Big pharma’s boy in Canberra John Skerritt has been forced to resign from the TGA drug and vaccine approval agency they run.

AUSTRALIA’S lying, pharma-funded public health bureaucrats at the TGA have been forced to remove restrictions on the anti-parasitic and anti-viral drug ivermectin, that they criminally banned during the plandemic.

The move is a huge and well-deserved victory for former Liberal MP Craig Kelly, who was mocked and ridiculed by health authorities, media and other politicians for his public stance in support of the drug that is shown by numerous studies to be a safe and effective treatment for covid-19.

Despite this, the TGA is still in denial about ivermection, pushing the WHO-big pharma lie that ivermectin “does not improve outcomes in patients with COVID-19”.

During the pandemic independent doctors worldwide found early treatment of people suffering covid symptoms with ivermectin was highly effective, and certainly safe. In Australia, the renowned Sydney-based specialist Professor Thomas Borody, developed an ivermectin-based treatment for protocol that was ignored by medical authorities who assured the public mRNA “vaccines” were the only viable treatment. It was a total lie. Subsequent investigations showed mRNA shots were not expected to prevent transmission, although the public health crowd lied that they did.

Simultaneously in the US, a group of doctors and researchers working under the banner Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance developed a similar ivermectin-based treatment protocols, that were also vilified and ignored by authorities who routinely dismissed the medicine as “horse dewormer”.

In fact ivermectin has long been used as an anti-parasite treatment for livestock, but much lower doses as pills have long been used for treatment of human diseases such as scabies and intestinal worms. During the pandemic, provincial governments in India prescribed it to millions of people as a covid treatment and preventative.

Craig Kelly, commenting on Twitter, was delighted with the ending of the ban and said it was most likely triggered by legal action against the former TGA head Professor John Skerritt, who resigned in April.

“I think the fact that the recently retired head of TGA was being sued personally for his conduct … put the new head of the TGA on notice that they were potentially personally liable, plus the weight of recent studies showing Ivermectin was highly effective,” said Kelly. “If they maintained the ban, there was a real personal risk, and they’d have no chance defending the ban on merit.”

Kelly’s post on Twitter announcing the end of the ban has had more than 632,000 views. “For as I repeatedly said, the TGA couldn’t hold out forever, as their senior management were risking being personally sued for malfeasance given the tsunami of evidence rolling in, showing that Ivermectin is highly effective against Covid,” he said.

“Although this is a time for celebration, we should stop and spare a thought for the thousands of Australians that lost their lives in this war, that died unnecessarily from Covid because the TGA denied them access to this life saving Ivermectin. It’s now time for the war crime trials and reparations. And I wonder if the ABC or Ally will broadcast this news?”

Kelly earlier slammed the TGA for its negligence over mRNA vaccine dangers. “Notwithstanding that Moderna should never have been approved in the first place – the TGA ignored the warnings from Europe when many European countries pulled Moderna from the market in October & November 2021 – and the TGA even ignored their own data which showed that Moderna had a significant greater risk of an an adverse event,” he posted on Twitter.

“Did the TGA go soft on Moderna (conduct by the TGA that caused deaths) because the Federal Government and the Victorian Labor government were doing a deal with Moderna to build a factory in Melbourne? The media must accept responsibility as when the nation should have been having an honest debate, the media smeared, vilified and censored anyone that questioned the “safe & effective” narrative.”

From June 1, 2023, prescribing of oral ivermectin for ‘off-label’ uses will no longer be limited to specialists such as dermatologists, gastroenterologists and infectious diseases specialists.

In its published decision this week, the TGA removed the restriction through the Poisons Standard “because there is sufficient evidence that the safety risks to individuals and public health is low when prescribed by a general practitioner in the current health climate.”

But despite the lifting of the ban, the bureaucrats persisted in defending their basic covid narrative and continued to lie about the efficacy of ivermectin on covid-19 infection: “This (decision) considers the evidence and awareness of medical practitioners about the risks and benefits of ivermectin, and the low potential for any shortages of ivermectin for its approved uses. Also, given the high rates of vaccination and hybrid immunity against COVID-19 in Australia, use of ivermectin by some individuals is unlikely to now compromise public health.

“However, the TGA does not endorse off-label prescribing of ivermectin for the treatment or prevention of COVID-19. A large number of clinical studies have demonstrated ivermectin does not improve outcomes in patients with COVID-19.

“The National Covid Evidence Taskforce (NCET) and many similar bodies around the world, including the World Health Organization, strongly advises against the use of ivermectin for the prevention or treatment of COVID-19.”

The TGA states: “Ivermectin for oral use is a prescription only (Schedule 4) medicine in the Poisons Standard. It is only approved by the TGA for the treatment of river blindness (onchocerciasis), threadworm of the intestines (intestinal strongyloidiasis), and scabies.”

The TGA claims its restriction on ivermectin was introduced in September 2021 “because of concerns about the safety of consumers using ivermectin without health advice to treat COVID-19, widespread use of ivermectin instead of approved vaccines and treatments for COVID-19, and potential shortages of the medicine for approved uses”.
