AHPRA, the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, the corporation that operates unconstitutionally and unlawfully as a “regulator” of the nation’s doctors and other health practitioners, has backed down from it’s notorious Covid19 Vaccination Position Statement.
Issued on March 9th, 2021, the statement formed the basis of the state and federal governments’ ruthless censorship and punishment of any doctor or other medical practitioner who spoke up or warned against the now discredited mRNA vaccinations, lockdowns, masks and other scamdemic dictates.
The 15-page statement now appears on the Ahpra website with the word “superseded” printed across every page. Suspended Queensland doctor William Bay, speaking on the Voice of Freedom channel on Rumble, said that Ahpra, on December, declared the statement “superseded”.
He said the statement was basically the gag order used in all the crimes committed by authorities during the scamdemic, especially those involving the so-called vaccines, “but more accurately described as gene therapy or a bioweapon.”
“Thus they have backed down and allowed the nurses and doctors of Australia, in my opinion, to throw off the yoke, the chains and the mind control. Ahpra are now telling all Australians the truth about the so-called vaccines, which is simply that they are not safe or effective.
Dr Bay remains suspended from his profession, but continues to work to expose Ahpra, particularly through the courts. Dr Bay had a partial victory in the High Court when the State Government of Queensland failed to appear as a respondent in his case against Ahpra. Dr Mark Hobart of Melbourne is also taking his suspension to the High Court.
Dr Bay said he and Dr Hobart and another doctor had been punshed severely for speaking out freely against the so-called vaccines and that was primarily because of the Ahpra position statement, which said a GP could not criticise the government or a Covid vaccine.
“Now that this position statement is in the bin, there is nothing, in my opinion, stopping doctors and nurses from speaking freely now including GPs and I would encourage them to go for it,” said Dr Bay. “If they (were) afraid before, don’t be afraid now. We don’t have that position statement any more.”
Dr Bay said there was some concern about the FAQs on the Ahpra page but they were only FAQs and people shouldn’t be concerned about them. “People have got to harden up, and learn to put their patients first and stop worrying about regulators, especially when these regulators (Ahpra) are an illegal corporation based in Victoria that purports to run the country and has got absolutely no authority, whatsoever, at all.”

Petitions, yes, could have limited value, but imagine this:
All Communities, large and small, across all of Australia, select their very own comminity members to represent their communities at local, state and feseral levels of government. or whatever replaces the shonky corporate pretender governments.
Such things as petitions would then be produced by / come directly from, the cpmmunities, by way of community reps or whatever they may be called by the communities.
No political parties, no career politicians or reps – limited terms, and reps can be recalled / sacked by the communities.
Imagine hundreds of community patitioms from the majority of communities across all of Auetralia being tabled by community reps who are carrying out the wishes / mandates of the communities.
Could that be of lasting value, could it quickly bring changes to get rid of all of the tyrants, their minions and lackeys?
My opinion is, nothing else will work, anything else will mean that we will still be pi…ng into the wind.
It would take months, not many years, to get results of long lasting positive value.

Sadly, the most obvious recognition from the practice run is that they managed to gauge that we are NOT going to do much at all when they run the main event.
Ahpra have stamped their document “Superseded” and can back down with plausible deniability. Expect to hear statements such as,
“In hindsight, some of the measures may have been too harsh… mistakes were made… we were facing an unprecedented event… it was a novel coronavirus… we had very limited data… we had to be guided by the foremost experts… it was important we didn’t overload the health system… without strong action even more lives would have been lost … someone had to have a steady hand on the rudder…”
I can’t help but feel this was always the plan. Most of the dictates, statements and so on are now redundant. They achieved what they needed to achieve at the time, and it really doesn’t matter what comes out now… the scam worked. Billions of people have been jabbed. Some are still a special kind of stupid and are still getting jabbed. These people for the most part are doomed. I know several people personally who have died, been injured or now have cancer. And were previously healthy.
So they backed down… they are still laughing at us.. knowing that for the most part, people are stupid and will believe whatever they are told…

As I vaguely recall AHPRA set themselves up in Queensland where they unfortunately do not have a senate to restrain the corruption, only a lower house, so that the unrepresentative swill gets a free rein. Somehow by devious lawyer tricks the Queensland legislation was grafted on nationally. The TGA and AHPRA have proved themselves to be totally corrupt &/or incompetent, and the commanders-in-chief have done a runner since a couple of years ago. Dr William Bay has done an excellent job unlike most of the quacks who just wanted to keep their heads down, including my former quack who bolted a couple of months ago, and my previous quack who suggested I take myself elsewhere rather than questioning aspects of their Covid™ narrative. If the rule of Law still applies, the High Court must rule that AHPRA has no regulatory legal standing in Australia; that it violated Section 51 of the Constitution; that it was in breach of the Privacy Act 1988, and of the Nuremberg Code.
This being their judgement, they must also rule that their actions unarguably led to unnecessary deaths and injuries, and destroyed blameless medical and other careers. Any High Court Judge of integrity must also then demand that government launch a Royal Commission of Inquiry into the entire covid saga; and with Pfizer lies, fraudulent PCR test, mRNA jabs, and use of Remdesir instead of Ivermectin therapy, plus contraindicated application of ventilation and heart-suppressing drugs; all of these factors stipulated in the stated terms of reference.
Ain’t gonna happen.

There are still thousands/tens of thousands of Healthcare Professionals/Healthcare Workers who have been stood down or terminated fir refusal to get the Governments “Safe and Effective” Covid-19 Vaccines….moreover those same Healthcare Professionals(Doctors, Nurses, etc) cannot work in the profession they love so dearly(HELPING PEOPLE) because they are still required by the Hospitals under their own “Terms of Employment” to show of current/previous Covid-19 vaccination!?!
The Government gets to “wash their hands” over this entire debacle by saying “we ended the mandates”……but what they don’t say is they’re allowing the Hospitals(Public & Private” to institute their own “terms of employment without any Government oversight or pushback.
