I don’t know how you missed the video and it’s only two minutes long. Notice in the video how he has not directly threatened the Anglo homelands. The Europeans do not want more wars on their turf, they have had enough by now.
So, it seems equally possible Putin has done his own false flag and why wouldn’t he, he would profit by breaking up NATO and also by gaining a corridor through Lithuania to the old Prussian HQ Kaliningrad as he is currently fighting for the corridor through to Crimea. These are very strategic assets for the Russian Empire and as a protege of Klaus Swab, Putin is looking at the big picture and losing a few minor assets is part of the equation.
