Precious Police Commissioner like the Police Union president Ian Leavers hate guns; only police should be allowed to own one Ian says
Queensland’s police chief says a billboard suggesting people give each other guns for Christmas is abhorrent and should be taken down.
The billboard at Logan, south of Brisbane, features a gun wrapped in shiny Christmas paper, two images of Australia in the crosshairs, and asks: What’s under your tree this year?
Police Commissioner Ian Stewart says there’s nothing illegal about the gun shop’s advertising, but it does not reflect what Australia stands for.
“I would like to see the billboard taken down. People who use firearms for their sport or work know where to go to purchase guns and I don’t think we need that type of advertising,” he has told ABC radio.
“The message that sends to me and to most people in the community would be quite abhorrent and against everything that’s really good about Australia.”
The billboard is for the same gun shop that erected another giant ad earlier this year, featuring a line of bullets, scaled in size, with the tag line: “Size does matter.”

Cairns will soon be graced with an unexpected visit by Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull who has been subpoenaed to attend the Cairns Magistrate Court on May 22 to give evidence for the defence in a vexatious and false prosecution.
Not only will Cairns city host the PM, but none other than The Governor General Sir Peter Cosgrove has been joined in the action to explain how he holds office under the fictitious Queen of Australia and is being paid in dollars instead of pounds, shillings and pence, as required by the Constitution. It should be noted the Queen has not ever assented to the Decimal Currency Act 1965.
In case the GG gets lonely in the Far North, his Queensland counterpart, former Chief Justice Paul de Jersey and now Governor also has been served with a subpoena to attend.
He has been requested to explain how he, as Governor continues to allow the State business to function after former Premier Peter Beattie turned Queensland into ‘My Government’ of the Smart State, in effect a republic, without a referendum of the people in 2001.
Then if things get out of hand, Queensland Police Commissioner Ian Stewart has been commanded to appear to tell the court how he allowed armed SWAT policemen to gate crash David John Walter’s Herberton home then steal his firearms when the state government is a registered foreign corporation listed on the Washington Stock Exchange and has no authority over any person
who is not a member of a political party.
Prosecutor, David Walter says Mr. Malcolm Turnbull MP, like all Australian politicians is only a private person and a member of a registered political party within the Unicameral Parliaments of Australia, attested by holding a signed, dated, sealed, commercial contract with former Premier Peter Beattie of Queensland – Queensland the Smart State – in the creation of unicameral parliaments of Australia, known as the Australian Government.
The Cairns show promises to be a blockbuster of unimaginable proportions the likes of which have not been seen since federation in this country.
All citizens are invited to attend the Cairns court at 9am on Monday, May 22, 2017 to witness freedom in the making.
Motorists have been warned by the Queensland Police Commissioner the game has changed on the highway and police officers will remove all speeding and other traffic tolerances.
“Expect to pay more fines and more often,” the Commissioner threatened readers of the Courier Mail newspaper.
He admitted the cash-strapped police force was revenue-driven and every officer will now be employed by the corporation under a new system of Key Performance Indicators.
In other words when the officer has a periodic KPI review of his earning capacity for the corporation, his promotion and salary prospects will be governed by the number of ‘fines’ he has imposed.
Whilst this system has been in operation unofficially for a decade or more, Commissioner Stewart has confirmed it for those hard-pressed motorists who have been victims.
Now it is time for all motorists to fight back!
The Melbourne-based Aussie Speeding Fines group has been doing a magnificent job in educating and assisting motorists to fight these unjust and unlawful imposts that statistics reveal have little to do with preventing road accidents.
The Queensland Police Service Inc, like most other states, legally exists only to generate income. The good Commissioner has admitted this fact and it is now every motorist’s duty of care to apply for court proceedings to fight any fine they receive.
The Magistrate’s court system in Queensland is overwhelmed at present because Attorney General Jarod Bleijie has created new statutes to cover the few remaining aspects of life on earth that his predecessor in the Labor Government had missed.
Like Imelda Marcos’ shoes, we now have a statute law for every occasion.
The courts will never cope with thousands of applications for traffic matters.
Every motorist should join Aussie Speeding Fines as soon as possible, before any traffic fines have been received to acquaint themselves of the novel, lawful processes available to protect themselves and their livelihoods from marauding and avaricious traffic cops and their political masters.
