Conspiracy to commit fraud (putting my car into my deceased friends estate), conspiracy to commit theft of a motor vehicle between the two sisters, who knew I AM the owner of it, and the ignorant brother who just learned who owned it but still refused to return it, we also have crimes in fact of theft against the brother and Administrator, and fraud by the Administrator. My evidence is our neighbours (many asked what happened to MY car after my friend died), friends of Janine’s (and some are mine) giving me witness statements, affidavits they must back in a court if required, testifying that Janine told them, just as she told her sisters, that she gave me the car (another incident for her meant longer cancellation of license, ‘I’m never getting it back now’ as she was really sick), that she was continuing to pay for registration and maintenance because I had promised to drive her around in it (so the gift was conditional, I would have driven anywhere anyway, I loved her). The point of the story? Their only evidence that car is not mine is that the car was registered in ‘her’ name. No, it was not, law stands above legal as a maxim of law. I lawfully owned the vehicle, a strawman, via crimes of personage, barratry and whatever else is not evidence that my friend owned the vehicle, my witness statements, affidavits will win hands down. I just want the car back. Just wait until I send notice of ‘cease and desist’ driving the vehicle immediately with a FEE SCHEDULE attached, as failure to return Key(s) by ‘x’ date will see all costs payable due to the fact you accepted the contract I offered you by keeping my vehicle.’
Download and look at a ‘fee schedule’…give it to a cop that asks you to ‘blow into this’, the costs are absolutely prohibitive and enforceable by law. Some things will cost $5,000,000 if they accept by their actions.

Well, the 2nd amendment in the United States was meant to ensure that the people could resist and remove a corrupted and tyrannical government.
And keep the government in check with that threat.
