AS the 15-minute/SMART city scam is exposed by Australians like Brian Venten, many are also waking up to the reality that their co-called local councils are in reality business corporations – and businesses that can be sued if they cause you loss or harm.
While there is some debate over the lawful status of councils related to their lack of constitutional recognition and standing under state government Local Government Acts, what is undeniable is that councils operate as business corporations with ABNs, GST registration and private indemnity insurers.
South Australian Tim Dwyer is leading a national campaign urging ratepayers to challenge the authority of their councils based upon similar understanding of how councils and other government bodies lack proper constitutional authority. “The Great Seal of Australia granted 19th September of 1912 was unlawfully removed in 1973 in breach of Act or the Crown Office Act 1877,” he says. “Notice Quo Warranto, we are entitled to request proof of authority from anyone claiming it over the people at any time.”
In Geelong, a Cairns News supporter has long been urging local businesses that were facing losses from the idiotic “Smart City” bike lanes to issue the council with commercial notices of liability for losses. The council did not respond to a notice sent by our supporter but “co-incidentally” dropped the bike lane plan.
The $2.7 million final stage of the Building Better Bike Connections bike lane project was supported by the State Government’s Transport Accident Commission and was to supposedly connection suburban centres. Strangely enough, very few if any councilors, state politicians or bureaucrats ride bikes to work – especially in Victoria’s cold, wet or hot weather extremes.
Bike lanes are being universally pushed by councils to the detriment of small business because they take away parking spaces from small businesses along older-style shopping strips or strip malls. Similar destruction of small retail businesses is experienced when councils and state governments install Smart City light rail projects, that provide dubious benefits except for the global corporations selling them.
“Your local councils are commercial operations, businesses, and are not government, as they do not have the required Constitutional recognition to make them a lawful tier of government,” our supporter wrote in an email.
He notes that JLT insures all councils in Victoria, NSW and Queensland, and possibly the rest of Australia “as councils, being the businesses I claim they are (see ABN Lookup for your local council’s ABN Number and GST registration) they cannot trade legally unless they have an indemnity insurer.”
“Your council will also have a DUNS – Dun and Bradstreet-number – and is legally required to be fully audited every year,” he adds.
JLT is the appointed “Scheme Manager” of Statewide Mutual. “JLT is the market leader in the provision of insurance services to the Local Government industry administering self-insurance schemes across all states which comprise over 450 entities Australia wide,” the company states on its website. Note the use of “industry”.
In an email to concerned business people in Melbourne, our Geelong supporter wrote: “Of utmost interest to you wil be that you and your members will be able to make claims against Melbourne Council and their insurer, should they cause your members any financial losses, as no company can cause another any loss, harm or injury without having to pay compensation.”

There are 2 jurisdictions:
– the original/equitable/de jure which is the natural abode of the people.

That majority is still half asleep. If they don’t wake the hell up and join us we will keep suffering and the majority will keep getting harmed. killed and enslaved.

Surely if communities suddenly appeared all over Australia, in every large and small area, town, city, district, we could have much better success than we have had for the last three years. If we want to use our constitution to get us out of this mess we must have community support – the majority.

Even for that to happen, we need a majority, just for the logistics involved with dispatching the 100,000 and disposal of the garbage, and of course the bothersome courts/ tribunals.
Community action groups, assemblies, etc, in every area, town, city, with one common goal. I think that would wake up the sheeple, at least those who aren’t already brain dead zombies. No political parties and there would be just a handful of politicians that could be trusted – of any value.
I am ex infantry, I have a very good idea of what our military can do to us, I am also a realist, I know what we (into the near future) can’t do to them.

Ron… is there an escape clause? Yes, but somebody in North Queensland attempted to launch this last year and, according to rumour, had a howitzer-bearing battalion of ADF on his/her head within hours.
Nobody can tell me if he is still hiding in his dog kennel, gone underground, imprisoned, or dead. Surely somebody knows but the silence is deafening.

We need an Australian version because we do not have the military genesis and, which is worse, we do not know our sovereign status because we do not know which coup was operative… ie the 1975 coup, which makes us a defeated territory of the US, or the earlier one exposed by Chief High Court Judge Gibbs, which makes us a Colony of the British Empire.
Either way, we are definitely not corporate clients or property of the US because government was unlawful at the time of covert declaration.
Surely we can round up a few judges who are patriots, or is that an oxymoron?

Also, we have been signed up to a truck load of treaties, agreements, codes, etc, without referendum, without any sort of vote or agreement from we the people.
All treason, all fraud, all scam, all crimes, none of it lawful, especially as it was done by corporate federal, state, and local governments.
Many now know about it. My question is, other than plead (use their systems) for them to stop, what do we do?

The VOICE is near a 100% SCAM. It will be the icing on the (UN. WEF. Bankers,etc) cake, “their” new property/country. I wonder what they will change the name to after they have finished with the scamming.

The VOICE will be part of all local UN run councils.
If, communities get together to take back what used to be “our” councils, we would then have a very good chance of continuing on to get back our state and federal governments. What other method is available to a population that does not have the tools and means to physically fight back?
The police and the military have so far been against the people and protect the corrupted corporate governments and other systems such as UN, WEF, etc.
Militias or the like, from scratch, take years to recruit, train, equip, etc.
One big problem, the corporate governments 100 % control the import, manufacture, sale, and use of certain tools that would be a vital part of the required equipment. Unless there is established community control of government, any attempt to put together just a few people, would be smashed in a day.
We can continue to look for remedies in their corporate courts, where they no longer accept common law as found in the constitution. I suggest that any supposed wins there, would be allowed to keep the scams going, until total control / tyranny is achieved.
Communities all across Australia voting in their own reps able to be recalled, and have our courts, our police, our military – no politicians.
Could still be done, if we started soon, not over the next few years, over the next few months.
Anybody have any other realistic, workable suggestions, that could be put in place in a short amount of time?
We no longer have the luxury of plenty of time, we let it all happen over previous decades and especially the last three years. Just talking and using their systems to find a remedy has obviously gained us nothing of any value.

I need advice.
I am now prepared to litigate against a local council because they forced me to move my caravan from my neice’s house, and in a region where there was nowhere to take it to that was affordable for an age pensioner. Thus I became homeless.
The article a few months back was the inspiration but I need to know the wording of the lawsuit.
Any helpers around?

All these councils have far too many benefits that rate payers are forced to fund out of the rates payments ,and the rates keep getting higher and higher,e.g.overseas trips ,retreats ,etc
