Home Affairs Minister Dutton wanted to clean out far left and far right “lunatics,” with ASIO Amendment bill
The ASIO Amendment bill 2020 introduced to Parliament by then Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton on Wednesday May 13, 2020 made it easier for ASIO to install tracking devices in a person’s bag or car without the approval of anyone outside the organisation.
Among the many treasures in this innocently titled bill are oral arrest warrants – including for children (s.34B). Questioning warrants that allow anyone between the age of 14 to 18 in relation to politically motivated violence, to be detained and questioned can be issued orally, ignoring the need for nasty paper trails which could later prove inconvenient in court
“Mr Dutton said it would only apply to teenagers suspected of engaging in terrorist attacks, not espionage or other examples of foreign interference”.
Failed spymaster 007 Dutton thus condoned teenage spying as acceptable under his watch

Dutton began telling reporters it was important for security agencies to deal with threats from both rightwing and leftwing “lunatics”.
“If somebody is going to cause harm to Australians, I just don’t care whether they’re on the far right, far left, somewhere in between, they will be dealt with,” the home affairs minister said. “And if the proliferation of information into the hands of rightwing lunatics or leftwing lunatics is leading to a threat in our country, then my responsibility is to make sure our agencies are dealing with it and they are.”
Australia with just 25 million people, has tax payers funding some 20 federal security agencies, manned by public servants terrified of making decisions that may reflect on career prospects, imagine the information blockade and false flags flying from these duplicated bureaucratic empire fortresses.
The Cyber Security sector employs 26,500 who fail to protect sensitive data from international hackers. ASIO has around 2000 staff. Nearly every day there are media reports of a business or government quango being hacked.
There have been 41 counter terrorism operations in Australia with 93 people charged but no stats on convictions was available.
The USA reported in 2010, there are 1,271 government organisations, 1,931 private companies with 854,000 people holding top-secret clearances working on counter terrorism and homeland security for a population of 332 million people
This ASIO Bill is about the 90th such piece of legislation passed following the 2001 New York attacks. And there are around 10 more civil rights-eroding bills before federal parliament.
One of those pending is the Identify and Disrupt Bill. Another Dutton special, this aims to enhance the abilities of the AFP and the Australian Crime Intelligence Commission to sweep the internet for anonymous operators and take over their online accounts.
Dutton is only the latest architect piecing together this ever-encroaching internal surveillance system that’s been propagated upon the pretext of a perceived foreign terrorist threat that’s never really come to fruition on these shores.
The closest such incident was the Lindt Café siege, which was the work of a mentally unsound local playing the ISIS apparition, rather than any real overseas operators. But despite this, NSW police were given shoot-to-kill powers in response to guard against any purported future terrorism.
Just like his predecessor George Brandis, Christian Porter is part of the surveillance state legislating act. In 2018, the attorney general oversaw the passing of laws permitting the easy deployment of the Australian and international defence forces for domestic incidents, and lately, he’s done the same with ADF reservists.
Indeed, over the last two years, it’s also come to the fore that home affairs minister Dutton is itching to set the nation’s international spying agency – the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) – upon his own citizens.
And following the leaking of such rumours to the press, the AFP went on to raid the Canberra residence of journalist Annika Smethurst for breaking the news.

Disgraced Labor politician Sam Dastyari, of Iranian origin, from 2013 to 2018 represented NSW in the Australian Senate. In November 2014 Dastyari declared a Chinese company, linked to the Chinese government, had provided him with $44,000 to settle legal bills by providing counter-surveillance advice. Dastyari’s net wealth as of December 2022 is $5 Million, but he is not in jail for treason or espionage.
Tens of thousands public servants, defence force personnel and government contractors are required to undergo security checking before accessing confidential government information as do Ministerial staff. Government ministers are not required to clear ASIO scrutiny.
Big brother is alive and very well enjoying continued support from the voting public allowing the nation to retain subservient status to our unaccountable, lying, corrupt political masters.
The real story is that police have changed their story at Tara
by Lyndesy Symonds
The QPC in the Big Pineapple has flipped their script on several points. Their Official Conspiracy Theory (OCT) is now is serious trouble with the target population which is now undergoing a makeover by ‘our Covid online team’ to fit The Train Profile of the OCT : CoVID Correctness Deniers, Anti-Vaxxers, Preppers, Off-Gridders, Bushies, etc.
“The real story is that the police have changed their story”
https://xyz.net.au/2022/12/dob-in-a-covid-denier-video-goes-viral/
On multiple points.
So now the idea is to rescue the OCT by attempting to make-over the target population into, you know, ye olde standby : ‘terrorists’ in the public mind.
This is real desperation.
Do you know a nurse who worked on the hospital wards right through the (supposed) global CoVID pandemic of 2020 and then opposed the mandatory injection in 2021. This sheeple now fits ‘The Train Profile’ by refusing to do the right thing in order to keep the community safe.
https://magspress.com/un-declares-war-on-dangerous-conspiracy-theories-the-world-is-not-secretly-manipulated-by-global-elite/
The United [Communist] Nations – UNESCO, Twitter, the World Jewish Congress and the European Commission launched their social sanitization campaign: #ThinkBeforeSharing back in August 2022.
Despite this campaign, many knew before QPC flipped the OCT the first time that the Tara Massacre would be used as a catalyst for this type of campaign. In the exact way that the Australian CoVID Regime of the UN attempted to stitch up the unvaxxed sheeples as ‘the pandemic of the unvaccinated’ and put this cohort in the frame for the waves of prion disease now sweeping Australia from the mass injection of the population with patented, biotech prion diseases.
DOB in a CoVID Denier is the latest installment of the ‘DOB in a CoVID Non-compliant sheeple/s’ who are breaking lockdown rulz, not social distancing, not masking, etc.
How about a friendly visit from the Australian CoVID Regime version of Canada’s Integrated National Security Enforcement team?
by Lyndesy Symonds
With respect to the six people who were killed in the Tara Massacre, their families and community mourning their loss –
as a Black Op which used elements ‘in the know’ within the Big Q police force, the Tara Massacre has a political objective.
For a pre-viz, have a look at The People’s Republic of Canada. They are a bit further along with the political agenda of their CoVID Regime than we are. And already they have their legislation in place for a new type of ‘identity’ policing.
In the Big Pineapple these identities fit the ‘Train Profile’ : conspiracy theorists (who don’t buy the Official Conspiracy Theories), CoVID Incorrectness / non-compliance, anti-vaxxers, comrade citizens (read goyim) with stupid ideas about human and civil rights, sovereignty, rule of laws, the 1901 Constitution etc.
Under legislation that is pending even as I write (no – it will not be covered in Big Jew / lying media ) it will just ‘appear’ and be pushed through like the December 2020 Defence Legislation Amendment (Enhancement of Defence Force Response to Emergencies) Bill 2020. You know, the one that enables the authorization of foreign militaries / security forces under the purview of Operation CoVID Shield and indemnifies them from any civil or criminal liabilities against Australian citizens. In short, the kind of services needed for Black Ops. [ Big Shout Out here to all the One Nation Senators who voted YES ]
Under this pending legislation, if you are ID’d in one of target groups and hit the keyboard on social media or a website like Cairns News, you will be getting a friendly visit from the Australian CoVID Regime version of Canada’s Integrated National Security Enforcement team. In our version, your friendly visitors might even get to look for firearms or anything they think might be conceivably used as a weapon against the CoVID Regime. The Official Conspiracy Theorists could get very creative here: Toenail scissors for example. Stainless steel cutlery (like on airplanes), that welding equipment in the shed. Lots of possibilities.
In Canada, the The Integrated National Security Enforcement Teams now pay visits to your home for speaking out against Trudeau online.pic.twitter.com/WSQjGERhhN

Who’s who of data breaches while Labor wants to put Australians into a one stop ID shop?
Senator Malcolm Roberts warns about the Labor and Liberal push for a national ID card containing all of your personal information.
He asked: “Have you noticed more and more data breaches lately? Some in the Government are using this as a reason to centralise everything into one Digital Identity. As the long list I read out proves, nothing is un-hackable.
“That’s a good reason why you SHOULDN’T centralise everyone’s data into one Digital Identity location. It would be a hackers dream, a one stop shop to steal your identity.”
Hackers have no opposition when it comes to bureaucratic IT drones

By HARRY PALMER
Recent computer hacking of Optus and Medibank confidential data also raises the question of security with our nations public confidential records.
Computer security in government is farcical. Subjected to political spin, bureaucratic bungling, un-accountability and unadulterated El-Toto-Excreta is a despicable display of Australian government inability to maintain top security of our public confidential records.
Breaching Australian government and corporate computers is game world hackers enjoy.
We the public will never know to what extent this has occurred. Back in 2016, the Australian Bureau of Statistics census under PM Malcolm Turnbull saturated the media with the introduction of on-line forms. The launch took place so government computers started to melt down causing a national outage. Hackers or incompetence, this government project given the Public Service OK to go on-line failed. It would have been quicker for me to carve my details into stone with a hammer and chisel than to wait for Malcolm’s magic machine to revive.
Let us not forget the 2013 Australian Security and Intelligence Organization (ASIO) classified blueprints plans of the new headquarters building in Canberra stolen from a building contractors computer. The cyber attack was confirmed to have come from a server in China. Then federal Attorney General Mark Dreyfus, also our curren AG and responsible minister for ASIO, declined to say the breach took place despite world media publishing irrefutable information daily. What controls were set in place by ASIO to secure these highly confidential national security plans being stored on a building contractors computer and what has changed today?
It should be stated again that much of our classified military data is stored in Chinese-owned data banks.
Then most Australian states sent their electoral rolls to Chinese data banks, not for election manipulation of course.
First a need to understand government and public service mentality that includes massive power and unlimited department control by computer illiterate senior management often delivering unqualified final decisions for disaster.
The more qualifications you have the greater chance of securing a controlled public service job. At no time is the applicants capability or expertise questioned, academic credentials secure government jobs. Keep in mind once admitted into the bureaucratic inner sanctum you are unaccountable for your blunders with a 99% chance of holding your public service job unscathed, short of having set fire the office building or launched a missile into the canteen .
Chains of command in the public service keep highly paid dinosaurs at the top controlling drones within the ant farms, all trained to obey and not think. These clones are accompanied by cash hungry contractors looking for any opportunity to slip their fingers into the till.
In 2013 Indians became the 8th most populous army of hackers by the number of cyber attacks and can be found in a ripe community of “hackers-for-hire” firms in India. By 2016 Indian hacking activity jumped to 6th place, now holding down 3rd position in 2022.
China’s “hacker army” personnel is suggested from 50,000 to 100,000 individuals and still holds the world No1 title otherwise known as “patient visionaries & social engineering experts” with their favorite targets being Asia, the Pacific and Australia.
What has this to do with our security under safer keeping by a duopoly government hosting a bungling bureaucracy in charge?
Contractors (not staff) make up a big contingent of government programmers and IT specialists from Indian or Chinese heritage. Passing ASIO background checks together with the right credentials (not required by hacker attackers), move into positions in government where they can do what they do best with computers. We are not suggesting all are conspirators but a dark cloud remains.
Referencing Optus and Medibank computer security, let me quote from the Financial Review October 27th 2022;
“However, despite the company admitting to losing such a huge hoard of sensitive data, the privacy watchdog said it was not ready to talk about the likelihood of starting a new investigation into Medibank’s conduct, or expanding the Optus investigation to incorporate Medibank”.

As the buck passing continues government fight to stem the illegal flow of information from their custody is Attorney General and Spin Doctor, Mark Dreyfus. An expert in commercial and planning law, just the credentials to defend a nation from computer hackers, aimed his deadly weapon of LEGISLATION squarely at the cyber crooks and truant Australian corporation’s launching the barrage with a payload of penalties for an unknown foe.
China resources the youth (12 -20) into their computer invader”s army by talent and ability not PhD’s or parchment documented certificates with accreditation required in Australia.
Without doubt Australian youth have produced many with superior hacking knowledge and programing capabilities found around the world, no qualifications just 100% raw skills leaving public service academia floundering. Government needs to be sourcing this talent pool to combat cyber attacks without any interference from an incompetent public service.Wake up Australia, you do not take a knife to a gun fight.
And not forgetting the Labor apparatus wants to give everybody a national ID pass containing all of your personal data. No doubt some of the sheeples will fall for it.
“It is difficult to soar like an eagle when we are surrounded by turkeys”
The Trusted Digital Identity bill 2022 and 10 million Optus identity thefts
The massive and unprecedented Optus data heist this week should put paid to any Australians placing their trust in this so-called ‘trusted’ legislation soon to be introduced by the Labor Party.

As more and more information is released by telco Optus it seems that up to 10 million former and existing customers have had their identity stolen by sophisticated hackers to be re-sold to criminal networks in Asia.
Gone are your identities through the theft of Passport numbers and all personal details including drivers licences.
In Australia, particularly with government, banks and telcos your date of birth is your official ID number.
You can’t change your date of birth therefore the loss of the millions of birth dates will now cost victims dearly as criminal networks clean out your bank and credit card accounts.
These devious Asians will open false accounts in banks, obtain credit cards, rip off power companies(not that would worry most customers), food retailers and engage in just about every online business transaction that can be done.
Your identity is gone forever thanks to fascist government policies that forced telcos to take and store this personal ID data when activating a phone.
Thank the Liberal National Party and the Labor Party as your identity just jumped out the window.
And the devious socialists in the ALP want you to sign onto their Trusted Digital Identity legislation soon to go before parliament?

The Trusted Digital Identity bill 2022
This proposed legislation makes way for biometric data to be stored by government or private companies. It includes finger prints, hand prints, iris scans, facial scans and your DNA. (we have been reliably informed that Queenslanders who were PCR tested for Covid with intrusive nasal swabs have their DNA recorded in private data banks held in Brisbane.)
The government website states:
‘This legislation provides assurance to consumers that their privacy and security is protected.
It is also relevant for businesses and state and territory governments who wish to:
- be accredited for the digital identity services they provide under the Australian Government accreditation scheme, or
- participate in the System as an accredited onboarded participant (provides identity services) or a relying party (services that require their customer to verify their identity online).’
The Optus damage so far:
1.Nearly 10 million current and former Optus customers have been affected by the data breach
2. An expert says the data could be used by criminals to take out fraudulent loans or impersonate victims
3.Australian intelligence agencies are investigating the data breach, which could have implications for national security.
Brendan Walker-Munro of the University of Queensland said with those personal details, criminals would be able to commit “garden variety identity theft”.
“Someone posing as you can contact certain agencies and redirect physical mail, potentially even your electronic mail,” he said.
Dr Walker-Munro said the information released could allow people to impersonate others.
“Essentially, they’re able to commit a crime and almost make it look as though this this innocent person whose information they’ve obtained was actually responsible for it,” he said.
An Australian Federal Police task force will work with the Australians Signals Directorate to identify those behind the breach.
“I want to reassure Australians that the full weight of cybersecurity capabilities across government … are working round the clock to respond to this breach,” Home Affairs Minister Clare O’Neil said.
Yeah Albo and are you going to going to play Santa Claus at the ACTU Christmas party this year?
Editor: It should be noted that Australia has long been recognised as the world wide testing ground for all devious operations of the Deep State. Take the Covid mandates for example and years before the introduction of colour TV, fuel shortages, shooting millions of livestock under the bogus BTEC scheme and then the Port Arthur sting that removed many guns from the population, ad infinitum.
There could be more to this data heist than it seems.
Secretive annual talks influence Australian foreign policy
from Alison Ryan
Most Australians would be instinctively suspicious of a forum that, while the event itself is not secret, attracts scant publicity, and the discussions are secret—participants strictly observe rules that prevent them from disclosing the contents of any comments made at the event, even without identifying the speaker; they are only permitted to disclose their own comments.

It would enrage Australians to learn that regular participants in this forum publicly sneer at an Australian journalist imprisoned in China, and that the forum was used to plant a fake “spy” story in the Australian media to undermine Australia’s most beneficial international relationship. Australians can be confident that the politicians in Canberra who are strident in their public defence of Australian sovereignty and have made it their mission to combat foreign interference would use the full power of Parliament and foreign interference laws to scrutinise the working of this operation and expose its agenda.
Australians would indeed have such reactions, if this scenario were about a foreign interference operation by China. Except it’s not a scenario, and it’s not about Australia and China. It’s a very real, 30-year operation influencing Australia and the United States, called the Australian American Leadership Dialogue (AALD). The “dialogue” occurs during an annual junket alternating between the USA and Australia, the latest of which has just wrapped up in Washington DC.
skynews.com.au/world-news/global-affairs/opposition-leader-peter-dutton-says-beijings-aggressive-rise-in-the-pacific-is-a-bigger-threat-than-climate-change/news-story/d9d64d48383b263b293360680132f6d9]
If you were wondering why Australia’s bombastic new opposition leader Peter Dutton has been quiet lately, and why he gave an interview to Sky News on Sunday morning with the Washington Capitol building in the background, it’s because he has been on the latest AALD junket to the USA. Underscoring its political importance, the new CEO of the AALD is Tony Smith, the just-retired former Speaker of Australia’s House of Representatives, and its Advisory Board includes Professor Glynn Davis, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s newly appointed Secretary of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, i.e. the head of Australia’s Commonwealth public service.
The above description of how the AALD operates is entirely accurate:
• It involves leading politicians from both countries’ two major parties, government officials, journalists, and business executives, who attend by invitation only;
• It receives little publicity in proportion to the political firepower it attracts, and its attendees strictly observe its non-disclosures rules, as evidenced by the fact there has been very few leaks in its 30-year history;
• A journalist who is a regular AALD attendee didn’t sneer at an Australian journalist imprisoned by China, but at Julian Assange imprisoned by the UK at the demand of the USA—ABC News Breakfast co-presenter Michael Rowland tweeted “A big gold star to Ecuador” when Assange was forcibly removed from Ecuador’s London embassy in 2018, and doubled down by tweeting that people who call Assange a journalist are in “a VERY small camp”;
• Liberal MP Andrew Hastie revealed he was contacted by an intermediary of a self-proclaimed Chinese spy while at the 2019 Australian American Leadership Dialogue event, which led to a sensational 60 Minutes story about a defecting Chinese spy exposing Chinese espionage in Australia, before the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) confirmed the claims were fake.
The AALD is the brainchild of then Coca-Cola Amatil CEO Phil Scanlan, an Australian business executive with an American wife, who also had a background in politics as advisor to leading Liberal Party identity Peter Coleman (a Cold War ideological warrior and the father-in-law of Peter Costello).
In his 2019 book The US Lobby and Australian Defence Policy, author Vince Scappatura reports that Scanlan confessed to a deep-seated fear that following the end of the Cold War, he “would wake up one morning and find that the US has declared independence from Australia”.
Scanlan proposed his idea to US President George H.W. Bush during Bush’s 1991 visit to Australia, and Bush backed it. Scanlan’s goal for AALD was to strengthen the alliance between the two nations, or, more specifically, to strengthen the alliance as the foundation of Australia’s foreign policy, through “relationship management between current and likely future leaders from both countries”, according to the AALD website.
The attendees of the very first dialogue in 1993, held in Washington DC, included future PM Kevin Rudd, journalist Greg Sheridan, Nick Greiner, and then-US Defence Secretary Dick Cheney and his Under Secretary Paul Wolfowitz—the criminal conspirators behind the Iraq war—who the previous year had enunciated the strategic doctrine that America’s post-Cold War foreign and defence policies would focus on stopping the rise of any rival military or economic power, i.e. China. The AALD is committed to supporting this doctrine, by acting as a channel to communicate to Washington decision-makers a supposedly homogeneous Australian desire that America remain “engaged” in the Asia-Pacific.
In a 10 November 2016 ABC 7.30 interview, former Australian PM Paul Keating blamed the AALD for making Australian politicians of both parties subservient to the US alliance:
“We’ve got into this almost sort of crazy position now where the American alliance, instead of simply being a treaty, where the United States is obliged to consult with us in the event of adverse strategic circumstances, it has now taken on a reverential, sacramental quality”, Keating said.
“It’s like a sacrament. I’m not talking about simply the government; I’m talking about some people on the Labor side as well.
“There’s a view, there was a thing called the Australian-American dialogue, which by the way I never attended, which is a sort of a cult thing that’s gone on for years and I don’t know what the Americans put in the drinking water, but whenever the Australians come back, they’re all bowing and scraping and going on.” (Emphasis added.)
What Keating describes goes a long way towards explaining why new PM Anthony Albanese, one of many Labor participants in the AALD, is barely different from his predecessor. Meanwhile, nothing China has been accused of in terms of foreign interference comes close to the influence the AALD has over Australian foreign policy.
