A former indigenous politician who received a prestigious award from Barack Obama has described Aboriginal’ welcome to country’ ceremonies as ‘bullshit’.
Quote from former indigenous NT minister Bess Price (mother of Jacinta Price). ‘All the “Welcome to Country”, all the “Smoking Ceremonies” and all the made up bullshit rituals about “pay our respects to elders past and present” is just one big lie.
The ‘welcome to country’ was adopted into Australia’s parliamentary protocols in 2008, after the then prime minister Kevin Rudd delivered his apology to the stolen generation.
However, two years after that decision Aboriginal entertainer Ernie Dingo claimed that he invented the concept in 1976 when Pacific Island dancers demanded they receive a traditional welcome.
The Aboriginals have supposedly been here for at least 30,000 years (some say more like 60,000 years). That’s about 29,750 years before the British arrived.
The fact is, as uncomfortable and as unfashionable as it is, aboriginal Australia had not produced anything resembling a Shakespeare, nothing much in the way of technology, never discovered the wheel and no philosophy to speak of, in the 30,000 years available to it. The English brought the rule of law, the Westminster system, the notion of progress and all the benefits of the science, technology and ingenuity of the modern European tradition.
On 26 January 1788 when the First Fleet ships unloaded their ~1200 convicts, Royal Marine guards and officials, not a shot was fired. As they looked around what’s now Circular Quay they saw nothing other than bush. Not a single building, planted field, domesticated plant or animal – nothing at all. It was the same across the continent.
It was “terra nullius” – a vacant land.
There was no indigenous Army to defeat in battle, no Aboriginal flag to lower. There was nothing to claim as the spoils of victory.
There was just wild bush. The few Aborigines who came out to have a look at these strange people were completely illiterate and innumerate and those on the south side of the harbor spoke a language completely unintelligible to those on the north side of the harbor and they’d been constantly at war with each other for as long as anyone can remember. To this day Australian Aboriginal languages consist of around 290-363 dialects belonging to an estimated 28 language families and isolates, spoken by Aboriginal
Australians of mainland Australia and a few nearby islands.
There was no “invasion”.
Since the arrival of the English, only about 250 years ago, Australia has prospered and developed into a modern first world country, along with all other Western democracies.
Yet for at least 30,000 years (prior to the arrival of the British) the Aboriginals seemed to have not progressed one step.
To put this into perspective, the Egyptian empire came and went between around 1570 BC and 1070 BC.
Aboriginals had inhabited our great land for at least 27,000 years prior to the Egyptian empire.
The Greek empire was at its peak in the period 500 BC to 300 BC and the Roman empire was at its peak around 117 BC.
Each of those empires were highly advanced and contributed enormously to the advancement of the modern world.
It therefore beats me why the Aboriginals are now so revered.
55 years ago, under the Holt Liberal government, that 90.77 per cent of Australians voted to remove race from the constitution, putting ‘indigenous’ Australian people on the same legal footing as all other Australians and allowing them to be counted in the Australian population.
It was a momentous shift towards equality.
Half a century later, the Albanese Labor government wants to insert ‘race’ back into the constitution!
To enshrine a special place in the constitution based purely on racial grounds is racism pure and simple. Length of time on the continent whether it be 40,000 years, 250 years or 10 years shouldn’t be the determinant for any special consideration to any population cohort in the constitution.
JUST A LITTLE SOMETHING TO CONTEMPLATE BEFORE SIGNING UP TO “THE VOICE” – TAKE CARE – WE ALREADY HAVE A PARLIAMENT THAT REPRESENTS “ALL” AUSTRALIANS!
We are all Australians and should share the same laws and government. Black, brindle or white we voted the government in to act for all Australians irrespective of colour race.

Correct.
About 40 years ago I was already aware (research) that there were (still is) plans being implemented to have crime get out of control, so that Australians would demand that the police would be more militant in fixing the worsening crime problems.
When advised of this most people would not believe that anyone would plan to make sure crime got out of control.
Check out the current load of gear the police now carry compared to 40 years ago.
Families and communities were to be fragmented, discipline taken from parents, kids to rebel, etc.
Appears as though its still going to plan.
When I was growing up there were no street kids, just kids playing in the street. There was no problem with any kids of any race or religion stealing cars, doing home invasions, etc.
Divide and conquer, a very good tactic in time of war and for similar purposes in times of supposed peace.
The only way to fix this mess is to take back our communities, to sort out the grubs who put the plans into action and their lackeys and minions be kindly spoken to.

I resent this comment. I am a white Australian but are aboriginals supposed to conform to a British template to be anything of significance?
We are all children under God and should strive to live and harmonise together.
These aboriginals could say, “These white fellas, they been here for a couple of hundred years but if you drop them in the bush they can’t find their way home!”

Well, Blisskitt has found the right information. I have heard of Josephine Cashman and read some of her work. She is extremely knowledgable regarding the true agenda that is being sneakily pulled in by the would be traitors to this country, right under the unsuspecting noses of the unawakened normies. People have been so brainwashed by the 3D hologramme that they seem unable to wake up and destroy the matrix that is keeping them under it’s physic spell. No blame to them, and they will eventually wake up but until then we need to keep posting the truth in the hope that something triggers their Awakening. Keep on hunting for all the truths you can find and posting them. Even if your post triggers just one person, you have succeeded in what you came to Earth for. There appears to be a very destructive force on this planet that wishes to destroy the White race and their Christianity. Good examples of the evidence to support this statement is 1. The Bolshevik revolution and 2. The Armenian massacre.
We now ask where does Albanese fit into this?

After we have erased all sign of WEF pollution from Australia, I will turn my attention to the ignorant clods who make statements such as that following the first two paragraphs of the article, presented by SA conservatives.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but if you want to libel an entire people, expect blowback.
I will leave it to the imagination of readers, just what I have in mind but we may all be assured that the judiciary will not be playing any part. I’ll just say this, I regard the authors as just as much the enemy as the WEFers.

A very inciteful article, I find it strange how having a voice is only one part of a conversation. The most important part is having 2 ears to listen!
SBS and NITV isn’t enough of giving a voice to this group of ungratefuls! The progress of other ancient societies shows how we have regressed as well not understanding basic techniques used to build those magnificent structures all around the world tourists visit. The indigenoius people should be in museums and let their culture speak for itself. A people with a spiritual life that taught them little about how to cloth, provide protection or communicate in a civil way. Most true indigenous who have been impacted by missionaries realised they had a false god and turned to truth then prospered with all blessings “civilization” brought. Alcohol was always anathema to Christian teaching and sadly, secular influences into this “primative” culture had no mechanism to deliver them from this evil.
The romance of living in the bush soon disappears when you take away any form of technology. Think of how bad it gets when you have half a day without electricity! I rest my case.

Dead right Lyndesy the convicts were mainly political dissidents and kept the tradition for a century. Now their descendants
have lost any motivation their forefathers said through no fault of their own, not by lineage but by the surreptitious empirical plan to dumb them down for decades with fluoride in the water then the coup-de-grace with a deadly jab. Jacinta and her Mum are people I could grow to like. Nothing like some good old down-to-Earth honesty to shake up the status quo.
Meanwhile, while the above article is mostly on point and once again eposes the rolling pile of steaming BS that AnAL’s “Voice to Parliament” truly is, a question around Australian Aboriginal history is posed which seems to raise a paradox…

A puzzle indeed – but a puzzle that’s easily resolved if we suppose that the purported history is a fallacy, ie, if we hypothesize that the Australian Aboriginals HAVE NOT been here all those alleged tens of thousands of years prior to the rise and fall of entire empires in other parts of the globe.
I know, a contentious proposition bound to hurt many a feeling and generate a veritable storm of outrage and violent protest in Australia and around the world. A clear and present danger to family histories, cultural heritage, popular indoctrination, government grants, political platforms, academic careers and so forth.
And yet, there IS that very puzzling freeze of ANY progress – even REGRESSION – of the Australian Aboriginal society and culture over those alleged tens of thousands of years, while other cultures routinely and consistently achieved marvellous things in just YEARS and DECADES, let alone the HUNDREDS OF CENTURIES of the Australian Aboriginals’ alleged suspended animation.
And what do you know, there’s bits and pieces of evidence coming out now which suggest that there have been quite a few different races settling the Australia continent over the last millenia, with the current crop of Australian Aboriginals being possible the most RECENT arrivals, who incidentally also ALLEGEDLY wiped out and ATE their immediate predecessors.
Yes, yes, all very disturbing if one is prone to be disturbed. But if we’re going to be honest, let’s be completely so. It might even have a bearing on the disposition of the Australian nation going forward.
If Australia is going to survive in this messed up and increasingly hostile world, then you’re either Australian – or you’re not.

One of the things we should all like about being Australian is that we do not judge people based on degree of social progress and technological development. The European race is a building and making people and we share technology. The sad fact of our fallen human nature is that all of us have been at war with the neighbouring tribe since the year dot.
The penal colony established here by the UK government received the transports of English and Celtic people convicted by the Judaic Supremacy of The Crown and its City of London Corporation. This was the population of ‘unsurrendered’ persons who did not accept the new political regime and the new landlords installed by the War of the Succession 1688 – 1746 (Culloden). They did not like penal laws for Ireland and a tax even on every window of every house, closures of Commons by the Bank of England (the new Jew bank), the Highland Clearances etc.
The 1901 Constitution stands in the tradition of the Westminster jurisprudence which predates Magna Carta and Declaration of Arbroath, a foundation that was laid in the 10the century when the baptised nation of England was part of the Holy Roman Empire of the West and the Church was the basis of the social order. The great political documents of Westminster were written upon this foundation and even though its tradition has been weakened by the Supremacy 1534 and all the monarchical and parliamentary laws and acts and wars over the Supremacy, this jurisprudence has the statecraft to constitute a new nation on a new continent for diverse ethne.
As people living on the lands of the states which entered into Constitution, the Aboriginal people are included in the founding document. We should not be in a hurry to change it in any way.
