Letter to the Editor

Labor’s proposed Australia Card had nothing on this freedom sapping facial recognition enslavement legislation, global corporations and central banks are forcing onto us through their politician enforcers, that to my understanding we can’t opt out of, as we could with their myGov health records.

They will lawfully be able to follow us every where by our dumb phones, and CCTV’s popping up everywhere, some that are capable of listening in on our conversations while we have a coffee with friends.

Now they have signed us up to the UN COP28 UAE Declaration on Climate and Health, on any unelected United Nations Government response to a perceived pandemic or climate emergency, they will be able to lock us down at their leisure, like they scared people into with Covid, to control where, when and how far we can move, when and what we communicate, how much fuel we can purchase and penalise us for non- compliance with enforcement of their global book on Rules of Law.

Parliament showed their hand again when going into meltdown, screaming for inquiries into the 12 hours Optus outage, yet understandably voted against a self incriminating independent Senate Inquiry into the more than 30,000 dead Australians in 2021-2022 in excess of the 2015-2019 Australian Bureau of Statistics five years average benchmark.

Functional communication networks are crucial for their Digital ID API Layer enslavement platform followed by their programmable Central Bank Digital Currency plugin legislations, where our purchases, payments and penalties for noncompliance will be deducted automatically from our privileged, regulated digital central bank wallet.

What will we do without cash when their blockchain with all our stored information is hacked and crashed?

2020 the year influenza went on holiday and Covid took its place, at the most dangerous time in a pandemic, there were no people dropping dead in the streets, no excess dead Australians reflected in the statistics, and plastic currency was forced onto us in selected shops and internet purchases made possible by a politicians mandate (offer of a lockdown contract), that people accepted.

As Member for Mirani Stephen Andrew said,

“It is crucial that the Committee receives a tidal wave of submissions and feedback opposing the introduction of these bills, otherwise their passage through parliament will become a fait accompli.”

Urging the public to make a submission, Mr. Andrew said: “I know it’s Christmas and everyone is burnt out politically for the year, but this issue is vitally important … Don’t let them succeed! … Tell the Senate Standing Committee on Economics to reject the Digital ID Bill 2023.”

25 thought on “Petition to oppose ALP’s dangerous Digital ID bill”
  1. @Anon; precisely, this corporate government makes unlawful legislation for the fake Australian Corporation.
Until Australians en masse demand our representatives in Canberra “exit the UN”, as One Nation wants, the deception of UN Sustainable Development Goals will continue. For example:
Goal 1: End poverty in all its forms everywhere, really means, have Centralized banking, IMF, World Bank, and Federal Reserve to continue to control all world finances. These so-called financial powers will only cancel world debt (on money they created from nothing) when they can introduce their digital one world currency, social credit system and cashless society to ensure people must conform to their rules.

Goal 11: Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable, really means, have a Big Brother, big data surveillance state and a behaviour-based digital social credit system to keep people under their control. Sustainable development involves the mass rollout and utilisation of so-called smart technology, including wireless technology, such as WIFI, smartphones, 5G, smart meters, and the so called ‘Internet of Things’. Smart cities utilising social credit-scoring requires large data collection on every citizen. Their surveillance network is an integral part of the data collection process.

In these UN-planned smart cities, the right to privacy is entirely subverted, as people are expected to consent to their data being collected, and their activities being monitored constantly, under the pretext of preventing crime. The smart city requires wireless connectivity to function, and this is the real reason that 5G is being rolled out worldwide at rapid pace. Even whilst the so-called pandemic was in full swing, and everyone else was locked down, communications companies’ employees installing 5G infrastructure were working full-time.
So 5G enables ‘smart-city’ super-computers to analyse the activities of a whole city of people in real-time, and to utilise Geospatial Intelligence to monitor and manage large crowds of people, supposedly for reasons, such as improving the flow of shoppers. (See Mark Keenan, Global Research, 21 Dec 2023)

If this digital ID bill gets 32,000 submissions, such as the Combatting Misinformation and Disinformation exposure draft bill did, Australia could well see the demise of these SDGs and a way out of UN compliance. What a goal!

  2. This is already happening with or without the legislation. Just like the jabs were only at first mandatory for health sector workers and then forced upon all of society, lest you be a social pariah for refusing, the salami tactics will continue for this.

Most remember company directors being coerced to do so or face heavy fines, this has already become a mandatory requirement for all security clearance holders. I don’t see it really mentioned in conjunction with the broader discussions on digital Id but this is significant.

The Australian Government and Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) changed their authentication process last October (2022) which required the creation of a digital ID to then be linked on the creation of, and in order to maintain a security clearance. There were no alternative options (hence why I am no longer part of the APS).

Pretty much every federal public servant all ADF personnel and a large portion of Defence contractors are required to hold a security clearance. Just check the APS jobs website. Almost all positions (even the most junior) in every department have this as a position requirement. Its only a matter of time…

  3. I am not really that up to date with computer/mobiles, good knowledge but basic. Is the digital id dependent on mobile phones? I have a VPN on my mobile and I uninstalled the QR code app a long time ago..

I use my phone mainly as a phone only for calls and txt, and do not use it for banking or things like that.

    Digital ID Rules 2024

    It reads:

“I, Kathy Gallagher, Minister for Finance, make the following rules.

Part 3 – Participation in the Australian Government Digital ID System

10 Holding etc. information outside of Australia

    (1) this rule is made for the purposes of section 73 of the Act…..

    (3) The entity must not do any of the following:
    (a) hold, store or handle system information at a place outside Australia; or
    (b) transfer system information to a place outside Australia for storage or handling, unless the entity holds an exemption granted under sub rule (5) in respect of the holding, storage, handling or transferring of system information and the entity complies with any conditions on the exemption.

    (5) on application by an entity mentioned in sub rule (1), the Minister may grant, in writing an exemption in request of holding,,storage, handling or transferring of the system information at a specified place outside Australia.”

  5. Hooray for government incompetence, it protects us better then cops, lawyers, insurance. It is omnipresent and omnipotent and highly reliable. Let the eager beavers go first and when they are hit by the identity thieves we can sit back and laugh.

  6. Schemes are always trumpeted as being voluntary at the beginning and are always designed on the assumption that they will become mandatory soon afterwards. In the private sector, this technique is called “bait-and-switch”. Xamax Consultancy’s Dr Roger Clarke

Streamlining distributed identification systems into one digital ID could create an irresistible honeypot for hackers. By linking all our personal identification data across federal and state jurisdictions, as well as private entities, we would be giving the federal government complete oversight of our lives. Small changes to the law, such as those quietly made in the Surveillance Legislation Amendment (Identify and Distrupt) Act in 2021, could mean our locations could be tracked, and all our interactions with public and private organisations recorded. Erica Mealy, Lecturer in Computer Science, University of the Sunshine Coast

The National Digital ID Will Fail Just Like the Others, Says Dataveillance Expert Dr Roger Clarke; ” especially once the privacy-minded inform the broader constituency of their potential to undermine rights and enhance social control”.

  7. Petitions or not, our treacherous political Duopoly runs with whatever agenda they are ordered to run. Aussies be damned.

Follow the money and the party powerbrokers, never mind the cosmetic BS and the fake faces.

When a party with a primary vote of around 30% gets a parliamentary majority it means that the other 70% of the population is instantly disenfranchised and unrepresented in power.

And people think there’s nothing wrong with that?

  8. Uncover their corruption and force them to resign. This works way better than petitions that are simply ignored.

For example, the NT Chief Minister Natash Fyles has just been forced to stand down. She owned shares in the Groote Eylandt Manganese Mine yet, as Health Minister, she refused an investigation into manganese toxicity. She is also a half-owner of a gas enterprise yet ignored 90% public opposition to fraccing in the NT.

Moreover, she was Health Minister when the jab mandate was enforced, violating the Constitution and three Commonwealth Acts, plus the Nuremberg Code. She was advised of the legal position in September 2021 when I lodged a legal challenge against the Chief Medical Officer Hugh Crosby Heggie, who advised Fyles in his professional capacity.

Every death resulting from the jab mandate is on Fyles head, so I hope she stays around to stand trial. Now that Reiner Fuellmich has been arrested, Nuremberg II can resume and these crimninals can be tried, and executed.

  9. Buy a new Nokia for $95 from bigw
I got one just for this shit
    Leave other phone at home

  10. Here’s an example of how governments mismanage management. Two taxpayer previously owned organisations now privatised, the Commonwealth Bank and Telecom are now in the hands of mainly foreign owners reaping enormous profits. Imagine the income to Government if this crime had not happened. How much less foreign debt would Australia have had? I am not suggesting that profits would have been the same because the charges to customers need not have been as high, but they were income producing assets.

Now think of the mismanagement that could go on, if this Digital ID Bill goes through.

One thought comes to mind is that if you happen to be in area of a supposed crime you could be an easy target for lazy AFP or lazy prosecutors. Or you may unknowingly be in the company of felons and captured on “camera” so must be a criminal. That ID evidence will probably be kept forever.

  11. Why do people consider it is a must to carry a mobile phone at all times? Less than 25 years ago, very few individuals had a mobile. So why is it so necessary to carry one everywhere these days? I definitely don’t.

As far as the AFP and ASIO being able to keep a track on crime, forget it. When anybody reports crime to these astute officers, if it is not in the governments interest, nothing is done. We have found that out in regard the Port Arthur Massacre and Covid-19 crimes. What investigations have been done in regard the killings of the Train Family and the death of those police officers in Queensland?

Digital ID is a travesty of justice. If an identification is required AFTER a crime not BEFORE, people could carry a photo of their birth certificate on their mobile that they seem to not to be able to go without.

  12. The governments’ covid-snare-safe-and-effective-vaccines used threats and fear over us in order that we might buy and sell. This digital ID will also enslave the user so that he or she might buy or sell.
This time round we should all resist and push back against this bill passing and block the government’s plans for total control over us. Remember God has told us already that this is the modus operandi of the Dragon-led beast and false prophet world system…if you don’t take his mark you can’t buy or sell.
Thank God for the good politicians still amongst us. The more we resist the evils of the digital ID system et al, the less power the bad politicians can have.

  13. Pat from Vic

TBH, folks, I don’t hold much hope for ANY petitions to these sulphurous mongrels, seeing as how they wipe their arses on them before farting in our general direction. But like that weekly dabble on the Lotto, we can always hope for a miracle.

I’m with you Pat – petitions are almost an insult to one’s intelligence for reasons you’ve so well summarized.
The only miracle related to any petition having any effect would be a petition sent to the Australian fake, invalid federal government, containing say about 24 million authentic signatures. That might make them think we’re serious, but that’s about all…

So, stuff the petitions, what’s actually needed is a lynch mob.

  14. I would be surprised if online businesses have not thought this through.
If Australians reject the digital ID as a means to purchase online, then their business and customer base could dry up.

While Banksters such as the RBA are saying they are not looking at retail yet…..they will.
Give them an inch, they will take a mile.
    Theirs is a long game.

As a collective, businesses surely need to present their case and realise the true impacts.
Has anyone done any market research on the outcomes of an imposition of digital ID if people outright reject it?

Some Politicians ‘think’ that Australians will just accept this digital ID, but then they ‘thought’ Australians would vote ‘yes’ to apartheid in this Country….and they were wrong.

The International Banksters are banking on the younger generation having everything on their phones and being happy to give over their privacy and their freedoms with a ‘novel’ digital ID.
Anyone under the age of 30 has grown up with normalised access to digital microwave technology and may have digital addiction issues.
Try to take their phone off them for half a day.
Their phone is the new smoking.
It’s merely an invisible, dangerous microwave ‘smoke’ instead.

While the younger generation are the likely target group they will focus on, Politicians could be wrong about that too.
25 to 40 year olds are becoming smarter in relation to political rolling propaganda and lies.

Ms Gallagher as we know, is on her WEF mission as a devotee with digital ID being one of their foundational goals.
    She’s no random.
She has a conflict of interest.
Any WEF devotee has a conflict of interest against the best interests of Australians.

The root of the problem however, is 5G and the technologies and non ionizing unhealthy frequencies they need to impose in order to create this digital world for their power grid.

Root that out, and they cannot and will not succeed.
Hence the silence and the censorship when it comes to technologies.

If Australians don’t want digital ID, then shine a light on 5G and the dangers of non-ionizing radiation.
Expect accountability and evidence of safety.

Under International guidelines, peoples of the world have a ‘right to health’.

This technology denies that right, because the use of certain frequencies is undeniably unhealthy, even harmful.
Something they have known about for years.

Digital frequencies that shine a light on my retina?
    Beam forming on my face?
What do we know about that?
    How often will this occur?
    Will it be ‘safe’?

There are so many red flags.

This becomes just another clinical trial and no one cares.

The world is being run by stupid people.

  15. Are our pollies all Chinese hand maidens ? The CCP invented this for social control, nothing else. With our minimal population of 25+ million is this really necessary? Its not a lot of people to ID or verify by more simple means like even just a thumb print – no data required. Will they put up guarantees of remedies/pay outs for ID theft if it is stolen? They cant control ID fraud now @2 billion ripped off a year in Oz. Bob Hawke tried it with the Australia card and failed so where is our referendum on it? Strange that cash is also appearing to be slyly phased out. My cash was refused the other day at a ‘Home’ homeware store which I will never frequent again. We all saw how our Gov abused power in the CV19 scam so this will quadruple their power. I expect this will be based on a iris photo scan which I don’t want in their hands either.

  16. My case that keeps getting denied by the High Court because it indicts the whole system will put an end to the Digital ID BS … but I hear those 5G towers are liable to burst into flame unpredictably, and what happens to our phones then? Throw away your smart phone now. It’s their tool to enslave you.

  17. Alison said – “Ms Gallagher posted to X about the new bill she introduced. “Digital ID is not compulsory,” she wrote….”

This is the walking douch that stated on the public record in front of the world that “This bill is NOT about a Digital ID…”

The bill is titled “Digital ID Bill 2023”.

As US Attorney Tom Renz likes to say, “When do you trust a LIAR?”.

Satan is the Father of Lies, folks, and these are his children. These are the Luciferians working to enslave and kill us all. These are NOT nice people, and they mean to do us harm.

So they’ve given us ANOTHER tenuous window to register our concerns in ANOTHER inquiry, this for the Digital ID Bill 2023, smack bang in the middle of the Christmas Season.

TBH, folks, I don’t hold much hope for ANY petitions to these sulphurous mongrels, seeing as how they wipe their arses on them before farting in our general direction. But like that weekly dabble on the Lotto, we can always hope for a miracle.

Maybe some of them will have an unprecedented attack of conscience, or perhaps come down with a case of piles sufficient to make wiping their arses an excruciating prospect.

And they must have SOME level of aversion to all these PETITIONS, because they twist and squirm so much to try to LIMIT our opportunity to send them.

In any case, here’s TWO avenues for submitting PETITIONS to the Senate Standing Committee on Economics on this particular inquiry…

    1. Former MHR George Christensen’s CitizenGO effort…

.org/en/node/212480 (stick “citizengo” at the front)

    2. The facility to lovingly craft and sign your OWN PETITION under the watchful guidance of the fake “government’s” own web site…

    .au/Parliamentary_Business/Committees/Senate/Economics/DigitalIDBills2023
(stick “aph.” followed by “gov” at the front)

I know, I know, it’s already listed in the article. So sue me.

  18. Remember when they told us that the vaccines would be “voluntary”?
They are now saying the same thing about their plans for digital IDs.
    Don’t believe them.
    Senator Matthew Canavan X Account

This is a digital snare trap – it has to be opposed. It’s an enormous impost on freedom.
    Senator Alex Antic – skynews

Ms Gallagher posted to X about the new bill she introduced. “Digital ID is not compulsory,” she wrote. “It’s a voluntary, secure & convenient way for you to access online services safely without having your personal documents stored by 3rd parties “ and ” this technology will transform our economy.”
However, a crowdsourced fact-checking feature run by X said – “Labelling Digital ID as ‘voluntary’ can be misleading if it becomes an implicit requirement for essential services”. skynews

Senator Malcolm Roberts points out what Minister Gallagher failed to mention is that Section 74(4) of the Digital ID Bill allows the Digital ID to be made compulsory if a bureaucrat is “satisfied it is appropriate to do so”.
    Compliments: George Christensen

  19. Buy a dumb phone like the ones we used years ago
