A GROUP of law activists will file six months of research and paperwork in the Federal Court of Australia, in a public interest lawsuit challenging sweeping government mandates on digital identification, mandatory social media age-verification systems, and unprecedented digital restrictions that impact the national security and sovereignty of the Commonwealth of Australia.
The filing accuses Federal Government ministers of 153 criminal offences under various Acts and confronts what the plaintiffs describe as a systemic expansion of state surveillance.
A key figure in the legal action is Childers (Qld) man Steven Spiers, who is known for his United Kingdom of Australia campaign and his books His books, “Realm and Man” and “Realm and Commonwealth”.
“While online safety and security are vital public concerns, legal experts argue that current measures cross a red line into authoritarian control,” a backgrounder from the group states.
“This landmark lawsuit demonstrates how compulsory digital IDs, rigid age blocks, and sweeping national security overreach create centralized clearinghouses of personal data.
“These systems leave Australians vulnerable to aggressive surveillance creep, financial tracking, and systemic censorship
that serves external interests rather than domestic autonomy.”
The key pillars of the group’s legal defense are as follows:
- Challenging Mandatory Digital ID: Resisting government schemes that tie basic
digital participation and civic life to invasive biometric or centralized identity tracking. - Protecting Free Expression & Access: Fighting heavy-handed social media
restrictions that muzzle open discourse and isolate younger generations under the
pretext of protection. - Reining in Government Overreach: Demanding judicial oversight against broad
national security exemptions that bypass constitutional checks and balances.
“Defending private liberties and public rights against well-funded government agencies requires a robust, independent legal strategy,” the group says.
“Every financial contribution directly supports expert constitutional testimony, legal filings, and advocacy required to protect our digital future and commonwealth sovereignty.”

STATEMENT OF POSITION AND PROFESSIONAL STANDING
To Whom It May Concern,
We wish to make our position clear.
We are not law activists, nor do we constitute an activist organisation, political movement, or organised pressure group.
We are Royal Australian Regiment Veterans who have served our country and who continue to hold deeply the principles of duty, service, honour, the Crown, and the constitutional institutions under which we served.
Our involvement in legal and constitutional matters arises from our individual sense of duty and our desire to understand, document, and lawfully address matters that we believe warrant proper consideration. Our purpose is not agitation or activism. It is to pursue matters through lawful, peaceful and established processes.
As veterans, we remain conscious of the traditions associated with service to Crown and Country and the historic expression Defender of the Faith. We believe that disagreement, inquiry and the examination of legal issues should be conducted respectfully, carefully and on the evidence.
Steven Spiers is a professional IT officer and computer technician with professional experience that includes work within the Northern Territory Government. His technical background has been applied to the careful examination, organisation and preservation of information and documentary material relevant to the matters being considered.
Steven has advised that, in previous legal proceedings involving his work, a Judge described the standard of his work as meticulous. That observation is consistent with the detailed and methodical approach he has brought to the examination and preparation of the material presently under consideration.
It is therefore incorrect to characterise our work merely as that of “law activists” or an activist group. We are individual Australian veterans and professionals examining matters that we consider important and seeking to have those matters dealt with through proper legal and institutional channels.
We ask only that the evidence, documentation and legal arguments presented be considered on their merits, rather than being dismissed through labels applied to the people presenting them.
Yours faithfully,
Jason Michael Carey

I should also mention i am currently in the Supreme Court of NSW with the NSW Police Commissioner as first defendant.
Juha, Son of Jorma v The Commissioner of Police.
Considering everyone that has tried before me has failed to even get into the court where I succeeded… surely should tell you I know Steven knows what hes talking about.
And there is no lawyer in the world that will touch this case.
And Steven is not only the only man willing, but also capable.
Considering he has already set 6 precidents in the NT and 1 in QLD…
He knows the law.
If the money cannot be raised to file and run the code there is no point running it.
Who want to start an action and not have the money to finish it?
And many of the comments here have little comprehension of Law.
This is Juha Kiskonen.
What you read about me in the news is not true.
Not a single scrap of it…
All crap.
Im not a terrorist.
I only speak out against the state and that makes me a terrorist haha.

Dot point 79 through D.P. 128 (2) “Plaintiff to pay the defendant’s costs.” is a good read.
.
Thank you Kerry.
.
Look into Kiskonen v NSW
Sam is spot on. All courts and judges, etc., incorporated, so it is all business, business, business.
Don’t know if Spiers is aware of that, but he has been around a long time, and in the courts lambasting magistrates and judges. I heard the audio of one of them.
But I am wondering of he will, or can, insist on a jury hearing, and whether he knows he can bond a case.
Larry Hannigan put up a couple of Topher Field videos tonight Topher waffling about the knives eventually being out for Albo.
In the video in this article Spiers calls Topher a fake, which is spot on, ao I sent Topher this:
I think Spiers is correct about you, Topher. You’re a fake.
Albo is not the boss of Australia, but in an unlawful corporate government, which we have now,
he would be.
So you are not waffling about legitimate government, but about a bogus company called The
Australian Government Corporation.
So until you call that out, you’re full of it, and a fake, as you are upholding this bogus grubberment.
And you refusal to answer my emails is proof of your falsity.
So Zelenskyy offers a hand to Albo who wants so much more, rushes and crushes the green goblin with a juicy man hug.
.
Look at me camera.
.
Australian’s look on as 60,000,000.00, a couple of Russians, a Ukrainian or twenty washed away for manufacturers of war merchandise.
.
Meanwhile Australian-Plebeians watch their money go up in smoke with Russia’s Perm refinery droned and Australian refineries are neglected as party cartel dons count the proceeds of green corruption laughing as their dumb members and brain dead plebs wash their savings at the big oil bowser and banks owned supermarket: Ching ching.

A MIC cartel.
Is it true that Albanese at the U.N. meeting in the U.S. blew 60,000,000 of our money just so that he-she-they-them-person-thing could throw a leg over the green goblin?

Get a room Albo.

Any Courts in this great land at the moment are neither Federal nor Public because they bear an ABN, they are private and copyright property of the State.
The AFP ABN17 864 931 143, HCA ABN69 445 188 986.
Nothing can come of this until such time as Constitutional common law as at Federation is restored…
I might be misinterpreting your comment Ted.
Ted
.
Agencies like the A.F.P. investigate alleged offenses and present their findings to the Director of Public Prosecutions who then prosecutes an alleged criminal in the Federal Court.
.
Cartel conduct is concidered a serious indictable offense.
.
I don’t see how political parties couldn’t be defined as cartels.and their office bearers not be immune from charges 😀
.
I have been saying for a very long time that I object to the carry all “digital ID” because our government can never keep private data secure. Its always hacked or leaked.
All we had to do is have look at the Covid app to see how vulnerable their IT skills are and how those responsible for keeping such data are very comfortable with using it to their own ends. Police during Covid were found to be using the Covid app info to track and stalk ex-wives and loves etc.
So now we have Open AI proving my point for me!
in June Open AI hacked medicare and a bunch of other government accounts even though the permissions were denied and hoovered up a whole bunch of Australians’ data. The government only heard about it just now.
Its September!
The incompetence of these blithering idiots is astounding. The lack of integrity is off the charts.
So anybody who trusts the government to keep their data safe and secure and held with honourable intentions is an idiot.
Deputy PM Richard “biffer” Marles just on TV with hideous sidekick Katy Gallagher apologising for major data breach via ChatGPT I think and also Quest hotel group if I recall correctly, it’s all being ripped open by hackers
Great work. Let’s hope sanity prevails in the courts.
A constitutional point would probably triumph over so many criminal allegations. But isn’t it that only the Australian Federal Police can prosecute a Federal crime?
“The Plaintiff certifies that this exhibit is brought in good faith and that the technical and statutory grounds relied upon are true and accurate to the best of their knowledge and belief.”
.
I haven’t time to find it but if I remember correctly a judgement or debate by Australian High Court Judges recently read that statutory laws cannot encroach upon common laws.
.
Maybe they’re attacking from the wrong angle.
.
Protecting our freedom, as they enforce global dictatorship by the few. Meanwhile, with bitten apple in hands, access to all perversions instantly at touch of fingertips. Our PM leads the gay parade every year, new normal.
But don’t dare think or say anything about chains around our necks tightened economically and spiritually, with paganism as role model. Komu sve, komu nista.
Oz has biggest bureaucracy per population worldwide, no accident intentional. Many recruits from communist hells, now with digital surveillance, snoops power raised exponentially.
Nothing short of a revolution can
save our children. Looking at comments here, we’re a small group with good intentions. But data centres popping up like mushrooms making most compliant sheeple.
I looked at Exhibit X. The law activists” have an impressive amount of exhibits to present – but I’m wondering if they are not concerned that it will not pass judicial “mustering”. The comments at the bottom of the exhibits states for the court: “The Plaintiff certifies that this exhibit is brought in good faith and that the technical and statutory grounds relied upon are true and accurate to the best of their knowledge and belief.” They really need some of the liars-for-hire to asssist them to ensure all I’s are dotted and all t’s are crossed. THEN, I would be happy to donate to them.
re… “Until Australians love freedom more than privileges, good spirits will lose out to evil parasites.”
.
But, but… our freedom is now itself a privilege, isn’t it? A stroke of the pen and it’s gone, like the many freedoms and rights we used to have.
.
There’s nothing to protect our freedom except our gubbernors’ privilege and pleasure. But it’s no big deal, right? It’s how we want it, we want someone to protect us and keep us safe from tyranny, right?
.
We are sitting ducks for whoever wants to play totalitarian safety with us. Helpless, even! But it’s for our own good, right?
I notice they cannot find any darkies carrying machetes in public
Children from the future won’t look kindly on cowards forefathers of 2025-2030 who gave up their children’s freedom through ignorance and apathy to bottom feeders like Albanese working on their enslavement whilst leeching off their labour.
.
Until Australians love freedom more than privileges, good spirits will lose out to evil parasites.
.
And tonight on the news Albo said the laws are so people can control what we get on our phones.
But no way, the companies like X etc will be required to stop us reading anything they don’t want t us to read. It is not us controlling but them.
Good on them, although no amount of legal action however well backed, will ever stop this wretchedly, diabolically selfish & destructive death march being imposed on & upon defenseless populations by unelected bureaucrats who are ordering Gov’s worldwide to destroy every vestige of orderly life on this planet. The darker forces are at work here & it all too obvious that our Governments are only too eager to make life as hellish as possible for everyone except themselves.
