FROM the rich dairying region of South Gippsland to the cropping plains of the Wimmera, Victorian farmers are not only saying no to the massive renewables invasion of their properties, they are actively stopping it.
In the predominantly dairying district of Shady Creek, in the La Trobe Valley just north-east of the big open-cut Yallourn coal mine, almost the entire local community came out to a local hall to oppose State Government plans to build a battery factory in their area run by the multinational giant Samsung.
Meanwhile across the state in the Wimmera-Mallee, dozens of utes lined up along a country road marked the site of another blockade of Transmission Company Victoria (TCV) crews attempting to access farms for transmission line construction.
Wade Northhausen, representing the farm action group Billboard Battalion, said local farmer Benny Duxon had been instrumental in the fightback to keep the transmission companies off farmers land.
“You will see a massive crowd turn up to assist Ben and his family in stopping TCV at the boundary line at the gate and not being granted access. It will be interesting to see how TCV handle this and how things unfold today,” he said.
The State Government’s multi-billion-dollar renewables project requires multiple transmission lines to link up the various wind and solar farms and battery installations to fill the generation gaps. Farmers resent the fact that the companies involved can basically walk on to their properties and begin work with little consultation.
Landholders are sent information packs “tailored to their properties” that detail land access and easements, “project benefits” and compensation.
Back in September more than 70 people gathered at the Brim Hall to address a lack of information available about a proposed construction of the Warracknabeal and Wilkur energy parks, and associated transmission lines.
West Wind Energy’s Warracknabeal Energy Park, could include up to 230 turbines near the existing Murra Warra Wind Farm, if approvals are granted, while the Wilkur Energy Park will consist of 97 turbines on 10,554 hectares of agricultural cropping farm land, 11km south-west of Birchip.
These and various other projects must be connected by additional power lines cutting across hundreds of properties.
The seriously indebted (many would say bankrupt) Victorian Government thinks its grand plans to phase out coal-fired electricity will be some sort of economic saviour for the state, which is a seriously misguided policy given that renewables are massively low in energy density when compared with coal and oil.
According to a report published by the International Journal of Green Energy, gasoline is ten quadrillion times more energy-dense than solar radiation and one billion times more energy-dense than wind and water power.
The report notes that coal is 50 to 75% the energy density of oil, but still making it massively more energy dense than wind and solar, meaning half a dozen generators confined in a two power stations can easily run a large city like Melbourne at peak hour in addition to a string of regional cities and towns connected by one main line and feeders.
Multiple dispersed wind and solar farms by contrast, require connector lines that must be coordinated and backed up when wind and sun drop off and the generation gaps filled by gas and batteries – and the latter limited to a three or four hours at best.
An 85 megawatt solar farm and “four-hour big battery” project has already been cleared for construction in East Gippsland after being fast-tracked through the State Government’s Development Facilitation Program (DFP).
The 85 megawatt (MW) Ballantine solar farm and the 70 MW, 280 megawatt-hour (MWh) battery are being developed by UK-based Elgin Energy on farmland 3.8 km south-west of Bairnsdale, in East Gippsland.
The property that will host the project is owned by one landholder and is currently used for agricultural activities, including cattle grazing, according to planning documents.
Elgin energy is also working on a 250 MW and up to 1000 MWh battery as part of its Barwon solar farm in the Geelong district. The Barwon solar farm and Elaine solar farm and battery were subsidised last year by the federal government’s Capacity Investment Scheme – described as a swindle by MP Barnaby Joyce.
The Labor-Green Victorian government’s DFP has approved 18 new energy generation and storage projects since it was expanded to include renewables projects last year, costing nearly $5 billion and creating some 1900 new jobs.
But the cost is also the industrialisation of large swathes of farmland for the wind and solar installations and the effects of that on farm values, fire dangers from restricted aerial access due to turbines and effects on private development of land within the 1km buffer zone of the energy parks.
The State Government claims its 18 projects, once completed, will generate enough power for about 574,000 households annually, with battery storage capable of meeting evening peak demand for almost a million households.
But given all the additional infrastructure required for this system the cost may not turn out as cheap as predicted. If the all-renewables state of South Australia, with Australia’s most expensive energy, is any indicator, renewables will end up as an economic disaster for the nation.

I have suggested t them that they demand that the government show them how they think they derive jurisdiction over these farmers’ own private properties, which they do not have-it is all bluff.
-they will hopefully be asking the government to declare their individual Members pecuniary interests in the powerlines companies, and the government’s stake also;
-and they may challenge the actual legislation, because I have been maintaining that the legislation must be in the express public interest or else it is invalid, the basis for this being that all Members of any government, state or federal, are Constitutionally obliged to “…act in the best interests of their constituents…” and with the Heads of Power (what the government can do) in the Constitution being grated subject to the proviso that the governments of the day act to ensure “…peace, order and good government.”

Also not weather related but in Demark and Sweden the farmers are losing the cows from the toxic Boaver that they are forced to add to their food. Has anyone heard that We the People GOVERN this country? It’s called Democracy! That’s right….. Sovereignty is ours…. we are the ultimate authority making and imposing laws. The laws we make are called Common Law which is necssarily superior to any Statute Laws made by Parliaments. Those lawful judgments by Juries are the Common law and “Common law doth control Acts of Parliament and adjudges them when against common right to be void”! Disputes are settled in Courts where Juries issue Orders and disobeyance of those Court Orders is prisonable Contempt of Court… and, of course, never, never, never Consent to Summary Jurisdiction.
Oh and how can you loose a court case with costs if neither party can agree on just compensation. This is where they will try and get you.
Another reason the sham Victoria Government pushed through Aboriginal land rights, for this reason alone as they are easily bought.
Wind Turbine Updated
1). On 60 Minutes on 21/4/24, it was about the crash of the MRH-90 Taipan helicopter in July 2023.
The show could not work out what caused the crash. I used to fly, and I had a Class 1 IFR rating, so I know what flying in clouds is. If an internment failed, you used a combination of other
internments. So if the helmet was giving him trouble, he would have gotten rid of it. You are not trained to just kill yourself; you are trained to use other things. There was another helicopter there that called out to the in-trouble Taipan helicopter to “pull up” three times, so if the pilot was alive, he would have pulled up or done something. But if he was dead, he could not do anything. Birds and bats that fly through blade-tip vortices, the large pressure change causes their lungs to burst, and they fall to the ground dead. I would think that birds would be able to cope with air pressure changes better than humans can. Aircraft, when flying, leave what are called wingtip vortices. This is the air
flowing from the bottom to the top only at the wingtip. That is why some aircraft have bits on the wingtips going up and maybe down to help stop the wingtip vortices. Wingtip vortices are extra- rough turbulence. On wind turbines, you have the same, but it is blade-tip vortices. On a wind turbine, the blades are like an aircraft wing, except the outer part is traveling at a higher speed than the inner part, so the blades are twisted, but it still acts like an aircraft wing.
2). This vortice is on the blade tip, and the blade is going around in a circle, so you have at least two circles, one big one, and there could be as many as three smaller ones. Whatever it is, there is a big pressure change, and this pressure change kills anything with lungs. It is at least 500 meters or could be up to 2 kilometers from the wind turbines, that is, on the downwind side of the wind turbines.
3). I rang the Government “Civil Aviation Safety Authority” (CASA). They know about blade-tip vortices and are told by this government (labor) not to say anything about it. Wind turbines will put a stop to all manufacturing as well. That is treason. Think of the blade-tip vortices as a large tube or tunnel in the atmosphere. This tunnel is in the atmosphere, running from wind turbines, but there is nothing to hold it in one place. Then I saw an article about 3,000 dead whales, dolphins, and
porpoises in just 3 years. I then realized that blade-tip vortices were bending down to the ocean.
This means you do not know just where the blade-tip vortices are. On the ocean, it is only a matter of time before a big ship goes through blade-tip vortices (large pressure change) and a lot of people are killed. What lies is the government going to come up with then? Labor.
4). It is unbelievable that this Labor government would prefer to kill people than tell the truth about wind turbines. Wind turbines will put a stop to all manufacturing. How much is the UN’s “Agenda 30” paying the Labor, Liberal and Green parties?

6). That is what Constitution Section 44 is all about—to remove all the bad government ministers, and this must be done. How much is the UN’s “Agenda 30” paying the Labor, Liberal, and Green parties?

Aussie icon Dick Smith on ABC Radio opens up on the inefficiency and huge cost of renewable power, which he says can never power industry, and how battery storage costing $90m for one hour’s supply is “delusional.” Sunday All Over host Ian McNamara invited Dick to discuss the ALP’s mad rush to install thousands of floating windmills off Illawarra. His explanation of the madness behind ocean-floating windmills started off an avalanche of emails and phone calls, which
jammed the switchboard. Most callers backed the electrical entrepreneur with tales of inefficient batteries and the entire grid breaking down, particularly at Broken Hill after a storm, which caused widespread blackouts, and the $40m battery installation, which did not work. Then, to top it off,
Simon Holmes à Court of Teals fame, although the uintessential greenie and UN Agenda 30 supporter, had to agree with Dick: the cost of renewables was far too much for consumers to bear.
8).There is nothing wrong with coal-fired power; it works fine. The white cloud that you see coming from the large chimney is only steam, and it is only there sometimes. With a little bit of work, it could be stopped. Maybe just taking some of the warmth from the very tall chimney. Then to say it is causing global warming is just mad. Then to come up with nuclear power, it will have the same chemistry and the same white cloud, so it’s just more lies. Doing away with coal-fired power is just so we cannot have manufacturing, and that is treason.
9). From 1890 to 1910, the temperature right across Australia was in the low 50s; it does not get that hot anymore. That means that we have cooling, not warming. With cooling there is less evaporation, so the ocean will rise. With warming, the ocean will go down as there is more evaporation. We do have cooling as the ocean is rising, and that is not caused by man.
If wind turbines were what the government claimed them to be, they would set up the wind turbines first then and only then would the government have removed coal-fire power station. But as the government is working for the UN they removed coal-fire power station first so as to put a stop to manufacturing. As the government is working for a foreign power, they did what the foreign power wanted first; this on its own should be enough to remove the government ministers under. Constitution S.44.
Wind turbines are not about clean electricity; they are about stopping manufacturing so the country cannot have manufacturing to defend itself. You must get rid of wind turbines and start up coal-fired power ASAP. We do not have global warming we have cooling. I find everything the UN claims or says, the opposite is true.
If all carbon dioxide was removed, everything on earth would die. Is that good?

The farmer is the outright owner in his freehold title and any new easement registration relative to the land needs his or her consent. A court may try rule approval with supposed just compensation to the land owner, but that just compensation may not be agreed to purely by each parties perception of value. At this point is where you stand your ground, don’t let them bluff you.
Once an easement is registered you will never get that land back.
Given that each windmill receives a $1M subsidy (paid for by you know who) per year, and energy costs have sharply risen, then there is no fiscal justification for any of this tranche of lies.
