest and this planet and its remaining resources, for those who remain.
This does not include me, because I am towards the end of my life, at 74, retired and waiting to die, which essentially, is what retirement means.
My opinion, thus, is my own, based on the volumes of information I have read on Covid and my ongoing assessment of those facts, as I see them.
Currently we are ordered to get an untested, unknown “trial” vaccine shot, which potentially will kill us sooner or later, pretty much along the lines of, If Coronavirus does not get us, the vaccine probably will, if not immediately, then 6 months to 1 year afterwards, but of course, nobody knows the future outcome of vaccines, because there is none, having only become available since early December 2020.

Previously it took 10 years to establish if a vaccine was safe or not – like Thalydimide, for example (Wiki) – have you ever seen the deformed kids, as a result of that?

My salt water cure won’t hurt you, no matter how sore the effect of my salt water cure, the effect only lasts for 2-3 minutes and then you can blow out, flush and wash away, washing your hands afterwards.
If you spill some of my salt water cure on a flat surface and allow it to dry, you can see the thin layer of salt which will coat the warm, wet areas, inside your head (like black ice), where otherwise, Coronavirus or any other virus, loves to thrive in the soft, wet, humid areas inside your head and become the disease of this pandemic, or that.
That salt water layer, Coronavirus hates, because it kills the Coronavirus particles dead and all other potential infections, that have started in your head.
A way of testing the efficiency of salt, is to put some salt on a razor cut, where you have a bit of blood seeping out.
The salt burns as it disinfects the cut, but the blood dries quickly and healing begins immediately, without any other means necessary to control the blood flow.
Salt. Any salt will do.
I have suggested my salt water cure as a direct means to protect your body and your health from all viruses, however, learn to breathe through your nose and not your mouth and isolate viruses in your head where they can be “murdered” with my salt water cure and not the other way round, but with you, with Covid, or Motor Neuron Disease, or any other pollution virus attack, for which there is no known cure, or treatment.
Realistically, the only ways our bodies can be invaded from outside, is if we are injected, or breathe it (virus) in, which is why learning to breathe through your nose is so important, to minimize the effects of a virus, to your head where salt will kill it off.
If you are a mouth breather, swallow the salt water mix as well.
If you get a burning sensation in your chest, that is the salt water, hopefully, killing off any stray virus, there.
If the salt water tastes sweet, then you don’t have enough salt in your body.
When it tastes bitter, theoretically, you have enough salt in your body, except with Covid, of course.
I theorize that based on the documented fact, our bodies manufacture 1 liter of snot (mucus) daily, which flows down the back of our throats unnoticed (the engine oil of the body – refer Wiki), it is also the transport vehicle that allows mature Covid Cells to move from our heads, down, into our bodies – bearing in mind that virologists only have any interest from that point on, when it is in the body.
Your religion won’t save you, however healthy you eat, won’t save you from Coronavirus, because Coronavirus is real and it does not care what sort of air breathing animal you are, whether you have 2 legs or 4, because it is otherwise unstoppable, as new variants will occur and carry on where the last variant left off, which is why it is so unpredictable and vaccines are nothing more than a temporary plaster type fix..
I have explained fully, the processes and procedures, they are simple enough, however, it is up to you, if you do them as I have directed, or not – there are no short cuts, or alternative ways to deliver the salt water, so don’t talk yourself into thinking there are.
At days end, it is your life and nobody else’s and what you do to preserve it, is entirely up to you – bearing in mind, we only have this life and in the scheme of things, it is not “that” long and when we die, we won’t be coming back, because it is not practically possible.
If there is life after death, well, personally I doubt it (I am not religious – I am an Atheist). But if there is, then hopefully I am tipping the scales to the good side, rather than the bad for me and I have won the lottery of life twice – to be born and to go to a good place after I die.

Back then, mine was 90% Gold with 10% Purple and hopefully, now, it is nearer 100% Gold, which I can only hope for.
If there is life after death, I hope to meet you there too and we can discuss religion then, with foresight to confirm that, one way or the other, was “religion” true, or a fraud, after all, as I suspect.
Why do “Humans” have religion and faith, when we are so savage with our own and all other animal species on this planet, but no other animal species do.
They live in harmony with their environment and each other and only take what they need to survive, as a species?

Also in 2017, Johns Hopkins published “The SPARS Pandemic 2025-2028”, a report about a communications drill for a vaccine that “accidentally” caused spongiform encephalopathy aka “Mad Cow” prion disease.
There is a concern, that as with other “drills” they have published in the past, such as Crimson Contagion and Event 201, the SPARS report will turn out to be the actual battle plan of a slow-kill genocidal attack on the populace, especially because aspects of it have already unfolded like clockwork. We are a little over a year into a three-year drill that’s supposed to usher-in this post-COVID world of endless vaccinations and spongiform genocide.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau would well know the shooter is another Manchurian Candidate unleashed onto the public in Nova Scotia after the businessman almost certainly had been programmed by the CIA’s long- running MK Ultra brainwashing operation.
Canadian gunman and suspected Manchurian Candidate Gabriel Wortford, 51, gunned down 19 people in cold blood some of whom he knew. Police shot Wortford when he was cornered at a service station.
Today the socialist Trudeau naturally mentioned tightening gun laws and that the shooter is connected to militant gun rights activists.
Conditioned in a ruthless manner similar to almost every other mass shooter other than the staged massacres using crisis actors, it is not yet known if this is another false flag event.
Meanwhile Trudeau’s wife Sophie, after recently returning from a trip to the UK tested positive for Coronavirus at about the same time British PM Boris Johnson was hospitalised for Covid 19 treatment.
It has been alleged by US sources that a dozen or more notable world luminaries such as Prince Charles and Tom Hanks who caught a dose of the virus in Queensland, Australia while working on a Gold Coast film set all took a shot from a batch of ‘fountain of youth’ Adrenochrome spiked by Covid 19.
Adrenochrome, manufactured from adrenalin-charged blood of living youth, is supposed to keep older people young and is a favourite drug of the Satanic cults of which Hanks is claimed to be a member.
Wuhan in China is the largest supplier of Adrenochrome which is listed by the US Health Department as unsuitable for human use.
Trump dumps communist-run WHO

President Donald Trump made it official Tuesday that the administration was halting money to the World Health Organization, the international body that said in January that COVID-19 could not be spread by human-to-human contact, and praised China’s response to the virus.
“Our countries are now experiencing—look all over the world—tremendous death and economic devastation because those tasked with protecting us by being truthful and transparent failed to do so,” Trump said. “It would have been so easy to be truthful. And so much death has been caused by their mistakes. We will continue to engage with the WHO to see if it can make meaningful reforms.”
Trump said funding will be stopped during a review of the organization.
“American taxpayers provide between $400 million and $500 million per year to the WHO. In contrast, China contributes roughly $40 million per year, and even less,” Trump said. “As the organization’s leading sponsor, the United States has a duty to insist on full accountability.”

“One of the most dangerous and costly decisions from the WHO was its disastrous decision to oppose travel restrictions from China and other nations,” Trump continued, adding, “The WHO’s attack on travel restrictions put political correctness above lifesaving measures.”
The United States contributes 14.7% of the World Health Organization’s $38 billion budget, while China contributes only 0.21%, according to WHO’s numbers.
According to WHO, contributions from the U.S. government, American citizens, and U.S.-based charities make up 76% of all voluntary contributions to the organization. That amounted to $945.6 million from 2016 to 2017.
Congress authorized about $123 million in taxpayer funding for WHO in the last fiscal year, and Trump’s fiscal 2021 budget request proposed to reduce funding to about $58 million.
The announced review by the administration also comes as the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee has begun an investigation into the WHO.
“The reality is that the WHO failed to adequately obtain, vet, and share information in a timely and transparent fashion,” Trump said from the Rose Garden during the daily press briefing. “The world depends on the WHO to work with countries to ensure that accurate information about international health threats is shared in a timely manner. If it’s not, to independently tell the world the truth about what is happening.”
Trump also faulted the WHO for delays in declaring a public health emergency that he said “cost valuable time, tremendous amounts of time.”
On Jan. 14, WHO unquestioningly circulated China’s official talking points in a tweet, saying, “Preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission of the novel #coronavirus (2019-nCoV) identified in #Wuhan, #China.”
“The WHO failed to investigate credible reports in Wuhan that conflicted directly with the Chinese government’s official accounts,” Trump said. “There was credible information to suspect human-to-human transmission in December 2019, which should have spurred the WHO to investigate immediately. Brett D. Schaefer, a fellow in international regulatory affairs at The Heritage Foundation, contends this may not be the best time to cut funding for the WHO, and worse yet, could make it more difficult to hold the organization accountable.
“Instead of ending funding during the current crisis, the U.S. should condition future funding to specific actions by the World Health Organization,” Schaefer wrote in an op-ed for The Daily Signal.
Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of the World Health Organization, said Jan. 30 that “China is actually setting a new standard for outbreak response.”
China backed Tedros in May 2017 when he ran for the top job at the World Health Organization.
During the press conference, Trump also announced the formation of Great American Economic Revival Industry Groups, which would involve bringing together leaders from different sectors of the economy and American life.
“We have a list of people that I’ll be speaking to over the next very short period of time, in many cases, tomorrow,” Trump said.
Kay C. James, president of The Heritage Foundation, is among those in the thought leaders group, which also includes former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and John Allison, former president and CEO of the Cato Institute. Others involved include top executives from health care, retail, sports, tech, and agriculture, among other sectors.

Elected to Rockdale City Council in 1995 where he served a number of times as Deputy Mayor and was elected Mayor of Rockdale City Council on four separate occasions, from 2001 to 2002 -3, 2005 – 2006 and again in 2009. Following his election to the NSW Parliament, he resigned as Mayor but remains on Council until his term runs out in 2012. Shaoquett received the Emeritus Mayor Award for over 5 years of service as Mayor of Rockdale City Council.

Long-standing involvement with various community organisations including Arabic, Greek and Chinese communities. Former Chair of the Australian Lebanese Friends of Labor, Member of the Greek ALP Consultative Committee, Founding Member and Senior Vice-President of The Australian Chinese Association, Honorary Member of the Arab Business Network, Member of the Board of the Law and Justice Foundation of NSW. Shaoquett was elected as a Student Representative at the Faculty of Law at the University of NSW and was also a member of the Australian Republican Movement. He has been an active member of the Australian Labor party for the past 27 years during which time he had held various positions including Local Branch secretary and President, Rockdale State Electorate Council President and also secretary, and held various positions in the Federal Electorate Council of Barton. Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Shaoquett grew up in Beirut until the age of 12 when he migrated to Australia with his family of 12. He completed an Arts Degree in Government and Public Administration at the University of Sydney, then a Masters Degree in Politics at Macquarie University and finally completed his Law Degree at the University of New South Wales.
In 2012, Shaoquett established the Multicultural and Indigenous Media Awards, which recognises outstanding Multicultural and Indigenous media and journalists across Australia. In 2014, he established the National Indigenous Human Rights Awards, the first of its kind in Australia. Shaoquett is the Chair of the Sydney Institute of Public and International Affairs, the Forum for Middle East Affairs , as well as the Kids-on-Wheels Alliance Inc. registered charity which manufactures and globally distributes wheelchairs for children living with a disability.

Wuhan to Shanghai = 839km
Wuhan to Beijing = 1,152km
Wuhan to Milan = 15,000km
Wuhan to NY = 15,000km
The Coronavirus started in Wuhan yet there is no effect of Coronavirus in nearby Beijing or Shanghai but many deaths in Italy, Iran, European countries and USA.
All business areas of China are now safe.
America is not just blaming China without a reason.
Even today, India is locked down but all the cities of China are open. China has also announced the opening of Wuhan from April 08. Not a single leader in China has tested positive for the deadly Coronavirus.
The virus has ruined many economies around the world. Many have had to close their borders in an attempt to contain and control the spread of the Coronavirus. Thousands have lost their lives, millions have now got this disease, countless people have been locked in their homes and many countries have placed their citizens on lock down.
The Coronavirus originated from the city of Wuhan in China and has now reached every corner of the world, but the virus did not reach China’s capital Beijing and China’s Economic Capital Shanghai, located in close proximity to Wuhan itself.
Today Paris is closed, New York is closed, Berlin is closed, Delhi is closed, Mumbai is closed, Tokyo is closed, Australia is shut down; the world’s major economic and political centers are closed, but Beijing and Shanghai are open. No Coronavirus effect is seen in either cities. There were only a few cases but the virus had no real effect on Beijing and Shanghai.
Beijing is the city where all the leaders of China live, including their military leaders. There is no lock down in Beijing.
Shanghai is the city that runs China’s economy. It is the economic capital of China, where all the rich people of China live and run major industries. There is no lock down here, there is no effect of the Coronavirus there.
Beijing and Shanghai are the areas adjoining Wuhan. The virus from Wuhan reached every corner of the world, but the virus did not affect Beijing and Shanghai.
Another big thing is, that the worldwide share market has fallen by almost half. In India also the Nifty has gone from 12 thousand to 7 thousand, but the share market of China was at 3000 and just merely dropped to 2700.
This leaves one to speculate that the Coronavirus is a bio-chemical weapon of China, which China used to carry out destruction in the world in order to gain economic supremacy.
China has now put this virus under control, maybe they also have the antidote/ vaccine that they are not sharing with the world ever or will do when it is in their best interest to do so.
Hollywood stars, Australia’s Home Affairs Minister, Britain’s Prime Minister and Health Minister, Spain’s Prime Minister’s wife, Canada’s Prime Minister’s wife, and Britain’s Prince Charles, among others, have contracted the Coronavirus, but NOT A SINGLE POLITICAL LEADER IN CHINA, NOT A SINGLE MILITARY COMMANDER in China have tested positive for Coronavirus.

Allowing weddings with only five guests and funerals with 10 mourners are among the police state orders issued by Prime Minister Scott Morrison in a national broadcast tonight. His wide-ranging contradictory edict has excluded schools where many hundreds of kids assemble each day. He said all schools will remain open to function primarily as child minding centres for medical staff, other emergency services workers and parents who have to go to work.
Family barbeques, house parties, church services and outside gatherings have all been banned under sweeping, unprecedented policies formulated at a federal Cabinet meeting Tuesday night.
Real estate auctions and open house inspections also will end.
Prime MInister Scott Morrison warns there will be tougher times yet needed to hold off Covin-19
There have been more than 343,000 global Covin 19 infections resulting in 14,000 deaths. Australia has recorded 8 deaths from 2136 confirmed cases so far.
The Liberal government supports four states closing their borders to all but essential services such as freight and vital jobs. Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory have closed their borders and Queensland will be closed off on Thursday. Notably three are Labor states.
Air and train services are almost non-existent and interstate travel will be prevented by closed borders. The PM has mooted this new way of life could be in force for at least six months.
These dramatic policies come on the heels of an escalating death rate across the world allegedly caused by the Covin-19 virus which investigations show was developed in the UK, sent to Canada for invigorating as a bio-weapon then stolen by two Chinese scientists working at the Canadian lab and taken to Wuhan in China.
Wuhan is one of China’s first smart cities smothered exclusively by the 5G network.
The government has developed a ‘social distancing’ regime of 1.5 metres to prevent close contact between persons in public and private. How couples can perform in conjugal activities and adhere to social distancing have not yet been included in the massive crackdown.
Persons hoarding essential items such as food, baby milk or even scarce toilet paper then on-selling overseas will be prosecuted, the PM said.
The government expects nearly 1 million sacked workers, small business operators and others displaced by Covin-19 to apply for assistance from Centrelink.
Today Cairnsnews was told that Centrelink has advised emergency assistance applicants not to expect any financial assistance for at least three weeks. A young girl who was laid off from a private administrative position on Monday said she had $200 in the bank and could not survive for three weeks without financial help.
Queues at main Centrelink offices were up to 500 metres long today, some waiting for 6 or seven hours without managing to get an interview. The numbers became so large that police had to intervene at some locations.
Chief Medical Officer Dr Brendan Murphy speaking alongside the PM said it was imperative people observed social distancing to prevent the virus from spreading any further.
“We are going to have to change the way we interact as human beings for some time,” Dr Murphy stated.
“These measures are draconian.
“In life threatening circumstances we might have to take even stricter measures.”
Coronavirus stolen from Canadian laboratory by Chinese agents 2018

Zero Hedge reports that the virus involved in the current coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan, China was stolen from Canada’s National Microbiology Laboratory (NML) in Winnipeg by Chinese agents.
Last July, Dr. Xiangguo Qiu, an advanced scientist who was the head of the Vaccine Development and Antiviral Therapies Section at NML was forcibly ejected from the facility, along with her husband, Dr. Keding Cheng another biologist.
This was following a 4-month investigation into an unauthorized shipment of lethal viruses to China. Questions still remain as to whether previous shipments to China of other viruses took place prior to 2018.
Over the school year 2017-18, Dr. Xiangguo Qiu had made at least five trips to the Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory, which is housed at the military facility linked to China’s Biological Warfare Program.
In 2018, it became the first lab in China designed to meet the highest biohazard level of biosafety-level-4 (BSL-4) and it was actively researching coronaviruses like SARS. It is located just 20 miles away from the Huanan Seafood Market at the epicenter of the Coronavirus outbreak.
Dr. Qiu had previously been studying post-exposure immunotherapy for two Ebola viruses at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in conjunction with the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency. The CDC classifies Ebola as a “category A” bioterrorism agent.
China’s interest in biology as an emerging domain of warfare, its commitment to biotech dominance and looser ethics around CRISPR-Cas gene-editing has raised concerns that such pathogens are being weaponized. Chinese military strategists are known to talk about potential “genetic weapons” and the possibility of a “bloodless victory.”
Meanwhile, The Lancet science journal has just published a Chinese government-funded study, based on 41 people from the first wave of infections in Wuhan, China. Among these patients, the Wuhan pneumonia coronavirus had a whopping infection rate of 83% and a fatality rate of 15%, with an an incubation period of up to 8 days, before patients show any symptoms.
Such numbers are almost unheard-of and if they hold true, the virus will have the potential to claim the lives of hundreds of millions of people. However, the sample of only 41 patients is small and hopefully not representative.
On the X22 Report and in this video by the Atlantis Report, there is an entirely different rendering of this story. They say that the central banker-controlled Deep State is causing this pandemic to intentionally disrupt the global economy, in order to hide the collapse of their Fiat Ponzi scheme.
The World War III event that they had scheduled for Hillary and which they failed to trick Trump into pursuing is not happening, so they need another way to plunge the global workforce into chaos and something on which they can blame for the failure of their debt-based financial system.

“…………….Notable is that while SARS spread to about 40 countries, the infections in most countries were few and deaths almost zero, and it was exclusively (or almost exclusively) Chinese who were infected, those in Hong Kong most seriously, with Mainland China suffering little by comparison.
This appears to be precisely the case with this new virus, in that most of the infected persons (sofar) are Chinese. News reports speak of infections appearing in Thailand or the US, but those (at least to date of writing) were all Chinese who had been to Wuhan. There have been no cases so far of infected Caucasians.
As with SARS, this new virus appears to be tightly-focused to Chinese. At this stage it is too early to draw specific conclusions.
We might in other circumstances pass this off as an unfortunate coincidence but for some major circumstantial events that serve to alter our focus. One of these is the history of American universities and NGOs having come into China in recent years to conduct biological experiments that were so illegal as to leave the Chinese authorities enraged. This was particularly true when it became known that Harvard University had surreptitiously proceeded with experiments in China that had been forbidden by the authorities years earlier, where they collected many hundreds of thousands of Chinese DNA samples and then left the country. The Chinese were furious to learn that Americans were collecting Chinese DNA. The government intervened and prohibited the further export of any of the data.
