Now the UN might outsource its standard issue Communist genocide to ‘multi-lateral partners’ like the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board or ‘stakeholders’ like WEF or the foundations of manufactured billionaires like Gates, Moscowitz etc. But there is a central organisation and chain of command.
