Andrews’ private police cover up details of his collision with a young cyclist who was nearly killed
from National Shooting Council
Liberal Democrat Victoria MP Tim Quilty, has put the spotlight on Victoria’s firearm registry once again, after it was revealed that 100,000 guns simply went “missing”, raising serious questions about how it is run.
Mr Quilty, a licensed shooter and proud NSC Member, has been probing the operations of the Registry through questions in Parliament to the police minister for nearly a year.
Ministers’ pushback on transparency
The government of communist Dan Andrews has taken a strong dislike to the questions.
Every time Mr Quilty has asked questions, he has been ridiculed, berated, and attacked in the house by Andrew’s government ministers, Gayle Tierney and Jaala Pulford.
Tierney represents Police Minister Lisa Neville (as Neville sits in the lower house). Her attacks on Tim have increased in their ferocity and nature every time he raised LRD matters.
It is clear from the government responses that it is becoming increasingly uncomfortable on the matter. It is also clear the government doesn’t want to see cracks appear in the registry, in an election year.
Registry faces heat
Thanks to Tim’s efforts, it has been confirmed that the registry does have 100,000 guns missing.
The police and government have attempted to “bat this off” by blaming discrepancies in the old firearms database that they stopped using in 1996 when it was replaced by the current Licensing and Registration System.
On the 6th April 2022 Tim asked whether there were 100,000 missing guns, and what was being done about the matter. He also asked if VicPol did in fact hold a firearm dealers licence, and if so if it was bound by the same laws as other Victorian Firearms dealers.
On the 6th May 2022 Tim received a written response from Lisa Neville. The link for Tim’s questions and Neville’s answers can be seen by clicking here.
Apart from confirming the missing guns, the responses reveald that “Operation Ravelings” reviewed 60,000 firearms records held by registry without explaining what was found. The responses also confirmed VicPol holds a firearms dealers licence and that it:
“is required to meet its licence requirements within accordance with the Firearms Act 1996.”
The way VicPol treats dealers for any offences is well known.
Dealers who lose a firearm or who have discrepancies in their records have their licences suspended/cancelled, lose their businesses and are prosecuted – but the registry does not apply the same rules to itself.
There have been a number of high-profile cases where VicPol was forced to admit it was wrong.
The most recent being the case of Rod Haugh from the Outdoor Sportsman in Geelong who was able to clear his name after a six-year legal battle that cost him his health and a fortune on legal fees.
On Wednesday, 25th May 2022 Tim asked more questions in Parliament about the “missing” guns.
Instead of answering the question, Labor MP Gayle Tierney attempted to divert the house’s attention by referring to the USA primary school shooting days earlier. The link to what Tim said can be seen by clicking here or simply watch it here.
This time Tim dropped a bomb on the government. He revealed that he was in possession of a Victoria Police Affidavit (a sworn statement) signed by a senior LRD officer that attempted to explain the disappearance of seized guns and gun parts as having been “inadvertently” destroyed.
The officer involved, Senior Sergeant Andrew Armstrong (right), is the firearms portfolio holder at the LRD and has been since mid-2014.
Armstrong had his Affidavit witnessed by his immediate subordinate officer, Sergeant Paul Connor and made the claim that the firearms destroyed were of no monetary value.
These revelations show that the Victorian registry is a basket case and how its seems to operate as a law unto itself. The NSC eagerly awaits the government’s response to Tim’s questions, and predict a lot more is likely to be revealed in the fullness of time.
Full credit to Tim Quilty for having the guts to pursue this matter when others wouldn’t. In fact he’s the only MP in the Victorian Parliament who has shooters’ interest at heart.
One thing that is clear is that the government has a lot of questions to answer. In particular, it needs to explain the documented links between it and senior VicPol force command members
Even former VicPol Chief Commissioner Kel Glare publicly described current force command with “an old proverb that says ‘the fish goes rotten from the head’”.
Ironically the NSW government has just announced a review into the operations of its own registry. Yet it’s a move that is unlikely to be copied by the Victorian Government.
Editor: It should also hold a judicial inquiry into the atrocious conduct of police officers both government and private mercenaries when confronting tens of thousands of protesters in Melbourne last year.
Victoria Police are getting DESPERATE to prevent the world from seeing their outrageous behaviour in Melbourne. Well done Avi of Rebel News.
“Avi is starting to become a bit more problematic. So we might need to look at what Avi’s role is here in the moment.”
We caught a senior police officer on video saying that to his fellow riot cops. They were trying to get me to stop reporting on the lockdown protests in Melbourne.
But they didn’t dare arrest me again. Because I’m already suing them in the Supreme Court for assault and false arrest. And they know that millions of people are watching.
So the police are doing something even worse: they’re going after the people close to me.
You already saw police showing up in the dead of night to my home, demanding that I stop my journalism. They knew that wouldn’t scare me. But they knew it would scare my family.
When that didn’t stop me, they tried something else: they brutally assaulted and falsely arrested Daniel Jones, the security guard who accompanies me on my journalism.
Daniel is a complete professional. He’s licensed and insured and wears a bright vest with his name, his company name and the word “security” on it. Police know exactly who he is. He’s a gentle giant who never picks a fight, and does his best to de-escalate any situation. They had no cause to target him — other than they know I rely on Daniel to keep me safe
Which is why they attacked him, threw him to the ground, punched him, kneed him, and put handcuffs on him so tightly that even an hour later, his wrists were still bright red.
And to add insult to injury, they gave Daniel a $1,817 ticket — their way of saying if he continues to work with me, he should expect a lot more abuse.
Well, I’ve had enough. So we filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court, suing the police for their illegal misconduct towards Daniel.
Please click here to read the lawsuit for yourself. It lays out exactly what the police did to Daniel, and why it’s so wrong.
Daniel doesn’t have the money to sue the police. And the police have the unlimited resources of the state of Victoria behind them.
But I told him: our viewers will help. Because the work I do is only possible because Daniel has my back.
The police think that if they can break Daniel, maybe they can break me, too.
Maybe if I don’t have someone watching my back… well, maybe something bad will happen to me. By choosing to target my bodyguard, police are telling me that I’m not safe. Just like when they came to my family home.
That’s police state stuff. Not the stuff of a great democracy like Australia.
Please help me. I know I ask for your help a lot, but this is for Daniel, not for me. We have a team of top-notch lawyers going to court for Daniel. Please click here to help me crowdfund their fees, or go to www.StandWithDaniel.com.
We’re going to fight for Daniel, because he was attacked by the police. But also because we need a judge in Victoria to tell police in general that they’re out of control. Daniel’s case is the perfect one.
If you can help me, please click here, and chip in a few dollars to help cover the costs of our excellent lawyers.
Do it for me — and do it for my protector, Daniel.
Chief Australia Correspondent
P.S. There were literally nine cops that jumped on Daniel. He didn’t resist, but they punched and kneed him anyways. It was their way of showing me who’s boss.
P.P.S. The proper way to fight back is in the court of law, by showing a judge what these brutal cops did, and demanding justice. Please click here, or go to www.StandWithDaniel.com if you want to help us do just that. (Thanks.)

VICTORIA POLICE and How To Deal With Them.
On October 16 2019, a Wednesday, Premier Daniel Andrews said this, on an ABC Classic FM news bulletin:
“The people of Victoria need to help Victoria Police to do their job.
Victoria Police are now independent of the Parliament of Victoria.”
This means that VicPol have no lawful authority.
Their only jurisdiction is by contract.
Never, ever, identify as a PERSON.
The PERSON is a LEGAL title, and is not a living, breathing man or woman, but a
Identifying as a PERSON-the copper will always refer to you as a PERSON-and he’s got you: you are in contract with the copper and he can make you subject to all the STATUTES because you have identified as a STATUTORY PERSON.
STATUTES only apply to STATUTORY PERSONS, not people because you are made of flesh and blood, not paper!
For more on the PERSON, Google “The Office of The Person” for the full story.
So what you should not do when confronted by Police:
-Don’t answer any questions, as they will then have you in contract, and can do whatever they want-you have the right to remain silent, always;
-answer a question with a question;
-Don’t do anything they ask.
EXAMPLE: If you go to Court, when you tell the Magistrate your name, you are instantly in CONTRACT.
The Magistrate cannot proceed-has no jurisdiction at all-until you give him your full NAME.
Try just telling him you are Jim or Bob, and see him go nowhere.
Never answer to your SURNAME.
The CONTRACT is the LAW.
When you CONTRACT with the Magistrate, he is the Law, and you’re done.
And be polite, because one day-as they do in the USA-the coppers will be able to shoot you if they feel you are threatening them.
The best way to be a rebel is to not be a rebel at all-because then they will have no reason to bail you up. They’re only fishing for a fine, anyway.
Things you can stuff them up with:
Ask them for their licence to carry their gun-if they do not have it on them, they are in illegal possession of the firearm;
As VicPol are corporate-the Commissioner of Police is the CEO, a corporate title-they have to have to an insurer-indemnity insurance, etc-commonly known as The Bondholder.
Each police officer will have an individual bond/insurance number.
Ask them for the Bondholder’s name and their individual Bond Number-and watch them back off, as you have just noticed them of their liability.
And make sure you ask them if they are a PUBLIC SERVANT-if not, they are not government.
Police Minister cannot order VicPol to do anything:
From my reading of the Victoria Police Act 2013, it seems that the Police Minister-Geelong’s very own Lisa Neville-has no power to order or ask Victoria Police to do anything, let alone allocate resources to your neighbourhood, to combat the spate of crimes you have-and may continue to-experienced.
If you read from page 26-27 of the Act, you may be as astonished as I was to read what the Act says.
The Police have an obligation to protect life and property, but how to do this is not defined.
The Minister cannot demand that Police patrol the neighbourhood, nor re VicPol obliged to even give the Minister information as to what they may be doing.
Please read the Section 2, if you will. It won’t take long, and you will be amazed.

Daniel Andrews is evil to the core. He must be stopped.
Can I ask how a drug peddling hotdog seller that sold hotdogs as a front, covering his selling of cocaine and speed outside the tunnel night club in the early nineties became Premier of Victoria and even after himself admitting it, is still the Premier. Honestly what the f#*@ is going on. He has devastated Victoria and has his personal security contractors (the Victorian Police) running amok and causing absolute mayhem to all Victorians regardless of any of them committing any crimes. Stupid new rules implemented that would see the rest of the world laughing at us all are created daily. If rumours are correct about these 2nd Pfizer vaccines having microchips in them, then the Victorian Police must of been among the first to have them. Listening to them speak is robotic like.
For example, I watched a video taken by a guy that got followed home in Victoria by six black Public Response unit SUV’s. He pulled up his driveway got out of his car and asked a Senior Sergeant, what was the reason for this. The senior Sergeant realising that he is being filmed, stammered, the guy asks again, and the Senior Sergeant replies,” Because you were driving on a highway”. It was like his robotic memory bank had a minor melt down when quizzed, obviously a flaw that would need to be repaired. That’s not all either. They have every single cop focused on the roads with booze/drug buses , camera cars, marked police cars out everyday and night with more road blocks than anyone would ever of seen.
Thousands of people are being fined and or losing demerit points to a degree where there will be no-one left driving on our roads. I said that to a few people recently and bugger me three days later it was reported that the Victorian Police have flooded our trains network , fining people for not wearing masks, but best yet, arguing. Even the people that were wearing the masks being fined for arguing.
Its totally out of control here in Victoria and I knew The Victorian Police are a registered business as to declare their incoming funds but since when did they become Contractors for the Victorian Government ? I thought they were employed to uphold the law and protect the innocent but now I see they are no more than a private security company being paid by the Victorian Government who are the biggest crime syndicate in Victoria if not Australia.
We need a coup as nobody is helping us.

VICTORIA Police appear to have done the right thing after Cairns News published the story of ex-crim “Lucky Lance” Simon using police vehicle props in stalking videos used in attempts to intimidate Melbourne lawyer and advocate Serene Teffaha.
Lucky Lance seems to think Ms Teffaha is ripping off the people who signed up for her class actions to prosecute unlawful government actions carried out under so-called public health orders. “Lucky Lance” himself posted videos last year about the suspect origins of the COVID pandemic, but now has come out on side with the Victorian Legal Services Board that is trying to shut Ms Teffaha down.
Lance’s swings are very curious. Perhaps it’s something to do with after-effects of the steroids and meth he was once addicted to. “Luckily” some sense has prevailed and Ms Teffaha reports that Victoria Police are not playing games with Lucky Lance.
The cops have confirmed he lied and staged the scenes using random police vehicles and random police officers who are not associated with him in any way. “He has also directly lied about all previous interactions he has had about me with Victoria Police,” Ms Teffaha said on her Telegram page Advocate Me Updates.
Although we have not been able to confirm it, it appears Lucky Lance was somehow able to tap into the pool of police vehicles not being used for regular patrols or operations and spun some story or hired them to get them out to certain locations. Police assured Ms Teffaha they had not given Lance Simon her location or whereabouts and were in no way investigating her.
Lucky Lance Simon meanwhile, will be served with personal safety orders to ensure that he will not come near Ms Teffaha, post or stage any false associations with any Victorian police officers or cause her to have concern about her personal safety and well-being. Further investigations will take place in relation to stalking.
“It has been extremely turbulent for me, given the fact that Lance Simon has been given a platform by Sydney Morning Herald and VLSB. However, I am reassured that Victoria Police are now going to help and fulfil their responsibilities,” Ms Teffaha said.

VIDEO has surfaced of Aussie freedom fighter Sol Milihin’s post-arrest interview with Victorian Police on charges alleging “incitement” to disobey the Victorian chief health officer’s so-called “directions”.
In an interview lasting more than and hour and 15 minutes, Milihin told police he welcomed his arrest as it would allow him to demolish the so-called directives of the Victoria chief health officer when the matter went to court. Milihin is being advised by Melbourne lawyer Serene Teffaha, who is also involved in a class action against the Melbourne lockdown.
Milihin explained in his police interview that he was well educated, having been Dux at a leading South African high school and achieving a maths-physics degree at university. He said the so-called pandemic was a scam and not what it appears to be. “To me, and I’ll be precise, it’s a biological arm of a military coup to take all Australians and Australia into a new world order. That’s how I see it in the big terms.”
Milihin said from his scientific perspective there was no opportunity in the press to debate the science and he had “absolute evidence that it’s a scam”. He said he sent this evidence to Victoria Police Chief Commissioner Shane Patton by registered mail which he signed for in person on July 10th. (Milihin was arrested on July 27th). He sent the same documents to Premier Dan Andrews and “the so-called health minister”.
Milihin called on the government to conduct an independent scientific inquiry into whether scientific fraud around COVID-19 had been committed. “I believe those public servants – because they are our servants – are duty-bound to respond. And I would suggest an adequate and realistic response is to create and independent inquiry, a scientific inquiry into whether this COVID19 is a scam or not. And of course I haven’t heard back from any of them,” Milihin told his police interviewer.
He explained further that Liberal-Democrat Tim Quilty MLC, the Member for Northern Victoria, had promised to table in parliament a petition calling for an independent scientific inquiry.
Milihin said Serene Teffaha had legally demolished the current Victorian state of emergency and health directives forcing people to wear masks. “I welcome you guys arresting me because it’s going to enable us to go to court and table all our grievances and all our issues, right? This is such a welcome situation and I’m so impressed with the quality of the Victorian police force I’ve seen today.”
Opposition Leader Bill Shorten, under amendments to “blue card’ child contact laws, could be prevented from visiting schools or children’s sports events in Queensland.
The Queensland Parliament today is debating ‘blue card’ amendments in a move to cast a wider net to cover more professionals and others who through their work or sport come into contact with children under 18.
The new proposals will have some unintended consequences in their megalomaniacal thrust to prevent professionals such as photographers, personal trainers and even politicians from having contact with children.
The Labor ‘hero’ Shorten would be caught up in the net over persistent rape allegations from 1986 made by then 16 year old Kathy Sherriff.
The allegations were dismissed at the time.
Her latest Facebook post says she has engaged Barrister Peter Faris QC to force Victoria Police to investigate new evidence.
The allegations were again raised in 2013 by journalist Shane Dowling when he named Shorten as being under investigation by police.
Kathy Sheriff’s complaint was again dismissed by police in 2014 for lack of evidence claiming there was no reasonable chance of a conviction. They did add if more evidence was to come to light or new witnesses were found the case could be reopened.
She said further evidence had been found and with her barrister recently visited police asking for the case to be re-investigated.
Myopic Victoria Police, which can’t find black African gangs robbing, pillaging and assaulting white people will probably struggle trying to investigate Sherriff’s allegations.
In any case the major media has been most reluctant to publish any of Shorten’s sordid sexual peccadillos.
