One Nation selected local ag-businessman David Farley(left) to challenge the seat of Farrer in the Riverina, with Pauline Hanson and Barnaby Joyce

One Nation on Saturday conducted its candidate selection for the vacated seat of Farrer after former Opposition Leader Sussan Ley retired.

While this is a normal procedure for any party when selecting a new candidate, what terrified the Liberals and Nationals was the 600 One Nation members from Farrer who turned up for the pre-selection meeting.

What was even more concerning for the Nationals who believe this is their traditional territory was the 600 members had to hold membership for more than three months before they could vote for a candidate.

Then what happened? On Wednesday the Nationals announced a new leader, the outspoken (for a Nationals member) Senator Matt Canavan from Rockhampton in Queensland who told his members he would take the fight to One Nation.

We wish him the best of luck because the polls reveal the bird has already flown and won’t be back.

If the Nationals were smart, and the party really wanted to rid Australia of the Labor blight and their donors were to allow it, Canavan would be amalgamating with One Nation next week. There are members of the federal Nationals who have already alluded to this proposition.

The Liberal Party with their massive Covid vaccine death rate baggage has consigned the big end of town to the garbage heap.

The Liberals are an Albatross around the Nationals’ neck.

  1. Yes the nationals need to separate their identity from the withered Blue Faction and Matt is the best choice. He should be leader of the entire coalition if the Blue Faction wants their Teals Party losses returned. As far as PHON, they will win seats in the senate, maybe Barnaby will win his lower house seat, Blue Orange and Brown parties need to go head on into the Red Green Teal Parties, it is easy to prove they are frauds but tactically takes longer. Well it has gone on long enough

  2. Yes … yes … yes … yes.
Join with the winners, as the losers have already been noted.

  3. Tsk tsk… Pauline is not wearing a tichel. Is she hoping to run incognito? That would be very unorthodox, and bad form to the max.

  4. Lmao at cattle who think extra members and volunteers will change anything. The Shabbos goy politician has already been selected and approved by God’s chosen people, the election is just a smoke and mirror show to keep the goyim happy and provide some false legitimacy.
    Aussie voters = cattle.
