Hawke and Beasley drummed up a republic, then Turnbull now Albanese with no private property rights

by Alison Ryan

To quote Kim Beasley in federal parliament “the United Nations has given the federal government a mandate of ownership for housing, property, farms and business to government control once the republic has been proclaimed”.

Bob Hawke the most treacherous Prime Minister Australia ever had looks like losing his crown to Scott Morrison

To quote Bob Hawke “the Fabian Society acknowledges the principal tenet of Marxism, the abolition of private property, in this case to own land”.

Despite these two quotes, we still have the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act in force, albeit the latest version.

In 2014 former PM Tony Abbott started the Federation White Paper process but it fizzled out. https://www.themandarin.com.au/64341-happened-federalism-white-paper/

Why? The “feds gave up when they realised it would probably miss the original deadline of late 2015 and may not be finished before the election”, “federal reform was treated as something that concerns a very small range of stakeholders — governments and bureaucracies,” and “There was no consideration that this is something that affects the lives and wellbeings of all Australians”.

Indeed, there was no response to the average Aussie when enquiring on its progress.

Interestingly though, the Mandarian (in 2016) says, “work on the federation will continue through the Council of Australian Government”.

The expert panel for the Fed. White Paper consisted of Prof Greg Craven, Cheryl Edwardes AM, Dr Doug McTaggart, Alan Stockdale, Ms Jennifer Westacott, Dr John Bannon (dec) and key areas of reform were health, education and housing, homelessness.

Of note the Terms of Reference stated: ‘Within the constitutional framework, consideration will be given to:
– the practicalities of limiting Commonwealth policies and funding to core national interest
matters, as typified by the matters in section 51 of the Constitution;
– reducing or, if appropriate, eliminating overlap between Local, State and Commonwealth
responsibility…;
– achieving agreement between State and Commonwealth governments about their distinct and mutually exclusive responsibilities and subsequent funding sources for associated programmes; and
– achieving equity and sustainability in the funding of any programmes that are deemed to be the responsibility of more than one level of government (emphasis added).

We should watch NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet who is saying “Australia needs a federal review informed by the past two years of combating the pandemic”. https://www.theaustralian.com.au/commentary/pandemic-lessons-for-nought-without-federation-reform/news-story/52e81cdebf2aca1c45eb3c9f59cf15a6

The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act protects against acquisition of property on unjust terms Section 51 (xxxi), and cannot authorize any form of civil conscription re medical services Section (xxiiiA).

Final report released on Constitutional recognition for Aborigines

from Jim O’Toole

This expensive, paternalistic exercise will, if enshrined in the (Claytons) Constitution will cost every Australian a fortune for ever more. The first thing the militant blackfellas will demand is rent be paid to every one of them in the country. The majority of those claiming to be black all appear to be largely white. What a bonanza for the lawyers and those white men who reckon they once lived in gunyahs.

If Shorten and his Labor Party band of carpetbaggers, lesbians and poofters get a majority at the federal election the blackfella bonanza will be legislated. According to the ALP the Commonwealth Constitution of Australia is only useful to kick opposition members out of parliament.

Will today’s real Aborigines please stand up?

The Joint Select Committee on Constitutional Recognition relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples has presented its final report to the Parliament.

The Committee was established in March to consider matters relating to constitutional change, including the recommendations of the Expert Panel, the previous Joint Select Committee, the Statement from the Heart, and the Referendum Council.

At the outset, the Committee understood and acknowledged that the Statement from the Heart was a significant turning point in the discussion about the constitutional recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

As such, the Committee focussed its efforts on the central proposal for constitutional change made in the Statement from the Heart—the proposal for a First Nations Voice.

The Committee has also been mindful of the need to ensure that its recommendations are legitimate and acceptable to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the Parliament, and, ultimately, the Australian people.

In its interim report, the Committee considered the proposal for a Voice in detail, and since July the Committee continued to seek the views of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and others about how best to achieve constitutional recognition.

In its final report, the Committee endorses the proposal for a Voice. The Committee recommends a process of co-design between government and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to determine the detail of the Voice, to conclude within the term of the 46th Parliament.

The Committee further recommends that the appropriate legal form of the Voice be determined following this process of co-design.

The Committee considers that these recommendations are significant steps for the Parliament to discuss and consider, and significant steps towards a bipartisan and agreed approach to advancing the cause of constitutional recognition.

The Committee also makes recommendations in relation to truth-telling about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history, traditions, and culture. The Committee hopes that a fuller understanding of Australia’s history will lead to a more reconciled nation.

The Committee acknowledges and thanks everyone who participated in the inquiry, including those who made written submissions and gave evidence at public hearings around Australia.

The final report is available on the Committee’s website at: www.aph.gov.au/jsccr

The stupidity of green power

from Viv Forbes, Science Writer

“Daring to Doubt”
by Tony Abbott:
“Climate change is by no means the sole or even the most significant symptom of the changing interests and values of the West. Still, only societies with high levels of cultural amnesia could have made such a religion out of it. Beware the pronouncement, “the science is settled”. It’s the spirit of the Inquisition, the thought-police down the ages. Almost as bad is the claim that “99 per cent of scientists believe” as if scientific truth is determined by votes rather than facts.”

Serious Defects in Australia’s Energy Policies

Donald Trump:

“… As President, I can put no other consideration before the wellbeing of American citizens.  The Paris Climate Accord is simply the latest example of Washington entering into an agreement that disadvantages the United States to the exclusive benefit of other countries, leaving American workers — who I love — and taxpayers to absorb the cost in terms of lost jobs, lower wages, shuttered factories, and vastly diminished economic production.

Thus, as of today, the United States will cease all implementation of the non-binding Paris Accord and the draconian financial and economic burdens the agreement imposes on our country.  This includes ending the implementation of the nationally determined contribution and, very importantly, the Green Climate Fund which is costing the United States a vast fortune….”

Primed Minister Turnbull set To “White Ant” Liberals AGAIN !

turnbull-2

Malcolm Turnbull (from Google Images)

Again in Messiah mode Liberal’s resident “white ant” of the Malcolm Turnbull variety is powering up  another stealth attack on the Liberal Party leadership.  Flaunting personal accolades of achievements while slating comparison to government trouble spots, he emphatically denies any leadership challenge.

Liberals have short prospects of returning to government without serious reform, but with a Turnbull leadership they can expect annihilation at the next election.

People do not vote governments in they vote governments out“.

Joe Hildebrant of the Daily Telegraph clearly writes how the Turnbull “White Ant”  is working the system expecting to be canonised from within the liberal’s Canberra Tabernacle .

How to write a Malcolm Turnbull leadership story in one easy step

Joe Hildebrand writes in the Rendezview section of the Daily Telegraph April 18, 2015.

Malcolm Turnbull has made headlines again this week after appearing on the cover of GQ Magazine in a rather snappy blue suit and a come-hither look that had more gravitational pull than a black hole.

Of course the Turnbull camp was quick to hose down suggestions that this had anything to do with his leadership aspirations.

And they were completely right. Because the key to running for the leadership is that you never ever say you are running for the leadership. In fact, if you’re really doing your job right no one will ever say you are running for the leadership, which is of course how you communicate to people that you’re running for the leadership.

Confused? Allow me to demonstrate …

CANBERRA, 18 APRIL 2015 — Prime ministerial aspirant Malcolm Turnbull today denied he had any intention to run for the Liberal leadership, despite sources saying he was clearly the best man for the job.

Looking statesmanlike in a navy suit, Mr Turnbull refused to be drawn on the numerous problems besetting the Abbott government.

“I’m not here to provide running commentary on the freefalling budget revenue, the proposed GST hike, fiddling with superannuation, the secession of Western Australia from the commonwealth, Prince Philip’s knighthood, Tony Abbott’s onion fetish, the Medicare co-payment, the abolition of the Medicare co-payment, university deregulation, the abolition of university deregulation or that weird sex worker who called up the Jon Faine show,” he said.

Instead the Communications Minister said he wanted to focus on the rollout of the National Broadband Network.

“You can talk as much as you like about broken promises, but this is one promise the government is actually delivering on,” he said.

”The fact that it’s being delivered by me is neither here nor there.”

Mr Turnbull refused to be drawn on leadership speculation.

“I’m not here to talk about Tony Abbott or whether or not he will still be prime minister shortly after the budget is handed down,” he said handsomely.

“I’m just here to do my job for the people of Australia. Whether or not they overwhelmingly prefer me as Liberal leader by a factor of about three to one, as a recent poll showed, is of no concern to me.

“The only poll that matters is the one on election day. Oh, and that Fairfax one that keeps giving me high 60s.”

Mr Turnbull is particularly popular in inner city areas, which he modestly declined to put down to his urbane sophistication.

A straw poll of Newtown and Northcote residents found six out of 10 voters supported Mr Turnbull for the prime ministership compared to just three out of 10 for his closest rival, Leon Trotsky.

However Mr Turnbull dismissed the leadership speculation.

“Tony Abbott is the Prime Minister and I support the Prime Minister,” he said.

Asked if this meant he supported Tony Abbott, he said “I support the Prime Minister” 857 times.

These Murris demand to be included in the Commonwealth Constitution of Australia

TO OUR ABORIGINAL FRIENDS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND OUR MONEY CAMPAIGNING FOR SOMETHING YOU ALREADY HAVE!

The sad news for all the indigenous agitators, hangers-on, misguided and deluded social justice groups and the Greens, is that Aborigines are already included in the Constitution. Beginning on July 9, 1900 :

“WHEREAS the people of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland; and Tasmania humbly relying on the blessing of Almighty God, have agreed to unite in one indissoluble Federal Commonwealth……and under the Constitution hereby established.”

We the people of the Commonwealth united under the Constitution will not include you in our Constitution, for you already exist. Take note we will not then have to pay you rent for evermore on the entire Australian continent. You already cost the taxpayer $25 billion a year. How much more do you want?”

Message From a Broome Cop – Australia 2014 G’day !

Yesterday arvo just about to knock off work when all hell breaks out at Town Beach, Broome. Over 150 black fellas from Halls Creek, Balgo, Broome start bluing. They’ve been on the gas all day. They were loaded up with cartons of beer and JDs. First car goes in and the missiles get launched at them and the troopy is trashed. The troops beat a retreat under a barrage of rocks and cans. 2nd, third and 4th cars arrive and they too are smashed by the mob that stop fighting each other and turn on the boys and girls in blue. I go in with my team and we start tipping out grog and the mob comes at us. Apparently it’s our fault for turning up. In our misguided attempt to protect the innocent members of the community going about their lawful business, we have caused the mob to turn on us. We shut all the liquor outlets and the mob go wild again. After an hour and a half we restore order. We have 5 wrecked cars and four injured staff. One obese woman is run over by a police car after throwing herself at the vehicle. Fortunately she is not seriously injured. Your tax payer funded dollars fuelled this disorder. Your tax payer dollars will pay for the repairs, the overtime, the medical bills and the clean up of the public park. Next week is royalty payment week. That means, they can afford to buy cartons of JD and JB and smoke kilos of gunja. That means we will be again back at Town Beach fighting them when things get out of control. Yep, this is paradise.

A 12 year old has been ripping up and down the road on his brand new quad bike. As he flies past he gives us the bird. We won’t chase because of the danger to everyone else. He comes past again, flips the bird and takes off. We know where he lives and arrive in time to catch him and his mate who is riding a small trail bike. We seize both bikes for 28 days and tell them they will be summonsed. He is full of foul language and threats to get us. Mum comes out and is screaming because she only bought the bike today for $2500. Whilst we load the bikes onto a trailer, a local tax payer funded charity organisation turns up with heaps of food -tv dinners and deserts for all the people at the house. So, she can afford to buy the little shit a quad bike but can’t afford to buy them food. Why would she bother – the tax payer is supplying her booze, rent, drugs and (free) mobile phone (yes, you can get a free Telstra mobile if you’re the “victim” of domestic abuse).

When will any politician have the stones to stop this blatant waste and demand accountability from these people who are partying 24/7 on a tax payer funded junket for life. And, when they call me a white dog c-you-en-tee, that’s not being racist. And I’m supposed to treat them with respect when they get locked up. And the wet hasn’t even started yet.

Welcome to the Kimberley.

AN OPEN LETTER TO THE AUSTRALIAN PEOPLE

Liberal, Labor, the Murdoch media, their mates the banks and foreign mining companies should be banned from Australia. Withdraw your savings(if you have any) and place your money in credit unions. Never again vote for the ALP or LNP. Do not buy News Ltd newspapers.

Australia I urge you to share this letter written by Dr David Pascoe, which has over a million hits so far. Public outcry is the only way to make the Federal Government act on the massive rural debt issue that is about to bring down the agricultural industry in Australia. We need to stop the foreclosures now! We need to introduce an Australian Reconstruction and Development Board to take over and re-finance farmers’ debt. Otherwise we face a grim future where we will have no Australian farmers left.

Charlie Phillott (left) The Australian December 2014 – Florence Owens Thompson (Dorthea Lange) March 1936 (originally photographed in b&w and retouched)

Dear Men and Women of Australia,

There are two photographs on this page, and while they might look like father and daughter, they are separated by two nations, one ocean and some seventy years.

Yet incredibly, they are both part of the same tragedy, the kind that leaves deep and irreparable scars on a nation and its people for a lifetime.

The young woman who was born in 1907. The elderly man who was born twenty years later in 1927.

The photograph of the woman was taken in the Great Depression of 1936 when the man was still only 9 years old.

Her name was Florence Owens Thompson and she was a 32 year old mother of seven who was photographed sitting homeless in a tent. The image was published across the newspapers of America and it managed to enrage the nation, because people could not believe that Americans could be treated in such a way.

It forced President Roosevelt to act, to step up and become a leader for his times: he launched soup kitchens, work gangs, programs for the homeless, dams and roads and railways were built – and he gave his people hope.

John Steinbeck later wrote a book called The Grapes of Wrath which became an American literary Icon. It was about a drought that made the farmers penniless – and how the banks had forced them off their land so they could sell it on to the big powerful corporations. What happened to the farmers of Oklahoma ultimately carved a deep and shameful scar across the American identity that was felt throughout the Twentieth Century.

The second photograph on this page is of Charlie Phillott, now 87, an elderly farmer from the ruggedly beautiful Carisbrooke Station at Winton. He has owned his station since 1960, nurtured it and loved it like a part of his own flesh. He is a grand old gentleman, one of the much loved and honoured fathers of his community.

ANZNot so long ago, the ANZ bank came and drove him off his beloved station because the drought had devalued his land and they told him he was considered an unviable risk-  Yet –  “Charlie Phillott has never once missed a single mortgage payment”.

Today this dignified Grand Old Man of the West is living like some hunted down refugee in Winton, shocked and humiliated and penniless. And most of all, Charlie Phillott is ashamed, because as a member of the Great Generation – those fine and decent and ethical men and women who built this country – he believes that what happened to him was somehow his own fault. And the ANZ Bank certainly wanted to make sure they made him feel like that.

Last Friday my wife Heather and I flew up with Alan Jones to attend the Farmers Last Stand drought and debt meeting in Winton. And after what I saw being done to our own people, I have never been more ashamed to be Australian in my life.

What is happening out there is little more than corporate terrorism: our own Australian people are being bullied, threatened and abused by both banks and mining companies until they are forced off their own land.

So we must ask: “is this simply to move the people off their land and free up it up for mining by foreign mining companies or make suddenly newly empty farms available for purchase by Chinese buyers? As outrageous as it might seem, all the evidence flooding in seems to suggest that this is exactly what is going on”.

  • What is the role of Government in all of this?
  • Why have both the State and Federal Government stood back and allowed such a dreadful travesty to happen to our own people?
  • Where was Campbell Newman on this issue? Where was Prime Minister Abbott?

The answerThey are nowhere to be seen.

For the last few months, the Prime Minister has warned us against the threats of terrorism to our nation. We have been alerted to ISIS and its clear and present danger to the Australian people.

Abbott has despatched Australian military forces into the Middle East in an effort to destroy this threat to our own safety and security. This mobilization of our military forces has come at a massive and unbudgeted expense to the average Australian taxpayer which the Prime Minister estimates to be around half a billion dollars each year.

We are told that terrorism is dangerous not only because of the threat to human life but also because it displaces populations and creates the massive human cost of refugees.

Yet not one single newspaper or politician in this land has exposed the fact that the worst form of terrorism that is happening right now is going on inside the very heartland of our own nation as banks and foreign mining companies are deliberately and cruelly forcing our own Australian farmers off the land.

What we saw in the main hall of the Winton Shire Council on Friday simply defied all description: a room filled with hundreds of broken and battered refuges from our own country. It was a scene more tragic and traumatic than a dozen desperate funerals all laced onto the one stage.

Right now, all over the inland of both Queensland and NSW, there is nothing but social and financial carnage on a scale that has never before been witnessed in this nation.

It was 41 degrees when we touched down at the Winton airport, and when you fly in low over this landscape it is simply Apocalyptic: there has not been a drop of rain in Winton for two years and there is not a sheep, a cow, a kangaroo, an emu or a bird in sight. Even the trees in the very belly of the creeks are dying.

There is little doubt that this is a natural disaster of incredible magnitude – and yet nobody – neither state nor the federal government – is willing to declare it as such.

The suicide rate has now reached such epic proportions right across the inland: not just the farmer who takes the walk “ up the paddock” and does away with himself but also their children and their wives. Once again, it has barely been covered by the media, a dreadful masquerade that has assisted by the reticence and shame of honourable farming families caught in these tragic situations.

My wife is one of the toughest women I know. Her family went into North West of Queensland as pioneers one hundred years ago: this is her blood country and these are her people . Yet when she stood up to speak to this crowd on Friday she suddenly broke down: she told me later that when she looked into the eyes of her own people, what she saw was enough to break her heart

And yet not one of us knew it was this bad, this much of a national tragedy. The truth is that these days, the Australian media basically doesn’t give a damn. They have been muzzled and shut down by governments and foreign mining companies to the extent that they are no longer willing to write the real story. So the responsibility is now left to people like us, to social media – and you, the Australian people.

And so the banks have been free to play their games and completely terrorise these people at their leisure. The drought has devalued the land and the banks have seen their opportunity to strike. It was exactly the excuse that they needed to clean up and make a fortune, because once the rains come – as they always do – this land will be worth four to ten times the price.

In fact, when farmers have asked for the payout figures, the banks have been either deeply reluctant or not capable of providing the mortgage trail because they have on-sold the mortgage – just like sub-prime agriculture.

This problem isn’t simply happening in Winton, but rather right across the entire inland across Queensland and NSW. The banks have been bringing in the police to evict Australian famers and their families from their farms, many of them multigenerational. One farmer matter of factly told us it took “oh, about 7 police” to evict him from his first farm and “maybe about twelve” to evict him from his second farm which had been in his family for many generations. You think they are kidding you. Then you see the expression in their eyes.

And there was something far worse in the room on Friday: the fear of speaking out against the banks: when we asked people to tell us who had done this to them, they would immediately start to shake and cry and look away: They have been silenced to protect the good corporate image of their tormentors called the banks. What in God’s name have the bastard banks been allowed to do to our people?

This is a travesty against the rights and the human dignity

of every Australian

So it’s only fair that we start to name a few of major banks involved: The ANZ is a major culprit (they made $7 billion profit last year). Then there is Rabo – which is an international agricultural bank – the NAB, Bank West and Westpac (who paid CEO Gail Kelly a yearly salary of some $12 million). They are all equally guilty. For any that we have missed, rest assured they will be publicly exposed as well

But here’s the thing: when these people are forced off their farms, they have nowhere to go. There are no refugee services waiting, such is the case for those who attempt to enter the sovereign borders of this nation. The farmers simply drive to the nearest town – that’s if the banks haven’t stripped their cars off them as well – and they try and find somewhere to sleep. Some are sleeping on the backs of trucks in swags. There is basically no home or accommodation made available to take them. They camp out, shocked and broken and penniless – and they are living on weet bix and noodles. If there is someone that can lend a family enough money to buy food, they will: otherwise they are left completely alone.

And consider this: not one of them has asked for help. Not one. They just do the best they can, ashamed and broken and brainwashed by the banks to believe that everything that has happened is completely their own fault

There is not one single word of this from a politicians lips, with the exception of the incredibly courageous father and son team of Bob and Robbie Katter, who organised the Farmers Last Stand meeting. The Katter family have been in the North since the 1890’s, and nobody who sat in that hall last Friday could question their love and commitment to their own people.

There is barely a mention of any of this as well in the newspapers, with the exception of a brief splash of publicity that followed our visit.

The Minister for Agriculture Barnaby Joyce attended the meeting in a bitter blue-funk kind of mood that saw him mostly hunched over and staring at the floor. He had given $100 million of financial assistance in a lousy deal where the Government will borrow at 2.75% and loan it back at 3.21%.

The last thing these people need is another loan: they need a Redevelopment Bank to refinance their own loans: issuing a loan to pay off a loan is nothing more than financial suicide.

The reality is that Joyce cannot get support from what he calls “the shits in Cabinet” to create a desperately needed Redevelopment Bank so that these farmers can get cheap loans to tide them through to the end of the drought.

Our sources suggest that those “shits in Cabinet” include:

Malcolm Turnbull – Minister for Communications and the uber-cool trendy city-centric Liberal in the black leather jacket.

Andrew Robb – Minster for Trade and Investment and the man behind the free trade deal, the man who suddenly acquired three trendy Sydney restaurants almost overnight, the man who seems to suddenly desperate to sell off our farms to China.

Greg Hunt, Environment Minister and the man who is instantly approving almost every single mining project that is put in front of him.

At the conclusion of the meeting, we stood and met some of the people in the crowd. My wife talked to women who would hug her for dear life, and when they walked away people would suddenly murmur “oh, she was forced off last week” or “they are being forced off tomorrow” . Not one of them mentioned it to us. They had too much pride.

The Australian people need to be both informed and desperately outraged about what is being done to our own people. This is about every right that was once held dear to us: human rights, property rights, civil rights. And most all, our right to freedom of speech. All of that has been taken away from these people – and the rest of us need to understand that we are probably next.

In the last four weeks the Newman Government has removed all farmers rights to protest to a mine and given mining companies the rights to take all the water they want from the Great Artesian Basin – and at no cost to them at all.

And all of this has happened under the watch of both Premier Newman and Prime Minister Abbott.

Until Friday, we used to think of Winton as the home of Waltzing Matilda: it was written at a local station and first performed in the North Gregory Hotel. I think it was Don McLean who wrote, “something touched me deep inside…the day the music died”… in his song American Pie, and for us, last Friday was the day music died.

We will never be able to sing Waltzing Matilda again until we see some justice for these people, and all the farmers of the inland.

This is no longer the Australia we once knew: no longer our country, no longer our people, no longer the decent caring leaders we once remembered.

Right now, the banks, the mining mates, the corrupt politicians and all the ‘mongrels in suits’ have won – and the Australian people don’t have a clue what has been done to them.

Like the American Depression and the iconic photograph of Florence Owens Thompson, there is a terrible, gaping wound that has been carved across the heartland of this nation.

We need to fully grasp that, and to understand that our people – dignified, decent and honourable old men like Charlie Phillott – have been deliberately terrorized, brutalised – and sold out.

In one sense, Charlie Phillott has become the symbol overnight of every decent Australian: the simple right to live out our lives on the land we love – and the land we are still free to call our own. At least until some dangerously persuaded corrupted trendy liberal theorist decided to strip all that away.

The truth is, no Australian was ever consulted about whether or not they wanted to see their land mined into oblivion or see our precious water poisoned and given away for free, whether they wanted to be driven off their land by the greed of banking executives who saw the chance to make a profit by wiping out the weakest and most vulnerable amongst us.

No Australian was ever consulted about whether or not we wanted to see our beloved homeland sold on the cheap to greedy faceless foreigners just because some slimy two-faced minister managed to convince a weakened prime minster to meekly carry out his bidding.

Nobody has asked, “We the People” – Not once.

So if we are ever going to do something, then we’d better realise that its now only two minutes to midnight – so we’d better move fast.

Regards

David

Malaysia banned from Flight MH17 investigation

After extensive investigations there is no doubt Flight MH17 was shot down by a Ukranian jet fighter. Australian PM Tony Abbott has made no mention about Malaysian authorities being banned from the investigative team. Relatives of Australian survivors should be asking questions of Mr Abbott.

http://www.veteranstoday.com/2014/12/03/neo-banning-malaysia-from-mh17-investigation-reeks-of-a-coverup/

http://journal-neo.org/2014/11/28/mh17-malaysia-s-barring-from-investigation-reeks-of-cover-up/

Comments to the above article – weird, but possible.

Just reeks of cover up and 2 Malaysian jets? There must be a connection somewhere. What about this?
(translation) From an eyewitness, an Eastern Ukraine Commander………..if this is accurate no wonder they won’t release the facts.
These body parts, there was some kind of liquid coming out of them as shown – not blood. This is what it looked like by day; by night the liquid around bodies looked strangely green. Very little, or no blood. The bodies looked like they were stored somewhere. There was an odd concentration of bodies, seemed like they were concentrated in 2 parts of the plane. It was impossible to stand by one of the plane parts – the smell of chemicals was overwhelming, as if in a morgue. Body parts didn’t look like they came from living people. There were birds that got hit and died. I took their pictures – by contrast, their bodies looked like they were those of living things, a very different look compared to the human bodies.

Again and again, stressing that there was no blood and people didn’t seem like they were just deceased.
Most passengers seemed of Asian look, so it is unclear how so many could have been Dutch. Only 20 bodies had clothes on, the rest were stark naked. Even though it can be that their clothes got blown off during the fall, but wouldn’t at least something like a sock, or a trace of a belt on their waste, be left? Only 7 were children, not half the plane as the West was saying. It was curious that so many passports were left absolutely intact, with no traces of any damage. Another curious thing was that passports were also concentrated in one or two spots. Electronics mobile phones, notebooks were collected. We looked especially for dates. All private photos we found in victims’ phones were from 2013. None from 2014.

Islamic Nigab, Bike Helmet and KKK Test Canberra Security

Ku Klux Klan protest at Parliament House

Protesters of the Faceless group
Protesters of the ‘Faceless’ group –
A group of men wearing a Ku Klux Klan outfit, a motorbike helmet and a Muslim niqab have tried to enter Parliament House in Canberra to argue in favour of a nationwide ban on the burqa.

They were met by a security official outside the building, who advised the men that the helmet and the KKK hat were not allowed inside.

He told the protester wearing the niqab that his face would have to be revealed during the normal security screening process.

The media was unable to witness the security process, but all three men emerged without their head coverings.

“It seems that you’re allowed to wear a full-faced covering into Parliament if you’re a Muslim woman, but no other group is allowed to have that same privilege,” Sergio Redegalli told reporters.

“We, as males, are not allowed to wear any face coverings in Parliament House.”

Under new Parliament House security rules, Muslim women wearing a burqa are allowed inside once they have shown their face at the normal security checkpoint.

Speaker Bronwyn Bishop last week backed down from a plan to force Muslim women wearing the burqa to sit behind glass enclosures when in the parliamentary chamber.

Today’s protest was organised by a group called Faceless.

Mr Redegalli said it was “fantastic” that they were not allowed inside the building with facial coverings, but argued it should be applied to everyone.

“The next time, the next group of people that go to any security point to be asked to identify themselves – it may be too late because they’re already in Parliament,” he said.

“No-one should be walking up the [parliamentary] forecourt or in [the] public domain hidden from sight.”

Faceless group previously ‘tested security’ at NSW Parliament

It is not the first time the group has pulled a similar stunt.

In 2012, Faceless members walked through the Sydney CBD to “test security” at various buildings, including the New South Wales Parliament.

It caused tension between local Muslim groups.

A number of federal Coalition MPs – including Liberal senator Cory Bernardi – have been pushing for a ban on the burka inside Parliament House, arguing there are security and identity issues with the facial covering.

In 2011, Senator Bernardi praised Mr Redegalli – who was today wearing the KKK outfit – as a “friend” and someone who has become “an eloquent spokesman for freedom of speech”.

“I happen to agree with Mr Redegalli that the burka has no place in Australia,” Senator Bernardi said in 2011.

“I consider it a security risk and a symbol of repression and Islamic fundamentalism.

“Many Muslims [and opinion polls suggest a vast majority of other Australians] agree with me.”

At the time, Mr Redegalli was under attack for painting a “Say no to burkas” mural on his Sydney glass sculpting studio.

He made clear today that he found the KKK outfit offensive, but said he was wearing it to make a point about facial coverings in public

Islamic Halal Mafia Require Tony Abbott Intervention

YOU GOT RID OF THE CARBON TAX TONY
…now get rid of the Halal Tax

Toasted cheese with a dollop of Vegemite was my favourite late night snack, but I leave off the Vegemite now that it’s owned by the American company Mondelez International and sports a little “Hal Certified” notice. No worries, my Aussie owned and made Bega cheese still bubbled under the griller while the jug boiled for a strong cup of tea.

That was until I noticed this funny little Arabic hieroglyph on the back of my Bega cheese packet too. Bloody hell, first my Vegemite and now my Bega cheese! No worries, I’m happy with plain toast.

I wasn’t game to go through the whole fridge or I’d have starved.

Trying to find Aussie tucker on the shelves is hard enough but trying to find tucker that is not Islamically sanctioned is near impossible, and it’s meant to be.

An insidious and isllegal protection racket called “Hbalal Certification” has worked its way through our food chains without us knowing a thing about it.

islam-london4Australian manufacturers and importers of food and drink are actually paying Islamic halal certifiers up to $30,000 per month for the honour of displaying this little Arabic sign.

So, who are these Islamic bastards who are adding to my grocery bill ? Well, the “Indonesian Council of Ulama”, MUI, (which also orders Fatwa rulings) is the Mafia style Islamic body organising the multi-million dollar racket that forces Australian companies to pay outrageous amounts to have their food certified as halal.

One major Aussie meat processor, who refused to be identified, claimed he had been told to pay $27,000 a month for halal certification, which of course was expected to be passed on to the consumer.

Mr Stephen Kelly, an executive of the Japanese-owned Nippon Meat Packers in Queensland, said last year that MUI had banned his abattoirs from selling meat into Indonesia because he had dealt with MUI’s opposition for certification.

MUI’s opposition is the Australian certifier, “Halal Food Services” (AHFS), who had undercut MUI’s price for certification and the Indonesian company apparently calls the tune when it comes to blackmailing Australian food companies.

From what I can discover there are halal certifiers in all countries with South East Asia being regulated from Indonesia and the governing body’s world headquarters are encamped in Saudi Arabia. There are State branch halal authorities operating in Australia

Islamic websites claim all money (estimated in the billions) goes to building Islamic schools but where it actually goes after leaving Australia I shudder to guess.

The funny thing is a couple of years ago Aussie shoppers woke up to the scam and began avoiding halal certified food, so all these little Arabic motifs started disappearing.

Thinking this might lead to some sort of Fatwa I called a few food manufacturers. None was prepared to speak to me, except Arnott’s, who said they were attempting to resist some “stand-over tactics”.

One distributor, who asked not to be named, was prepared to offer an opinion: “They really don’t care if the halal sign is there or not, they only insist it’s on the exported product and as long as the supplier pays the monthly fee everything’s sweet. If they refuse to pay, then their exports are at risk.”

hala-logoLocal clerics arrange for Muslims to flood Aussie food processors with intimidating letters and phone calls threatening that unless they pay fees to become halal certified, some, pretty bad stuff will happen”.

When contacted last year over the scam, the Federal Department of Agriculture said it had, “no power over religious certifiers”. But another spokesman said, and get this one:

“The Australian Government values our close relationship with MUI and will continue to work together with them to overcome issues that affect the mutually beneficial trade in red meat to Indonesia.”

barnaby_joyceI have asked the Dept of Agriculture if they have an update on their response to halal certification, but am yet to receive a reply. I have also left phone messages with Barnaby Joyce (pictured) but it seems halal certification is an uncomfortable subject.

An Islamic Council response ?

“Hope this will clear the misconception of Halal issue for all intent and purpose.

The Halal Food Authority promotes animal welfare, adherence to food safety, food hygiene and quality in compliance with the teachings of the Islamic jurisprudence and faith.” Blah blah blah, as soon as got to the animal welfare bit I knew it was a load of Islamic camel droppings.

So it’s up to you Tony, no new legislation needed, no Senate shit, just an appreciation of what is already thoroughly illegal and what is hurting Australian shoppers. Of course it may also hurt relations with our misunderstood Islamic friends.

Or is that the real problem ?

Whistleblower who leaked a secret scholarship for Tony Abbott’s daughter to be sentenced this week

From News Forage

A young university student at the centre of the Whitehouse Institute secret scholarship story is facing up to two years jail. Max Chalmers reports.

A 21-year-old journalism student at the University of Technology, Sydney will face a Sydney Court this week to be sentenced for accessing student records that showed the Prime Minister’s daughter received a secret scholarship from the Whitehouse Institute of Design.

In September, Freya Newman pleaded guilty to breaching Section 308(H) of the NSW Crimes Act,which forbids accessing restricted data held in a computer.

The charge carries a jail sentence of up to two years.

Newman worked as a part-time librarian at the Whitehouse Institute, quitting shortly after it was revealed Tony Abbott’s daughter Frances had been approached by the college to accept a rare scholarship.

Ms Abbott paid just $7,546 for her $68,182 degree.

At the time Tony Abbott was the Leader of the Opposition.

Documents obtained by New Matilda showed Frances Abbott had a single meeting with the college’s owner Leanne Whitehouse, and after graduting from the three year course was also awarded given a job at the Institute.

Internal registers revealed that unlike the college’s 73 other employees, Frances Abbott had no assigned role.

Since charges have been brought against Newman, support has grown from sources as diverse as human rights lawyer Julian Burnside and former ‘Neighbours’ star Caitlin Stasey.

‘Useful idiots’ revere the chains by which they are held

A number of Australian Prime Ministers and State Premiers no doubt worship this author.

Author and socialist Saul Alinsky died about 42 years ago – June 12, 1972 Education: University of Chicago
Books: Rules for Radicals, Reveille for Radicals

His writings influence those in political control of our nations today. Recall that Hillary Clinton did her college thesis on his writings and Obama writes about him in his books.

Anyone out there think that this stuff isn’t happening today in the U.S. and its sister State Australia? All eight rules are currently in play.

How to create a social state by Saul Alinsky:

There are eight levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a social state. The first is the most important.

1) Healthcare- Control healthcare and you control the people 2) Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
3) Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
4) Gun Control- Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.
5) Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income)
6) Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school.
7) Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools. 8) Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor.

This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

Does any of this seem like what is happening to the United States and Australia?

Alinsky merely simplified Vladimir Lenin’s original scheme for world conquest by communism, under Russian rule. Stalin described his converts as “Useful Idiots.” The Useful Idiots have destroyed every nation in which they have seized power and control. It is presently happening at an alarming rate in the U.S and Australia.

This week Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott, a devout Jesuit and Constitutional Monarchist, returned from high level talks with the British and American Governments.
Tony has got his marching orders and has been told to toe the oligarchical line instructed by the City of London.

If people can read this and still say everything is just fine…they are the “useful idiots”.

— “It is difficult to free fools from the chains they revere.” – perhaps a fitting description of the majority of Australians?

So much for Barnaby Joyce’s drought aid package

KAP Leader and the Federal Member for Kennedy Bob Katter MP is furious about the Federal Department of Agriculture increasing their fees and charges for live cattle export, by up to 66% in some cases.

As outlined on the Department of Agriculture’s website, processing, administration and overnight fees have risen to over $529 per 15 mins processing time.

According to Cattlemen in the Gulf this would equate to roughly $5 per head of cattle leaving Australia by sea.

Mr Katter believes that the Government have given with one hand but taken with the other and the additional fees are the difference between making a profit and running at a loss.

“Over 2000 farmers are in banking default in Qld. Only 168 applied for their concessional loans and only 64 of them were eligible for the assistance.

“To impose $5 a head fees and charges on top of what they (cattlemen) have been through in the last 3 years shows the callousness and officiousness of the ALP and the LNP ministers. This announcement leaves any decent Christian person with a foul smell of sewage in their nostrils.

“The ALP Government with their mindless callous vandalism, wrecked the live cattle export producers and their numerous contractors and employees and now this LNP mob are sitting on $720 million of loan monies and on top of this they have applied a $5 extra charge per head. We are talking about 10% of their entire income. After mustering and cartage, I doubt whether they would be making $300. $5 is the difference between making a profit and making a loss.

“Even before the live cattle debacle, there was only a 2% profit to cattlemen and now thanks to this Government, we can reduce this by 100%. In a similar situation, as a 29 year old Member of Parliament, I exploded with rage when a similar charge was imposed in a similar situation. Half a dozen ministers backed me up and I thought there were going to be fisty cuffs in the party room.” Mr Katter said.

The announcement to increase live export fees comes at a time when the industry is just starting to get back on its feet. Cattlemen were buoyed by the prospect of a renewed live export market, only to now be fit with live export fee increases.

“The light at the end of the tunnel is a loco motive coming at you at 100klms an hour.” Mr Katter said.
