to the Sir Harry Gibbs statement but it never attached, still is relevant to comments here regarding corporations being given recognition as human beings, afforded the same rights as beasts of burden, cattle, chattel, capital from a question posed of an opinion outside of a jury, from a cover note, not on the body of work leading to the court’s determination, when human beings obtained their freedom by the abolition of slavery in America.
It shows the subhuman greedy mind of the aristocrat, conflicting, dismissing, conniving, working around a determination that beggars their belief that a human being, my slave, overnight would not be turning up for work today and had the freedom to choose to work for another competitor, god forbid for themselves, an education, knowledge.
To my knowledge this question has never been debated before a jury.

Not in a Common Law Court, but another has handed owners of corporations their dogs on a leash, pseudo human rights, the US supreme court has ruled, “that corporations have the right to spend money in candidate elections, and that some for-profit corporations may, on religious grounds, refuse to comply with a federal mandate to cover birth control in their employee health plans.”
Owners of corporations, owners of slaves nothing has changed for the sub human aristocrat.
In Australia people within state’s courts chip away, living the lie, opining about the bleeding obvious that corporations are tools of slave owners, not human beings that they enslave.
