Well…
It looks to me like our arse-kissing Israeli loving job for life government executives and people like the Australian Financial Review are whining about the Chinese incursion into our security services which Israel/Mussad had total control over…. Even down to our public transport surveillance cameras…
Previously Australia’s military and government along with corporate security contracts were with US/Israeli companies and no-one said or complained about it as far as I know..
When the Huawei phones came out I grabbed one straight away because it broke the US/ISRAELI hold in the chain of big brother… But then because of a lot of squawking by the Yew know Hew’s of our supposed ‘protectors’ of our freedom and security the Huawei systems were branded ‘spyware kings’ and slowly the supply of phones and other Huawei systems were wiped out by the manoeuvres of ASIO etc…
So ..
It seems that ALL of our government security chiefs were on the US/ISRAELI payroll and that was made obvious when the “Safe and Effective” products and mandates were forced upon us…
In the meantime I was getting info from government insiders about the ‘Chinese Invasion” of Australia and the huge effort of the Australian military security officials were putting into place to stop it…
So I weighed up the US/ISRAELI control system against the CHINESE one and I thought to myself that having 2 competing superpowers vying for our ‘security’ was better than one…

I see the comments are all about racism, what is racism if you’re Chinese and locked up at FoxComm working 18 hours a day making circuit boards for phones, with netting out the window so you don’t die when you jump out. I only used a broad brush term like Chicken Chow Mein to signify Chinese food..
I was referring to authentic Chinese food (as I said)
That’s where the money is as far as healthy..
I watched Chinese families in Australia that I was friends with have really good quality food available ready to eat 24/7 and I was a bit jealous…
To find a restaurant that produces that quality you have to see where the Chinese eat themselves..
Watching how the Chinese bring up children here in Oz and over in china is an eye opener… Even their kindergarten level of schooling is astounding…
And did you know that when a couple decide to have a baby they go on a 1 year health kick before they actually try to get the lady pregnant.. I don’t know the details of that process but it would involve things like balancing the meridians etc.

mistake or on purpose – chicken chow mein, along with many others, is actually an american dish pretending to be a chinese dish which was created by the chinese restaurants in the usa to suit the american flavour palette..
as far as an actual chinese dish, my preference would be ma po bean curd and/or roast duck to any of those other fake dishes

Yes well, seems we did much better during the Cold War theater when the superpowers were supposedly fighting each other for our affections. I suppose some people can get a tad hyper sensitive and self conscious about the mass killing, extermination and wholesale destruction taking place in Gaza and Lebanon so they respond inhumanely and irrationally and think it’s ‘racist’ to object to such things.

Pretty vacant comment, Sonya. My experience is that the Chinese have their hooks in this country in a massive way. They own farmland, mines, property like you would not believe, such that I would call on the federal government to audit the number of Chinese-owned properties in this country, because allegedly thousands of Chinese were made citizens here, post Tiananmen, which enabled them them to buy property willy-nilly. A chap I know in Melbourne said he saw a Chinese woman, recently with a real estate agent outside the shop saying: “I’ll have that one, and that one, and that one…” and on you go. A suburb here in my town, Herne Hill (find out yourself where it is), has been dubbed by the local as Papadum Hill, as the suburb (1700 people) is “swarming” as my old mate told me, with Indian people. My town has some 5k homeless, up from a verified 1167 less than ten years ago, with thousands of immigrants, who are economic migrants, not refugees, flooding the town. This is not racism, it is just calling out the reality of the situation.
Tell that to the tens of thousands of tortured starved shot mutilated killed bombed Palestinian babies children women and men in Gaza………
On the way home this arvo listening to a ABC radio program only because I couldn’t find any decent music to listen to the storyline was all about the RC in Bondi and they had some Australian Jew MP telling us that Jews in the community he spoke with after Bondi don’t feel threatened by guns instead they are fearful of antisemitism.
He recounted how after Bondi he went to another Jew festival and found no security protecting his mob so he rang the area commander of the Cops and screamed that he was horrified that they were not in attendance doing their civic duty protecting his mob from any potential confrontation with an antisemetic person or persons that could be threatening .
My thoughts were ,where is the Jews security squad most of us are aware of from media reporting seeing it’s their gig to protect their mob from conflicts.
Anyway this Australian Jew MP is none too happy how Jews are being treated as they deserve respect and should be protected at all times .
In all of that I never heard him say anything about protecting all of us Australians seeing that is what we pay him for, isn’t it ?

Since when is discussion of POLITICAL INTRIGUE and NATIONAL BETRAYAL and GAMES OF EMPIRE a “racist” issue? Or are we dealing with some abstract IMPLIED prohibition, some UNSPOKEN taboo, on airing inconvenient TRUTHS, those verboten REALITIES that no-one in high places dares to even consider, let alone acknowledge or ADMIT? Choosing between 2 competing super powers isn’t racist…
It’s common and reasonable logic based on personal preference..
Choosing one type of food over another is personal preference also…
If I had to choose between authentic Italian cuisine and authentic Chinese cuisine I would go for Chinese every time..
The reason for my personal choice is that authentic Chinese cuisine is a much healthier type of food..
The reason for my preference of Chinese owned security systems over the US/Israeli security systems is to encourage competition and discourage having monopolies within the so called Security Systems.
