Home Affairs Minister Dutton wanted to clean out far left and far right “lunatics,” with ASIO Amendment bill
The ASIO Amendment bill 2020 introduced to Parliament by then Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton on Wednesday May 13, 2020 made it easier for ASIO to install tracking devices in a person’s bag or car without the approval of anyone outside the organisation.
Among the many treasures in this innocently titled bill are oral arrest warrants – including for children (s.34B). Questioning warrants that allow anyone between the age of 14 to 18 in relation to politically motivated violence, to be detained and questioned can be issued orally, ignoring the need for nasty paper trails which could later prove inconvenient in court
“Mr Dutton said it would only apply to teenagers suspected of engaging in terrorist attacks, not espionage or other examples of foreign interference”.

Dutton began telling reporters it was important for security agencies to deal with threats from both rightwing and leftwing “lunatics”.
“If somebody is going to cause harm to Australians, I just don’t care whether they’re on the far right, far left, somewhere in between, they will be dealt with,” the home affairs minister said. “And if the proliferation of information into the hands of rightwing lunatics or leftwing lunatics is leading to a threat in our country, then my responsibility is to make sure our agencies are dealing with it and they are.”
Australia with just 25 million people, has tax payers funding some 20 federal security agencies, manned by public servants terrified of making decisions that may reflect on career prospects, imagine the information blockade and false flags flying from these duplicated bureaucratic empire fortresses.
The Cyber Security sector employs 26,500 who fail to protect sensitive data from international hackers. ASIO has around 2000 staff. Nearly every day there are media reports of a business or government quango being hacked.
There have been 41 counter terrorism operations in Australia with 93 people charged but no stats on convictions was available.
The USA reported in 2010, there are 1,271 government organisations, 1,931 private companies with 854,000 people holding top-secret clearances working on counter terrorism and homeland security for a population of 332 million people
This ASIO Bill is about the 90th such piece of legislation passed following the 2001 New York attacks. And there are around 10 more civil rights-eroding bills before federal parliament.
One of those pending is the Identify and Disrupt Bill. Another Dutton special, this aims to enhance the abilities of the AFP and the Australian Crime Intelligence Commission to sweep the internet for anonymous operators and take over their online accounts.
Dutton is only the latest architect piecing together this ever-encroaching internal surveillance system that’s been propagated upon the pretext of a perceived foreign terrorist threat that’s never really come to fruition on these shores.
The closest such incident was the Lindt Café siege, which was the work of a mentally unsound local playing the ISIS apparition, rather than any real overseas operators. But despite this, NSW police were given shoot-to-kill powers in response to guard against any purported future terrorism.
Just like his predecessor George Brandis, Christian Porter is part of the surveillance state legislating act. In 2018, the attorney general oversaw the passing of laws permitting the easy deployment of the Australian and international defence forces for domestic incidents, and lately, he’s done the same with ADF reservists.
Indeed, over the last two years, it’s also come to the fore that home affairs minister Dutton is itching to set the nation’s international spying agency – the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) – upon his own citizens.
And following the leaking of such rumours to the press, the AFP went on to raid the Canberra residence of journalist Annika Smethurst for breaking the news.
Disgraced Labor politician Sam Dastyari, of Iranian origin, from 2013 to 2018 represented NSW in the Australian Senate. In November 2014 Dastyari declared a Chinese company, linked to the Chinese government, had provided him with $44,000 to settle legal bills by providing counter-surveillance advice. Dastyari’s net wealth as of December 2022 is $5 Million, but he is not in jail for treason or espionage.
Tens of thousands public servants, defence force personnel and government contractors are required to undergo security checking before accessing confidential government information as do Ministerial staff. Government ministers are not required to clear ASIO scrutiny.
Big brother is alive and very well enjoying continued support from the voting public allowing the nation to retain subservient status to our unaccountable, lying, corrupt political masters.

Any casual observer of social media would discover that all governments are held in contempt by a majority of Australians.
The Federal Cabinet is desperate to disarm law-abiding citizens who hold unregistered firearms for many reasons. The main theme found throughout social media and alternative news sites is a distrust of government and more expected violence by Islamists which have infiltrated communities throughout Australia.
As depicted in the lauded 1984 film of doomsday preppers, ‘Red Dawn’ starring Patrick Swazye, when the Russians and Cubans invade rural American towns, their first ploy is to round up and incarcerate gun owners, found from searching firearms registration records.
One reader, a member of the firearms industry, has told Cairns News an estimated one million or more unregistered firearms are held nationwide by the public, which is in fear of losing easily traceable registered firearms when the ‘shit hits the fan.’

Between the seventies and early nineties the industry estimates more than one million Chinese semi-auto SKK and SKS combat carbines were imported. At the 1996 amnesty, only a reported 4000 of these military styled weapons were handed in for crushing. One does not have to be an Einstein to work out the fate of the remaining 996,000, he said.
“The police and military will seize all registered firearms from licensed gun owners across the nation when the trouble starts, leaving the public completely at the mercy of the government,” the industry member said.

Another report from a NSW investigator, who wishes to remain anonymous, says that in NSW during the 1996 amnesty, a pistol club and several rifle ranges reported that people of Muslim or similar ethnic appearance toured gun clubs buying whatever firearms they could get their hands on, rather than shooters handing them in for destruction.
Homes of licensed gun owners in NSW were accurately targeted by thieves stealing dozens of pistols and rifles several years ago. Gun club members said many homes in close-together suburbs were raided by thieves who stole their locked up guns. The clubs complained that the NSW firearms registry records had been hacked or deliberately given to thieves. No action was ever taken by authorities.
The Liberal/ALP/Greens Party disarmament
While terrorists continue to kill Australians on home soil, the gun-hating Liberal Party wants to completely disarm 25 million responsible citizens by crushing their firearms and leaving them at the mercy of those who have guns. The criminal element in the ethnic ghettos of Sydney and Melbourne will never voluntarily hand in their firearms.

Those who will keep guns include police and the military. Today a lot of law-abiding citizens actually fear the government which wants to leave us defenceless against the estimated 120,000 Islamic ‘refugees’ who entered the country by air during the Rudd/Gillard/Rudd regime.
It has been acknowledged by security agencies, with the exception of the head of ASIO, that a large number of single males who entered Australia posing as refugees, were between the ages of 16 and35, just the right age to qualify for military service.
Many of these immigrants have had military training in the countries from which they claimed to have fled. Right amongst us now exists a potential fifth column of fighters. Stashes of firearms have already been found in Australian mosques, no doubt many more exist.
Justice Minister Michael Keenan should be targeting firearms held by ethnic groups and actually allowing responsible citizens to carry arms for their self-protection. But Section 18c of the Anti-discrimination Act won’t allow the government to target criminal gangs by ethnicity. Interestingly Keenan was one of the ‘wet’ Liberals who did not support amending this offensive section.
High profile politicians such as Senator David Leyonhjelm and Bob Katter have demanded law abiding citizens be able to carry firearms for their self-defence.
Instead the arm draggers of the LNP/ALP/Greens nexus want to leave us defenceless against Muslim infiltrators and other armed criminals who will never give up their guns.
Crime in Victoria this year increased 10.2 per cent and a spate of home invasions and car-jackings has left police extremely worried.
Public concerns have also been raised about gangs of migrant(Muslim) teens, with reports some parents are sending their teenage children back to countries like Sudan to break the spiral of offending.
Victoria Assistant Commissioner Stephen Leane told reporters on Wednesday teenagers from a range of backgrounds were committing home invasions and car-jackings.

It is believed people in areas suffering from violence and crime are buying bats to arm themselves.
Mr Leane told 3AW they weren’t using the words home invasion or carjacking two years ago and the community had a right to be concerned.
“I understand the nature of fear in our community and for many it’s real for those who have been victimised by those offenders who have come into their house, probably the first time they’ve ever had to call the police,” he said.
“The issue around whether you think a baseball bat and your expertise will defend you in those circumstances, I’m not sure even I could defend myself against a gang that wanted to break into my house.”
As crime statistics reveal, potentially armed citizens are a threat to any criminal or terrorist.
The dumbed-down Liberals and the ALP with their equally irresponsible bureaucracy have some esoteric belief the police will save the public from being shot by a terrorist or a home invader. The families of those killed at the Lindt Cafe in Sydney would disagree.
The Lindt saga would not have got off the ground if just one patron had a legal .22 pistol in their handbag or pocket.
Why doesn’t Mr Keenan look at the avalanche of evidence that has surfaced since the Port Arthur training exercise revealing some of the alleged victims did not exist, or the numerous other anomalies proving Martin Bryant was not present at Port Arthur when the shooting took place at the Broad Arrow Café.
Mr Keenan should ask his colleague, the Liberal President of the senate and former Tasmania police officer, Stephen Parry for confirmation of these facts. Mr Parry was smack in the middle of the Port Arthur training exercise and has subsequently admitted as much in a speech to the Undertakers and Embalmers Association.
In 2016 Parry was outed by Austrian author and forensic investigator, Dr Keith Noble, for his part in the official training exercise cum massacre cover-up.
The Islamists and the crooks know we can’t fight back, unlike our American cousins, who repel fire with fire. Now Australia has assumed the official status of the 51st State of the United States, every responsible citizen should have the option of concealed carry.
Knives now are the preferred weapon in homicides. Minister Keenan soon will have the nation eating with chopsticks
It has been announced that the homicide rate has substantially fallen in Australia and the weapon used by criminals in 37 per cent of cases is a knife.
If Minister Keenan has his way, soon you will be eating your food with chopsticks.

Missed opportunities that could have ended fatal Lindt cafe siege\Within 75 minutes of the Lindt cafe siege beginning, two clear and viable options that might have avoided the deadly outcome were available. The first involved TAG East, the Australian Army’s elite counter-terrorism unit, which quickly assembled at Holsworthy army base in Sydney, ready to be called.
Fifteen hours later, as a police team that had none of the real-life experience of TAG East would storm the Lindt cafe, the special forces soldiers were still on standby. TAG East — the Tactical Assault Group based on the east coast — has commandos who have worked in Afghanistan and Iraq.
If, for example, 18 Australians were taken hostage by Islamic State in Iraq, this is the team the Australian government would dispatch to rescue them. Yet here they were — 30 minutes drive from the Lindt Cafe — and they were never called.

Cairns News has published much about the Port Arthur shootings. Martin Bryant was not capable of inserting a box magazine into a Colt AR 10, 7.62mm assault rifle. This testimony was given to police by a Tasmanian gunsmith. This gunsmith was pilloried and harassed by authorities until he lost his business and fled the State.
Martin Bryant was charged for mass murder which he was incapable of doing. Simple facts that were buried by a 30 year ban on court transcript publication.

Now we have a raving Jesuit such as former National Party deputy Prime Minister Tim Fischer, again bagging and demonising gun owners. Tim should explain to the Australian people why he left Parliament overnight. The Federal Liberal member for the Cairns-based electorate of Leichardt, Warren Entsch was involved in Fischer’s sudden departure from Parliament.
Fischer also might like to explain what happened to him when subsequently he was resident in the Vatican as Australian Ambassador to the Holy See.
The Jesuits are the hitmen of the Catholic church, pure and simple. Fischer was an army officer who served in Vietnam. He and the Bolshevik television personality Ray Martin led the campaign to disarm the Australian people.

Now after an Islamic terrorist attack in Sydney that, as Senator Leyonhjelm said today, could never have occurred in most States of America because its citizens are allowed the right of self-defence. The Islamic terrorist would know he was interfering with people who might be carrying a firearm. That alone would have been a deterrent.
At least one person in the café could have been carrying a firearm.
The mad muslim would have been shot immediately. The psychological distress and economic savings to the country are immeasurable.
As the Senator said: “Our citizens are victims waiting to be hurt.”
For many years Australian defence experts have advocated arming the population with military rifles based on the Swiss citizens militia model where all responsible adults keep a government issued rifle in their home.
They undergo periods of mandatory military training in readiness for any invader. Not surprising, there is little recorded crime against the body or property in Switzerland. Can anyone remember Switzerland having ever been invaded?
There are no violent home invasions that we see every week in Brisbane and other larger centres. Because responsible Swiss citizens have been taught how to use a firearm.
How much longer do we have to put up with the treachery of the Labor Party’s Bill Shorten, the Greens Hanson-Young and the likes of Howard and Fischer. These people should have been tried for terrorism.
