The original Constitution of 1901 still exists but with the authority the people granted the Parliament to deal with the financial emergency in the 1928 referendum, it was put into trust and another jurisdiction was created to administer the bankruptcy.
People now identify as a government created legal fiction that exists in this derived legal jurisdiction if they identify themselves using the State created Birth Certificate.

The Australian Constitution as written and agreed to for the 1901 Federation of and beginning of Australian States and Federal oversight of same, does not give any parliament the right to approve laws that do not originate via a referendum.
This condition is cut and dried and must be upheld.
Therefore all laws imposed without a referendum are unlawful and non-existent in authority of use over the freedoms of Australians.
Imperatives imposed by offshore unlawful agendas and entities have no authority, and all foreign treaties are invalid unless agreed to by public referendums.
Failure to impose the laws of our original Constitution fully will be taken to show that the government is acting as a treasonous entity that is not acting in the interests of the Australian populace, and those officials and politicians that are supporting those treasonous actions and laws will be considered to be enemies of the Nation of Australia, and will be judged and penalised accordingly under the laws that were placed in the Constitution in 1901.

I always advise people to look at the deadline date. Say nothing to employers or schools and front up to work or school when the deadline has passed. Then let them turn you away. If everybody did this, even half the workforce, suddenly the country would be in a pickle. Government and employers (and unions) would look stupid. The only person I know who did this, was asked why and responded with a bible verse. He was allowed to keep working.
I would add the verse “It’s appointed unto man once to die and after this the judgement”, and that means YOU mate. How do you think you will fare?

As per the Australian Constitution, the Australian Commonwealth does not have the power to mandate medical conscription. It follows that it CANNOT legislate to devolve a medical conscription power (which it does not possess) either to the States or to private or governmental employers.
A vax requirement may form part of a labour contract between employers and employees. But the terms and conditions must be reasonable and free of duress. Hence, any form of MEDICAL conscription cannot be IMPOSED on employers and employees by either State or Commonwealth legislation.
Unless of course compliant judges deem otherwise, and that may just turn out to be the case given that our Constitution can obviously be ignored on the basis of whim or lack of public interest.
Whether the people of the Commonwealth of Australia will stand up for their Constitution remains to be seen. It seems we could benefit from a MUCH BIGGER Voice than the one we are being offered.

That may cause them to miss the football match, or the netball match, or some other match, that has never made their life safer, healthier or anything at all really, its just that we are Australian and we must be thinking or discussing sport or some nonsense that really has no importance whatsoever.

This bill when it becomes law will form part of a swag or tranche that will cover the entire population for mandatory vaxx. It will have counterpart legislation for schools, Centrelink clients, patients, pensioners etc with lockout measures that will insure compliance from those who ‘fall through the cracks’ of the control grid. They will be locked out of social and economic transactions.
Those who can survive lockout should be making their plans now.
These laws will cover everyone, except of course for those above a certain paygrade or Party status. Members of the Politburo or those who are legislating for this will not be subject to the vaxx (anymore than they were before).
The idea here is the ID. Namely a vax ID or social passport that in this phase of Operation CoVID will deliver the reduction in population they require.
If in Australia, the Aus Bureau of Stats has crunched the numbers at 5162% excess mortality (across all causes) since the previous vaxx roll-out – think what this number is going to be when these laws are operational. They are ‘flattening the curve’ on the wrong axis. Amplification of 5162% could collapse the entire health system. Indeed it could collapse the entire system. And it looks like this is the plan.
Once the CCP / Aboriginal Industry Box Ticker Party has gotten the demographics shifted and the Anglo Celtic majority largely eradicated then they can flood the country with whatever demographics they want to build back better. They won’t have to be vaxxed – that will be for the population reduction phase of Western nation takedown. Just like in the US, the migrant tsunamis pouring in across the Southern Border are processed, located and signed up for all their social security entitlements including right to vote. Former Pfizer Vice President and Chief Science Officer Dr. Michael Yeadon has sounded the alarm over the current vaccine scheme saying it could lead to mass depopulation.
In recent interviews Dr. Yeadon has been warning about the dangers of the poorly vetted mRNA vaccines being forced onto the public by health and government authorities.
“I’m very worried … that pathway will be used for mass depopulation, because I can’t think of any benign explanation.
That’s what I would do if I wanted to get rid of 90 or 95% of the world’s population. And I think that’s what they’re doing.”
