Remember voting is often irrelevant. Take the attack to those who control the counting of votes. To do this you need a substantial, organised army which only One Nation can deliver. The problem with this banning, or indirect attempt at banning, is that it is ironically, directly challengeable constitutionally using the Communist party High Court case that prohibited banning any party.

I query this gut in the video on a couple of points, one related to Section 28 of the Crimes Act 1914 and the Criminal Code Act 1995, Section 83.4, which both protect, with the same wording, people’s political rights and duties.
To paraphrase: Anyone , by threats, violence or intimidation, interfering with the exercise of anyone else’s political rights and duties, is guilty of an offence punishable by 3 years jail.
These Acts also protect Commonwealth property, that property including the Constitution of this country.
