David Walter need support tomorrow when he delivers Cairns Court a lethal blow
Tomorrow at 9am Cairns Court to support David Walter
Today David Walter fronted Cairns Court and the same Magistrate who jailed him for contempt and made false claim of his aggression to government enforcers within that court to which many witnesses submitted statements to the perjury committed by the said Magistrate.
A lethal blow was delivered in that same court today by David at last recognised by government lawyers and the said Magistrate who when informed Queensland is but a private organisation and it is not an official government under a charter for starters, which he backed up with irrefutable facts.
Several times the magistrate took leave from the bench to gather her thoughts she explained to the court and when David answered her question as to what was it he wanted to which he stated;
- Take the whole matter to the High Court to rule on this illegal government
- Produce just one true Australian in this court.
The fluster magistrate declined and removed herself from hearing the case which she has handed another Magistrate for tomorrow’s hearing.

I believe that it is proceeding again on the 30th and 31st October with the Magistrate [That jailed David] in the witness box along side of the two private security guards that claim that he assaulted them, with the Chief Justice presiding. David needs as many people to witness the proceedings.

Ned, I heard a rumor on the net, someone has initiated an actin group consisting of 1000 members, something about a coup as they have finally had enough. Imagine that, a coup in OZ.

It is starting to fall apart at the seams. They are removing stuff from the Internet. An observation is that these Courts are Maritime that is why they fly a flag [Flags are Military/Naval signals] of convenience. One only has to use their eyes and visit one of their Ships in Dock where they sit higher than all. When the Captain comes onto the top deck all rise as a salute to the Officer in Charge behind the Bar. Any descent is treated as mutiny. You might say how can this be? Well simple they are in dry dock and use the Seas and Submerged Lands Act as justification and if all else failed they would claim the deluvian [The Great flood] level as a bench mark.
However perhaps we should see it as inland Piracy. Using the only lawful remedy to remove tyrants from power [Grand Jury and a Sheriff that respects the law of the land].

Ned Kelly your sentiments reflect many hard working law abiding Australians who are absolutely bloody fed up with the loonies in parliament, where if we can’t resolve this situation peacefully and we should at all costs push to do that that if their is no other alternative remaining then yes if that is what it takes then so be it . you see that’s what these people are most afraid of an awake public who is armed and can bring this whole kabal and house of cards down.

I posted this all over yesterday urging people who could attend to support David at the court I am too far away and I would have flown up but don’t have the resources to do so But I am right behind David. I have been following him for years. I just hope people who could get there did go.
