The Sputnik link from the last post works fine when pasted into a Chrome URL field, and presumably in any other decent web browser.
One issue might be the default URL parsing done by whatever app is involved. Eg, it may be necessary to explicitly add the URL scheme prefix, ie, in this case … HTTPS:// …, before the web address.
And quotes “…” should not be included in any reassembled URL.
