If anyone over the age of say 10 years still cannot see this whole scenario playing out in front of them, as undeniable evidence that the whole Net Zero scam is nothing more than an obvious plan to not only impoverish and enslave us, but to ultimately KILL us all, I hold very little hope that they ever will.
It befuddles my mind how anyone of any age who possesses even an entry level of elementary education could have fallen for this LIE at any time. Just look out the window and ask yourself, is the sea level rising? Is the Sydney Opera House now completely under water? (As the infamous Malthusian Al Gore assured us back in the mid 80’s it would be by the year 2000).
Just goes to show how effective the UN’s indoctrination of the world’s children has been.
The UN no longer call it ‘glowBULL’ warming, but now the buzz-word is GlowBULL Boiling! Sounds a lot more scary than trusty, old (but now ‘petered out’) glowBULL warming. And does anyone really believe that an ambient temperature rise of around 2 or 3 degrees Celsius over 50 years spells certain DOOM – the guaranteed end of the human species?
One experiences a much greater rise in temperature if they move from say, Melbourne to Cairns or even Brisbane! And all of those who have made such moves or similar moves from cool to warmer latitudes seem to survive the potentially life ending change okay, in fact most of them vow they would neverreturn to the dismally cold climates they suffered for years when they lived down South, unless they absolutely had to for their work or similar commitments. Hmmmm… isn’t that ‘interesting’?
Does anyone else remember the RAFT of nonsensical (100% failed) doom and gloom predictions of Ex-PM Julia Gillard’s ‘Chief Scientist’ – one Prof Tim Flannery? Who’s actually a qualified Mammologist but is also a self-appointed and self-qualified ‘Climastrologist’ (NOT Climatologist) and not a Meteorologist’s toenail! Yet he was (and still is to a lesser degree), the go-to ‘expert’ on climate, especially alleged human caused climate doom and disaster.
This genius class of UN / WEF approved liars, propagandists, fearmongers and doomsday bullshit artists, who falsely claim to care about the environment and survival of ‘our planet’ and who have infiltrated our schools and universities are able to convince the herd to believe literally anything they dream up and tell them.

The only thing I reckon that Flannery might have got right was that even if Australia’s CO2 emissions dropped to 0% overnight there would be no change in global warming for AT LEAST 800-1000 years!
Think about it! Today’s disinvestment for an investment of 1 degree Celsius less, a 1000 years from now!
We need an annual award for Australia’s craziest climate change spruikers but I think Tim Flannery and Ross Garnaut would have held the top spots over the last 20 years.

My solution:
Logged out of WP and manually entered my WP e-mail address and username ‘Alan Vaughn’ in the dialogue below the comment space and it posted comments okay.
Only difference my name Alan Vaughn was just plain text – no longer hyperlinked, (not that it matters), but my gravatar image was still the same.
I’m not willing to enter into a discussion about Mr Goebbels other than to say you would know volumes more about the topic than I do in fact more than most of us here. So, would never even try to refute anything you have to say. I view you as a truly competent authority, a ‘fountain of knowledge’ when it comes the 2 world wars and many other conflicts.

1. If the sea levels were rising, would the super-wealthy “elites” be buying up seaside properties all around the planet? Strangely, they are. Maybe the whole “Climate Change / Global Warming / Global Boiling” narrative is just a scam so they can buy up all the ocean-front property dirt cheap.
2. Check historic seaside structures all around the world – no discernible change in sea levels for centuries.
On the second point, claims of finding the remains of Noah’s Ark on Mount Ararat, and evidence that the famous Egyptian Sphinx was once submerged, suggests that sea levels have actually gone DOWN enormously in recorded human history. Whatever miniscule changes might be claimed for the present era, if they can even be substantiated at all, are less than trivial by comparison.

With all the hundreds of billions we taxpayers have been forced to spend trying to reduce emissions, you might have expected the rate of growth of atmospheric CO2 to have started to go down.
I downloaded the CO2 data from NOAA

and calculated the rate of change of atmospheric CO2 over different time periods.
Over the whole period, from 1979 to 2022, atmospheric CO2 was increasing at 3.91 Gt C per year, but that is an average.
In the first 20 years, from 1979 to 1999, it was increasing by 3.18 Gt C/yr.
But from 2000 to 2022, it was increasing by 4.66 Gt C/yr.
During the last 12 years, from 2010 to 2022, CO2 was increasing by 5.14 Gt C/yr.
Now I might be mistaken, but that looks a lot like it is increasing. Perhaps the money we spent reducing our emissions might have been more useful elsewhere.

To convert from parts per million to gigatonnes of Carbon, multiply by 2.13.
To convert from gigatonnes of Carbon to gigatonnes of CO2, multiply by 3.667.
