“Lionel” aka Michael Lebron, is an American syndicated talk radio host, television personality, legal analyst, YouTuber. and licensed trial lawyer who worked as a former criminal prosecutor in Florida before transitioning into media.

MEDIA and so-called “conservative influencers” like Officer Ryan Tatum, Jack Posiebic and Benny Johnson are beating virtual “guilty drums” in reports across mainstream and social media over the Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing in Utah.

The New York Post worked up a slimy Robinson smear in its trial coverage featuring Erika Kirk fleeing the courtroom “to avoid watching graphic footage of the murder of her tragic husband, Turning Point USA founder Charlie”.

“The stricken mother of two made her swift exit right before prosecutors played three videos showing the gruesome moment Kirk, 31, was fatally shot in the neck during an event on the campus of Utah Valley University in September,” the Post reported.

“Kirk’s accused assassin, Tyler Robinson, meanwhile smiled at various times during the hearing while talking to one of his lawyers.” There we have it folks – “the smiling assassin”, direct from the courtroom.

NewsMax dredged up this even slimier summary: “Evidence presented, judge physically flinched (while watching Kirk shooting video), and a twisted Tyler Robinson reportedly laughed it up.”

Appearing on NewsMax as a Turning Point USA contributor, Posiebic, a former naval intelligence officer, claimed evidence was “overwhelming”, but of course there was no evidence on how a .3006 bullet from a single shot became lodged in Kirk’s neck and was never recovered.

The “overwhelming” evidence was that Robinson was seen on CCTV at the Utah campus four times on the day of the shooting, the last of those times after the shooting, according to David Hull, a mysterious long-haired male with an American-British mixed accent who “had been working as an agent with Utah’s State Bureau of Investigation at the time of Kirk’s shooting”.

But in a dramatic development the judge later rejected the admittance of the State’s “compilation” of videos and photos. “We don’t even know if the person in the video is Tyler Robinson,” commentator Lionel noted.

The compilation was rejected due to alterations including zooming, highlights, and red circles to draw attention to certain details. The judge is skeptical of the video alterations and needs authentication. The State reveals it does not have currently have the raw footage, without alterations, on hand.

Chris Bagley, one of the four law enforcement witnesses, had been stationed on a building above and “realised from the noise that it had come from a rifle, not a handgun” and was informed by law enforcement that a shooter had been taken into custody.

Bagley said he discovered suspicious evidence in the form of a screwdriver and “an impression in gravel” on the roof where Robinson was allegedly seen and indicative of a sniper and then viewed security footage showing an individual dropping down and escaping from the area.

But did Bagley have this evidence to show on the video camera he was wearing? No, the camera ran out of battery just as he got up on to the roof. No mention of this in mainstream or “patriot media”.

Asked by the defence about bullets, he said no there was no bullet recovered from Kirk and no unfired bullets were recovered either. He was also not aware of a bullet being found on another roof in the vicinity.

Is it any wonder that former trial lawyer Lionel said he didn’t know where to start because the prosecutions’s case was so bad.

“Why don’t you explain to “you guys” the utter and inexplicable incompetence of the prosecution in allowing this case to go to a preliminary hearing versus impaneling a grand jury. Start with that,” Lionel posted on X.

The prosecution also presented DNA evidence that showed a towel wrapped around the suspected rifle had 95% of the DNA of Robinson’s trans boyfriend Lance Twiggs and 5% of his DNA. They are also hoping that a recorded statement of evidence by Twiggs can be played in the court.

Lionel also commented on the public uproar over Candace Owens, who various “conservative” pundits claim is being “exposed for her lies” by the preliminary hearing. “Candace has got nothing to do with this case,” he said. Lionel, in his inimicable way, begins to explain the background to the case in detail from the six minute mark.

5 thought on “‘Patriots’ rally to spruik ‘compelling evidence’ in Robinson murder trial”
  1. I’ve loved every lone assassin story I’ve heard ever since I discovered the Jacek Rubenstein Mafia and the Smirnoff Commission in 1962. Such stories are so engaging that anything else is anathema to me. Serves me right for being so sentimental.

  2. Now there is Chatbot all lawyer and judiciary wages need to be capped at $100k.
Look at this rubbish, claims Mein Trumpf raped her in a dept store closet when she was 52, Trumpty Dumpty goes for half that age, others from the extreme far left claim he’s a pedo. it’s all J.E.B.’s fault for running against the unbeatable Mein Trumpf, so that now he is just grabbing pussies everywhere. I would not pay a lawyer more than $90 per hour + gst unless it was other people’s money

  3. Where to start… Ammo intended for hunting is soft lead jacketed in copper–many manufacturers formulate these bullets to fragment once they hit the intended target to more quickly and humanely kill the game. Fragmented particles spread out the wound channel and said particles cut into more flesh, hench more rapid blood loss. No one said Kirk was shot in the center of his throat and my belief is that the bullet barely touched his neck at 2700 fps tearing out a chunk of flesh, and severing the Carotid Artery. I don’t know what video is missing–I saw LOTS of video of the suspect climbing onto the roof. People in the crowd started hollering that there was a man with a rifle on the roof, causing one police officer to pull himself up to the roof to see what’s going on. He let go when Robinson pointed his rifle at the officer. In text messages from Tyler to his boyfriend he claimed that he DID kill Kirk because of his deluded belief that Kirk “hated” homosexuals…
