The people have the option of being the principle stakeholders of the de jure State of Victoria in the de jure Commonwealth of Australia (which still exists/ but wants for people).
However almost all people have elected to identify as being something the de facto “government” created and so be under the dominium of the corporate “government and its ‘laws’.
The definition of “State” in the Victorian Births,Deaths and Marriages Act is: ‘includes a Territory’.
In this sense, ‘territory’ means a jurisdiction and not a land.
Ignorance is not bliss, not nowadays.
Well the judges are all appointed by the State or Federal Attorney General and rubber stamped by the parliament and State Governor or Governor General, the latter who probably hands the list to the AG in the first place. It’s all a mirror of the British Parliament where the House of Commons is a zoo for the confusion and befuddlement of the public and the real governance is worked out through the upper house. How we in Australia got away with an elected senate to restrain the unrepresentative swill of the lower house I can hardly imagine, there must have been a few patriots in 1901 before aeroplanes were invented. Poor old Queensland you were done out of your upper house and look what’s coming your way. Health-Environment minister UN puppet now in charge over the Xmas break.

Short title.
This Act may be cited as the Colonial Courts of Admiralty Act 1890.
2Colonial Courts of Admiralty.
(1)Every court of law in a British possession, which is for the time being declared in pursuance of this Act to be a court of Admiralty, or which, if no such declaration is in force in the possession, has therein original unlimited civil jurisdiction, shall be a court of Admiralty, with the jurisdiction in this Act mentioned, and may for the purpose of that jurisdiction exercise all the powers which it possesses for the purpose of its other civil jurisdiction, and such court in reference to the jurisdiction conferred by this Act is in this Act referred to as a Colonial Court of Admiralty. Where in a British possession the Governor is the sole judicial authority, the expression “court of law” for the purposes of this section includes such Governor.

The thing about the Admiralty, Admiralty Law, Admiralty Courts, Admiralty jurisdiction, and every other aspect of the ownership of corporations and contract law, that has underhandedly taken over from Constitutional Law and Common Law, it’s Courts and Jurisdiction, ….is that under their own rules of operation, there has to be open and honest disclosure of all pertinent information to every contract, by every party that is involved, so that there are no surprises after the signing of the contract.
All names are in CAPITOL LETTERS, and they recognize that God’s laws, on which Common Law is based, is superior to their made up system of law and their type of order.
Since they actually disclose nothing in openness and honesty, then everything that they do, ane everything that they control is false, and must not be suffered by those who live under Constitutional Law and Courts and correct jurisdiction.
As long as the deceivers keep playing their games, and the public allow themselves to be deceived, nothing will change, except for the worst, as they implement more and more controls and takeover more and more power, until we are left without any defence against them, as we will either be dead or working alone as slaves.
