Coles sacks all un-vaxxed staff, clearing the way to shop exclusively at IGA

from the Spectator

Coles sacked the last of its unvaccinated staff at the beginning of this year, long after state mandates fell and other industries began allowing the so-called mavericks of the workforce back into the office. The move, along with other supermarket giants, saw thousands of Australians unceremoniously dumped, many of them single mothers or from struggling households.

‘Are you being served?’ Shop safe at Coles it has 900 trannies to serve you, look out! This grocery cartel has tens of thousands of vaxxed shop assistants to ensure you get a good dose of mRNA vaxx shedding at the checkout, free of course!

Shop safe at Coles’ is something that looks good printed in big letters across double-page ads to those still suffering from anxiety hangovers. Just don’t ask too many questions about the health logic, given unvaccinated people can shop in the store, but not stand behind the counter.

Speaking of corporate virtue signalling.

The same company turned around this week and announced it would be offering its trans and gender-diverse employees ten extra days of paid leave for the purpose of ‘gender affirmation’. ‘Affirmation’ is a hazy term that Coles describes as ‘any process’ that relates to the act of gender affirmation including surgical, social, legal, or medical action. Leave could be granted for anything from an appointment with a lawyer through to full surgery.

Gender Affirmation Leave was timed to coincide with the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexism, and Transphobia – one of the dozens of days and months dedicated to a sexual preference or pronouns.

Coles Chief Legal and Safety Officer, David Brewster, (who also serves as the Chairman of the Pride Steering Committee), released a statement.

‘We know that we have at least 900 team members who identify as transgender or gender diverse. We need to have proper policy and education in this area so there is clear guidance around taking leave for this important transition in their life.’

Coles attached a long and bizarre ‘gender affirming’ statement that seems a little over the top for employment that largely involves stacking shelves and pushing trolleys. Its headings include ‘encouraging you to be your authentic self’ and ‘developing our Pride Team member network’ – which doesn’t sound like something employers should concern themselves with.

This move, described as ‘way ahead of politicians’ (add to that logic, reason, and fairness) is meant to be an action against ‘trans hate’. 2022 has transitioned into a world where an employer who is not constantly, publicly, and (preferably financially) ‘affirming’ an employee they must, by default, hate them. For most of human history, workers preferred their employers to keep their noses out of any private medical business.

‘You’ll be supported as the gender with which you identify, wear the clothes or uniform of your affirmed gender, use the toilets and change rooms of your affirmed gender and be referred to by the name of your affirmed gender too,’ read a statement, issued by Coles.

The statement leans heavily toward sentiments of anti-discrimination and equity – which is fine, one is simply left to wonder where this emotionally sensitive Coles hurt-feelings committee was when it was ruthlessly sacking unvaccinated staff who simply wanted to keep their jobs and their body autonomy at the same time. Coles went one step further, attempting to impose its vaccination policies on unrelated suppliers, contractors, partners, and anyone working onsite.

And no. If you’re an employee with a non-gender related medical or emotional issue, you’ll have to plan ahead and sacrifice some of your holiday leave when you run out of the standard state-sanctioned medical allotment. No one is going to give you a Woke Virtue point for a hip replacement.

Firebomb takes election campaign to a new low in Far Northern Qld seat of Leichardt

Sabotage of hundreds of election signs by Greens supporters, a firebomb, a stolen trailer, prosecution of a union member and a protracted offensive against independent candidates by News Ltd’s Cairns Post newspaper so far have marred the 2019 federal election campaign.

Candidates said although they knew they would be ignored or maligned by the Cairns Post, the newspaper’s exceptionally favourable promotion of sitting Liberal member Warren Entsch has gone far beyond expectations.

Entsch was the champion of gay marriage legislation last year which divided the nation on religious principles. Analysis of the plebiscite results since the passing of legislation has revealed the results were dodgy at the very least.

Vote Australia analysed the Australian Electoral Commission database from where the Australian Bureau of Statistics got its addresses. More then 248,000 envelopes marked “return to sender not known at this address” came back to the ABS.

The ABS did not give these names to the AEC enabling it to cleanse the roll.

These fictitious names remain on the electoral roll which allows those having access to these entries to register a dud vote at the federal election, a ploy developed by the Labor and Liberal parties some 30 years ago.

At the last federal election according to the AEC, at least 18,000 persons voted more than once in support of the ALP slogan ‘vote early and vote often comrade.’

The Townsville seat of Herbert, being hotly contested by Clive Palmer, was ‘won’ by the ALP at the last election by just 37 votes.

In spite of hundreds of requests to Prime Minister Morrison from constituents, he has steadfastly refused to follow the recommendations of the Joint Standing Committee on Electoral Matters to make voters provide identification when voting.

Leichardt is a marginal seat and voting fraud could be a lifeline for Warren Entsch or the saviour of ALP candidate and union hack Elida Faith.

Katters Australian Party candidate and charter boat skipper Dan McCarthy now is being attacked through social media by the Electrical Trades Union which is a sure indicator of his surge in the polls.

Once upon a time such election frivolity occurred only in corrupt Asian or African dictatorships, but it seems these tin pot nations had their training upgraded in Australia.

Real women say stop demonising men just because you hate them

Catherine Deneuve leads group of 100 women denouncing #MeToo campaign for ‘puritanism’

from the ABC and Cairns News

Actress Catherine Deneuve and 99 other French women have denounced a backlash against men following the Harvey Weinstein scandal, saying the #MeToo campaign against sexual harassment amounts to “puritanism” and is fuelled by a “hatred of men”.

In the aftermath of accusations against the US movie producer, millions of women took to social media to share their stories of being sexually harassed or assaulted, using the #MeToo hastag worldwide or #SquealOnYourPig (#balancetonporc).

French actress Catherine Deneuve  says the puritan campaign against men has gone too far saying a man’s right to “pester” a woman was an essential part of sexual freedom.
Sydney-based commentator and author, Stewie Jones-Cartwright agrees, telling Cairns News  the legion of “men-hating dykes” working for the ABC and other extremist women’s groups are getting too much media attention over normal male and female interaction. The media should be censored over their campaigns against men, he said.

“This urge to send men to the slaughterhouse, instead of helping women be more autonomous, helps the enemies of sexual freedom,” the 100 women, including 74-year old Deneuve, one of France’s most famous screen stars, said in a column published by Le Monde daily.

The man’s right to “pester” a woman was an essential part of sexual freedom, they said, describing the campaign as “puritanism”.

Marlene Schiappa, the French minister tasked with cracking down on violence against women, said the Weinstein scandal forced a rethink of attitudes towards sexual harassment in France, a country that cherishes its self-image as the land of seduction and romance.

Ms Schiappa kicked off nationwide consultations on a law that is due to include steps to fight sexual harassment on the streets as well as extend the statute of limitation for rape of minors.

In late October, protesters in Paris disrupted the opening of a retrospective of Roman Polanski’s work following new rape allegations against the French-Polish film director.

But for Deneuve and the other signatories of the letter, including writers and journalists, this went too far.

“This vigilante (online) justice has punished men in their jobs, forced some to resign, when all they did was touch a knee, try to steal a kiss, talk about ‘intimate’ matters in a work dinner,” they wrote.

“We defend a right to pester, which is vital to sexual freedom.”

Sydney commentator Stewie Jones-Cartwright said the campaign against men had gone on for too long, leaving a trail littered with wrecked lives and broken families over often false accusations by women.

“The Family Court is known among men’s groups as a forum to legally denounce mostly innocent husbands or defactos as child abusers, rapists or worse,” he said.

“The Craig McLachlan case is one of the worst media circuses I have seen in decades similar to the Rolf Harris acquittal on appeal in the UK on some charges which were false allegations of sexual abuse.

“The men-hating lesbians in the media should be sacked and prosecuted for their long campaign against often innocent men.”

Katter questions boys going to school wearing dresses

“In the yes-no ballot we were lied to. The law recognises no difference between man & woman or man & man. After a period of living together the law imposes all the rights & legalities of ‘marriage’ whether the word is ‘partner’ or ‘de facto’, in the eyes of the law you are ‘married’, whether you like it or not.

“We’ve been told people won’t be discriminated and won’t be punished – they’ve already been persecuted. The Catholic Bishop in Tasmania was charged under the discrimination act. All the legislative amendments in Parliament to protect religious freedom were voted down.

The real controversy here arose out of Victoria where boys were being made to go to school wearing dresses – a move which supposedly would enable them to be more ‘open minded’ about their sexual preferences.

“One thing for absolute certain is that up until 30 years ago, every single person on this planet, for the last 3.5million years, was the result of a heterosexual relationship and when you start putting into an impressionable young boy that he should be a girl’, then I’m not really surprised Australia has some of the highest juvenile male suicide rates in the world.

“For those promoting this behaviour, if you are successful, we Australians have the lowest birth rate on earth, in other words we are a vanishing race.  Come back in a hundred years time and we’ll be gone. When 20 Australians die, they are replaced by only 17 people. There cannot be a more definitive statement on a race of people than that they simply eliminate themselves from the gene pool.

“The health risks and a lot of this behaviour are high and they are real, and this happy clapper stuff out there is like the use of the word “gay”. It’s not real.

“I got Distinctions for English on an essay on Alexander Popes, a famous poem “And then Belinda smiled, and all the world was gay”. The word gay has been arrogated by the homosexual community. The dictionary defined ‘gay’ as beautiful, light, ethereal, attractive, happy. You’ve got to have a really high opinion of yourself describing yourself with those adjectives. Now they want to steal the word marriage. Marriage is a ceremony sanctifying the relationship between a man and a woman.

“I do not advocate anything else except friendship towards same sex couples, some of whom definitely have it as nature not nurture. My attitude towards such people is best exemplified in my History of Australia where I continuously quoted a person who I consider to be one of the wittiest communicators in the country.

“Finally, I saw the rally on the yes-no vote and I could not see a single person who was over 27 years of age. And I recall my days at Qld University when thousands of students were running around at demonstrations waving their Mao Tse-tung books. We now know he was responsible for 48 million deaths. One of the greatest monsters in history. How did my generation get it so wrong?

“We’ve spent the entire year in Parliament fooling around with the yes-no vote, it has no effect whatsoever legally. Wasted time and $122m. The rest of the year has been spent playing party games over ‘citizenship’ (‘let’s see if I can knock off more MPs than you can’). No wonder the vote of the Major Partys is down to the mid to low 30%.” Mr Katter said.

WAS THE SSM POSTAL PLEBISCITE FRAUDED?

Minister Cormann refuses to answer questions regarding the security of the postal ballot

by Lex Stewart, President of Vote Australia

Possibly, Yes. Massive frauds cannot be ruled out yet.

It might be that the officers of the ABS (with staff seconded from the AEC) have conducted the Australian Marriage Law Postal Survey in an honest and accurate manner, so that the Australian public can trust the result.

However it is also possible that massive frauds have been conducted, and that the true result could have been 60% no, and 40% yes.

We do not yet have sufficient information to rule out the possibility that the AMLPS result was massively frauded.

Liberal Finance Minister and Acting Minister for State Mathias Cormann has so far refused to answer questions relating to the bona fides of the Same Sex Marriage plebiscite.

Over the period 26 September to 8 November I asked about 30 questions of the ABS and of the Minister Cormann.

In the absence of answers at this stage, it is impossible to verify the accuracy and integrity of what happened in the AMLPS.

I say this from my perspectives both as President of Vote Australia, and as a Consultant Engineer who does Audits of factories and farms for Workplace Health and Safety and for Food Safety, issuing ‘HACCP’ compliance certificates.

It is almost meaningless if I inspect a factory and find that the food being produced is free of contamination, or that nobody was killed or injured on that day.

It is not just what happens when I am present in a factory or farm that matters. There needs to be in place a robust “quality assurance” program, with transparency and accountability.

Before I can issue a compliance certificate, I need to check the management, methods, training, etc to make sure that hazards have been assessed and that procedures are in place to ensure food safety or human safety for the other 364 days of the year.

The lack of evidence of a robust “quality assurance” program and procedures in the ABS is alarming.

Based on the somewhat limited information to hand so far:

  • Website www.abs.gov.au, notably the two sections with titles:- “Quality & Integrity Statement” and “External Observers
  • The “Fraud Control Plan and fraud control measures”and its related ‘comprehensive risk assessment’ mentioned on www.abs.gov.au have not been made public
  • And this plan and assessment seem not to have been audited by independent experts
  • Unsatisfactory answers by the ABS to some of my 9 questions of 26 September
  • Lack of answers by the ABS to my questions numbered 10 to 22 of 7 and 8 November
  • Lack of answers by the Minister’s office to my 8 questions numbered A to G
  • Apparent anomalies in the mathematical patterns of votes
  • The refusal by Protoviti, the auditor engaged by the ABS, to answer my questions
  • The ABS not making public the Protoviti reports (likely they have done excellent work, but only within the scope of the ‘terms of reference’ set for them by the ABS)
  • The strange phenomenon that Protoviti employees were forced to sign a “non-disclosure” agreement – the sort of thing only relevant to matters of defence and commercial competitiveness re tenders etc
  • The lack of any publicly-available knowledge as to whether the ‘terms of reference’ (i.e. the scope of activities that Protoviti was asked to address) were adequate or had been set too restrictively by the ABS
  • The inherent possibility that ABS computers could have been ‘hacked’ unless the “cyber security controls including extensive use of data encryption” were of a higher standard than that which normally prevails in Canberra public service agencies
