RSPCA and Labor Left coming after farmers and pig dog hunters

by Jim O’Toole, Townsville bureau

The RSPCA, in cahoots with the Labor Party is doubling up its rural culture busting efforts by calling for a tightening of animal cruelty policies.

They are coming after steel traps, pig dogs, 1080 poison and the alleged mistreatment of farm animals. The fact that there are more than one million feral pigs between the Tablelands and the Tip of Cape York eating their way through thousands of eggs laid by cassowaries, scrub turkeys, turtles and crocodiles, is not as important as a dog chewing on a pig’s ear.

Pig hunting is a necessary and socially acceptable method of controlling the exploding feral pig population across northern Australia

Maybe some of the more colourful pig hunters could be more careful should their dogs latch onto the handful of worrisome RSPCA dopes if they trespass on private property so these city-centric idiots understand just how pig hunting works.

This official rural terrorism falls into line with the present Labor disarmament of gun owners and harassment of gun shop proprietors.  Last week Covid cops visited gun shops ensuring counter staff were wearing useless and dangerous masks, another facet of the war on freedom of choice.

Note the word policies (above) because Labor Premier Peter Beattie in 2001 removed the Crown from all Queensland legal procedures and the Parliament, without referendum, following the Goss and Blight campaign to destroy freehold land titles and land ownership when all parchment deeds were shredded in the 90’s.

The Emperor has no clothes and according to two Constitutional law analysts’, ‘legislation’ churned out by the State Parliament is only applicable to members of political parties and the Public Service who sign employment contracts with the party controlling the Parliament.

Members of the public lawfully, are bound only by Common Law.

The RSPCA’s Royal patronage was called into question several years ago when LNP Senator Bridgette McKenzie wrote to the Queen asking her to remove her patronage from the gamin animal protection society after the group tried to kill off family farming in NSW and Victoria.

RSPCA and Animals Australia lawyer and ambulance chaser Tracey Jackson is after farmers and pig hunters who perform a necessary and welcome public contribution by catching some of the million or more feral pigs

RSPCA solicitor and spokeswoman Tracey Jackson of Animals Australia, announced today the offensive against farmers and pig hunters would be taken up a few more notches in the policy review.

Jackson told ABC Radio her left lily-pad mob would be coming after livestock producers  claiming they were not in step with the “public perception” of alleged, cruel animal husbandry practices.

Such drivel about the ‘public perception’ when the vast majority of the public, other than a few scruffy, Gaia Greens and ambulance chasers like Jackson, couldn’t care less how livestock are being farmed just as long as the butcher has a stock of nice T bones.

The alleged ‘public perception’ emanates from a few Animals Australia agitators and the Labor Left which has been trying to close down the bush for decades.

RSPCA survives by public subscription and we suggest pig hunters and farmers step up their Facebook exposure of this motley mob of con artists.

Farmers cannot expect much help from their respective primary producer bodies as they have been purchased by the Labor Party.

Some time ago the Victorian RSPCA was caught out lying about farm animal numbers and how these animals were being mistreated by farmers.

This article was published in Cairns New six years ago:

RSPCA CEO Heather Neil

RSPCA CEO Heather Neil said the group “will not turn our backs on any group of animals including those used in farming where there are more than 850 million animals that need a voice.”

A Mallee farmer, Mr Dick Worthington said Mrs Neil and PETA were “suffering from a terrible delusion, that animals are more important than humans.

“These poor misguided ‘feminatzis’ are taking public subscriptions under false pretences and there should be no taxpayer funds given to these anti-social groups whatsoever,” he said.

“There are only 22 million cattle, 75.5 million sheep, about 1.2 million horses and 4 million goats nationally, so the misinformation continues to harm the farming industry.

“There are about 102.7 million farm animals in the country so Mrs Neil’s 850 million animals, unless she counted cane toads and rabbits, is just like most of their propaganda, deliberate lies.”

Too many scams-RSPCA to lose its royal patronage

A courageous and straight-thinking Victoria Senator has asked Queen Elizabeth to withdraw royal patronage from the justifiably maligned RSPCA.

Nationals Senator Bridget McKenzie wrote to the Queen requesting the RSPCA be stripped of its royal entitlement because of its socialist political agenda.

Senator McKenzie accused the animal protection group of getting into bed with the extreme, feminist, anti-human animal activist mob People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

PETA and Animals Australia aided and abetted by national broadcaster, the ABC destroyed the $2 billion live cattle export trade three years ago when the ABC ran footage of stage managed cruelty to animals at an abattoir in Indonesia.

Revelations aired in Federal Parliament described how abattoir workers were paid to mistreat cattle while being filmed.

Senator Bridget McKenzie

Senator McKenzie wrote: “At the present time the RSPCA’s focus is spread far and wide and it is now opposed to animals in sports and entertainment, hunting, horse racing and farming including Australia’s $2 billion a year livestock export trade.”

She said the RSPCA was trading on the royal family’s status to attack Australian industry, sports and legitimate hunters.

“Equally our live export trade, which generates around $2 billion a years and 10,000 jobs has positively influenced animal welfare conditions in our export countries, particularly those in Asia,” Senator McKenzie said.

“Australia has put in place measures which lift the welfare standards in these countries where only 0.16 per cent of our exported livestock face a potential adverse animal outcome.”

Animals Australia feminazi Lyn White, almost single-handedly wrecked the $2 billion live cattle export trade in 2012 with dodgy video evidence and in doing so destroyed hundreds of farming families and caused the suicide of at least 12 farmers.

RSPCA faces huge $2m + bill over Framlingham cattle cull

Judge Bowman ruled otherwise and said Jason Nicholls “hastily and negligently” put down the animals which included two bulls and three calves.  This is the same RSPCA inspector  Jason Robert Nichols who hounded Victorian  farmer Finlay Glynn Robertson until in June 1999 Glynn shot Nichols and it would seem the bullet wound did not change his attitude here.

The Ruth Downey RSPCA Inquisition

You need to read this factual inquiry of 70 year old farmer Ruth Downey who has her cattle slaughtered by the RSPCA and the nursing calves left without their mothers, NO FOOD. Click the picture to download the disgusting story that is far from a first time event, there are many, many more prosecuted by the private law firm of the then NSW-RSPCA president and a fellow director.

New laws give feral pigs more rights than humans

Muzzle your pig dogs!

Pig hunters beware, muzzle your dogs, because animals have been given more rights in law than those of humans.

The Liberal Party Queensland Government has buckled to the insane drivel of the RSPCA by legislating fines of $220,000 and three years jail if your pig dog “inhumanely” bites a pig when being caught.

What penalty the dog receives has not yet been dreamt up. When feral pigs attack and eat calves while being born, or they uproot and munch upon thousands of bird, turtle and crocodile eggs, or they dig up hundreds of banana suckers overnight don’t let your dogs loose or turn up with your rifle.

You most likely will not kill the pig with a clean single shot and that is an offence. That is if you have a rifle.

The Liberals traditionally hate guns and have made Labor’s original and widely criticised gun laws read like the sporting pages of your local paper.

Rangers disarm because chopper shooting of mobs of marauding pigs is now illegal.

Just like Imelda Marcos’ shoes, the Liberals, in concert with their running mates Labor, have a law for every occasion placing the nanny state on steroids for every petty bureaucrat right up to the police to fine you every time you turn around.

So much for the Liberal’s red tape removal!

7,000 Brumbies Slaughtered Without Owners Permission

Slaughtered Brumby in the WA Kimberleys a National disgrace

On the 20th October 2013 at the Western Australian East Kimberley’s around Lake Gregory became a killing field for over 7,000 brumbies, executed from mustering helicopters conducting an aerial cull with shooters using military SLR rifles, leaving mortally and seriously wounded horses across the landscape, all sanctioned by the RSPCA saying “it demanded the brumbies be killed instantly through an accurately-fired shot, through the head or thorax”.

No question a culling was required, with many options available, proven humane which aerial shooting is not one of them.

So we ask this question, “why the traditional owners of the land and all the brumbies, were not consulted by the lessees, the WA Minister and the RSPCA over this disgraceful execution of their heritage horses?”
