Reclaim Australia say enough is enough
From Cairns News contributors
Vigilantes armed with baseball bats could soon be a familiar sight on the streets of Cairns, Mareeba and Townsville as Labor’s feeble attempt to curb violent crime dissipates.
Cairns News contributors from around the Far North have advised their sources are warning vigilantes are on the move.
The vigilantes according to our sources are arming themselves to protect their families and themselves and to deter violent attacks on innocent people going about their business or just being at home.

Police and courts are powerless to protect the public but have warned they will make every effort to stop people from protecting themselves and taking matters into their own hands.
At common law every man has a right to defend himself and his family and it now seems this is about to occur following a spate of violent street attacks in Mareeba over the past week allegedly committed by Aboriginal youth.
Two men aged in their 20s left the Ant Hill Hotel on Saturday night, with plans to walk 200m along Byrnes St to the Gateway Hotel, when outside Mitre 10 the pair intervened to assist a man being harassed by a group.
The situation quickly escalated after the group produced weapons and bottles and attacked the pair.
The attack followed an earlier altercation involving the two groups inside licenced premises on Byrnes Street at about 9pm, according to police.
Two of the victims according to our sources were Pacific Islander, temporary fruit workers, the other a local white man. One victim was glassed, receiving severe cuts to the neck in the melee resulting in him being flown to Cairns by the emergency helicopter for surgery.

Aboriginal dissent has risen in the Mareeba area since police shot and killed an indigenous offender, aged 27, during a domestic dispute in March.
Police are drastically under-staffed and a lack of older experienced officers has made proactive policing more difficult.
Queensland Labor sacked many experienced officers who refused to take the deadly mRNA jab two years ago.
Labor has advertised for overseas recruits to join the state police force because suitable local recruits are nearly impossible to find because there has developed a general distrust of police officers since they were used as political pawns in the scamdemic, locking families in their homes and prosecuting those who disobeyed unlawful mandates.
The birds have returned home to roost, comrade Premier.
Since the slave rebellion during the French Revolution (when they killed all the Whites) Haiti has been the world’s most violent and backward country, exporting large numbers illegally every year to the US – that paradise of systemic racism. Correction: Liberia which is founded on the traditional African economic model: slavery and tribal wars for slaves and gold is probably worse than Haiti.
But in Haiti, it would seem, the ordinary folk have awakened and smelled the Ton Ton Macoutes. The police work for the gangs, so it looks like its the slums vs the gangs.
Vigilantes fight back against Haiti’s gangs.

Well. If the police were attending to violent crime against the community there wouldn’t be vigilantes, now would there? But in the absence of police action, when it comes to the victims of crime pushing back – now the Blue Line is going to find it. Now they are worried ‘somebody is going to get killed.’ Translation : “an entitled Black is going to killed”. And we certainly can’t have that.
It is foregone conclusion that the violent crime will only escalate as the police take a knee, and the violent crime escalates, then it is very likely indeed that the somebody who is going to get killed will be a community victim of violent crime.

The Mareeba situation is part of the trouble of all Western nations.
Chicago post the Columbian Exposition and world fair of 1893 was called the White City, not because of its racial composition but because of its amenities for all who lived there. It was a beautiful, welcoming city. Now it’s another shithole created by the Blacks who rioted, looted and massively chimped, most recently April 2023 have forced the closure of many businesses.
And they are crapping on about it on Tik Tok.

The reason people can’t access common law (which isn’t that flash but a darn sight better than what is found in the legal jurisdiction ) is because the people have elected to identify as a corporate fiction.
It is the power of the people to choose the jurisdiction they identify in, and if someone uses an unqualified Birth Certificate as a form if I.D., then they have left the original/equitable jurisdiction and play in the legal jurisdiction.
You want your freedom then you are going to have to learn about trusts and the equity jurisdiction.
When you apply for an identity/account in the legal jurisdiction, you provide the ‘government’ ( which is really a private corporation ) with some equitable substance ( something with your signature ) and they create a legal trust and you accept the position of trustee, which has all the duty and obligation for no gain.
The beneficiary owns the lot and gets to take, and in a legal trust you ain’t the beneficiary.
The ‘government/corporation’ gets to use your property at no cost because you abandoned it.
You have the option to make your property the res of an equitable trust, and the legal trust is derived from your private equitable trust which is not in the legal jurisdiction.
The beneficiary of this private equitable owns the whole bloody lot, and the ‘government/corporation becomes the trustee because they elect to hold and use your private property.
Your most valuable property is your signature, not some real estate or flash car etc.
And how many times have we given our signature away as if it has no value.
That very same signature is the way we put ourselves into bondage, and equity facilitates us being able to correct a mistake done in the past if we did it in ignorance of our rights!

tonyryan43 – “This is the last time I will bother stating the obvious. Get ADF personnel to train a militia or you will just get smashed. ”
I am with you, not against you.
There is an abundance of ex ADF available in the communities to train a militia, no need for serving ADF, who may or may not be on the peoples side.
Trouble is, it is a crime to do so.
Unless, we apply/ use/follow the 1901 Constitution, and have a majority of individual and / or grouped Communities involvement.
The Mexican women would have been able to easily obtain the necessary tools to carry out their tasks and objectives. Different story in Australia.
If we were to have in place, communities that could make use of the Constitution, it could quickly be – job done.
As far as I am concerned the majority of Australians are still sheeple, they are still supporting their own demise.
If they wake up great, if they don’t then as you say – “will just get smashed.”
I think that alternate media, minus the controlled opposition and about 50% of it being (hopeful) garbage, has gotten enough awake people up to speed, they now have enough provable knowledge to convince sheeple to at least listen to the other side of the story.
If the sheeple do not start waking the hell up well before the end of this year, community representation and the Constitution will be a lost cause.
Just my two cents worth.

@Rebecca. The Defence Legislation Amendment (Enhancement of Defence Force Response to Emergencies) Bill 2020 (the Bill) is to amend the Defence Act 1903 (Defence Act).
This Amendment allowed the government to contract any security forces public or private to operate on Australian soil and task them. The Amendment completely indemnified these forces from any criminal or civil liability.
The ones I met were Indonesian and they were then at Greenbank.
The US military is here under the terms of the ANZUS Treaty which was made by the real Commonwealth Government of Australia in the 1950s – before the Corporate Pretenders took control in the 1970s.

For the life of me I can’t find free migration to Queensland for 1500 police officers advertised anywhere in the world. What I can find is scumo’s law allowing foreign police (UN) and military (US) to operate liability free on Australian soil. Welcome to Queensland, welcome to the jungle.

100% correct.
Destroying our communities.

Let me get this right. The last couple of years the protests have been saying the real owners of the land are the Aboriginals, they even tried to change the flag to the Aboriginal one.
So now they have been put on a pedastal, so to speak, and they are obviously wanting their country back, as you lot told them they could, now you’ve changed your minds and want them reeled in!
I don’t get it, all those protests for nothing!!

A Black offender with an extensive history of highly violent DV incidents. Check.
[ It would seem that if his family and community was all that concerned over his ‘extensive history’ of violence they would have been using their resources to reign him in and protect his victims ]
I expect not. I expect they played the race card on the bleeding heart liberal and cowed Whites attempting to deal with him through the social services, medical services and court system which attended his victims etc. These Whites would rather die than be called a ‘racist’ by an entitled Black working the racial grievance industry. A bit like the social services, clinics, hospitals and authorities across the North of England which protected Pakistani rape gangs for decades and covered up their crimes of child trafficking and rape.
It was a foregone conclusion that the Mareeba offender would eventually confront the police at one of his crime scenes.
Four hour stand-off with police while threatening his hostage with a knife. Check.
Charged the police with a knife. Check.
The police shoot him. Let the Games begin.
Outraged Blacks go off the dial and riot, loot, assault people and bring general mayhem to Mareeba. They play the race card. They make their position clear to Mareeba : ‘suck it up’; ‘We are the untouchables’. And the Communist state will now make life hell for the police who did their job. Let us hope their mates will stand with them. Let us hope the town will stand with them. Let us hope Qld will stand with them.

The entire article paints a picture of an orchestrated societal breakdown, championed and nurtured from every possible direction by that hired Gestapo army of shit-for-brains Nazi stooges masquerading as “police”.
Seems to me, eliminate the hired Gestapo army of brain-dead arseholes and we’re on a trajectory to an eventual solution.
Pigs will fly, of course – just not the hired Nazi ones.
Meanwhile, the article ends ironically with the line…

Editor – “At common law every man has a right to defend himself and his family”
Good luck with relying on any common law being found in our now private corporation Courts.
Common law is found in our (now hidden away) 1901 Constitution. Why now hidden?
Hide the constitution, no common law. No “right” to defend yourself. Sure there is corporation government legislation that mentions defense of self and property. That legislation is dealt with in “their” courts. How’s that going., everyone happy with our contract and law of the sea courts?
Common law would / should be dealt with in a common law court and always involve a jury chosen from local communities. Back to the above mentioned comments “no common law”.
How do we get common law back into courts? Communities all over Australia put up their very own reps to:
Put the hidden away 1901 Constitution back into play.
Crank up common law courts.
Make changes to the 1901 Constitution to fix up the mess we are in.
Take back our country, our police, our military. our banking system, our schools, etc.
Community assemblies, forums (call them what you like) nothing else will work.
But wait a minute, we are doing really well relying on our present bent politicians, police, military. etc, and will no doubt very soon be saved by the white hats and a very special savior. Yes, I am being facetious.
Reality can be very sad, best to live in a dream state or like a zombie.
