I’ve lived in Townsville 2 years, moved here for FIFO work. I have experienced near car-jacking (they only go for elderly and young as I have read the QPS Townsville website victim information, go have a look), had my car attacked by a drunk obstructing traffic, and intimated by thugs outside Woolies. Cairns News was one of the first places I looked for news when I was newly awakened. I looked to CN along with Reiner Fullmich amongst others.

Back then there where no comments in their comment section, just news articles.

A cousin of mine used to be in a programme many years ago where reoffending troubled youth where taken out to his cattle station and taught skills. It was quite successful, probably too successful as the Grubbberment scrapped it.

I disagree, you get a ‘service’ from a hooker, the police are there to ‘enforce’ the law. What they need is retraining on ‘we the people’ law and the thugs get thrown out of the job if their personality is not suited.

Some people have really lost the plot and need to learn a bit of discipline and self respect as well and not act like bogan thugs and use police, nurses, and ambo’s as punching bags.

I haven’t forgotten about our nurses that stood up as well but this article was about the police.

They have been recruiting nurses from overseas for years and what I have experienced is some of them are pretty ordinary and don’t have the training and/or the empathy or bedside manner. Maybe this was by design by the cabal now we know what they are up to.

Hopefully the new Quantum health system gradually coming in will completely overtake this cabal health system sooner rather than later.

Is forced indocrination, jailing and councelling working: no. So why repeat the same things expecting a different result.

I don’t condone violence but I do understand why they are angry. Isn’t every one angry that is being forced against their will and trying to speak out but not being understood or heard?

They are just using that anger in a very destructive way as they likely can’t see an alternative. All they get is schooling and punishments.

What else have they got to redirect that state? To make them feel happy? In past generations there was a lot of physical entertainment, that has all but disapperared. Roller/iceskating, dancing, amusement parks, gaming arcades, drive-in movies, workshops, dirtbike/horse riding etc.

There are so many rules now they can’t even throw a line or net in the water to fish without a permit. And eerything costs a lot of money now. All natural habitats are disappearing and everyone keeps telling them that ‘they’ are the problem. It doesn’t make them feel loved, wanted or inspired to change.

Not everyone wants to sit on a computer and play games all day, youth have a lot of energy that needs exerting. If they have no positive role models and avenues to redirect that energy then they are stuck in a rut.

And let’s not forget the envirinment overall that we all are experiencing: lock downs, mandates etc.

They need more love and care not more rules, punishments and disciplining. They need healthy POSITIVE reinforcement and activities.

So I don’t believe all of them are bad or a problem but products of their environment.

What Richard sees as building blocks to break the youth cycle of trauma, the culture of silence or powerlessness in communities, and end-stage anti-social problems, is 1) community education aimed at the adult population within a particular First Nations people’s language group, 2) in-depth cultural competency in staff training, 3) culturally appropriate schooling which includes understanding the students and their culture, 4) open-source English learning programs working in their own language and equipping Aboriginal elders to become teachers again, and then 5) sending trained mainstream community workers/educators to work alongside Yolngu and other Aboriginal communities.

This is a very sad situation in Queensland and it must get the right fixes. The First Nations and other Australians agreed to say NO to the voice referendum and we can agree with the tribal people again on how they can work to fix the crime problem of aboriginal youth; it is a “dead cert” that police and jails offer no solution. This problem really needs PM Albanese’s unshackled attention and a listening ear, because Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price on facebook says -“the government without fail demonstrates it has no plans to address urgent issues facing marginalised Indigenous Australians.”
