Victoria Police now independent of Parliament says Premier Andrews
Letter to the Editor
VICTORIA POLICE and How To Deal With Them.
On October 16 2019, a Wednesday, Premier Daniel Andrews said this, on an ABC Classic FM news bulletin:
“The people of Victoria need to help Victoria Police to do their job.
Victoria Police are now independent of the Parliament of Victoria.”
This means that VicPol have no lawful authority.
Their only jurisdiction is by contract.
Never, ever, identify as a PERSON.
The PERSON is a LEGAL title, and is not a living, breathing man or woman, but a
Identifying as a PERSON-the copper will always refer to you as a PERSON-and he’s got you: you are in contract with the copper and he can make you subject to all the STATUTES because you have identified as a STATUTORY PERSON.
STATUTES only apply to STATUTORY PERSONS, not people because you are made of flesh and blood, not paper!
For more on the PERSON, Google “The Office of The Person” for the full story.
So what you should not do when confronted by Police:
-Don’t answer any questions, as they will then have you in contract, and can do whatever they want-you have the right to remain silent, always;
-answer a question with a question;
-Don’t do anything they ask.
EXAMPLE: If you go to Court, when you tell the Magistrate your name, you are instantly in CONTRACT.
The Magistrate cannot proceed-has no jurisdiction at all-until you give him your full NAME.
Try just telling him you are Jim or Bob, and see him go nowhere.
Never answer to your SURNAME.
The CONTRACT is the LAW.
When you CONTRACT with the Magistrate, he is the Law, and you’re done.
And be polite, because one day-as they do in the USA-the coppers will be able to shoot you if they feel you are threatening them.
The best way to be a rebel is to not be a rebel at all-because then they will have no reason to bail you up. They’re only fishing for a fine, anyway.
Things you can stuff them up with:
Ask them for their licence to carry their gun-if they do not have it on them, they are in illegal possession of the firearm;
As VicPol are corporate-the Commissioner of Police is the CEO, a corporate title-they have to have to an insurer-indemnity insurance, etc-commonly known as The Bondholder.
Each police officer will have an individual bond/insurance number.
Ask them for the Bondholder’s name and their individual Bond Number-and watch them back off, as you have just noticed them of their liability.
And make sure you ask them if they are a PUBLIC SERVANT-if not, they are not government.
Police Minister cannot order VicPol to do anything:
From my reading of the Victoria Police Act 2013, it seems that the Police Minister-Geelong’s very own Lisa Neville-has no power to order or ask Victoria Police to do anything, let alone allocate resources to your neighbourhood, to combat the spate of crimes you have-and may continue to-experienced.
If you read from page 26-27 of the Act, you may be as astonished as I was to read what the Act says.
The Police have an obligation to protect life and property, but how to do this is not defined.
The Minister cannot demand that Police patrol the neighbourhood, nor re VicPol obliged to even give the Minister information as to what they may be doing.
Please read the Section 2, if you will. It won’t take long, and you will be amazed.
