Hi Sam, Walter from our information has never pretended to be a lawyer. What he did over any years was show struggling ratepayers why lawfully they should not pay council rates. He also assisted numerous land owners who had been prosecuted under ALP’s draconian, unlawful clearing laws. Some have never paid fines, ostensibly, for looking after their farms.The cost to Walter has been immense-he lost his wife Lynnie, then his small farm and was locked up by a recalcitrant, brainless magistrate who did not understand real law. Walter was known for many years in the NT as a ferocious and capable police prosecutor nothing more. His biggest problem is himself. He won’t ask for assistance in preparing legal documents. Judge Jim Henry was right-he couldn’t understand the depositions-nor could we. Walter is genuine and a good Christian man.
He was forbidden to appear in Qld courts because he was a direct threat to the notorious Bar Association. He spilt the beans on their skulduggery and nepotism. Follow the money trail Sam and all will be revealed.Editor

From what I have read on this site and CIRNow, I thought David is supposed to have known what he was talking about. Also, what’s this about him having been prohibited since 2011 from giving people legal advice after he was found to have passed himself off improperly as a legal practitioner when he is not one?
Makes me wonder what else your site supports/publishes which may not be all it seems…
