Evidence confirming Martin Bryant didn’t shoot anybody at Broad Arrow Cafe – he wasn’t there

Like many thousands of our readers, Cairns News hopes and prays that the Prime Minister at the time of the shooting in 1996, John Howard, will be interrogated by an independent inquiry or perhaps by another Coronial Inquest.
Allegedly 35 people were killed at Port Arthur, Tasmania on April 28, 1996. Martin Bryant, allegedly the shooter with an official IQ of an 11 year old, meticulously planned all by himself a complex strategy to decoy local police and fire on tourists employing a shooting ability that then Brigadier Ted Serong said equaled the best in the world.
Bountiful evidence shows the federal and Tasmanian governments conspired with Mossad intelligence and others to disarm the Australian population. An Inquest would have no choice but to find this outcome based on the overwhelming evidence we have published over the years. Subsequent evidence given to Cairns News revealed the Jesuits also were involved.
The only Inquest ever held into Port Arthur found Martin Bryant was not responsible for the alleged killings. Watch the video and weep for Australia. The evil LNP/ALP duopoly has created this horrible morass that continues today.
Unfortunately today all of the State’s Premiers, the Prime Minister and many in the Cabinet are compromised beyond help and are making such detrimental decisions dancing to the tune of the Deep State. The Labor Opposition is no better.
Until the TV-conditioned, brainwashed voters stop voting for the duopoly and elect independents, they will have signed their own death warrants. How many of them get the unnecessary and dangerous Covid jab will determine the fate of this once proud country.

The LNP and ALP have voted together in Qld Parliament to prevent farmers from owning handguns. The useless Qld LNP leader Deborah Frecklington before the state election in October threatened to tighten up gun laws – and she can’t work out why she lost the election?
The Marxists of the Queensland Labor Party want your guns and many cops are in bed with them. Cairns News and other patriotic sites warned this would happen before the Queensland election last October.
If you have been prosecuted for drink driving in the past 30 or more years you will lose your gun licence when it comes up for renewal.
Speeding lately? Same thing if you get excess demerit points gone are your guns! Yelled at a neighbour for having a noisy party? Gone are your guns.
Had a fight with your missus or kids? Gone are your guns.
The Labor Party has allowed the drones of the Queensland Weapons Licensing Branch to decide who is a fit and proper person to own firearms regardless if you are a farmer or a baker.
Wait there’s more…. There is no appeal, or so the Weapons Branch believes. Gun owners had better prepare themselves for a Creepy Joe Biden style gun confiscation because the ALP supports Crime boss Biden and his Antifa Congressmen to a man, woman, transgender, dyke, poofter, neutered, lost….what other creatures are there?
The cops have a union leader goes by the name of Ian Leavers, naturally a copper, who believes only cops should own guns, certainly not the public.
But don’t despair, there is a solution. Gun owners silly enough to hand in their valuable guns and heirlooms to Jewish Johnnie deserved all they got, which wasn’t much for individual guns that would be worth a fortune today. Fortunately a lot of shooters did’nt hand in a thing.
I have followed Cairns News for the past eight or nine years so readers would be aware of retired policeman David Walter’s efforts to unravel socialist Peter Beattie’s rewrite of the Queensland Constitution in 2001. He removed the Crown just as the Marxist and closeted gay Fabius Maximus Gough Whitlam did in 1974….only the Queen didn’t go along with his unlawful revised Royal Styles and Titles Act in which Gough Whitless said she was now the Queen of Australia.
There is no such thing. There have been cases in the past few months where Magistrates in summary jurisdiction operating under Admiralty law have thrown out police prosecutions for a range of matters. Because the police do not have the lawful ability to prosecute anybody other than a political party member or a member of Queensland’s 250,000 bureaucracy.
Hang onto your guns, lose them if necessary but never give them up to the Communists of George Street Brisbane or those at 6 Macquarie St, Sydney. You will need them soon.

This great Australian, Wendy Scurr, became an unplanned heroine during and after the Port Arthur Massacre in 1996. For those who have not previously seen the purposely lost word “heroine,” the meaning is female hero.
Wendy is happily married to Graeme Scurr and they reside on the mainland of Australia. Why the mainland? Because they were driven out of their home state of Tasmania. Why driven out ? For doing the right thing. You know how it goes these days – but Wendy was ahead of her time, having stuck up for the truth about Port Arthur 20 years ago.
The Port Arthur Massacre was a Federal and Tasmanian government-planned event whereby several people were to be shot dead, at the Port Arthur Historic Site on the island state of Tasmania in Australia.
The reasoning behind this plan (I think) was that the population would then accept the Commonwealth Government’s implementation of the United Nations wish to disarm this part of the World’s public. (See Terry Shulze’s 3-part article here.)
Unfortunately, to fulfill this plan, a dupe was required. Martin Bryant, an intellectually handicapped man, was framed as the gunman and has, until now been imprisoned for 20 years. The killing of 35 people took place on April 28, 1996.
It is now widely accepted that Bryant did not shoot anyone, and could not have been the gunman.
The most evil part of the situation is that many politicians, public servants, lawyers and investigative bodies, have had the proof of this thrust in their faces but will not do anything to rectify the situation.
Wendy Scurr, a survivor of that April 28, 1996 massacre, had been an ambulance driver for several years and a first-aid instructor. Very selfless occupations.
Wendy was a tour guide for the Port Arthur Historic Site until after the massacre, when, owing to events that took place that day, she like others were overtaken by post trauma stress disorder or P.T.S.D.
During the killings, Wendy was nearly hit by a bullet fired from the cafe as she went to investigate the noise coming from within. She had heard the whiz of the bullet right past her but did not realise what it was. Upon visiting the scene two days later, husband Graeme pointed out the hole in the window that indicated what a near miss she had had.
After the tremendous amount of shooting in the historic site’s café, it was Wendy who phoned the police to report the noise – this was at 1.32pm on that infamous Sunday. She had to hold the telephone outside of the office so the person on the receiving end of the call would believe that shots were being fired.
Once the killer had left the Broad Arrow Café (remember: it’s not Martin Bryant as we were brainwashed to believe), Wendy then entered to check on and help the victims. Although she did not see it – no mirror there — she became covered with blood and human tissue. The worst anxiety for all the survivors was not knowing if the gunman was going to return.
She, along with the remaining hundreds of people had to continue in a stressful state as police did not arrive in sufficient numbers until six hours after the first report of the shootings to police headquarters. That deliberate delay was, of course, planned, and is unforgivable.
Months after, Wendy had to cope with a letter she received from the DPP (Director of Public Prosecutions of Tasmania, Damian Bugg) telling her that she would not be required in court to give evidence. That was despite her having been one of the main witnesses to the Port Arthur massacre!
Wendy soon realised the event had been a Federal and State conspiracy. Thus she travelled the east coast of Australia lecturing on her experiences and that of co-workers on the day of the massacre.
By this time, private investigating citizens had unearthed many troubling events of that day and these were spoken about by these investigators at Wendy’s talks. One who shared the podium with her was retired Victorian cop Andrew MacGregor.
Wendy’s contact with a later generation of Aussies has manly been by Youtube. One of her Youtube videos has had 166,000 hits. She is a very loved and admired figure – and a modest one.
Wendy wanted the public to know what really happened on Sunday 28th April, 1996 and to force the release from custody of the entirely innocent man, Martin Bryant.
For this, she was terrorised in her home by the Tasmanian Police to such an extent that the Scurrs were forced to sell up their property and move. She still has health and mental problems related to that pre-planned event.
When “the people” take no notice of what good people like Wendy Scurr tell us, and allow evil employees in Government to get away with their perverted schemes such as the Port Arthur massacre, more of the same will follow. Next time, and there will be many other next times, unless the vile evil-doers are stopped, you and your family members may be the victims either directly or as collateral damage.
I see Wendy as a very courageous woman who deserved a better fate than that dished up by Australian society. It takes an exceptionally brave person to take a stand against the Government and its agents, knowing that at any time, they may arrest you on false charges, to have you thrown in jail.
I consider Wendy Scurr a truly great Australian and am hoping that the Australian public will give Wendy the recognition that she so justly deserves, at some time in the near future.

If you want to purchase a phone or internet service from Telstra, new corporate policies demand you lay your soul bare to one of its 26,000 Filipino or Indian call centre operators.
If you simply request an extension of your internet allocation or a new phone be prepared for a Stasi-styled interrogation by a salesman whose brogue is heavier than a Highland Scotsman full of malt whisky.
Liberals and Labor sold all Australians out when the Adam Smith disciples of the party duopoly handed Telstra to the open market.
There is no prospect of intelligently deciphering the fractured polemic demanding you reveal your date of birth, drivers licence number, occupation, home address, how long you have lived there, any government-given identity such as a gun or high risk machinery licence, how many dependents you might have, your ABN number if you have one or any other form of identification. All of this sensitive data will be handed to some obscure credit reporting agency.
If you don’t answer yes to whatever question is in the offing, you get no service, regardless of what you thought the operator said.
For the life of me, I am sure the fourth seemingly female operator I encountered after 5 days of trying to extend an internet allocation, asked me to show her my ……..you know what!
Then after questioning what she said, I am sure she promised she would show me hers?
It was a distant yet exciting cosmopolitan affair guessing which nationality would answer the call. Would it be a delightful Filipino gal or a nubile, swarthy babe from the depths of New Delhi?
I have never been subjected to such a barrage of unintelligent personal questions which leave a serious hospital examination floundering.

Former prime minister John Howard has warned it would be wrong to repeat the mistake of 20 years ago and try to marginalise Pauline Hanson and her supporters.
Senator Hanson caused a stir on Wednesday night with her first speech declaring Australia is in danger of being swamped with Muslims – 20 years after making the same warning about Asians.
Mr Howard told ABC TV, Senator Hanson was entitled to be treated in a respectful fashion by the rest of parliament.
In relation to Pauline Hanson, the mistake that was made 20 years ago of trying to demonise her and demonise her supporters should not be repeated,’ Mr Howard said.
He argued that people who voted for Senator Hanson were not racists or bigots and did not vote for her because of their views on immigration.
‘They voted for her because they’re unhappy with the mainstream political parties,’ Mr Howard said.
A form of disillusionment or protest vote, yes.’
It reflected poorly on the Greens that they walked out early, he said.
Special Minister of State Scott Ryan said he profoundly disagreed with Senator Hanson’s call to end immigration.
‘I’m a strong supporter of our non-discriminatory immigration policy, it’s incredibly successful and serves Australia well,’ he told ABC Radio.
Greens leader Richard Di Natale defended his party’s walkout during Senator Hanson’s ‘vulgar speech’.
‘We wouldn’t dignify it by staying in there,’ he told Sky New
Labor frontbencher Tony Burke says the silliest argument anyone could make about Senator Hanson was to claim she was stupid.
‘She is smart, she is strategic, she is calculating,’ he said.

Australia has never seen such an increase in gun related crime on the streets since gun control was introduced. There are amazing facts in witness statements; the shooter was right handed, Bryant confirmed to police again on Channel 7 on consecutive Sunday programs he was left handed, with other witnesses stated the shooter was not Bryant, not to mention one of the rifles used at Port Arthur was handed into Victorian Police and their records showed it had been destroyed.

Parry must break silence on post-massacre report
A senator has refused to comment about allegations he had prior knowledge of the Port Arthur massacre in 1996 when 35 innocent people were killed in a precision shooting operation.
Another 23 men, women and children were wounded by a trained and methodical gunman with long blond hair.
Revelations by Austrian-based author and researcher, Keith Noble, that Senator Stephen Parry had prior knowledge of the shootings, have not been refuted.
Parry at the time was a qualified embalmer and a former member of Tasmania Police who led a team of embalmers which handled the bodies in 1996.
An Australian, Mr Noble is leading a campaign to free accused shooter Martin Bryant from Risdon Gaol in Tasmania.
A paper written and presented in 1997 by Stephen Parry entitled ‘Port Arthur Massacre – AFDA National Embalming Team – Detailed Report’, that appears in a little-known book entitled ‘PORT ARTHUR SEMINAR PAPERS: A record of the Port Arthur Seminar’, 11-12 March, 1997, Melbourne, Victoria (ISBN 0642271364) clearly shows the incident that rocked a nation was planned.
In his 16 page, disturbing 1997 paper, Senator Parry stated in the following passage :
“I was particularly impressed by the quick response and initiatives by some of the team members in packaging and collecting equipment.
The response time and the amount of equipment quickly relocated was fantastic. One firm in particular, Nelson Brothers, had organised for an embalming machine box and a special large equipment case to be manufactured ready for the incident. These two containers were the envy of all embalmers and worked extremely well.
I would suggest that design specifications may be available from this firm for any future considerations by other firms.” (highlighted by CN)
Parry reveals the funeral services company of Nelson Brothers in Melbourne, Victoria, had undertaken preparations prior to the shooting.

“Parry was born on 31 October 1960 in Burnie, Tasmania, to William Stephen Parry and Patricia Dawn Evans. He was educated at Burnie’s Marist Regional College after which he enrolled at the Tasmanian Police Academy in Hobart.
Parry was employed as an officer with the Tasmanian Police from 1977 to 1986, and was promoted to Detective in 1983. After leaving the police force, he completed a certificate in Mortuary Science at the Australian College of Funeral Service, and was a funeral director from 1986 to 2004, becoming president of the Australian Funeral Directors Association. Parry was also president of the Burnie Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2000 to 2004, and a director of the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2000 to 2005.”
In 2004, Parry was elected to the Australian Senate for the State of Tasmania as a member of the Liberal Party.
Senator Parry was eminently qualified to lead the embalming team and as such his published comments would have to be accurate.
On February 26 he was emailed a ‘Show Cause’ notice by Keith Noble who accused the Senate Leader of having prior knowledge of the tragedy.
As of going to print Mr Noble says he has had no acknowledgement or reply from senator Parry.
Cairns News emailed senator Parry’s office with a copy of the notice but he had not responded at the time of going to print.
In furthering his moves to get Bryant out of gaol, Mr Noble told Cairns News there is an abundance of available evidence that the Tasmania Police refuse to acknowledge, clearly indicating Bryant is innocent.
“There was no trial, no coronial inquest, no public enquiry, no royal commission,” Mr Noble said.
“The story pushed by authorities that a trial would have been upsetting is the way the State has kept its crimes concealed from the public.
“John Howard was the worst Prime Minister Australia has ever had, and he encouraged the Liberal Party in Tasmania not to give innocent Martin a trial.

“Howard, who is also a qualified lawyer, spoke out to have Martin denied his legal rights and he never had proper legal representation and was kept in isolation for over six months.
“His lawyer at the time John Avery, who was convicted in 2008 for misappropriating and stealing $512,000, forced Martin to change his not guilty plea.
“He is another person who played the game after the official incident at Port Arthur. This is the depth to which the legal system in Tasmania has been taken over by corrupt lawyers, which includes that other pair of mongrels who wrongly prosecuted and convicted innocent Martin, Damian Bugg and William Cox.”
Mr Noble said the incident at Port Arthur was a premeditated, planned, and professionally perpetrated act of psycho-terror undertaken by the State to coerce the public into accepting firearm legislation.

I have been asked why you were a focus in that 21 DEC 2015 email. Perhaps you have wondered, or perhaps you don’t care. You had my contact details, you could have asked me – if you wanted to know. But you never did. Regardless, I will now write a postscript here on why you are a focus in that email.
You are the only one whose listing on the Tasmanian Bar website (http://www.tasmanianbar.com.au/) is accompanied by a formal image – that is, an image of the listee wearing formal court dress of gown, jabot, and wig (see image below). This is the professional image you and your fellow barristers like to promote. Barristers – Officers of the Court – professional-looking, there in the courts ethically defending your clients. But really Cameron, can you tell me which barrister in Tasmania fought for Martin Bryant?
Aaaaah, you might say. He pleaded guilty so there was NO TRIAL. But your colleague John Avery rammed his guilty plea down poor Martin’s throat – after Martin had been kept in isolation for over six months during which he was tormented until he was broken. Martin always said he was NOT GUILTY, until they broke him. Now Cameron, do you really think a mentally incompetent boy-man with an IQ of 66 knew what was really going on, and what all the legal implications were for him? Do you believe that the criminal of a lawyer John Avery did the right thing for his client? Is what Avery did to Martin Bryant what you would have done? Avery said he had nothing to work with – he had no exculpatory evidence he said. This is pure bullshit. Have you ever studied all the witness statements? Exculpatory evidence screams out. Go and read LEAKED DOCUMENTS, which is an exposé of the statements which witnesses of the Port Arthur massacre thought would be used in a trial, but which were ignored by your Jewish legal colleague Damien Bugg the prosecutor. To hell with Gordon Hewart. Justice was seen not to be done.

Howard and others knew the Tasmanian massacre was about to occur. It was not perpetrated by an ineffectual and incompetent young man with an IQ if 60.
Martin Bryant
Cairns News has published much about the Port Arthur shootings. Martin Bryant was not capable of inserting a box magazine into a Colt AR 10, 7.62mm assault rifle. This testimony was given to police by a Tasmanian gunsmith. This gunsmith was pilloried and harassed by authorities until he lost his business and fled the State.
Martin Bryant was charged for mass murder which he was incapable of doing. Simple facts that were buried by a 30 year ban on court transcript publication.
Tim Fischer
Now we have a raving Jesuit such as former National Party deputy Prime Minister Tim Fischer, again bagging and demonising gun owners. Tim should explain to the Australian people why he left Parliament overnight. The Federal Liberal member for the Cairns-based electorate of Leichardt, Warren Entsch was involved in Fischer’s sudden departure from Parliament.
Fischer also might like to explain what happened to him when subsequently he was resident in the Vatican as Australian Ambassador to the Holy See.
The Jesuits are the hitmen of the Catholic church, pure and simple. Fischer was an army officer who served in Vietnam. He and the Bolshevik television personality Ray Martin led the campaign to disarm the Australian people.

Now after an Islamic terrorist attack in Sydney that, as Senator Leyonhjelm said today, could never have occurred in most States of America because its citizens are allowed the right of self-defence. The Islamic terrorist would know he was interfering with people who might be carrying a firearm. That alone would have been a deterrent.
At least one person in the café could have been carrying a firearm.
The mad muslim would have been shot immediately. The psychological distress and economic savings to the country are immeasurable.
As the Senator said: “Our citizens are victims waiting to be hurt.”
For many years Australian defence experts have advocated arming the population with military rifles based on the Swiss citizens militia model where all responsible adults keep a government issued rifle in their home.
They undergo periods of mandatory military training in readiness for any invader. Not surprising, there is little recorded crime against the body or property in Switzerland. Can anyone remember Switzerland having ever been invaded?
There are no violent home invasions that we see every week in Brisbane and other larger centres. Because responsible Swiss citizens have been taught how to use a firearm.
How much longer do we have to put up with the treachery of the Labor Party’s Bill Shorten, the Greens Hanson-Young and the likes of Howard and Fischer. These people should have been tried for terrorism.

It had to happen sooner or later. A prying government official was shot dead on private property by an angry landowner yesterday near Moree in the north of New South Wales.
He was found on farmland assessing the actual number of trees that allegedly had been ‘illegally’ cleared by dryland wheat farmer, Ian Turnbull, aged 79.
The now deceased Environment Department employee, aged 51, had pushed Mr Turnbull too far.
A nearby neighbour told Cairns News soon after the shooting that Ian Turnbull was well respected in the community but had become embroiled in a long-running dispute with the State Government over vegetation management laws.
The neighbour said the elderly farmer “had enough” and was in effect forced into a corner because he was unable to clear his land to protect his livelihood.
Mr Turnbull has been taken into custody by police and will appear in court in September.
This festering sore infecting all farmland in the nation has been allowed to creep through the agriculture industry since former Liberal Prime Minister John Howard forced the Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 onto the states.
Labor state governments had a ball. They amended their environment acts allowing their socialist regimes to halt forthwith any new agricultural development or vegetation management under the guise of biodiversity protection.
The ALP/Green nexus had a win of nuclear proportions, prosecuting farmers for the most minor infringement of their native vegetation statutes. Their victory in sterilising farmland was delivered to them by a supposedly conservative Liberal National Party Government.
The Queensland socialists had waited for years to take revenge on the National Party’s token squattocracy.
The owner of one of Queensland’s largest family run cattle operations, the late Graham Acton was fined $110,000 for allegedly clearing brigalow regrowth without a permit.
Hundreds of others were mercilessly hounded by ‘compliance officers,’ usually disgraced, former police officers whose bent was to trespass on private land and apply entrapment to catch hapless primary producers whose only indiscretion was to protect their property by clearing regrowth and noxious woody weeds.
Reminiscent of scenes of a Gestapo interrogation in Nazi Germany, a refusal by a landowner or any person present on the property to answer questions from these thugs resulted in immediate arrest and prosecution.
This is the modus operandi of a Labor Government and the dumbed-down city populace of the Sunshine State want to elect another bunch of international socialists?
It should be noted the present Liberal National Party Government disbanded the ‘tree police’ in 2013.
Bob Carr the communist
Vegetation laws introduced by the Carr Government in NSW, initially in 1995 and tightened up after the 1999 state election, stymied rural production for a decade and continue to thwart development to this day.

This ABC radio interview at SOS-NEWS with Bob Carr in 1997, after making amendments to the environment act, gave credence to cries of communism by farmers:
“We protected native vegetation and gave John Howard the right to boast about how Australia was protecting its Greenhouse targets.
“There are restrictions on private property rights. You stick a right to private property in your Constitution then you have a conservative court saying no you can’t place those restrictions on private landholders.
“Leave it to the parliament, leave it to a free society don’t congeal it in a final constitutional statute. Nobody can be deprived of their property arbitrarily, there must be compensation paid.
“Well that’s an invitation for a conservative leaning court to strike down, for example the measures that are protecting native vegetation on private farmlands.
“No government should pay compensation to farmers when they intervene to say you can no longer rip out your vegetation,” Carr stated.
There have been no moves to date by the Liberal Party Government in NSW to relax these laws.
The Liberal Party traditionally hates firearms. NSW farmers are now predicting their guns will go.
