If the government allows itself to be scammed
Whistleblower Brook Jackson claims that Pfizer and others did not properly test the covid-19 vaccines. In the resulting lawsuit, Pfizer’s defense is based on the fact that the US government knew about the fraud and still continued to pay for the vaccines. Under existing law, that means the US government was not defrauded at all.
It appears that Pfizer is not denying the allegations. They are only denying liabiliity under existing law.

A lawsuit filed by whistleblower Brook Jackson alleging Pfizer and two of its contractors manipulated data and committed other acts of fraud during Pfizer’s COVID-19 clinical trials is paused following a motion by the defendants to dismiss the case.
In an interview with The Defender, Jackson’s lawyer said Pfizer argued the lawsuit, which was filed under the False Claims Act, should be dismissed because the U.S. government knew of the wrongdoings in the clinical trials but continued to do business with the vaccine maker.
Under the False Claims Act, whistleblowers can be rewarded for confidentially disclosing fraud that results in a financial loss to the federal government.
However, a 2016 U.S. Supreme Court decision that expanded the scope of a legal principle known as “materiality” resulted in a series of federal court decisions in which fraud cases brought under the False Claims Act were dismissed.
As interpreted by the Supreme Court, if the government continued paying a contractor despite the contractor’s fraudulent activity, the fraud was not considered “material” to the contract.
Pfizer is a federal contractor because it signed multiple contracts with the U.S. government to provide COVID-19 vaccines and Paxlovid, a pill used to treat the virus.
“Pfizer claims they can get away with fraud as long as the government would write them a check despite knowing about the fraud,” attorney Robert Barnes said….
“This case will determine if Big Pharma can rip off the American people using a dangerous drug that harms millions without any legal remedy because they claim the government was in on the scam.”

To honour the spirit of this summit, a reconstructed version of Palmyra’s Arch Of Triumph (also known as the Monumental Arch) was erected in Dubai. A replica of a Roman arch that once stood in front of the pagan Temple of Ba’al was erected for the World Government Summit in Dubai this week, creating a scene that one rabbi claims symbolizes the dangerous fusion of Ishmael and Edom against Israel.
The original Roman Victory Arch stood for 1,800 years in Palmyra, Syria, until it was destroyed by ISIS in October 2015. A full-size 28-meter tall replica of the arch was created last year by the Institute for Digital Archeology, a joint project of Oxford and Harvard universities, and has been displayed twice before.
The replica was erected for the opening of the World Government Summit that opened on Sunday in Dubai.

We don’t want to use natural resources – it’s bad for the environment. We have no other options as Green Energy (a lie) is heavily dependent on natural energy. Even though we have no solutions or replacements we will eliminate the use of natural energy. Never made sense but it was never meant to. They want to create shortages, have people get use to less and be happy and if it means they kill a few billion in the process well their Georgia Guidestones manifesto is a success!

Australian Alert Service,13 July 2022, reveals Australian bank deposits are at more risk since the Turnbull-Morrison government snuck through their secret “bail-in” law on 14 February 2018, to confiscate deposits to prop up failing banks in times of stress.
Just-released correspondence between the Treasurer and Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) Governor, Dr Philip Lowe, has highlighted another reason Australia needs a public post office bank—a safe place for deposits.
