Insane in the membrane: Nevada Won’t Be Done Counting Mail-in Ballots for Days – Report | 8 Nov 2022 | Nevada will not be done counting its mail-in ballots for several days, according to the Nevada Independent. Clark County, Nevada, which accounts for about 70% of the state’s population, could take until Thursday to finish counting its mail-in ballots, according to the Nevada Independent. The county will count in-person votes from Tuesday and all the early mail in votes that are in the system. Clark County officials reported only having enough staff to count early mail-in ballots and in-person ballots on Tuesday, the Nevada Independent reported. The county is appearing to have a resource issue that is stalling the counting of drop box mail.
Dominion Voting [sic] Machines Down in Texas, Arizona, New Jersey – Other Voter Irregularities Reported | Voters in Mercer County, New Jersey, are facing a “county-wide system outage” in their election using Dominion Voting [sic] Machines. Voters are not being turned away, but are being asked to fill out ballots manually and place them in the slot for manual counting later… In Maricopa County, tabulators did not work starting at 6 a.m., when the polls opened. In Texas, the machines are also not working. In Illinois, voters are being told to use the provided Sharpies, or their vote may not count. [!?!] The Champaign County, Illinois, clerk’s office announced the computer server is under cyber-attack. The Gateway Pundit has also reported on massive issues and election irregularities across the country.

Maricopa County: Arizona judge denies GOP lawsuit to keep polls open in county after ballot ‘hiccups’ –GOP, Blake Masters and Kari Lake had sued to keep polls open for provisional ballots after issues earlier in the day | 8 Nov 2022 | An Arizona court ruled against a Republican-backed lawsuit to keep polls open for provisional ballots in Maricopa County after “hiccups” with some vote tabulators earlier in the day caused confusion at polling places. “The court does not have evidence there was a voter who was precluded the right to vote from what was presented,” the judge said minutes before polls closed Tuesday. “From what I’ve seen they all got a collection of their vote,” the judge also said as the lawyer for GOP Senate candidate Blake Masters’s campaign argued before the court. Masters’ campaign, the Republican National Committee and the campaign for Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake were behind the lawsuit.Maricopa County Confirms Tabulators Are Malfunctioning on Election Day | 8 Nov 2022 | Authorities in Maricopa County, Arizona, confirmed Tuesday morning at a news conference that around 20 percent of the vote centers in the county are experiencing issues. At around 4 p.m. ET, Maricopa officials said they have “identified a solution to the tabulation issues” at dozens of polling locations, blaming “printer settings.” “In about 20 percent of the vote centers…when people will go and try to run the ballot through this tabulator, maybe one out of every five or so, of those ballots are not going through,” said Maricopa Board of Supervisors Chair Bill Gates. “It’s not like both of the tabulators in these 20 percent of locations are having these issues. It might only be one.” Gates said that the problem is not preventing people from casting their ballot, saying that voters can deposit their ballot in a drop box.

Senator Marco Rubio won in a blowout — 57% to 41%. Republican Kat Cammack won reelection in Florida. Governor Ron DeSantis won in a landslide, by 19 points over Democrat Charlie Crist.

Republican JD Vance Wins Senate Bid in Ohio | 8 Nov 2022 | Republican JD Vance, bestselling author of the book Hillbilly Elegy, will become the next Senator from Ohio in Jan. 2023, after defeated Democratic opponent Tim Ryan. NBC News has called the race as of 10:56 on Nov. 8, with Vance at 53.8% of the vote and Ryan 46.1% with 86% of votes in. ABC News has also called the race for Vance as of 10:59, with 54% of the vote going to Vance and 46% going to Ryan, also with 86%. Vance and Ryan were running to replace a soon-to-be-vacated Senate seat currently occupied by Republican Rob Portman.

The Associated Press calls Pennsylvania Senate race for Fetterman with 86% of precincts reporting | 9 Nov 2022 | Pennsylvania Democratic Lt. Gov. John Fetterman on Wednesday morning [allegedly] defeated the GOP’s Dr. Mehmet Oz in the state’s hotly contested Senate race. Despite suffering a stroke earlier this year, Fetterman successfully survived criticisms that he was physically unfit to serve, even after debate performance in which he struggled to articulate clear answers to moderator questions. The Associated Press called the race with 86% of precincts reporting. Fetterman led Oz with 49.9% of vote to the Republican’s 47.7%. Oz had witnessed a last minute surge in the polls following Fetterman’s debate performance and was narrowly favored to win the seat.

California Gov. Newsom’s Reelection Appears Likely | 9 Nov 2022 | Gavin Newsom appears poised to serve another four-year term as California’s governor, according to preliminary results in the Nov. 8 midterm election. Newsom was leading the gubernatorial race with about 61.3 percent of the vote over state Sen. Brian Dahle (R-Bieber) with approximately 38.7 percent, according to unofficial election results posted by the Secretary of State, as of 9:10 p.m. Tuesday night with 34 percent of precincts partially reporting. Newsom, a progressive Democrat, was elected to his first term in 2018, when his predecessor Gov. Jerry Brown (D) reached the term limit after eight years in office.

Houston polling location closed after city employee is electrocuted and dies | 8 Nov 2022 | A polling location in Houston was shut down Tuesday after a city employee died after being electrocuted. The unidentified employee worked for the city’s Parks and Recreation department and died during a work-related incident, authorities said. Mayor Sylvester Turner said Houston firefighters responded to the Melrose Park Community Center location just before noon. Details about what happened have not been disclosed.

American Scientists Warn Bill Gates’s Funding of Mutant COVID Strains Could Result in New Deadly Pandemic | 6 Nov 2022 | A top molecular biologist recently exposed senior Gates-funded researchers for creating mutant strains of COVID-19 in secret experiments earlier this year. Dr. Richard Ebright, a professor of chemistry and chemical biology at Rutgers University and laboratory director of the Waksman Institute of Microbiology, slammed the Bill Gates-funded Imperial College’s research. “This is insanity, both in terms of the redundancy and waste,” Ebright warned. He argued such research presents a “risk of triggering a new pandemic wave upon accidental or deliberate release of the laboratory-generated viruses.” …The trial, which included 20 researchers and a member of the British government’s advisory panel, was partially funded by taxpayers. In the study conducted in a biosafety level 3 lab, they “infected hamsters with two chimera COVID hybrids,” combining aspects of the original coronavirus strain with parts of the omicron and delta variants. As per the preprint study’s abstract, the experiment raised “the concerning possibility that future variants” of COVID-19 could have more severe effects than those “seen during omicron infection.”

Plan to Release Genetically Engineered Mosquitoes in California Draws Fire From California Lawmakers, Environmentalists | 4 Nov 2022 | As environmental advocates call on regulators to “lead with sound science” regarding the proposed release of thousands of genetically engineered (GE) mosquitoes on a weekly basis in central California, eight Democratic lawmakers on Thursday demanded that officials reject the proposal without an in-depth review of its potential impacts. Biotech company Oxitec aims to make California the second state — after Florida — to have an experimental release of its GE mosquitoes and has applied for a permit to conduct research with its product at 48 test sites in Tulare County. The experimental release would target the mosquito species Aedes aegypti and aim to reduce its population in Tulare County. According to the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR), which can approve or deny the research authorization, between 5,000 and 30,000 GE mosquitoes would be released on a weekly basis at each site and the permit would be effective through April 30, 2024.

Poland to expand U.S. air base – defense minister | 7 Nov 2022 | Poland will expand a military base hosting the US Combat Aviation Brigade in the coming years, the nation’s defense minister, Mariusz Blaszczak, announced on Monday during a visit to the facility. Located in the central Polish city of Powidz, the base is expected to strengthen the US Air Force operation capabilities in support of Polish and NATO forces in the region, he said. The facility will get new hangars and warehouses as well as a bulk fuel storage facility nearby, the minister said, accompanied by US ambassador to Poland, Mark Brzezinski. The Powidz base hosts the U.S. Apache strike helicopters. Powidz “is turning into a military complex, preparing to support Polish and NATO forces on the eastern flank of the North Atlantic Alliance,” Blaszczak said amid unprecedented tensions between NATO and Russia over Moscow’s continued military offensive in Ukraine.

Former DOD Contract Translator Arrested for Alleged Ties to ISIS | 7 Nov 2022 | A former Department of Defense (DOD) contract interpreter, Mohammad Rafi Mohammadi has been arrested for allegedly having lied about his connection to ISIS [I-CIA-SIS] in his application for a security clearance in conjunction with his employment by the DOD. The arrest of this defendant is of great significance; however, information about this case has been published in several news reports but, incredibly, has not been reported by the Justice Department or any other federal agency. Mohammadi is being prosecuted by the federal government and is alleged to have worked to assist ISIS, the group behind the bombing in Afghanistan that killed 13 American soldiers and grievously wounded many others.

On Sunday, Republican nominee for Arizona governor Kari Lake spoke to reporters in Queen Creek, Arizona, about her campaign headquarter’s weekend encounter with suspicious packages, which allegedly contained white powder and threats. Concerning the Oct. 5 discovery of the threats, Lake said, “We’re in dangerous times…This is not the first time we’ve been threatened. I’ve been threatened many times. Our tires have been slashed. We’ve had screws drilled into our tires so that our tires would blow out while we’re on the road.”

Envelopes filled with suspicious white powder and ‘abusive’ rantings reportedly sent to Kari Lake’s campaign headquarters, prompting FBI response | 6 Nov 2022 | Two envelopes containing a suspicious white powder were allegedly mailed to Kari Lake’s campaign headquarters. The incident reportedly prompted the response of hazmat units and the FBI. NBC News correspondent Vaughn Hillyard reported that the FBI, Phoenix Police, hazmat teams, and bomb squad units responded to an alleged incident involving “suspicious items” discovered at Kari Lake’s campaign headquarters around 10 p.m. on Saturday. A source said that a “white powdery substance” was found in two envelopes addressed to Lake’s office. A campaign staffer reportedly opened one of the envelopes and was exposed to the powder. The Daily Mail reported that the envelopes also contained “abusive messages.”

Brad McVay, general counsel for the Florida Department of State, told DOJ election official John Russ that Florida law does not permit DOJ monitors to be stationed inside of polling places after the DOJ announced it would monitor compliance with federal voting laws in three Florida counties. “Earlier today, the Florida Department of State received copies of your letters to Miami-Dade and Broward Counties in which you seem to indicate that the Department of Justice will send monitors inside polling places in these counties. Some 17 percent of black voters told a Wall Street Journal poll that they would pick a Republican candidate for Congress over a Democrat, which is larger than the 8 percent of black voters who voted in favor of President Donald Trump, a Republican, in 2020. During the 2018 midterm elections, 8 percent of black voters backed GOP candidates in House races. For decades, black Americans have voted in favor of Democrats over Republicans by large margins. Among Hispanic voters, Democrats have a mere 5 percent lead over Republicans overall, according to the WSJ poll.

Dem poll worker ejected for pre-selecting ‘straight Dem ticket’ on voting machine, calling Rs ‘racist’ | An Indiana election office reportedly ejected a Democrat poll worker over allegations that he had pressured poll-goers against voting for certain candidates and even pre-selected Democratic candidates on a voting machine last week, local election officials told Fox News. The incidents took place at a polling place in Carmel, Indiana, under the Hamilton County Election Office. Hamilton County election administrator Beth Sheller declined to confirm the poll worker’s identity in an interview with Fox News Digital, but detailed a report from the inspector at the polling location. Sheller stated that the inspector had learned of two separate incidents that may constitute electioneering and election interference. The poll worker, first identified by Chalkboard Review executive director Tony Kinnett as James Zheng, is now reportedly being investigated by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, and Sheller says she hopes to see Zheng prosecuted.
