One of the few patriots left who understands the system and how it has been totally subverted under every citizen's nose. If we can help to turn it around we will, otherwise our children will have nothing. Our investigations show there is no 'government' of the people for the people of Australia. The removal of the Crown from Australian Parliaments, followed by the incorporation of Parliaments aided by the Australia Act 1987 has left us with corporate government with policies not laws, that apply only to members of political parties and the public service. There is no law, other than the Common Law. This fact will be borne out in the near future as numerous legal challenges in place now, come to a head soon.
Federal and state legislation has been changed to suit the federal and state government corporations, which are owned by private overseas corporations, Our governments are also run by those who run the numerous treaties and agreements our trusted corporate governments signed onto – the UN / NWO.
The UN / NWO, etc, have indicated that there will be no private land or property, you will not own your house or land. They have had that information out for years, some of them have written books about where your place will or will not be in the NWO.
Nothing they have done is for your convenience – to help you if you loose your title to land, etc. If the new system (digital only run by private corporations) collapsed or your title was no longer found in their system what could you do? Any actual proof you had such as a paper title, agreement to purchase, etc will not be recognized.
What is wrong with having both digital and paper? Would be hard to simply crash the system and/or steal your property – they have already changed legislation to do that.
Len Harris certainly does know what he is talking about.
Section 215 Certificates of title cease to be instruments
(1) On the commencement, a certificate of title—
(a) ceases to be an instrument under this Act; and
(b) ceases to be evidence, conclusive or otherwise, of the indefeasible title for the lot for which it was issued.
(2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that subsection (1) does not affect—
(a) the indefeasible title for the lot for which the certificate of title was issued; or
(b) any interest in the lot for which the certificate of title was issued.
Roger, that makes sense. As he said at the start, he’s not a lawyer, so perhaps he’s gotten hold of the wrong end of the stick. Time will tell I expect.
So does this mean in Victoria we too will not own our homes? I’m planning on paying out my home loan mortgage next Thursday. I will be demanding for the title of my home. Is there anyone I can contact to find out if this evilness has spread to Victoria??
